The neck massage apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a neck massage apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an elastic intermediate frame 100, a massage head 200, and a position adjustment assembly 300.
The elastic intermediate support 100 surrounds a receiving space for receiving the neck of the human body. The massage head 200 is located at a side of the elastic middle support 100 facing the neck of the human body. The position adjusting assembly 300 includes a first adjusting portion 310 and a second adjusting portion 320 which are engaged with each other, the first adjusting portion 310 is disposed on the elastic middle support 100 and can elastically deform along with the elastic middle support 100, the second adjusting portion 320 is disposed on the massage head 200, and the second adjusting portion 320 is movable relative to the first adjusting portion 310, so that the massage head 200 can be adjusted in position in the length direction and/or the width direction of the elastic middle support 100.
For example, the elastic middle support 100 has an arc shape to provide a supporting function for the massage head 200, and the elastic middle support 100 has a certain elasticity. The first adjusting part 310 is arranged on the side of the elastic middle bracket 100 facing the neck of the human body, and the second adjusting part 320 is arranged on the side of the massage head 200 facing away from the neck of the human body. The massage head 200 is used for massaging the neck of the human body, and the surface of the massage head 200 facing the neck of the human body is an arc surface so as to be attached to the neck of the human body.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the position of the massage head 200 on the elastic middle support 100 is adjustable, which means that the massage head 200 and the elastic middle support 100 can be integrally located relative to each other, rather than the movement of the massage head 200 locally, such as floating or swinging of the massage head 200.
According to the utility model discloses neck massage appearance 1, through setting up position control assembly 300, and mutually support by first regulating part 310 and second regulating part 320, thereby make massage head 200 can be for elasticity middle support 100 adjustable in position, when massage head 200 and the laminating of human neck use, the position of user's position adjustment massage head 200 that the user can massage according to the neck needs, in order to realize the user to the massage demand of the different positions of neck, promote user's massage experience, adapt to the user of different neck girdles size, it is more extensive to be suitable for the crowd.
And, adopt middle support 100 of elasticity, when using like this, middle support 100 of elasticity can produce corresponding elastic deformation based on factors such as the shape of human neck, size, and on this basis, combine first regulating part 310 can follow middle support 100 of elasticity together elastic deformation, can effectively reduce the influence of first regulating part 310 to middle support 100 elastic deformation of elasticity, in other words, if first regulating part is the rigid member that can not follow middle support of elasticity deformation, the elastic deformation of middle support of elasticity in first regulating part department must receive the restriction of first regulating part, the structural shape of first regulating part can be fixed the shape of middle support of elasticity correspondence part department to hinder the elastic deformation of middle support of elasticity in this part department. Therefore, the position of the massage head 200 can be adjusted, and meanwhile, the elastic deformation effect of the elastic middle bracket 100 can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, so that the wearing property and reliability are guaranteed, and the tightness of the fit of the massage head 200 and the neck of a human body is improved.
In addition, since the first adjusting portion 310 can elastically deform along with the elastic middle bracket 100, the first adjusting portion 310 can be kept in a stable connection state with the elastic middle bracket 100 through elastic deformation, so that the joint of the first adjusting portion 310 and the elastic middle bracket 100 is prevented from cracking, and the reliability of connection between the first adjusting portion 310 and the elastic middle bracket 100 can be ensured, thereby preventing the massage head 200 from loosening.
Therefore, according to the utility model discloses neck massage appearance 1, its massage head's position is adjustable to can improve general suitability and user experience, and less to elastic intermediate strut elastic deformation's influence, have wear travelling comfort and reliability height, with human laminating advantage such as inseparable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first adjusting portion 310 is a slide rail, the second adjusting portion 320 is a slide block, and the slide block and the slide rail are slidably engaged with each other to enable the massage head 200 to slide relative to the elastic middle support 100.
