When the neck massage apparatus is worn on the neck of a human body, the first clamping arms 120 face the side of the accommodating space 400, the second clamping arms 130 face the side of the accommodating space 400, and the side of the massage head 200 for fitting with the neck of the human body cooperate to clamp the neck of the human body. It should be noted that the holding may be pressed against the neck of the human body to provide a clamping force to the neck, and at this time, the wearing support 100 can elastically deform and has a deformation restoring force when being held on the neck; the first clamping arm 120 and the second clamping arm 130 may also be attached to the neck of the human body, so that there is no clamping force on the neck of the human body, and at this time, the wearable bracket 100 may deform, and may maintain its shape after deformation, without elastic restoring force.
It is understood that the floating of the massage head 200 relative to the wearing bracket 100 in the present embodiment means that the massage head 200 can move along the radial direction of the wearing bracket 100 and swing about the radial direction of the wearing bracket 100, and specifically includes the movement patterns shown in fig. 4 to 8.
In this embodiment, the wearing support 100 is worn on the neck in a manner of surrounding a part of the neck, and has an arc shape, and the radial direction of the wearing support 100 is the radial direction of the neck.
In this embodiment, the first clip arm 120 and the second clip arm 130 refer to portions located on the left side and the right side of the neck of the user when the user wears the neck massager, and the middle bracket 110 is a portion corresponding to the rear side of the neck of the user. It can be understood that the neck massager of this embodiment can be applied to business trip users, business office users or home users, the middle bracket 110 in this embodiment has a certain elasticity, the middle bracket 110 is C-shaped, when using the neck massager, a user respectively holds the first clamping arm 120 and the second clamping arm 130 with two hands, and breaks the first clamping arm 120 and the second clamping arm 130 towards the outside of the neck massager, by virtue of the elastic action of the middle bracket 110, the first clamping arm 120 and the second clamping arm 130 are away from each other, the distance at the opening between the first clamping arm 120 and the second clamping arm 130 is increased, so that the user can wear the neck massager on the human neck or take the neck out of the human neck. After wearing, first arm lock 120 towards the side of accommodation space 400, second arm lock 130 towards the side of accommodation space 400 and massage head 200 be used for with the side of human neck laminating coact be used for carrying out the centre gripping to human neck, the massage head 200 that is located middle support 110 inboard can laminate well with human neck, be convenient for massage the human neck and relieve, and first arm lock 120 and second arm lock 130 can laminate respectively on the left side and the right side of user's neck, be convenient for the user to first arm lock 120 and second arm lock 130 the operation of gripping.
That is, since the mounting groove 1122 is provided on the side of the middle bracket 110 facing the accommodating space 400 in the present embodiment, the massage head 200 is connected to the mounting groove 1122 through the connecting portion 221, and the gap 500 is provided between the massage head 200 and the side wall of the mounting groove 1122, it is possible to achieve the floating connection of the massage head 200 to the middle bracket 110 and reduce the height of the surface of the massage head 200 contacting the neck of the human body protruding from the middle bracket 110. When wearing neck massage appearance in human neck, first arm lock 120, second arm lock 130 and locate massage head 200 on middle support 110 and form the centre gripping to human neck jointly, have reduced massage head 200's massage face and middle support 110's distance, can be so that the arc diameter of wearing support 100 is littleer, and the volume is littleer to make whole neck massage appearance's volume littleer, the user of being convenient for carries and uses.
Referring to fig. 2, the middle bracket 110 of the present embodiment includes an elastic outer shell 111 and a soft rubber inner shell 112, the soft rubber inner shell 112 is disposed on one side of the elastic outer shell 111 close to the accommodating space 400, and the mounting recess 1122 is formed on the soft rubber inner shell 112, so that when the massage head 200 is connected to the mounting recess 1122, the massage head can float or swing relative to the middle bracket 110 through deformation of the soft rubber. In addition, by forming the mounting groove 1122 on the soft rubber inner shell 112, the side wall of the mounting groove 1122 as a deformation area increasing structure of the mounting groove 1122 can reduce the elastic deformation of the joint of the soft rubber inner shell 112 and the elastic outer shell 111 when the massage head 200 floats, thereby reducing the separation pulling force between the elastic outer shell 111 and the soft rubber inner shell 112, so that the deformation is more concentrated in the mounting groove 1122.
