The initial diameter of the massage surface formed by the electrode pads 231 may be phi 90mm, and the massage surface is elastically deformed by the seat body 220, for example, when the massage surface is adapted to a neck with a smaller size, the seat body 220 bends toward the inner side of the massage surface with the connecting member 221 as a fulcrum, so as to reduce the radius of the massage surface and improve the fitting property of the neck with the smaller size. When the neck with larger size is adapted, the seat body 220 bends towards the outer side of the massage surface by taking the connecting piece 221 as a fulcrum, so that the radius of the massage surface is increased, and the fitting performance of the neck with larger size is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the massage head 200 and the wearing frame 100 are installed by a deformable structure, so that the massage body 210 and the electrode assembly 230 thereon can float and swing integrally with respect to the wearing frame 100, and the deformable structure is provided on at least one of the massage head 200 and the wearing frame 100.
Thus, the massage head 200 and the wearing bracket 100 are connected by a deformable structure, and the massage head 200 and the middle bracket 110 are floatably and swingably connected by the deformation characteristics of the deformable structure, and the electrode assembly 230 can float and swing with respect to the middle bracket 110.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the deformable structure can be disposed on the massage head 200, for example, the connection member 221 is an elastic member, the massage head 200 is installed on the wearing frame 100 through the connection member 221, and the deformable structure is formed by the connection member 221.
Thus, the holder body 220 can float and swing with respect to the middle bracket 110 by the elastic deformation of the connection member 221. Wherein, the connecting piece 221 can be made of soft rubber, and then the connecting piece 221 and the middle support 110 can generate larger resilience when undergoing elastic deformation, so that the massage surface formed by the plurality of electrode plates 231 and the clamping arms can form a tighter clamping effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the deformable structure can also be disposed on the wearing frame 100, for example, the wearing frame 100 includes a flexible inner shell 112, the flexible inner shell 112 is located on the side facing the neck of the human body where the wearing frame 100 is located, the massage head 200 is mounted on the flexible inner shell 112 through a connecting member 221, and the deformable structure is composed of the flexible inner shell 112.
Specifically, the intermediate bracket 110 includes a resilient outer shell 111 and a flexible inner shell 112. The flexible inner shell 112 is installed on one side of the elastic outer shell 111 facing the neck of the human body, the connecting piece 221 is installed on the flexible inner shell 112, and the deformable structure is composed of the flexible inner shell 112.
The middle support 110 provides support on the side back to the neck of the human body through the elastic shell 111, so that deformation generated by the middle support 110 is limited to be kept within a certain range, the structural strength of the middle support 110 is improved, and the stability of the middle support 110 as a connecting piece 221 mounting carrier is guaranteed. The flexible inner shell 112 has a larger elastic deformation space at the side facing the neck of the human body, so that the massage body 210 and the electrode assembly 230 thereon can float and swing as a whole.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the deformable structure can be provided on the massage head 200 and the wearing frame 100 at the same time. For example, the connecting member 221 is an elastic member, the wearing support 100 includes a flexible inner shell 112, the flexible inner shell 112 is located on the side of the wearing support 100 facing the neck of the human body, the connecting member 221 is mounted on the flexible inner shell 112, and the deformable structure is composed of the connecting member 221 and the flexible inner shell 112.
In this way, by providing the elastic connection member 221 and the flexible inner shell 112 at the same time, the massage body 210 and the electrode assembly 230 thereon can float and swing relative to the middle support 110 through elastic deformation, and it is ensured that the deformable structure between the massage head 200 and the middle support 110 is not damaged during the swinging process of the massage head 200. Moreover, the deformable structures are arranged on the massage head 200 and the wearing bracket 100, so that the floating and swinging range of the massage head 200 is larger, the adaptability is stronger, the connecting piece 221 and the flexible inner shell 112 can generate relatively larger resilience force when being elastically deformed, and the massage surfaces 210 formed by the electrode plates 231 and the inner surfaces of the clamping arms can form a more compact clamping effect on the neck.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the massage head 200 is provided with a first threading hole 222, the wearing frame 100 is provided with a second threading hole 113, and the first threading hole 222 corresponds to the second threading hole 113. For example, the connecting member 221 is provided with a first threading hole 222, the flexible inner shell 112 is provided with a second threading hole 113, and the first threading hole 222 corresponds to the second threading hole 113.
A power supply member (not shown), such as an adapter plate, is disposed in the wearable support 100, and a power supply line (not shown) of the electrode assembly 230 sequentially passes through the first threading hole 222 and the second threading hole 113 and extends into the middle support 110 to be connected with the power supply member, so as to ensure that the electrode assembly 230 is electrically connected with the power supply member through the power supply line.
