The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, an embodiment of the utility model discloses a shoulder and neck massager 1, which includes a middle support 11, two handles 12 (the two handles 12 are a first handle 12a and a second handle 12b respectively), a bending structure 14 and a massage head assembly 15. The middle support 11 comprises a first inner surface 11a and a first outer surface 11b which are arranged oppositely, the two handles 12 are respectively connected to two ends of the middle support 11, and the handles 12 comprise a second inner surface 12c and a second outer surface 12d which are arranged oppositely. The connection part of the second inner surface 12c or the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a is formed with a bending structure 14, and/or the connection part of the second outer surface 12d or the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11b is formed with a bending structure 14, and the bending structure 14 is used for being erected on the shoulder of a human body in a wearing state. The intermediate bracket 11 and/or the handle 12 is provided with a massage head assembly 15.
It can be understood that the first outer surface 11b refers to a side surface of the middle support 11 facing away from the human body when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the first inner surface 11a refers to a side surface of the middle support facing away from the human body when the first outer surface 11b is worn, the second outer surface 12d refers to a side surface of the handle 12 facing away from the human body when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, and the second inner surface 12c refers to a side surface of the middle support facing away from the human body when the second outer surface 12d is worn.
It should be noted that the first inner surface 11a, the first outer surface 11b, the second inner surface 12c, and the second outer surface 12d do not include the edge position of the middle support 11 or the handle 12.
When the shoulder and neck massager 1 provided by the embodiment of the utility model is worn, the middle support 11 is arranged on the neck of a human body in a straddling manner, and the bending structure 14 can be erected on the shoulder of the human body, so that the shoulder and neck massager 1 is not required to be worn by clamping the neck through the handle 12, the discomfort of a user caused by clamping the neck is avoided, and the improvement of user experience is facilitated. In addition, the positions clamped on the shoulders are the first inner surface 11a, the first outer surface 11b, the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d, that is, the positions clamped on the shoulders are not the edge positions of the middle bracket 11 or the handle 12, so that the contact area between the bending structure 14 and the shoulders is large, the pressure between the shoulder and the shoulder can be reduced when the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1 is worn on the shoulder, and the use experience of the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1 can be improved.
It should be noted that, the bent structure 14 is formed at the connection position of the second inner surface 12c or the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a, and/or the bent structure 14 is formed at the connection position of the second outer surface 12d or the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11b, which may include the following several ways:
1) the second inner surface 12c is formed with a bent structure 14.
2) The joint of the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a is formed with a bent structure 14.
3) The second outer surface 12d is formed with a bent structure 14.
4) The junction of the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11b is formed with a bent structure 14.
5) The second inner surface 12c is formed with a bend structure 14 and the second outer surface 12d is formed with a bend structure 14.
6) The second inner surface 12c is formed with a bent structure 14 and the joint of the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11b is formed with a bent structure 14.
7) The connection between the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a is formed with a bent structure 14, and the second outer surface 12d is formed with a bent structure 14.
8) A bent structure 14 is formed at the joint of the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a, and a bent structure 14 is formed at the joint of the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11 b. Therefore, the arrangement mode of the bending structure 14 can be various and can be selected according to the specific requirements of the product. Illustratively, a bent structure 14 is formed at the junction of the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a, and a bent structure 14 is formed at the junction of the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11 b.
Optionally, the bending structure 14 includes a first bending portion 141 and a second bending portion 142, the first bending portion 141 is connected to the second bending portion 142, and an included angle is formed between the first bending portion 141 and the second bending portion 142.
When the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d is formed with the bending structure 14, the first bending portion 141 and the second bending portion 142 both form the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d, and the first bending portion 141 is connected to the first inner surface 11a or the first outer surface 11 b. By forming the first bending portion 141 and the second bending portion 142 on the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d, the bending structure 14 and the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d can be integrally formed, and then the first bending portion 141 is directly connected to the first inner surface 11a or the first outer surface 11b of the middle bracket 11, so that the connection and matching relationship between the first bending portion 141 and the middle bracket 11 is simple and easy to assemble. In another alternative embodiment, when the connection portion between the second inner surface 12c and the first inner surface 11a or the connection portion between the second outer surface 12d and the first outer surface 11b is formed with the bending structure 14, specifically, the first inner surface 11a or the first outer surface 11b of the middle bracket 11 is formed with a first bending portion 141, and the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d of the handle 12 is formed with a second bending portion 142. Since the first bent portion 141 and the second bent portion 142 are respectively formed on the first inner surface 11a or the first outer surface 11b of the middle bracket 11 and the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d of the handle 12, the second inner surface 12c or the second outer surface 12d of the handle 12 does not need to be formed as a curved surface, thereby facilitating the formation of the handle 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the folding structure 14 may be a separate component, and the first folding portion 141 and the second folding portion 142 are connected to the middle bracket 11 and the handle 12, respectively.