Illustratively, the elastic outer shell 111 in this embodiment is a metal outer shell, and the soft rubber inner shell 112 is a silicone inner shell or a rubber inner shell, etc. The middle support 110 provides support on the side back to the neck of the human body through the elastic shell 111, so that deformation generated by the middle support 110 is limited to be kept within a certain range, the structural strength of the middle support 110 is improved, and the stability of the middle support 110 as a connecting part 221 mounting carrier is guaranteed. The soft rubber inner shell 112 has a larger elastic deformation space at the side facing the neck of the human body, so that the massage head 200 can float integrally.
Further, the installation groove 1122 in this embodiment gradually expands from the bottom surface to the opening, that is, the installation groove 1122 in this embodiment has a narrow width at a side away from the accommodating space 400 and a wide width at a side toward the accommodating space 400, and when the massage head 200 swings on the middle bracket 110, a wider avoidance space is provided, which can prevent friction between the massage head 200 and the side wall of the installation groove 1122, so that the massage head 200 swings more flexibly, and can be closer to a non-feeling following fit when the neck moves.
Further, the bottom or the side wall of the mounting groove 1122 in this embodiment is provided with the first corrugation 114 to provide a floating margin and a floating resilience for the massage head 200, so that a pulling force generated at a connection between the massage head 200 and the middle bracket 110 when the massage head 200 floats is kept in a low range, and the firmness of a connection structure between the massage head 200 and the middle bracket 110 during the swinging of the massage head 200 is ensured. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first wrinkles 114 are disposed at the side walls of the mounting grooves 1122, so that the deformability of the mounting grooves 1122 can be improved, and the massage heads 200 can float at the mounting grooves 1122.
Alternatively, the first pleats 114 in this embodiment are annular pleats, which may be, for example, annular pleats, which can provide a more uniform annular deforming force to the massage head 200.
The wall thickness of the mounting groove 1122 in this embodiment is smaller than the wall thickness of the other portions of the soft rubber inner shell 112 except the mounting groove 1122, so that the deformability of the mounting groove 1122 can be further improved, and the deformation of the soft rubber inner shell 112 is more concentrated in the mounting groove 1122.
Further, the installation groove 1122 in this embodiment is a rotation groove, and at this time, the massage head 200 can swing 360 degrees relative to the middle bracket 110, so the installation groove 1122 is set as a rotation groove, so that the massage head 200 can have the same maximum swing angle in all universal swings, and is smoother in all universal swings, and the problem of swing seizure caused by swing angles in different directions is avoided.
Further, the center of the installation groove 1122 of the present embodiment is provided with the connection table 1123, when actually connected, the connection portion 221 is connected to the connection table 1123, and when the massage head 200 floats and swings relative to the wearing bracket 100, the gap 500 is always formed between the massage head 200 and the side wall of the installation groove 1122, so that the friction contact between the massage head 200 and the rotation groove can be effectively prevented, and the service life of the neck massage apparatus can be prolonged.
Optionally, the connecting table 1123 in this embodiment is a circular table, a conical surface of the circular table is provided with the first corrugation 114, an end of the circular table with a larger cross-sectional area is disposed away from the accommodating space 400, and an end of the circular table with a smaller cross-sectional area is disposed toward the accommodating space 400. So can be when promoting the flexible characteristic of connection station 1123, flexible direction is more stable, simultaneously through the less one end of cross-sectional area of round platform towards accommodation space 400 setting and be connected with connecting portion 221, the swing of massage head 200 takes place at the path end of connection station 1123, can provide bigger swing space for massage head 200 has bigger swing angle.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the connection table 1123 may be a pyramid table, and any other modification that can make the cross section of the end of the connection table 1123 facing the accommodating space 400 smaller than the cross section of the end far from the accommodating space 400 is within the protection scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the neck massager further comprises a flexible pull member 300. The connection part 221 and the elastic shell 111 are connected through a flexible pulling piece 300 to prevent the massage head 200 from being pulled off the middle bracket 110. That is, the flexible pulling member 300 is not stretchable in the axial direction thereof, and one end of the flexible pulling member 300 is connected to the elastic case 111 and the other end thereof is connected to the connecting portion 221, whereby the flexible pulling member 300 can exert a pulling action on the massage head 200, and the massage head 200 is prevented from being strongly pulled off the intermediate bracket 110 without affecting the universal floating of the massage head 200. The flexible pull 300 may be a rope, such as a nylon rope, hemp rope, or the like.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the connecting portion 221 in this embodiment is a boss disposed on one side of the base 220 facing the wearing frame 100, after the base 220 is mounted, the base 220 is located outside the mounting groove 1122, and a gap 500 is formed between the base 220 and the wearing frame 100, so as to prevent the massaging head 200 from interfering with the wearing frame 100 during the floating process.
