Optionally, a portion of the first segment 231 of the flexible wire 230 is attached to the inner surface of the bottom wall 2212 to secure the connection between the first segment 231 and the rigid base 221, and another portion is separated from the inner surface of the bottom wall 2212 and can move relative to the bottom wall 2212, such that an end of the first segment 231 away from the second segment 232 is formed as a free end 2311, and the free end 2311 can be used for electrical connection with the electrode pad 2222, thereby facilitating the connection between the flexible wire 230 and the electrode pad 2222.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the massage assembly further includes a mounting 2221 and a heating film 2223. The mounting seat 2221 is mounted on the rigid seat body 221. A portion of the flexible electric wire 230 is located between the mounting seat 2221 and the rigid seat 221, so that the mounting seat 2221 and the rigid seat 221 form a bidirectional protection for the flexible electric wire 230, thereby reducing the risk of the flexible electric wire 230 being wound around other components and prolonging the service life of the flexible electric wire 230.
The mounting seat 2221 is provided with an opening 22211, the electrode sheet 2222 covers a side of the mounting seat 2221 away from the rigid seat body 221, and the heating film 2223 is located between the electrode sheet 2222 and the mounting seat 2221, wherein the flexible wire 230 is electrically connected with the electrode sheet 2222 and the heating film 2223 through the opening 22211, or the electrode sheet 2222 is electrically connected with the heating film 2223, and the flexible wire 230 is electrically connected with one of the electrode sheet 2222 or the heating film 2223 through the opening 22211. The opening 22211 enables the flexible wires 230 and the electric components located at both sides of the mounting seat 2221 to be electrically connected, thereby reducing the difficulty of assembly.
Further, a folding tab 22231 is disposed on the heat generating film 2223, the folding tab 22231 passes through the opening 22211 and extends along the side of the mounting seat 2221 facing the rigid seat body 221, and the end of the folding tab 22231 defines a port 22232 for inserting the first segment 231. The folding sheet 22231 penetrates through the through opening 22211 to be electrically connected with the first section 231, so that the connection mode is simpler and more convenient, and the flatness of the heating surface of the heating film 2223 is favorably guaranteed.
Alternatively, the heat generating film 2223 and the first segment 231 are electrically connected through the opening 22211, and a conductive adhesive is disposed between the heat generating film 2223 and the electrode tab 2222, and the conductive adhesive bonds the heat generating film 2223 and the electrode tab 2222 and electrically connects the heat generating film 2223 and the electrode tab 2222, so that the electrode tab 2222 can obtain current from the heat generating film 2223. Thus, the low-frequency current output from the main control board 130 is transmitted to the electrode sheet 2222 through the flexible wires, the heating film 2223 and the conductive colloid, and is output to the electrode sheet 2222 through the control current, so that the skin is subjected to low-frequency physiotherapy massage by using the electrode sheet 2222.
In some embodiments, the mounting seat 2221 is provided with a fitting groove 22213. The electrode sheet 2222 is provided with a connecting edge 22221, the electrode sheet 2222 covers one end of the mounting seat 2221, the connecting edge 22221 extends along the side surface of the mounting seat 2221, and the connecting edge 22221 can be bent and buckled in the assembling groove 22213 to limit the electrode sheet 2222 on the mounting seat 2221.
For further example, a fastening groove 2215 is disposed on the rigid base 221, the mounting seat 2221 includes a seat plate and one or more fastening members 22212 disposed at the edge of the seat plate, and the fastening members 22212 protrude toward the rigid base 221 and are fastened in the fastening groove 2215, so that the mounting seat 2221 and the rigid base 221 are fastened to each other, and thus the electrode sheet 2222 is mounted on the rigid base 221. The edge of the seat plate is further provided with a circle of surrounding edge protruding towards the rigid seat body 221, one end of the surrounding edge far away from the seat plate is concavely provided with an assembly groove 22213, the sheet part of the electrode sheet 2222 covers the seat plate of the installation seat 2221, the edge of the sheet part of the electrode sheet 2222 extends towards the rigid seat body 221 and is provided with a connecting edge 22221, the connecting edge 22221 specifically extends towards the rigid seat body 221 along the outer side of the surrounding edge, one end of the connecting edge 22221 far away from the sheet part can be bent to form an inverted buckle buckled in the assembly groove 22213, the sheet part of the electrode sheet 2222 can be limited to be separated from the seat plate of the installation seat 2221 by abutting the inverted buckle with the side wall of the assembly groove 22213, the sheet part of the electrode sheet 2222 can be limited to rotate relative to the seat plate of the installation seat 2221, and stable assembly of the electrode sheet 2222 can be realized.
Optionally, the massage member 222 further comprises a decorative ring 2224, wherein the decorative ring 2224 is nested outside the electrode sheet 2222, so that the portion of the connecting edge 22221 extending between the mounting seat 2221 and the sheet-shaped portion of the electrode sheet 2222 is shielded by the decorative ring 2224.
Optionally, the seat board is further formed with a ring of beads 22214 protruding toward the heat-generating film 2223, and the region of the heat-generating film 2223 opposite to the beads 22214 is pushed toward the electrode pad 2222 by the beads 22214, so that the heat-generating film 2223 contacts the electrode pad 2222 at least at the region opposite to the beads 22214 through the conductive adhesive, and the reliability of electrical conduction between the heat-generating film 2223 and the electrode pad 2222 is ensured.

the massage heads are arranged on the wearing bracket and connected with the wearing bracket, and each massage head comprises a soft elastic piece, a massage component and a flexible wire used for electrically connecting the main control board and the massage component; the massage component comprises a hard seat body and an electrode plate installed on the hard seat body, the hard seat body and the soft elastic piece are integrally formed in an injection molding mode, and at least one part of the flexible electric wire is fixed on the hard seat body and/or the soft elastic piece when the hard seat body and the soft elastic piece are formed in the injection molding mode.

the hard seat body is provided with a through hole, the flexible electric wire is provided with a first section and a second section which are connected with each other, the first section is positioned in the hard seat body and is electrically connected with the electrode plate, the second section penetrates out of the hard seat body from the through hole, the soft elastic piece covers the through hole and is connected with the periphery of the through hole, the second section is wrapped by the soft elastic piece and is connected with the soft elastic piece into a whole in an injection molding mode, the flexible electric wire is also provided with a third section which is connected with the second section, and the third section penetrates out of the soft elastic piece and is electrically connected with the main control board.
3. The massager of claim 2, wherein the wearable mount comprises:
the wearing part encloses a wearing space capable of accommodating a neck, and the main control panel is arranged in the wearing part;
the massage head comprises a wearing space, a connecting seat, a plug-in port is arranged on the surface of the wearing part close to one side of the wearing space, an insertion part is formed at one end of the soft elastic piece, the insertion part penetrates through the plug-in port and extends into the connecting seat, and a third section penetrates out of the soft elastic piece from the insertion part, so that the massage head is formed into an elastic cantilever which can swing relative to the wearing support by taking the plug-in port as a fulcrum.

and one part of the flexible wire extends into the hard seat body and is electrically connected with the electrode plate.

the hard seat body is provided with a side wall and a bottom wall in transition connection with the side wall, the flexible electric wire penetrates through the side wall at one end of the hard seat body in the length direction and extends into the hard seat body, and at least part of the flexible electric wire extending into the hard seat body extends along the inner wall surface of the bottom wall and is attached to the inner wall surface of the bottom wall.
