Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 18.
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, a neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 1, at least one massage head assembly 2, and at least one shield 3.
Specifically, at least one clearance hole 11 is formed on the inner side surface of the main body 1, and it should be noted that, when the neck massage apparatus 100 is used, the side facing the neck of the user is "inside", whereas, when the neck massage apparatus 100 is used, the side facing away from the neck of the user is "outside". For example, in the example of fig. 1 to 4, only one clearance hole 11 is formed on the inner side surface of the main body 1, and the clearance hole 11 is located substantially at the center of the inner side surface of the main body 1. Of course, a plurality of relief holes 11 (as shown in fig. 15) may be formed on the inner side surface of the body 1.
The massage head component 2 is arranged at the position of the clearance hole 11. The massage head assembly 2 may comprise a massage head 25, the massage head 25 being adapted to engage the neck of a person. When the neck massage instrument 100 works, the massage head 25 can generate current under the condition of power-on to generate electric stimulation to the skin of the neck of the human body, so that the muscle of the neck of the human body can contract, the muscle and nerve which are sore and painful due to fatigue or injury are relaxed, the local blood circulation is promoted, and the effect of relieving or relieving the pain is achieved.
The shielding member 3 is disposed at the avoiding hole 11, and the shielding member 3 may be used to shield the avoiding hole 11. Compare with traditional neck massager, can avoid dust, insect, debris etc. to get into inside main part 1 through keeping away position hole 11 effectively, guarantee the inside cleanness of main part 1, can effectively reduce the impaired risk of the inside components and parts of main part 1 to guaranteed that the components and parts in the main part 1 can normal work, prolonged neck massager 100's life.
According to the neck massage apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the shielding member 3 is arranged at the position of the avoiding hole 11 for placing the massage head assembly 2, and the shielding member 3 is used for shielding the avoiding hole 11, so that the cleanness of the interior of the main body 1 is ensured, the risk of damage to components in the main body 1 is reduced, the normal operation of the components is ensured, and the service life of the neck massage apparatus 100 is prolonged.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-7 and 15-18, the avoiding hole 11 is an elongated hole extending along the length direction of the main body 1, the massage head assembly 2 is movably disposed at the avoiding hole 11, the shielding member 3 is connected to the massage head assembly 2, and the shielding member 3 always shields the avoiding hole 11 during the movement of the massage head assembly 2 in the avoiding hole 11. Therefore, the massage head assembly 2 is movably arranged at the position of the avoiding hole 11 along the length direction of the main body 1, the avoiding hole 11 has a guiding function on the movement of the massage head assembly 2, and the function of continuously adjusting the position of the massage head 25 of the neck massage instrument 100 can be realized, so that a user can adjust the massage head assembly 2 to a region needing massage according to actual massage requirements. Moreover, make shield 3 be connected with massage head subassembly 2 through the setting, make shield 3 can move along with the removal of massage head 25, can guarantee the synchronism of massage head 25 and shield 3 removal effectively, guarantee to shelter from the effect, and at the removal in-process of massage head subassembly 2, shield 3 can shelter from keeping away hole 11 all the time, make the inboard hole 11 of keeping away on the surface of main part 1 can be the encapsulated situation all the time, thereby can avoid dust, insects, in debris etc. get into main part 1 effectively, the inside cleanness of main part 1 has further been guaranteed, and can further reduce the impaired risk of main part 1 inside components and parts.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are provided in the space-avoiding hole 11. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more. The plurality of massage head components 2 are arranged along the length direction of the clearance hole 11, and the shielding part 3 is connected with the plurality of massage head components 2. For example, in the example of fig. 1 to 8, only one clearance hole 11 is formed on the inner side surface of the main body 1, two massage head assemblies 2 are provided in the clearance hole 11 along the length direction of the main body 1, and both the massage head assemblies 2 are connected to the shield 3. Therefore, the shielding part 3 can be used for realizing the full shielding of the avoiding hole 11, the number of parts is reduced, the installation is convenient, and the miniaturization design of the neck massager 100 is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 contact each other, the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 and/or the shielding member 3 block the clearance hole 11. For example, when the neck massage apparatus 100 is not in operation, the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are in an initial state, and the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are in contact with each other, the clearance hole 11 may be blocked by the structure of the plurality of massage head assemblies 2. When the size of the massage head assembly 2 is smaller than the size of the clearance hole 11, the clearance hole 11 may be shielded by the shielding member 3 or the shielding member 3 and the massage head assembly 2. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, when two adjacent massage head assemblies 2 are separated, the shielding member 3 and the massage head assemblies 2 together block the clearance hole 11. For example, when the neck massage apparatus 100 is operated, the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 can be moved to a desired massage area along the length direction of the avoiding hole 11, and the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are in a mutually separated state (i.e., an adjustment state), so that the avoiding hole 11 can be shielded by the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 and the shielding member 3. Therefore, no matter the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are in the initial state or the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are in the mutually separated state, the avoiding hole 11 is always shielded, so that the sealing property of the inner side surface of the main body 1 can be effectively ensured. Also, when the neck massager 100 is not in operation, the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 may shield the escape holes 11 so that the escape holes 11 are not visible to the user, thereby improving the overall aesthetic sense of the neck massager 100 in the initial state.