In this embodiment, a first bent portion 141 is formed on both the first inner surface 11a and the first outer surface 11b, and a second bent portion 142 is formed on both the second inner surface 12c and the second outer surface 12 d.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid discomfort of the user due to the clamped neck, the two bending structures 14 formed by the two handles 12 or the two bending structures 14 formed at the connection positions of the two handles 12 and the middle bracket 11 should have a sufficient distance for accommodating the neck, so that when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the bending structures 14 can have a gap with the outer surface of the neck, and thus, a situation that the neck is tightly clamped to affect the wearing comfort can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the bending structure 14 is an arc-shaped bending structure, that is, when the handle 12 is assembled to the middle support 11, a portion of the handle 12 close to the middle support 11 and a portion of the middle support 11 close to the handle 12 (i.e., the end 114 of the middle support 11) are smoothly transited, so that the bending structure 14 can be adapted to the shape of the shoulder of the human body, and the wearing comfort is improved.
In some embodiments, as can be seen from the foregoing, the intermediate bracket 11 and/or the handle 12 are provided with a massage head assembly 15. In an alternative embodiment, the intermediate bracket 11 is provided with a massage head assembly 15. Thus, when the intermediate frame 11 is placed on the neck of the human body, the massage head unit 15 is positioned at the trapezius muscle of the back of the human body, so that the trapezius muscle of the back can be massaged to relieve the fatigue of the shoulder and neck. In another alternative embodiment, the handle 12 is provided with a massage head assembly 15. Thus, the weight of the middle bracket 11 can be reduced by providing the massage head assembly 15 on the handle 12, thereby improving the wearing stability of the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1. In another alternative embodiment, the middle support 11 and the handle 12 are provided with the massage head assembly 15 to increase the massage area of the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1, enhance the massage effect, and improve the user experience. Therefore, the arrangement positions of the massage head components 15 can be various, so as to adapt to different use requirements.
The embodiment will be described by taking an example in which the intermediate frame 11 is provided with the massage head unit 15.
Optionally, a massage head assembly 15 is provided at one end of the intermediate bracket 11 facing the bending structure 14. Thus, when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the bending structure 14 is clamped on the shoulder, and then the massage head assembly 15 is arranged at one end of the middle bracket 11 facing the bending structure 14, so that the massage head assembly 15 is closer to the shoulder to massage the shoulder.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the first inner surface 11a and the first outer surface 11b both form a first bending portion 141, and the second inner surface 12c and the second outer surface 12d both form a second bending portion 142, and optionally, the massage head assembly 15 is disposed at the first bending portion 141, so that an included angle is formed between the massage head assembly 15 and the second bending portion 142. Thus, when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is used, the bending structure 14 is clamped on the shoulder of the human body, and then the included angle formed between the massage head assembly 15 and the second bending part 142 can clamp the shoulder of the human body, so that the massage head assembly 15 can be better attached to the human body, and the massage effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the shoulder and neck massager 1 further includes a rotatable mechanism 151, and the massage head assembly 15 is connected to the middle bracket 11 through the rotatable mechanism 151. In this way, the rotatable mechanism 151 can be used to allow the massage head assembly 15 to rotate around the rotatable mechanism 151 to adjust the position of the massage assembly 15 to match the shape of the shoulder and neck of different users, so as to improve the fitting degree of the massage head assembly 15 to the shoulder and neck.
Alternatively, the rotatable mechanism 151 may be a resilient member (e.g., a spring, a leaf spring, a silicone member). Because the rotatable mechanism 151 has elasticity, then, the massage head assembly 15 can also do swing motion relative to the middle bracket 11 and do floating motion along the axial direction of the massage head assembly 15, thereby enabling the massage head assembly 15 to be attached to the shoulder and neck shapes of different users, so as to improve the attaching degree of the massage head assembly 15 and the position to be massaged, and further improve the massage effect.
Alternatively, the massage head assembly 15 may include a plurality of massage head assemblies arranged at intervals, so that the massage area can be increased and the massage effect can be improved. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the massage head units 15 may be provided in two, symmetrically arranged with respect to the center of the middle frame 11 along the neck surrounding direction of the middle frame 11, so as to correspond to the two shoulders of the human body. It is understood that the number of the massage head assemblies 15 may also be three, four, or more in other embodiments.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1 further comprises a folding assembly 16, one end of the folding assembly 16 is connected to the middle support 11, the other end of the folding assembly 16 is connected to the handle 12, and the folding assembly 16 is used for making the handle 12 foldable relative to the middle support 11, thereby facilitating the storage of the apparatus 1. Specifically, the folding assembly 16 may be removably attached to the intermediate bracket 11 and the handle 12, e.g., the folding assembly 16 may be attached to the intermediate bracket 11 and the handle 12 by a screw connection.