Referring to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the base 220 has a certain elasticity, and in the length direction of the base 220, the thickness of the base 220 decreases gradually from the thickness of the connecting portion 221 to the thickness of the edge of the base 220, so that the massage head 200 has a better deformability far from the connecting portion 221, and when the neck moves, the massage head 200 can be closer to the neck of the human body to follow the neck without feeling.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the connection part 221 includes a soft rubber connection seat, and the soft rubber connection seat is connected to the installation groove 1122. In this embodiment, the connection portion 221 is configured as a soft rubber connection seat, so that the deformation of the massage head 200 can be further improved. Alternatively, the connecting portion 221 may be integrally formed with the mounting groove 1122, so that the integrity of the neck massager is improved, the number of parts is reduced, and the processing is easier. Of course, the connection portion 221 may be provided separately from the mounting recess 1122 and then integrally assembled by machining.
Further, the connecting portion 221 is provided with a second corrugation 223 near the mounting groove 1122, and the second corrugation 223 provides a floating margin and a floating resilience for the massage head 200, so that a pulling force generated at a connection portion of the massage head 200 and the middle bracket 110 during the swinging is kept in a low range, and the firmness of the connection structure between the massage head 200 and the middle bracket 110 during the swinging and floating of the massage head 200 is ensured. Therefore, the floating of the massage head 200 in the radial direction of the wearing frame 100 and the swinging of the massage head in the radial direction of the wearing frame 100 as an axis can be generated together, and the floating and swinging can be independent from each other in structure.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom or the side wall of the installation groove 1122 is provided with a first fold 114, the connecting portion 221 includes a soft glue connecting seat, the soft glue connecting seat is connected to the installation groove 1122, and a portion of the connecting portion 221 near the installation groove 1122 is provided with a second fold 223.
Specifically, the first pleats 114 and the second pleats 223 in the present embodiment each include annular pleats, for example, circular annular pleats, and by configuring the first pleats 114 and the second pleats 223 in a circular shape, it is possible to provide a more uniform annular deforming force to the massage head 200. The axes of the annular pleats are all arranged in a radial direction of the wearing support 100. Thus, the first wrinkles 114 and the second wrinkles 223 can provide more accurate resilience to the massage head 200.
As shown in fig. 3, the installation groove 1122 in this embodiment is a loop-shaped groove, the first corrugation 114 can be enclosed to form the loop-shaped groove, the second corrugation 223 is enclosed to form an annular groove, and a portion of the annular groove is inserted into the loop-shaped groove during actual assembly. The atress scope when the second fold 223 is receiving the ejection force of massage head 200 is the annular, is the annular with the shape of second fold 223, can with the atress scope adaptation of annular groove, the deformation of flexible glue inner shell 112 is more even, and then makes massage head 200 float the atress to each direction more evenly, and it is better to wear the travelling comfort.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the depth of the first corrugations 114 is less than the depth of the second corrugations 223, and the width of the first corrugations 114 is greater than the width of the second corrugations 223.