Specifically, the slide rail extends along the length direction or the width direction of the elastic middle support 100, the slide block can freely slide in the slide rail, and then the massage head 200 can slide along the length direction or the width direction of the elastic middle support 100, and the massage head 200 can be adjusted at a plurality of positions of the slide block sliding path, so that the position for massaging the neck of the human body is more accurate, and the massage effect is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the slide rail is formed of a groove formed in the elastic intermediate support 100, the slide rail extends in a length direction or a width direction of the elastic intermediate support 100, the slider has a sliding portion 321, and the sliding portion 321 extends into the slide rail. The surface of the slide rail contacting the sliding part 321 is smooth, and the sliding part 321 is in sliding fit with the slide rail, so that the slide rail and the slide block can slide more smoothly, and the position of the massage head 200 can be conveniently adjusted.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the two ends of the length direction of the slide rail are respectively provided with a first stopper 311 and a second stopper 312, and the sliding stroke of the slider along the length direction of the slide rail is limited by the first stopper 311 and the second stopper 312.
For example, the first stopper 311 and the second stopper 312 extend along the width direction of the elastic middle bracket 100, and stop the sliding blocks at two ends of the sliding rail in the length direction, so as to limit the position adjustment range of the massage head 200 on the elastic middle bracket 100, and the sliding blocks can slide along the length direction of the elastic middle bracket 100, so that the position of the massage head 200 in the length direction of the elastic middle bracket 100 can be adjusted, and the sliding blocks are ensured not to be separated from the sliding rail in the length direction of the sliding rail.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the two ends of the length direction of the slide rail are respectively provided with a first stopper 311 and a second stopper 312, and the sliding stroke of the slider along the width direction of the slide rail is limited by the first stopper 311 and the second stopper 312.
For example, the first stopper 311 and the second stopper 312 extend along the length direction of the elastic middle bracket 100, and stop the sliding blocks at two ends of the sliding rail in the width direction, so as to limit the position adjustment range of the massage head 200 on the elastic middle bracket 100, and the sliding blocks can slide along the width direction of the elastic middle bracket 100, so that the position of the massage head 200 in the width direction of the elastic middle bracket 100 can be adjusted, and the sliding blocks are ensured not to be separated from the sliding rail in the width direction of the sliding rail.
Of course, the above two embodiments may also be adopted simultaneously, so that the sliding block can slide along the length direction and the width direction of the elastic middle support 100, so that the positions of the massage heads 200 in the length direction and the width direction of the elastic middle support 100 can be adjusted, and the sliding block is ensured not to be separated from the sliding rail in the length direction and the width direction of the sliding rail.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the two sides of the width direction of the slide rail are respectively provided with a first limiting rib 313 and a second limiting rib 314, and the slide block is stopped by the first limiting rib 313 and the second limiting rib 314 in the width direction of the slide rail.
In particular, the first position-limiting rib 313 and the second position-limiting rib 314 both extend along the length direction of the slide rail, and the protruding height of the second position-limiting rib 314 may be greater than the protruding height of the first position-limiting rib 313, so as to construct other structures, such as a gear structure, on the second position-limiting rib 314, which will be described in detail later. First spacing rib 313 backstop is in one side of slider, and second spacing rib 314 backstop is in the opposite side of slider, and first spacing rib 313 and second spacing rib 314 form the slide rail between the two, therefore, make the slider can not deviate from the width direction of slide rail, have promoted the gliding stability of slider relative slide rail.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the slider has an elastic arm 322, the elastic arm 322 is configured with a shift protrusion 323, the second limiting rib 314 is provided with a plurality of shift grooves 315, the shift grooves 315 are spaced apart along the length direction of the slide rail, and the shift protrusion 323 is engaged with different shift grooves 315 when the slider slides to different positions along the slide rail.
Wherein, the elastic arm 322 extends at two sides of the length direction of the sliding block and corresponds to the position of the second limiting rib 314. The elastic arm 322 has a certain elasticity, and the stop protrusion 323 can be located in the stop groove 315 under the elastic force of the elastic arm 322. And the elastic arm 322 can generate elastic deformation along with the elastic middle bracket 100, so that the sliding block cannot be easily separated from the sliding rail, and the matching stability of the sliding block and the sliding rail is improved.
When the position of the massage head 200 needs to be adjusted, a certain force is applied to the slider, and the shift protrusion 323 can be separated from the current shift groove 315 to slide, and extend into the corresponding shift groove 315 when the position is adjusted to the target position. Moreover, since the elastic arm 322 has a certain elasticity, even if the second limiting rib 314 is elastically deformed along with the elastic middle bracket 100, the blocking protrusion 323 can always keep fit with the blocking groove 315 by the elasticity of the elastic arm 322.