Further, when the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 contact each other, both side edges of the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 in the width direction of the clearance hole 11 extend out of both side edges of the clearance hole 11 in the width direction, respectively, and/or outermost side edges of the two massage head assemblies 2 located at both ends of the clearance hole 11 in the length direction extend out of both end edges of the clearance hole 11 in the length direction, respectively. For example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the two massage head assemblies 2 contact each other, the sum of the lengths of the two massage head assemblies 2 in the length direction of the clearance hole 11 is greater than the length of the clearance hole 11, and the widths of the two massage head assemblies 2 in the width direction of the clearance hole 11 are both greater than the width of the clearance hole 11. Therefore, the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 can better shield the avoiding holes 11 by utilizing the areas of the massage head assemblies under the unadjusted initial state, and the users can not see the avoiding holes 11, so that the whole aesthetic feeling of the neck massage instrument 100 in the initial state is effectively improved.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, when the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 are located at arbitrary positions, adjacent two massage head assemblies 2 are spaced apart from each other, and the plurality of massage head assemblies 2 and the shielding member 3 together block the clearance hole 11 (not shown). For example, when the neck massager 100 is not in operation or is in operation, two adjacent massage head assemblies 2 are spaced apart from each other in the clearance hole 11. No matter whether the plurality of massage head components 2 are in the initial state or the plurality of massage head components 2 are in the working state, the avoiding hole 11 is always shielded by the plurality of massage head components 2 and the shielding piece 3 together, and the sealing performance of the inner side surface of the main body 1 can be effectively ensured. In addition, by arranging the two adjacent massage head components 2 in the avoiding hole 11 at intervals, when the two adjacent massage head components 2 move relative to each other, the elastic deformation of the shielding part 3 can be effectively reduced, the shielding part 3 is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the shielding part 3 is prolonged.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 1-6, the shield 3 is provided within the body 1. So set up, shielding 3 hides in main part 1, and shielding 3 is difficult for receiving the exogenic action and exposes and keep away position hole 11, can further promote and keep away the reliability that position hole 11 department is sealed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a receiving groove 12 is formed in the main body 1, the receiving groove 12 surrounds an outer circumferential side of the clearance hole 11, and an edge of the shielding member 3 is disposed in the receiving groove 12. This makes the shield 3 less likely to be exposed to the external force through the clearance hole 11. Moreover, through setting up the edge of shield 3 in holding tank 12, when massage head subassembly 2 removed in keeping away a hole 11, shield 3 can be located holding tank 12 all the time to shield 3 can shelter from whole keeping away a hole 11, and it is effectual to shelter from, and guarantees shield 3's installation stability.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 10, both ends of the shield 3 in the length direction of the dislocation preventing hole 11 are bonded in the receiving groove 12. Wherein, the surface of the left end of shield 3 bonds with the internal face of the left end of holding tank 12, the surface of the right-hand member of shield 3 bonds with the internal face of the right-hand member of holding tank 12, make the length direction's of shield 3 both ends and the inside fixed connection of main part 1, can reduce the relative motion of shield 3 in main part 1 inside effectively, there is not relative motion for main part 1 at this moment shield 3 basically, thereby can effectively avoid the phenomenon of pressing from both sides hair to appear when neck massager 100 uses, promote user experience, and guarantee to move the difficult holding tank 12 that breaks away from of in-process shield 3 at massage head subassembly 2, the effect of sheltering from of shield 3 has further been improved.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, the shield 3 is retractable along the length of the clearance hole 11. When the massage head component 2 moves along the length direction of the avoiding hole 11, the shield 3 can offset the moving distance of the massage head component 2 through the deformation amount of the self telescopic deformation, thereby being better adapted to the movement of the massage head component 2 and prolonging the service life of the shield 3.