Specifically, the greater depth of the second pleat 223 and the greater length of the cylindrical surface of the second pleat 223 cause the radial support strength of the second pleat 223 to be greater than that of the first pleat 114, such that the first pleat 114 is preferentially elastically deformed when the second pleat 223 and the first pleat 114 are simultaneously subjected to a force moving in the radial direction of the neck of the human body. When subjected to forces swinging in the radial direction of the neck, the cylindrical surface of the second corrugation 223 is longer in length, a longer moment arm can be provided, and the second corrugation 223 can be elastically deformed preferentially.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the second corrugation 223 in this embodiment includes a first ring portion 2231, a second ring portion 2232 and a third ring portion 2233 that are sequentially sleeved at intervals, the first ring portion 2231 is connected with the soft rubber inner shell 112, the third ring portion 2233 is connected with the massage head 200, one end of the second ring portion 2232 is connected with the first ring portion 2231, and the other end is connected with the third ring portion 2233.
That is, the first ring 2231, the second ring 2232, and the third ring 2233 are each located radially inward and outward of the loop of the second corrugation 223. The first ring part 2231 is connected with the soft rubber inner shell 112, so that the connecting part 221 is firmly assembled with the soft rubber inner shell 112, the third ring part 2233 is connected with the base 220, and the second ring part 2232 connects the first ring part 2233 and the third ring part 2233 into a whole, so that the connecting part 221 has a folded structure.
In addition, the first ring part 2231, the second ring part 2232 and the third ring part 2233 are spaced from each other in the radial direction of the second corrugation 223, so that elastic deformation can be generated among the first ring part 2231, the second ring part 2232 and the third ring part 2233, and the elastic deformation capability of the connecting part 221 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the wall thickness of the second ring portion 2232 is smaller than the wall thickness of the first ring portion 2231 and the wall thickness of the third ring portion 2233. That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the second loop portions 2232 are preferentially deformed.
Alternatively, the wall thickness of the junction of the second ring part 2232 and the first ring part 2231 may be smaller than the wall thickness of the first ring part 2231 and the wall thickness of the third ring part 2233. That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the connection between the second ring part 2232 and the first ring part 2231 is preferentially deformed.

That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the connection between the second loop 2232 and the third loop 2233 is preferentially deformed.
Further, in the present embodiment, a first rigid connection member 1121 is embedded in the connection portion 221 toward the installation groove 1122, a second rigid connection member 2211 is embedded in the installation groove 1122, and the first rigid connection member 1121 is connected to the second rigid connection member 2211. The first rigid connection part 1121 and the second rigid connection part 2211 ensure the structural strength and the connection strength of the soft rubber inner shell 112 and the connection part 221, so that the connection between the massage head 200 and the wearing bracket 100 is firmer and more reliable, and the universal floating of the massage head 200 is not influenced. And the junction of the first rigid connector 1121 and the second rigid connector 2211 can be stably jointed, the junction can provide a stable swing fulcrum for the swing of the massage head 200, and the massage head 200 can generate uniform deformation on two sides of the massage head 200 during the swing, so that more uniform ejection force can be formed on the neck, and the floating clamping force of the massage head 200 is more uniform.

Meanwhile, the base 220 of the massage head 200 has elasticity, so that the first swing arm 2101 and the second swing arm 2102 can be elastically deformed to adapt to the size of the neck of the human body.
Therefore, the elastic part of the massage head 200 can adjust the curvature according to the shape of the neck of the human body through deformation, so as to adapt to the sizes of different human necks, further ensure the fitting performance of the electrode plates 231 with the neck of the human body, and further improve the massage area and the massage effect.
Moreover, the massage head 200 and the massage piece 230 thereon are integrally arranged in a floating and swinging manner relative to the wearing support 100, the massage head 200 can enable the plurality of electrode plates 231 and the two ends of the wearing support 100 to be located on the same circle through elastic deformation adjustment, the circle is matched with the shape of the neck of a human body, the whole body acts together with the neck, the electrode plates 231 are constantly guaranteed to be attached to the neck, and linkage and massage comfort are improved.
In addition, massage head 200 and the massage piece 230 on it are whole to float and swing and massage head 200 adjusts through elastic deformation and combines together, in the use, when human neck takes place the motion, massage head 200 and the massage piece 230 on it can follow the motion of human neck through whole floating and swing, and because human neck motion back, the curvature of the part that human neck and a plurality of electrode slice 231 are laminated probably changes, at this moment, massage head 200 is through the elasticity of self, the curvature of the massage face that makes a plurality of electrode slices 231 form corresponds partial change along with human neck. That is, the massage head 200 can not only follow the movement of the neck of the human body, but also keep always in contact with the skin of the neck of the human body through the curvature change of the massage surface in the following process.
