As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamping device 100 includes a support assembly 1, a first clamping member 2, a second clamping member 3, a first clamping group 4, and a second clamping group 5. The supporting assembly 1 is provided with a first supporting surface 14 to support an electronic device (not shown) in a posture (specifically, the electronic device may be in a state of being clamped along a length direction or a width direction) through the first supporting surface 14. As shown in fig. 1, the first supporting surface 14 is provided with a receiving groove 16 in a concave manner in the thickness direction of the supporting assembly 1, and a second supporting surface 15 is formed at the bottom of the receiving groove 16, so as to support an electronic device (not shown) in another posture (specifically, the electronic device may be in a state of being clamped in the thickness direction) through the second supporting surface 15.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the height of the first support surface 14 is higher than the height of the second support surface 15 in the thickness direction of the support assembly 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first clamping member 2 is disposed at one end of the supporting component 1 (specifically, the left end or the right end of the supporting component 1), and correspondingly, the second clamping member 3 is disposed on the supporting component 1, or disposed at the other end of the supporting component 1 (specifically, the right end or the left end of the supporting component 1). And in the length direction of the supporting component 1, the first clamping piece 2, the first supporting surface 14 and the second clamping piece 3 together enclose a first gap 10. In this way, the first clamping member 2 and the second clamping member 3 can be mutually matched to clamp the electronic equipment in the first gap 10 along the length direction or the width direction of the electronic equipment together, and the electronic equipment can be supported by the first supporting surface 14.
Note that the first holding member 2 and the second holding member 3 are disposed opposite to each other. Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the structure of the second clamping member 3 is the same as that of the first clamping member 2, and the first clamping member 2 and the second clamping member 3 are respectively disposed on two opposite ends of the supporting assembly 1. Of course, in other embodiments, the structure of the second clamping member 3 may be different from the structure of the first clamping member 2, and the second clamping member 3 may also be a protrusion (not shown) protruding from the first supporting surface 14 and disposed on the supporting assembly 1, so that the electronic device may also be clamped in the first gap 10 by the cooperation of the first clamping member 2 and the protrusion. Specifically, the protruding portion may be a bump, a protruding plate, a protruding strip, a protruding point, a hook claw, or the like, for abutting against the sidewall of the electronic device.
It should also be noted that the size of the first gap 10 matches the size of the length and/or the size of the width of the electronic device. Specifically, according to the length or width of the electronic device, the size of the first gap 10 may be adjustable or fixed, so as to be customized for the electronic device of a corresponding style, which may be specifically determined according to actual needs. If the size of the first gap 10 is adjustable, the first clamping member 2 and/or the second clamping member 3 can be specifically adjusted by matching the existing linear movement module structure with the supporting component 1, or can be adjusted by matching the new structure with the supporting component 1, and will not be described herein in detail in consideration of the text. In order to make the technical solution of the present invention better understood, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, the size of the second gap 20 is adjustable for different thicknesses of the electronic device. In the present embodiment, the first clamping group 4 can move along the length direction of the supporting component 1 to adjust the size of the second gap 20. The structure of the second clamping group 5 is the same as that of the first clamping group 4 in order to simplify the overall structure and assembly and manufacture, and to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the clamping device 100. Of course, in other embodiments, the structure of the second clamping group 5 may be different from the structure of the first clamping group 4, and the second clamping group 5 may also be fixed, and specifically the second clamping block 51 is fixed.
In summary, no matter what structure the second clamping group 5 has, the first clamping block 41 and the second clamping block 51 of the second clamping group 5 can clamp the electronic device in the thickness direction of the electronic device together in the second gap 20, and for convenience of description, the first clamping group 4 will be taken as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, to realize the adjustable size of the second gap 20, the first clamping group 4 further includes a linear moving assembly 42, and the linear moving assembly 42 includes a connecting rod 421 having a connecting end, wherein the connecting end of the connecting rod 421 passes through the supporting assembly 1 along the length direction of the supporting assembly 1, and extends to the receiving groove 16 to connect with the first clamping block 41, so as to drive the first clamping block 41 to move to and fro along the length direction of the supporting assembly 1 at a fixed point in the receiving groove 16.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, in order to realize the linear reciprocating movement of the connecting rod 421 through the cooperation of the connecting rod 421 and the supporting component 1, and facilitate the installation and manufacturing, the supporting component 1 includes a supporting seat 11 and an installation component 12, wherein the installation component 12 is disposed on one side (specifically, one side facing the electronic device) of the supporting seat 11 close to the first gap 10, and a moving channel (not shown) is formed between the installation component 12 and the supporting seat 11 in the length direction of the supporting seat 11 (i.e., the length direction of the supporting component 1), and the connecting rod 421 can be movably inserted into the moving channel and extend out of the moving channel so as to extend to the accommodating groove 16 to be connected to the first clamping block 41. Of course, in other embodiments, the support assembly 1 may directly include the support base 11, and the moving channel is directly formed on the support base 11 along the length direction thereof.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, in order to simplify the installation and manufacturing of the clamping device 100, the mounting assembly 12 includes a mounting seat 121 and a mounting plate 122, the mounting seat 121 is formed with a mounting cavity (not shown), wherein, as shown in fig. 4, the mounting cavity includes a connecting hole 1211 and a mounting hole 1212, the connecting hole 1211 is formed along the length direction of the supporting seat 11 (i.e. the length direction of the supporting assembly 1), the mounting hole 1212 is formed along the thickness direction of the supporting seat 11 (i.e. the thickness direction of the supporting assembly 1), and the mounting hole 1212 is communicated with the connecting hole 1211.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the mounting plate 122 is disposed in the mounting hole 1212 and is located at the periphery of the outer wall of the connecting rod 421. And the middle portion of the connecting rod 421 is inserted into the connecting hole 1211 through the fixed point moving connection structure between the mounting plate 122 and the supporting seat 11 to realize the fixed point movement of the first clamping block 41.