Further, the length of the power supply line has a margin to accommodate the floating and swinging of the massage head 200. That is, the length of the power supply line is longer than the distance between the connection points at both ends of the power supply line when the massage head 200 is in a natural state (when the massage head 200 is not floating or swinging), so that the power supply line is not pulled even if the distance between the connection points at both ends of the power supply line is increased during the floating and swinging processes of the massage head 200, thereby ensuring the reliability of the electrical connection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting member 221 is configured with a first corrugation 223. The flexible inner shell 112 is configured with a second pleat 114.
The first wrinkles 223 provide universal swing allowance and swing resilience for the massage heads 200, so that the pulling force generated at the connection part of the seat body 220 and the middle bracket 110 by the massage heads 200 during swinging is kept in a lower range, and the firmness of the connection structure between the massage heads 200 and the middle bracket 110 in the swinging process of the massage heads 200 is ensured. The second pleats 114 provide the massage head 200 with a floating margin and a floating return force. The floating property of the connection between the lifting seat body 220 and the middle bracket 110 is larger, and the floating range is larger. Thus, the floating and swinging of the massage head 200 can be generated together, and the structure is independent and not influenced.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the first pleats 223 and the second pleats 114 are both annular, for example, circular ring-shaped, disposed around the junction of the connecting member 221 and the flexible inner shell 112, and by configuring the first pleats 223 and the second pleats 114 to be circular ring-shaped, it is possible to provide a more uniform annular deformation force to the massage head 200. The axial direction of the first pleats 223 and the axial direction of the second pleats 114 both extend in the radial direction of the wearing support 100. Thus, the first wrinkles 223 and the second wrinkles 114 can provide more accurate resilience force to the massage head 200.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second corrugation 114 surrounds a circular recess 1141 on the flexible inner shell 112, and the connecting member 221 is configured as a solid of revolution and has a portion extending into the circular recess 1141.
Thus, when the connecting member 221 is connected to the flexible inner shell 112, the portion of the connecting member is inserted into the circular groove 1141 of the flexible inner shell 112, the stress range of the second corrugation 114 when the second corrugation 114 is subjected to the pushing force of the seat 220 is circular, the shape of the second corrugation 114 is circular, the second corrugation can be adapted to the stress range of the circular groove, the deformation of the flexible inner shell 112 is more uniform, and then the floating stress of the massage head 200 in each direction is more uniform, so that the wearing comfort is better.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the depth of the first corrugation 223 is greater than the depth of the second corrugation 114, and the width of the groove formed by the first corrugation 223 is smaller than the width of the groove formed by the second corrugation 114.
Specifically, the greater depth of the first pleat 223 and the greater length of the cylindrical surface of the first pleat 223 may cause the radial support strength of the first pleat 223 to be greater than that of the second pleat 114, such that the second pleat 114 may preferentially elastically deform when the first pleat 223 and the second pleat 114 are simultaneously subjected to a force moving in the radial direction of the neck of the human body. When subjected to a force swinging in the radial direction of the neck, the length of the cylindrical surface of the first corrugation 223 is longer, a longer moment arm can be provided, and the first corrugation 223 can be elastically deformed preferentially.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the first fold 223 includes a first ring portion 2231, a second ring portion 2232 and a third ring portion 2233 that are sequentially spaced apart from each other, the first ring portion 2231 is connected to the flexible inner shell 112 of the wearable support 100, the third ring portion 2233 is connected to the base 220 of the massage body 210, one end of the second ring portion 2232 is connected to the first ring portion 2231, and the other end is connected to the third ring portion 2233.
The first ring 2231, the second ring 2232, and the third ring 2233 are located radially inward and outward of the ring of the first corrugation 223. The first ring part 2231 is connected to the flexible inner casing 112, so that the connecting part 221 is firmly assembled to the flexible inner casing 112, the third ring part 2233 is connected to the housing 220, and the second ring part 2232 connects the first ring part 2233 to the third ring part 2233 as a whole, so that the connecting part 221 has a corrugated structure.
In addition, the first ring part 2231, the second ring part 2232 and the third ring part 2233 are spaced from each other in the radial direction of the first corrugation 223, so that elastic deformation can be generated among the first ring part 2231, the second ring part 2232 and the third ring part 2233, and the elastic deformation capability of the connecting member 221 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the wall thickness of the second ring portion 2232 is smaller than the wall thickness of the first ring portion 2231 and the wall thickness of the third ring portion 2233. That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the second loop portions 2232 are preferentially deformed.
Alternatively, the wall thickness of the junction of the second ring part 2232 and the first ring part 2231 may be smaller than the wall thickness of the first ring part 2231 and the wall thickness of the third ring part 2233. That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the connection between the second ring part 2232 and the first ring part 2231 is preferentially deformed.
Alternatively, the wall thickness of the junction of the second ring part 2232 and the third ring part 2233 may be smaller than the wall thickness of the first ring part 2231 and the wall thickness of the third ring part 2233. That is, when the massage head 200 is subjected to the swinging force, the connection between the second loop 2232 and the third loop 2233 is preferentially deformed.