Further, the shield 3 is provided with a plurality of wrinkle portions 31 provided along the longitudinal direction of the clearance hole 11. For example, in the example of fig. 8 to 10, three corrugated part sets are provided on the shield 3, and the three corrugated part sets are uniformly spaced along the length direction of the avoiding hole 11, wherein two corrugated part sets are provided at two ends of the shield 3 in the length direction, one corrugated part set is provided in the middle of the shield 3, and each corrugated part set includes at least one corrugated part 31. When the massage head assembly 2 moves, the corrugated part 31 is correspondingly deformed, so that the shielding member 3 can be stretched along with the movement of the massage head assembly 2, thereby accommodating the pores generated when the ends of the adjacent two massage head assemblies 2 opposite to each other are separated from each other through the stretching and contraction of the corrugated part 31. Therefore, the distance generated when the massage head component 2 moves can be effectively offset through the deformation of the fold part 31, the relative movement between the shielding part 3 and the main body 1 is reduced, and meanwhile, the position of the massage head component 2 can be adjusted, and the shielding part 3 can be ensured to always shield the avoiding hole 11.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 8 to 10, each wrinkle portion 31 is formed by a side surface of the shield 3 facing the massage head assembly 2 being recessed toward a side surface away from the massage head assembly 2. With such an arrangement, the wrinkle part 31 can make full use of the space inside the main body 1, has a simple structure, is easy to implement, and can effectively avoid interference with the shielding member 3 when the massage head 25 moves, thereby ensuring the smoothness of movement of the massage head assembly 2.
Further, the plurality of corrugated portions 31 include at least one first corrugated portion 311 and a plurality of second corrugated portions 312, and the plurality of second corrugated portions 312 are respectively disposed at both sides of the first corrugated portion 311. For example, referring to fig. 8 to 10, the shielding member 3 is provided with three corrugated portions, and the corrugated portion set located in the middle of the shielding member 3 includes a first corrugated portion 311 and two second corrugated portions 312, and the two second corrugated portions 312 are respectively formed on two sides of the first corrugated portion 311. When the massage head assembly 2 moves, the first folding part 311 and the second folding part 312 are deformed correspondingly, and because the width of each second folding part 312 in the length direction of the avoiding hole 11 is smaller than the width of the first folding part 311 in the length direction of the avoiding hole 11, the deformation of the first folding part 311 is the main deformation, the deformation of the second folding part 312 is the auxiliary deformation, and the deformation of the first folding part 311 and the deformation of the second folding part 312 adapt to the gap generated when the massage head assembly 2 is separated. Moreover, while ensuring that the deformation of the shielding member 3 can satisfy the generation of the void when the massage head assembly 2 is separated, the tension of the shielding member 3 is reduced, thereby reducing the resistance when the massage head assembly 2 moves and making the movement of the massage head assembly 2 smoother.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 in combination with fig. 9, the shielding member 3 is provided with wrinkles 31 on both sides of the corresponding massage head assembly 2 in the length direction of the clearance hole 11. When the two massage head assemblies 2 move along the length direction of the avoiding hole 11, the folding parts 31 on the two sides of the two massage head assemblies correspondingly stretch to adapt to the change of the hole between the two massage head assemblies 2, so that the shielding part 3 can always shield the avoiding hole 11. In addition, when the flexibility of one of the folding parts 31 on both sides of the massage head assembly 2 in the length direction is lost, the change of the aperture between the two massage head assemblies 2 can be adapted by the flexibility of the other folding part 31, so as to ensure the normal operation of the neck massage apparatus 100.
In some alternative embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of each corrugation 31 is semicircular, semi-elliptical, semi-oblong, or polygonal. For example, in the example of fig. 9, the cross-sectional shape of the first folded portion 311 is generally rectangular, and the cross-sectional shape of each second folded portion 312 is semi-oblong. So set up for the simple structure of shutter 3, the processing of being convenient for. But is not limited thereto.
In some alternative embodiments, the thickness of the shield 3 is t, t satisfying: t is more than or equal to 0.4mm and less than or equal to 0.6 mm. When t is less than 0.4mm, when two adjacent massage head components 2 are separated from each other, the shielding part 3 is stressed with tension, so that the shielding part 3 is deformed, and because the thickness of the shielding part 3 is thin, when the tension stressed by the shielding part 3 is too large, the shielding part 3 can be permanently deformed, the shielding part 3 can not be ensured to return to an initial state after being deformed, and the shielding effect of the shielding part 3 can be influenced; when t is larger than 0.6mm, when two adjacent massage head components 2 are separated from each other, the shielding part 3 is stressed with tension and reacts to the resistance force of the massage head components 2, the direction of the resistance force is opposite to the separation direction of the massage head components 2, at the moment, the thickness of the shielding part 3 is thick, so that the resistance force borne by the massage head components 2 is large, the separation of the massage head components 2 can be blocked, and the adjustment process of a user is not smooth.