For example, each of the gear slots 315 can correspond to one gear, and as shown in fig. 3, there are three gear slots 315, and the massage head 200 can have three gears for adjustment. That is, the shift protrusion 323 can slide to any one of the three shift grooves 315 to adjust the position of the massage head 200, so that the position adjustment process of the massage head 200 has a jerking feeling, a user can adjust the position according to a desired massage position more conveniently, and the massage head 200 after the position adjustment is more stable.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the elastic arm 322 extends along the length direction of the slide rail, and both ends of the elastic arm 322 are configured with a shift protrusion 323.
The gear protrusions 323 are arranged at the two ends, and the gear protrusions 323 at the two ends are matched with the gear grooves 315, so that the stability of matching of the gear protrusions 323 and the gear grooves 315 is improved. Moreover, due to the elastic characteristic of the elastic arm 322, the force applied to the shift protrusions 323 at the two ends of the elastic arm 322 is the largest, and the shift protrusions 323 are more easily engaged with the shift grooves 315 under the elastic force of the elastic arm 322, so that the sliding block is prevented from staying between adjacent shift grooves 315 when sliding, and the stability of the engagement between the shift protrusions 323 and the shift grooves 315 is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the surface of the gear protrusion 323 facing the second limiting rib 314 is configured as an arc surface protruding toward the second limiting rib 314, an arc protrusion 316 protruding toward the elastic arm 322 is configured between adjacent gear grooves 315, and the arc protrusion 316 can guide the gear protrusion 323 to the adjacent gear groove 315.
Wherein, the gear groove 315 may be configured as an arc-shaped recess that is engaged with the gear protrusion 323 and forms a continuous surface with the arc-shaped protrusion 316. Therefore, the gear protrusions 323 are matched with the gear grooves 315 through arc-shaped surfaces, and the adjustment process of the gear protrusions 323 matched with different gear grooves 315 is smoother.
Moreover, when the shift protrusion 323 on the slider passes through the position of the arc protrusion 316, since the direction of the arc protrusion 316 is opposite to that of the shift protrusion 323, the deformation of the elastic arm 322 on the slider is increased, and the corresponding elastic force is increased, so that the shift protrusion 323 is forced to slide into the shift groove 315, and the slider is prevented from stopping between adjacent shifts, thereby preventing the massage head 200 from stopping between adjacent shifts when sliding, and achieving the purpose of accurate shift. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the neck massager 1 further includes a slide cover 400.
The slide cover 400 is installed on the elastic middle bracket 100, the slide has a sliding portion 321, the sliding portion 321 extends into the slide, and the slide cover 400 covers the sliding portion 321 in the slide. Thus, the sliding part 321 is stopped by the sliding rail cover 400 at the side of the elastic middle bracket 100 facing the neck of the human body, so as to achieve the purpose of limiting the sliding block from falling off the sliding rail. The slide cover 400 and the elastic intermediate support 100 may be connected by a screw fastener, and the slide cover 400 may be a flexible member to prevent an influence on the elastic deformation of the elastic intermediate support 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the slide portion 321 includes a support arm 324 and a slide arm 325.
The support arms 324 extend into the slide and are disposed adjacent the outer perimeter of the slide cover 400. A sliding arm 325 is connected to the support arm 324, the sliding arm 325 extending from the support arm 324 to the rail-facing surface of the rail cover 400. Thus, not only can the sliding portion 321 slide along the slide rail, but also the slide arm 325 can be stopped by the slide rail cover 400 by hooking the slide rail cover 400, so that the sliding portion 321 cannot be separated from the slide rail.