Optionally, the folding assembly 16 includes a first connecting portion 161 and a second connecting portion 162 connected to the first connecting portion 161, the first connecting portion 161 is fixedly connected to the middle support 11, and the second connecting portion 162 is rotatably connected to the handle 12, or the first connecting portion 161 is rotatably connected to the middle support 11, and the second connecting portion 162 is fixedly connected to the handle 12. In this way, the first connecting portion 161 or the second connecting portion 162 of the folding assembly 16 is rotatably connected with the middle bracket 11 or the handle 12, so that the handle 12 can be rotated relative to the middle bracket 11, and the handle 12 can be folded relative to the middle bracket 11, thereby facilitating the storage of the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1.
As shown in fig. 5, in particular, the first connecting portion 161 is fixedly connected to the middle bracket 11, one of the second connecting portion 162 and the handle 12 is provided with a rotating shaft 1621, the other of the second connecting portion 162 and the handle 12 is provided with a shaft hole 124, and the rotating shaft 1621 is disposed through the shaft hole 124, so that the handle 12 is rotatably connected to the second connecting portion 162, thereby enabling the handle 12 to be folded relative to the middle bracket 11, and facilitating the storage of the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1. In addition, the rotary connection mode of shaft hole matching is adopted, and the connection reliability of the handle 12 and the folding assembly 16 is high. Of course, in other embodiments, the folding assembly 16 may be provided with an elastic member, such as a silicone member, so as to make the handle 12 foldable relative to the middle bracket 11, so that the folding assembly 16 has a simpler structure and is easier to manufacture.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the middle support 11 is formed with a recess 113 at a position corresponding to the neck of the human body, and the recess 113 is formed to clear the neck of the human body. As shown in fig. 6, the dotted line is the horizontal line at the highest point of the middle support in the wearing state, the position of the middle support 11 corresponding to the neck of the human body is concave relative to the horizontal line to form a recess 113, and when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the recess 113 corresponds to the back neck of the human body, so that the wearing can be more stable.
Further, sunken 113 is the arc sunken to can match human back neck position shape, avoid middle support 11 and back neck position contact, even human back up the time also can not receive the interference of this middle support 11, can improve user's wearing comfort level on the one hand, on the other hand can avoid back neck touching middle support 11 to lead to this shoulder neck massager 1 to wear unstable condition, thereby promote the stability that this shoulder neck massager 1 wore.
Referring to fig. 2, 6 and 7 together, a horizontal line in fig. 2 is a dotted line formed by extending from a point of the middle support 11 in a horizontal direction, and a direction in which the middle support 11 extends obliquely from the point is marked with reference to the point. In some embodiments, the middle support 11 gradually extends upward and obliquely (in the x direction shown in fig. 2 and 7) from the center o (see fig. 6) of the middle support 11 to the end 114 of the middle support 11, and the height of the end 114 of the middle support 11 is greater than the height of the center o of the middle support 11. That is, when the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1 is worn, the center o of the middle support 11 may correspond to the back neck of the human body, the end 114 of the middle support 11 corresponds to the shoulder of the human body, and the middle support 11 gradually extends obliquely upward from the neck of the human body toward the position of the shoulder. The middle support 11 is inclined from the center o to extend towards the end 114, so that the middle support 11 can cover the trapezius muscle of the human body, and when the massage head assembly 15 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the trapezius muscle of the human body, of the middle support 11, the trapezius muscle can be massaged, and the fatigue of shoulders and neck can be relieved.
In some embodiments, the middle support 11 includes a first side 1111 and a second side 1112 opposite to each other, the first side 1111 is configured to be disposed toward the neck of the human body, and the first outer surface 11b of the middle support 11 is gradually inclined downward (in the y direction as shown in fig. 2 and 7) from the first side 1111 to the second side 1112, so that the first outer surface 11b is parallel to the surface of the portion of the human body where the middle support 11 is worn, thereby the middle support 11 fits better with the human body when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, and the wearing is more stable.