In the present embodiment, the connection part 221 is disposed at the center of the base 220 in the length direction. The two ends of the base 220 can deform with the center of the length direction as a fulcrum, so that the first swing arm 2101 and the second swing arm 2102 are symmetrically arranged, and the lengths are the same, thereby not only ensuring the floating balance of the massage head 200, but also being beneficial to the uniform distribution of the electrode plates 231 on the first swing arm 2101 and the second swing arm 2102.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electrode pad 231 is a flexible electrode pad that deforms with the base 220. Furthermore, the flexible electrode sheet can deform along with the base 220, and the flexible electrode sheet can be kept to be tightly attached to the neck at any time, so that more various massage effects are provided, and the massage experience of a user is richer.
Specifically, when the electrode sheet 231 contacts with the skin of the human body, the electrode sheet 231 is acted by the human body to drive the elastic part (i.e., the base 220) of the massage head 200 to deform, and the elastic restoring force generated by the base 220 can press and hold the electrode sheet 231 on the skin of the human body. Moreover, the whole massage head 200 is soft in texture and can be attached adaptively according to the contour of the neck of the human body, namely, the massage head deforms and attaches along with the fluctuation of the neck of the human body, so that the connection is tighter. In addition, when the electrode plate 231 is attached to the neck of the human body, the driving base 220 is deformed together with the electrode plate 231, and the electrode plate 231 is pressed and held on the neck of the human body by the elastic restoring force generated by the base 220, so that the massage head 200 has the capability of active attachment and has better attachment with the neck.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electrode plate 231 is a metal electrode plate, which can slide relative to the neck when the base 220 deforms, and can better fit to the neck along with the deformation of the base 220 due to the small friction between the metal electrode plate and the human body.
In other embodiments, the electrode sheet 231 is a gel sheet. The gel sheet is soft in texture, can form a good fit with the neck, and can effectively eliminate the gap between the electrode sheet 231 and the neck skin. Meanwhile, the surface of the gel sheet has certain viscosity, so that the viscosity between the gel sheet and the skin is higher, when the neck is twisted, the neck can drive the massage head 200 to swing together with the neck through the adhesion of the electrode plate 231. In addition, the gel sheet is rich in water vapor, so that the wetting effect on the neck of a human body is achieved, and the massage feeling of a user is improved.
It is understood that the electrode sheet 231 may also be a conductive rubber sheet.

For example, the connecting portion 221 is provided with a first threading hole 222, the soft rubber inner shell 112 is provided with a second threading hole 113, and the first threading hole 222 corresponds to the second threading hole 113.
The wearing frame 100 is provided with a power supply member (not shown), for example, an adapter plate, and a power supply line (not shown) of the massage member 230 sequentially passes through the first threading hole 222 and the second threading hole 113 and extends into the middle frame 110 to be connected with the power supply member, so as to ensure that the massage member 230 is electrically connected with the power supply member through the power supply line. And the length of the power supply line is provided with a margin to accommodate the floating of the massage head 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the mounting grooves 1122 corresponds to the number of the massage heads 200, so as to facilitate the mounting of the massage heads 200.
In summary, the mounting groove is formed in one side of the middle support close to the accommodating space, the massage head is connected to the mounting groove through the connecting portion, and a gap is formed between the massage head and the side wall of the mounting groove, so that the massage head can be connected to the middle support in a floating and swinging manner, the height of the surface, in contact with the neck of the human body, of the massage head is reduced relative to the protrusion of the middle support, when the neck massager is worn on the neck of the human body, the first clamping arm, the second clamping arm and the massage head arranged on the middle support clamp jointly clamp the neck of the human body, and the distance between the massage surface of the massage head and the middle support is reduced, so that the arc-shaped diameter of the wearing support is smaller, the size of the whole neck massager is smaller, and the neck massager is convenient to carry.