For example, the sliding arm 325 is disposed perpendicular to the supporting arm 324, that is, the extending direction of the sliding arm 325 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the supporting arm 324, and the sliding arm 325 and the supporting arm 324 form a structure similar to an L shape, so that the sliding arm 325 can be covered in the slide rail by the slide rail cover 400, and thus the sliding arm 325 does not fall off the slide rail during the sliding process.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cross-section of the sliding arm 325 is circular, as shown in fig. 4. For example, the sliding arm 325 may be configured in a cylindrical shape, so that the contact area between the sliding arm 325 and the sliding rail cover 400 and the sliding rail bottom wall is smaller, thereby reducing the mutual friction force, and further making the sliding part 321 slide more smoothly along the sliding rail and have less wear.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, an end surface of the support arm 324 facing one end of the slide rail is configured into an arc-shaped surface. Therefore, the sliding arm 325 is in line contact with the bottom wall of the slide rail, the contact area is small, the friction force is further reduced, the sliding of the sliding arm 325 on the slide rail is smoother, and the smoothness of the sliding part 321 sliding along the slide rail is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the sliding arm 325 is provided with a rotatable roller that fits onto the sliding rail. The roller slides relative to the sliding rail to form rolling friction, so that the friction force between the sliding arm 325 and the sliding rail is reduced, the sliding block and the sliding rail move more smoothly, and the abrasion between the sliding arm 325 and the sliding rail is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the two sides of the width direction of the slide rail are respectively provided with a first limiting rib 313 and a second limiting rib 314, and the sliding portion 321 is stopped by the first limiting rib 313 and the second limiting rib 314 in the width direction of the slide rail, so as to avoid the sliding portion 321 from breaking away from or deviating in the width direction of the slide rail.
As shown in fig. 6, the first limiting rib 313 supports the slide cover 400, and the second limiting rib 314 has a gap with the slide cover 400, and the support arm 324 extends into the slide from the gap.
The slide cover 400 is supported by the first position-limiting ribs 313 and fixed by the screw fasteners, and is more firmly assembled with the elastic intermediate bracket 100 at both sides in the width direction of the slide. The sliding arm 325 is covered by the sliding rail cover 400 at a side close to the neck of the human body, and extends into the sliding rail from the gap through the supporting arm 324, and the sliding part 321 is not interfered by the sliding rail cover 400 in the sliding process of the sliding rail.
In addition, since the first position-limiting rib 313 supports the slide rail cover 400, the height of the first position-limiting rib 313 determines the degree of tightness of the assembly of the slide rail cover 400 and the slide arm 325, and different sliding handfeel can be achieved by adjusting the height of the first position-limiting rib 313.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, two sliding portions 321 are fitted in the same slide rail, and the two sliding portions 321 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the slide rail.
In this way, by using the principle of two points and one line, the two sliding portions 321 are mutually supporting points, so that even if the elastic intermediate bracket 100 is deformed by a force, the slider can smoothly slide through the two sliding portions 321 in the longitudinal direction of the slide rail, and the slider can be prevented from rotating around the sliding portions 321. Therefore, two sliding parts 321 are arranged in the same sliding rail, so that the stability of the matching of the sliding parts 321 and the sliding rail can be ensured, and the sliding smoothness of the sliding block relative to the sliding rail can be ensured when the elastic middle support 100 deforms.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the slide rails are provided in plurality and spaced apart along the width direction of the elastic middle support 100, the plurality of slide rails are provided in parallel, the slide arm 325 of one slide part 321 in each slide rail coincides with the central axis of the slide arm 325 of one slide part 321 in the adjacent slide rail, and the slide arm 325 of the other slide part 321 in each slide rail coincides with the central axis of the slide arm 325 of the other slide part 321 in the adjacent slide rail. Therefore, the sliding block can normally slide under the condition that the elastic middle support 100 or the sliding rail deforms, multipath connection can be formed in the width direction of the sliding block and the elastic middle support 100, the sliding block is provided with multipoint support in the width direction of the elastic middle support 100, the sliding block is prevented from shaking, and the stability of the massage head 200 in the position adjusting process is further ensured.
For example, there are two slide rails, and the sliding portions 321 in the two slide rails are covered by one slide rail cover 400. As shown in fig. 2, two sides of each sliding rail in the width direction are respectively provided with a first limiting rib 313 and a second limiting rib 314, the two first limiting ribs 313 are disposed adjacent to each other, the two second limiting ribs 314 are disposed away from each other, the sliding rail cover 400 is supported on the two first limiting ribs 313, gaps are respectively formed between the two side edges of the sliding rail cover 400 in the width direction and the two second limiting ribs 314, the supporting arms 324 of the sliding part 321 extend into the sliding rail in the gaps between the two sides of the sliding rail cover 400, and the sliding arms 325 of the sliding part 321 are hooked on the two side edges of the sliding rail cover 400 in the width direction. Therefore, the sliding part 321 can be covered in the two sliding rails by using one sliding rail cover 400, so that the sliding rail cover has a simpler structure and is more convenient to assemble and can reduce the material cost while ensuring that the sliding block cannot be separated from the sliding rails
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the resilient intermediate support 100 comprises a resilient outer shell 110 and a resilient inner shell 120.