The above-mentioned upward and downward directions mean that the direction toward the head of the human body is an upward direction and the direction away from the head of the human body is a downward direction when the shoulder and neck massage apparatus 1 is in a wearing state. Meanwhile, the directions of the above-mentioned oblique upward and oblique downward are not vertically upward and vertically downward, and in particular, the x direction and the y direction shown in fig. 2 and 7 can be seen in detail. It is understood that the inclination angles of the upward-inclined direction x and the downward-inclined direction y in the drawings are only used as an example and are not limited to the present application, and in other embodiments, other inclination angles of the upward-inclined direction x and the downward-inclined direction y may be adopted.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the intermediate stent 11 comprises a first outer shell 111 and a first inner shell 112 interfacing with the first outer shell 111, the first inner shell 112 being configured to be disposed toward the body, the first outer shell 111 being configured to be disposed away from the surface of the body.
It is understood that the surface of the first outer shell 111 facing away from the first inner shell 112 is a first outer surface 11b, and the surface of the first inner shell 112 facing away from the first outer shell 111 is a first inner surface 11 a.
Specifically, as can be seen from the foregoing, the first outer surface 11b of the middle bracket 11 is gradually inclined downward from the first side 1111 to the second side 1112 (in the y-direction as shown in fig. 2 and 7). Thus, the first outer surface 11b of the first housing 111 can be substantially parallel to the surface of the part of the human body for wearing the middle support 11, so that the first housing 111 can better fit with the human body when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, and the wearing is more stable.
Alternatively, the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 may be integrally formed or separately formed.
In an alternative embodiment, the first outer shell 111 is integrally formed with the first inner shell 112, in which the integrally formed middle bracket 11 has structural stability, and the assembly process of the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 is simplified.
In another alternative embodiment, the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 may be formed as a single body. In this way, the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 can be assembled after the inner components are assembled, thereby facilitating the installation of the shoulder and neck massager 1.
When the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 are formed separately, the first inner shell 112 is connected with the first outer shell 111 in a buckling manner, so that detachable connection is realized. Illustratively, one of the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 is provided with a locking protrusion, the other of the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 is provided with a locking hole, and the locking protrusion and the locking hole are matched to realize the snap-fit connection of the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112. It is understood that the plurality of the locking holes and the locking protrusions may be provided, and the plurality of the locking holes and the locking protrusions may be spaced along the edges of the first outer case 111 and the first inner case 112, respectively.
Alternatively, the material of the first outer shell 111 may be hard plastic, and the material of the first inner shell 112 may be flexible. Because the material of the first inner shell 112 is flexible, when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn on the shoulder and neck of a human body, the first inner shell 112 can deform along with the shape of the surface of the human body, so as to better fit the surface of the human body. In addition, because the first inner shell 112 is made of flexible material, when the massage head assembly 15 is arranged on the middle support 11, the massage head assembly 15 can be specifically arranged on the first inner shell 112, so that the massage head assembly 15 can float along the thickness direction of the shoulder and neck massager 1, and the massage head assembly 15 can be better attached to the part to be massaged, and the interference between the massage head assembly 15 and the part to be massaged is avoided. On the other hand, as can be seen from the foregoing, the first outer shell 111 and the first inner shell 112 can be connected by a snap-fit manner, and when the first inner shell 111 is made of a flexible material and the first outer shell 111 is made of a hard plastic, the snap-fit or snap-fit protrusion made of the hard plastic can be adhered to the edge of the first inner shell 112, so as to snap the first inner shell 112 to the first outer shell 111, and due to the elastic action of the first inner shell 112, the first inner shell 112 and the first outer shell 111 can be fastened more tightly. Alternatively, the material of the first inner casing 112 may be soft rubber, silicone rubber, or the like.
Since the first housing 111 is made of hard plastic, it not only has sufficient strength to support, but also has the advantage of light weight compared to metal material, so as to be convenient for the user to carry and wear. Of course, in other embodiments, the first housing 111 may also be a metal material.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the handle 12 includes a second outer shell 121 and a second inner shell 122 coupled to the second outer shell 121, the second inner shell 122 being configured to be disposed toward a human body. The second inner shell 122 is connected with the first inner shell 112 of the middle support 11, the second outer shell 121 is connected with the first outer shell 111 of the middle support 11, and the connection between the first outer shell 111 and the second outer shell 121 is in smooth transition, so that the situation that the skin of a human body is scratched at the edges and corners can be avoided.
It is understood that a side surface of the second outer case 121 facing away from the second inner case 122 is a second outer surface 12d, and a side surface of the second inner case 122 facing away from the second outer case 121 is a second inner surface 12 c.
In some embodiments, the second inner surface 12c of the second inner shell 122 of the handle 12 is adapted to be placed about the torso of a human body. When the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the second inner shell 122 is lapped on the trunk of the human body, and friction force is generated between the second inner shell 122 and the trunk of the human body, so that the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn on the shoulders more stably.
