Further, as a specific implementation manner of some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, in order to ensure that the stretching assembly 5 has an elastic stretching function in the installation groove 11, the stretching assembly 5 includes a pull rod 51 and an elastic member 52, wherein one end (specifically, a bottom end) of the pull rod 51 is disposed on the second clamping seat 3, and the other end (specifically, a top end) is disposed on the sliding seat 4 through the sliding rail 8; the elastic member 52 is sleeved on the pull rod 51 and can elastically stretch and contract in the slideway 8 so as to slide along the length direction of the slideway 8.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in order to ensure that the elastic element 52 can elastically stretch and retract smoothly, the stretching assembly 5 further includes a locking element 53, wherein the locking element 53 is locked at the other end of the pull rod 51, one end of the elastic element 52 abuts against the groove bottom of the mounting groove 11 (corresponding to the bottom of the sliding cavity 14) at a side close to the insertion hole 13, and the other end is fixed in the sliding groove 421 of the sliding seat 4 or abuts against the locking element 53.
Understandably, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the elastic member 52 of the stretching assembly 5 is accommodated in the slide way 8, and the other end (specifically, the top end) of the pull rod 51 passes through the insertion hole 13 of the supporting seat 1 to enter the slide way 8 and passes through the slide way 8 to be disposed on the slide seat 4, so that when the clamping space 6 is enlarged, a user can relatively pull the first clamping seat 2 and the second clamping seat 3 apart along the length direction of the supporting seat 1, at this time, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, along with the supporting seat 1 being away from the second clamping seat 3 along with the first clamping seat 2, under the abutting of the supporting seat 1, the elastic member 52 sleeved on the pull rod 51 is compressed along the length direction of the pull rod 51 in the slide way 8, and on the contrary, under the effect of the resilient force, the compressed elastic member 52 pushes the supporting seat 1 to drive the first clamping seat 2 to approach the second clamping seat 3, so as to gradually adjust (specifically, reduce) the clamping space 6.
It should be noted that the "elastic member 52" is generally a spring. Of course, in other embodiments, other suitable configurations for the stretching assembly 5 may be used.
Based on the above-mentioned clamping device 100, as shown in fig. 7, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a shooting assisting device 1000, wherein the shooting assisting device 1000 includes the above-mentioned clamping device 100. In this embodiment, the auxiliary device 1000 further includes a handle 200, wherein the clamping device 100 is generally disposed on the top of the handle 200. Of course, in other embodiments, the clamping device 100 may be disposed on other components of the auxiliary photographing device 1000.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the auxiliary device 1000 for shooting has at least the following beneficial effects: by adopting the clamping device 100, the shooting auxiliary device 1000 is convenient to manufacture, high in yield, good in stress performance, simple and reliable in overall structure and suitable for targets with different sizes.

Claims (10)

1. A clamping device is characterized by comprising a supporting seat, a first clamping seat, a second clamping seat, a sliding seat and a stretching assembly, wherein the supporting seat is provided with an installation groove along the extending direction of the supporting seat;
the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are oppositely arranged on the supporting seat and enclose a clamping space together with the supporting seat;
the sliding seat is inserted in the mounting groove, and a slideway for the stretching assembly to elastically stretch is formed in the mounting groove;
the stretching assembly penetrates through the slide way and is arranged on the sliding seat and/or the second clamping seat;
the supporting seat can stretch along the elasticity of the slide way through the stretching assembly to drive the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat to be relatively far away from or close to each other.

The clamping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding seat comprises a seat body and a sliding portion, the seat body is disposed on the supporting seat, the sliding portion is disposed on a side of the seat body close to the second clamping seat and is inserted into the mounting groove; the sliding part is provided with a sliding groove forming the sliding way along the length direction of the sliding part, the sliding groove is provided with an opening facing the inner wall of the supporting seat, and the length of the sliding groove is smaller than that of the sliding way.
3. Clamping device according to claim 2, characterized in that the slide slots are provided in at least two, each of which is evenly distributed with respect to the centre of the slide.
4. The clamping device as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the mounting groove, the supporting seat is provided with a convex rib at the bottom of the mounting groove, and a plug hole communicated with the mounting groove is provided at a position corresponding to the sliding groove;
in the extending direction of the slide way, the convex rib is abutted with the sliding part of the sliding seat; and a gap is arranged between the convex rib and the inner wall of the supporting seat to form a sliding cavity communicated with the sliding chute and the inserting hole;
and at the position corresponding to the insertion hole, the sliding cavity and the sliding groove jointly form the sliding way.
5. A holding arrangement as claimed in claim 4, wherein the slide cavity and the slide slot are diametrically opposed and adapted.
6. The clamping device of claim 4, wherein the top of the rib abuts against the sliding part of the sliding seat through an arc-shaped concave-convex structure.
7. Clamping device according to claim 2, wherein a connecting part for connecting an external device is arranged on the side of the seat body or the first clamping seat facing away from the second clamping seat.
8. The clamping device of claim 2, wherein the first clamping seat and the second clamping seat are disposed at opposite ends of the supporting seat, and the first clamping seat and the supporting seat are integrally formed; one side, back to the clamping space, of the first clamping seat is provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting hole is communicated with the mounting groove; the sliding seat is inserted in the mounting hole and the mounting groove.

The clamping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the stretching assembly comprises a pull rod and an elastic member, one end of the pull rod is arranged on the second clamping seat, and the other end of the pull rod is arranged on the sliding seat through the slide way; the elastic piece is sleeved on the pull rod and can elastically stretch and retract in the slide way to slide along the length direction of the slide way.