The elastic inner shell 120 is installed on one side of the elastic outer shell 110 facing the neck of the human body, the massage head 200 is located on one side of the elastic inner shell 120 facing the neck of the human body, and the first adjusting part 310 (sliding rail) is located on the elastic outer shell 110 and between the elastic outer shell 110 and the elastic inner shell 120. The elastic outer shell 110 can provide support for the elastic inner shell 120 and the massage head 200, the elastic outer shell 110 and the elastic inner shell 120 form an integral outline together, and the elastic outer shell 110 and the elastic inner shell 120 both have certain elastic deformation capacity, and the elastic inner shell 120 can deform along with the elastic outer shell 110, so that the elastic middle support 100 is ensured to have higher integrity and structural strength, and the disassembly and assembly of internal components are facilitated.
Further, the elastic inner shell 120 is a flexible member, for example, the elastic inner shell 120 may be made of silica gel, the texture of the silica gel is soft, the massage head 200 is installed on the elastic inner shell 120, and can float and swing along with the neck of the human body, so as to improve the fitting performance between the massage head 200 and the neck of the human body, and further improve the massage feeling.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the second regulation part 320 (slider) is configured with a support surface 326, the support surface 326 is located between the elastic outer shell 110 and the elastic inner shell 120 and faces the elastic inner shell 120, and the shape of the support surface 326 conforms to the shape of the inner wall surface of the elastic inner shell 120 to support the elastic inner shell 120.
The support surface 326 has substantially the same curvature as the elastic inner shell 120, and the support surface 326 can provide support for the elastic inner shell 120 inside the elastic inner shell 120 to prevent the elastic inner shell 120 from collapsing.
Further, the gap between the support surface 326 and the inner wall surface of the elastic inner casing 120 is 0.1mm to 0.3mm, for example, 0.3mm. It is understood that the gap between the support surface 326 and the inner wall surface of the elastic inner casing 120 is a gap when the elastic inner casing 120 is not deformed. During the sliding of the slider relative to the elastic inner shell 120, the supporting surface 326 maintains a clearance fit with the elastic inner shell 120 and does not contact the elastic inner shell 120, thereby adjusting the position of the massage head 200 more smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the elastic inner shell 120 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 121, the strip-shaped groove 121 extends along the moving path of the second adjusting portion 320, and the second adjusting portion 320 passes through the strip-shaped groove 121.
Specifically, the strip-shaped groove 121 runs through the relative position between the elastic inner shell 120 and the slide rail, the arrangement of the strip-shaped groove 121 facilitates the connection between the massage head 200 and the slide block, and the strip-shaped groove 121 limits the moving path of the part of the slide block extending out of the elastic inner shell 120, therefore, the strip-shaped groove 121 can avoid the sliding of the slide block and the slide rail, and in the sliding process of the slide block and the slide rail, the massage head 200 is connected with the slide block, so that the massage head 200 can slide relative to the elastic inner shell 120. The supporting surface 326 may be disposed adjacent to the strip-shaped groove 121, so as to prevent the strip-shaped groove 121 of the elastic inner shell 120 from being too weak in circumferential strength to cause collapse deformation.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the neck massager 1 further includes an elastic cover 500, and the elastic cover 500 may be a silicone cover. The elastic inner shell 120 of the elastic middle bracket 100 is provided with a strip-shaped groove 121, the strip-shaped groove 121 extends along the moving path of the second adjusting part 320, the second adjusting part 320 passes through the strip-shaped groove 121, the elastic cover 500 is arranged between the massage head 200 and the elastic inner shell 120 of the elastic middle bracket 100, the elastic cover 500 is covered with the strip-shaped groove 121, and the second adjusting part 320 and the massage head 200 are connected in the elastic cover 500.
Further, the elastic cover 500 is mounted on the massage head 200, and the elastic cover 500 moves along with the massage head 200 and always covers the strip-shaped groove 121.