In some embodiments, the weight of the handle 12 is greater than that of the middle support 11, and the handle 12 is acted by gravity to tighten the middle support 11, so that the middle support 11 is tightly attached to the neck when being worn, which can avoid the unstable wearing of the shoulder and neck massager 1 caused by the acting force of the rear falling of the middle support 11, and further improve the wearing stability of the shoulder and neck massager 1.
In a specific arrangement, in order to increase the weight of the handle 12 to be greater than the weight of the intermediate bracket 11, the following may be used:
in an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the handle 12 may be provided with a weight member 13, and the weight of the handle 12 is made larger than the weight of the intermediate bracket 11 by the weight action of the weight member 13. Optionally, the weight 13 includes one or more of a battery 131, a circuit board 132, a speaker 133, or a weight 134. The battery 131, the circuit board 132 and the speaker 133 are accommodated in the handle 12 to play a role of a weight, and the weight and volume of the middle bracket 11 can be reduced by accommodating functional components such as the battery 131, the circuit board 132 and the speaker 133 in the handle 12 instead of the middle bracket 11. It will be appreciated that in order to balance the weights of the two handles 12, the weight members 13 should be evenly distributed among the two handles 12. Specifically, the weight 134 and the circuit board 132 are disposed in one of the handles 12, and the speaker 133 and the battery 131 are disposed in the other handle 12. In this way, the weight of the weight member 13 is distributed evenly between the two handles 12, which is beneficial for the two handles 12 to be in a balanced state when being worn, thereby improving the wearing stability of the shoulder and neck massager 1.
In another alternative embodiment, the length of the handle 12 may be set to be greater than the length of the middle bracket 11 so that the weight of the handle 12 is greater than the weight of the middle bracket 11, thereby enabling the shoulder and neck massager 1 to be stably worn.
In this embodiment, the handle 12 is longer, so that the user can conveniently hold the handle by hand, and the use convenience of the user is improved.
Optionally, the handle 12 is provided with an anti-slip structure 123 (see fig. 7), so as to increase friction force and prevent the hand from slipping and falling when the handle 12 is held by the hand.
Further, the anti-slip structure 123 is disposed on the second inner surface 12c of the handle 12, on one hand, the hand can be prevented from slipping and falling when the hand holds the handle 12, and on the other hand, when the shoulder and neck massager 1 is worn, the second inner surface 12c of the handle 12 is attached to the trunk of the human body, and the anti-slip structure 123 can increase the friction force between the handle 12 and the trunk of the human body, thereby being helpful to increase the wearing stability of the shoulder and neck massager 1. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, anti-slip structures 123 may be provided on the second outer surface 12d of the handle 12 to increase friction when gripping by the hand.
Alternatively, the anti-slip structure 123 may include a bump structure and/or an anti-slip sheet, in other words, the anti-slip structure 123 includes a bump structure, or the anti-slip structure 123 includes an anti-slip sheet, or the anti-slip structure 123 includes both a bump structure and an anti-slip sheet.
When the anti-slip structure 123 adopts a bump structure, the bump structure may be made of hard plastic, and during the specific molding, the bump structure may be integrally molded with the handle, or may be separately molded, for example, the bump structure may be embedded into the handle 12 when the handle 12 is molded.
When the anti-slip structure 123 is an anti-slip sheet, the anti-slip sheet can be embedded into the handle 12, and the anti-slip sheet can increase the contact area, thereby increasing the friction force. Illustratively, the anti-slip sheet may be a soft silicone sheet.
It can be understood that, whether the anti-slip structure 123 includes anti-slip sheets or bump structures, the number of the anti-slip structure 123 may be multiple, so as to further increase the contact area when the user holds the handle 12 with the hand, and increase the friction force, thereby improving the anti-slip effect.
According to the shoulder and neck massage instrument 1 provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the bent structure 14 is formed at the joint of the middle bracket 11 and the handle 12, and when the shoulder and neck massage instrument 1 is worn, the bent structure 14 is erected on the shoulders of a human body, so that the shoulder and neck massage instrument 1 is worn. In addition, the weight of the handle 12 is greater than that of the middle bracket 11, so that the handle 12 tensions the middle bracket 11 under the action of gravity, the middle bracket 11 can be stably worn on the neck, and the wearing stability of the shoulder and neck massager 1 can be further ensured.
The shoulder and neck massage apparatus disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention is described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained herein by using specific examples, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the shoulder and neck massage apparatus and the core concept thereof; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