Preferably, to simplify the overall structure, the fixed point moving connection structure is a threaded connection structure. Of course, in other embodiments, the fixed point moving connection structure may also be other structures, such as a damping moving structure, etc., wherein the damping moving structure may be an existing structure, and a newly created structure may also be adopted. Details are not described herein.
In the implementation scenario of the embodiment, in order to form the threaded connection structure and further simplify the overall structure, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the middle portion of the connection rod 421 is provided with an external thread 4211. Correspondingly, the mounting assembly 12 further includes a hollow mounting sleeve 123, wherein the mounting sleeve 123 is communicated with the connecting hole 1211, and an inner wall of the mounting sleeve 123 is provided with an inner thread 1231, so that when the connecting rod 421 is inserted into the connecting hole 1211, the above-mentioned threaded connection structure can be formed by the mutual matching of the inner thread 1231 and the outer thread 4211. In order to ensure that the connecting rod 421 can be stably connected in the process of rotating relative to the mounting sleeve 123, so as to ensure that the connecting rod 421 smoothly moves linearly, the outer wall of the mounting sleeve 123 is disposed between the mounting plate 122 and the supporting seat 11, and the inner wall of the mounting sleeve 123 is in threaded connection with the connecting rod 421 through a threaded connection structure.
Specifically, in the implementation scenario of the present embodiment, the mounting sleeve 123 has a hollow cylindrical structure. In other implementation scenarios of this embodiment, the mounting sleeve 123 may also be formed by splicing at least two pieces, wherein the outer wall of at least one piece is disposed on the mounting plate 122, and the outer wall of at least one piece is disposed on the supporting seat 11, so that the fixed-point linear movement of the connecting rod 421 is realized through the threaded connection structure formed between the connecting rod 421 and the mounting sleeve 123 by the relative fit of the at least two pieces.
Alternatively, in some implementation scenarios of other embodiments, to form the threaded connection structure, for example, a side of the mounting plate 122 facing the connection hole 1211 is provided with a first sub internal thread (not shown), and a side of the mounting seat 121 facing the connection hole 1211 is provided with a second sub internal thread (not shown) opposite to the first sub internal thread (not shown), so that the threaded connection structure can also be formed by matching the first sub internal thread, the second sub internal thread, and the external thread 4211. That is, the mounting assembly 12 does not include a mounting sleeve, but rather provides first and second sub-internal threads directly on the mounting plate 122 and the mounting seat 121, respectively, to combine to form an internal thread that mates with the external thread 4211 on the connecting rod 421.
Further, as a specific implementation manner in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, in order to facilitate the installation of the clamping device 100 on other components, reduce the weight of the clamping device 100, facilitate the installation and manufacture, etc., the supporting base 11 includes a base body 111 and a cover plate 112, wherein the base body 111 is formed with a containing cavity 1111 having an opening (not shown), and the cover plate 112 is detachably covered on the containing cavity 1111 to cover the opening. Thus, a mounting structure may be disposed at the bottom of the seat body 111 to connect the shaft motor of the pan/tilt head to the clamping device 100, and some electrical components may be placed in the closed receiving cavity 1111, so as to ensure the safety and the compactness of the overall structure.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the seat body 111 and the cover plate 112 are connected by a snap structure (not shown), but may be detachably connected by other suitable structures.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, two of the above-mentioned mounting seats 121 are disposed on a side of the cover plate 112 close to the first gap 10 (i.e. a side facing the electronic device) in a length direction of the cover plate 112 (i.e. the length direction of the support assembly 1), wherein the two mounting seats 121 are spaced apart in the length direction of the cover plate 112, the two mounting seats 121 and the cover plate 112 jointly enclose the above-mentioned receiving groove 16, and the second supporting surface 15 is formed on a side of the cover plate 112 close to the first gap 10.