Therefore, the malleability of the elastic cover 500 is utilized, the adjustment of the massage head 200 is not influenced, the elastic cover 500 covers the strip-shaped groove 121 all the time, the appearance is more attractive, the structural integrity is stronger, and impurities such as dust are prevented from entering the elastic middle support 100 from the strip-shaped groove 121. Furthermore, the second adjustment part 320 and the massage head 200 can be connected inside the elastic cover 500, which not only can shield the connection structure of the second adjustment part 320 and the massage head 200, but also can make full use of the space between the massage head 200 and the elastic middle bracket 100, and prevent the connection structure of the second adjustment part 320 and the massage head 200 from encroaching on the internal space of the massage head 200 and the internal space of the elastic middle bracket 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the outer contour of the cross-section of the end of the elastic cap 500 adjacent to the massage head 200 is smaller than the outer contour of the cross-section of the end of the elastic cap 500 adjacent to the elastic inner housing 120 of the elastic intermediate bracket 100. For example, the elastic cover 500 is configured in a horn-like structure with a small-sized end facing the massage head 200 and a large-sized end facing the elastic inner shell 120. Therefore, the strip-shaped groove 121 can be effectively shielded, the connection with the massage head 200 is facilitated, and the position adjustment of the massage head 200 is not influenced.
For example, the cross section of the end of the elastic cover 500 adjacent to the elastic inner shell 120 of the elastic intermediate bracket 100 is configured to be elliptical or oblong, and the elliptical or oblong extends along the length direction of the strip-shaped groove 121, so that when the elastic cover 500 moves along with the massage head 200, the elastic cover 500 can be ensured to cover the strip-shaped groove 121 all the time.
Alternatively, the end surface of the elastic cap 500 adjacent to one end of the elastic inner shell 120 of the elastic intermediate frame 100 is configured in an arc shape to match the shape of the elastic intermediate frame 100, and particularly, the elastic intermediate frame 100 is configured in an arc shape to fit the shape of the neck of the human body, and generally configured in an arc shape to surround in the circumferential direction of the neck of the human body, and can be matched with the shape of the elastic intermediate frame 100 by configuring the end surface of the one end of the elastic cap 500 in an arc shape, so that the elastic cap 500 can be ensured not to interfere with the elastic intermediate frame 100 when moving with the massage head 200 (particularly, when moving in the length direction of the elastic intermediate frame 100).
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the neck massager 1 further includes a mounting ring 600. The end of the elastic cover 500 adjacent to the massage head 200 is configured with an inner flange 610, the massage head 200 is configured with an assembly groove 210, and the assembly ring 600 is mounted to the massage head 200 and compresses the inner flange 610 in the assembly groove 210.
For example, the outer contour of the end of the elastic cap 500 adjacent to the massage head 200 may be circular, the fitting groove 210 is provided at the center of the massage head 200 facing the elastic middle bracket 100, and the fitting groove 210 may be a circular groove. One end of the elastic cover 500, which is close to the massage head 200, is turned inwards in the radial direction to form an inward flange 610, the assembly ring 600 is matched with the inward flange 610 in shape, the inward flange 610 is matched with the assembly groove 210 in shape, the assembly ring 600 enables the inward flange 610 to be located in the assembly groove 210 by pressing the inward flange 610, and therefore the inward flange 610 is clamped between the bottom wall of the assembly groove 210 and the assembly ring 600, assembly of the elastic cover 500 and the massage head 200 is achieved, and the elastic cover 500 is prevented from falling off from the massage head 200.
Further, at least one latch 211 is disposed in the mounting groove 210, for example, as shown in fig. 11, the latches 211 are disposed in two opposite directions, and the latches 211 pass through the inner flange 610 and latch the mounting ring 600. Thus, the assembly ring 600 is fixed with the massage head 200, the clamping force of the assembly ring 600 and the bottom wall of the assembly groove 210 on the inward flange 610 is ensured, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
Optionally, the buckle 211 may pass through a space surrounded by the inner flange 610 and buckle an inner peripheral edge of the mounting ring 600, or a through hole may be formed in the inner flange 610 for the buckle 211 to pass through.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the gap between the end of the elastic cover 500 adjacent to the elastic inner shell 120 of the elastic middle support 100 and the elastic inner shell 120 is 0.1mm to 0.3mm, for example, 0.2mm. Therefore, in the process of adjusting the position of the massage head 200, the elastic cover 500 does not interfere with the elastic inner shell 120, so that the position adjustment of the massage head 200 is easier, the gap between the elastic cover 500 and the elastic middle support 100 is smaller, and a user is not easy to perceive from the appearance when using the neck massager 1, thereby ensuring the appearance neatness of the neck massager.
