Description

Key switch
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wall switches, in particular to a key switch.
Background
The wall switch is an electrical appliance switch installed on a wall for use, is a functional article for home decoration, and is a household electrical appliance used for switching on and off a circuit. The wall switch has various types, such as a button switch, a seesaw switch and the like, the switches are provided with keys, the keys are connected with the functional components, and the switches can be switched on and off through the keys.
At present, most of keys of a wall switch (taking a seesaw switch as an example) are positioned by a transition piece in a functional component, as shown in fig. 1, the functional component 02 is fixed on a fixing frame 04, a button cover 01 is clamped on the transition piece 021 of the functional component 02, and the button cover 01 realizes a seesaw movement through the transition piece 021 so as to realize the opening and closing of the switch. However, the transition part 021 is a moving part, and due to factors such as an assembly gap and an assembly error, when the button cover 01 realizes the seesaw movement through the transition part 021, the transition part 021 is easy to incline along the width direction of the button cover 01 (namely, the x direction), and the button cover 01 is also inclined, so that gaps between two ends of the button cover 01 in the width direction and a panel are not uniform, and friction is easy to occur with the panel; some button covers 01 have too small or even no gap, which easily causes friction between the button covers 01, thereby affecting hand feeling.
In order to solve the problem of uneven gap, the prior art provides a key switch, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, which includes a fixing frame 010 having a through hole (not shown in the figure) in the middle, a functional component 020 is fixed in the through hole, a panel (not shown in the figure) and a button cover 040 are fastened on the front surface of the fixing frame 010, and the button cover 040 is pivoted on the fixing frame 010 by a connecting portion and is disposed in the panel inner frame. The connecting portion includes a rotating shaft 041 disposed at one end of the button cover 040, and a hook 042 disposed at the other end of the button cover 040, and the fixing frame 010 is provided with an installation groove 012 engaged with the rotating shaft 041, and a fastening portion 013 fastened with the hook 042.
In the conventional push switch, the button cover 040 is positioned by rotationally engaging the shaft 041 with the mounting groove 012. However, in order to facilitate the assembly of the rotating shaft 041 and the mounting groove 012, a certain gap still exists in the axial direction when the rotating shaft 041 is matched with the mounting groove 012, that is, the rotating shaft 041 and the mounting groove 012 move in the axial direction, so that the button cover 040 still swings in the width direction to a certain extent, and the gap between the two ends of the button cover 040 is not uniform. In addition, since one end of the button cover 040 of the push switch is pivotally connected to the holder 010, the button cover 040 is not easily attached and detached.

The terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
Example one
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a key switch, including a fixing frame 1, a functional component 2, and a button cover 3, where the functional component 2 is connected to the fixing frame 1, the functional component 2 includes a transition piece 21 (as shown in fig. 14), the button cover 3 is connected to the transition piece 21, and can be opened and closed by the transition piece 21, a limit protrusion 4 (as shown in fig. 7) is disposed on a region of the fixing frame 1 opposite to the button cover 3, inner wall surfaces of two ends of the button cover 3 in a width direction of the button cover 3 are both in contact with the limit protrusion 4, and in an opening and closing movement process of the button cover 3, the button cover 3 can slide relative to the limit protrusion 4.
It should be noted that: as shown in fig. 4, the lengthwise direction of the button cover 3 refers to the Y direction in the figure (the extending direction of the line L between the pressing end a and the pressing end b in the button cover 3); the width direction of the button cover 3 is referred to as X direction in the drawing.
According to the key switch provided by the embodiment of the invention, the limiting bulge 4 is arranged on the fixing frame 1 opposite to the button cover 3, the inner wall surfaces of two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction are both contacted with the limiting bulge 4, and the button cover 3 can slide relative to the limiting bulge 4 in the opening and closing movement process of the button cover 3, so that the limiting bulge 4 can limit the freedom degree of the button cover 3 in the width direction, and the button cover 3 is prevented from inclining and swinging in the width direction. Compared with the prior art, in the key switch provided by the embodiment of the invention, the inner wall surfaces of the two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction are in sliding fit with the limiting bulges 4, and a gap is hardly formed between the inner wall surfaces of the two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction and the limiting bulges 4, so that the button cover 3 can be prevented from tilting and shaking in the width direction to the maximum extent. In addition, because the inner wall surfaces of the two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction are directly matched with the limiting bulges, the button cover 3 can be detached conveniently when needing to be replaced.
The key switch provided by the embodiment of the invention can be a single switch or a multi-position switch, and is not limited herein. If the key switch is a single-switch, the limit bulge 4 is arranged on the fixing frame 1 to limit the inclination and the shaking of the button cover 3 in the width direction, so that the gaps between the two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction and the panel can be kept uniform easily, the appearance of the key switch is better, the friction between the button cover 3 and the panel can be avoided, and the hand feeling of a user is improved; as shown in fig. 4, if the key switch is a multi-position switch, the limit protrusions 4 are disposed on the fixing frame 1 to limit the inclination and shaking of the button covers 3 in the width direction, so that the gaps (i.e., the gaps P) between the button covers 3 are easily kept uniform, thereby solving the problems of poor appearance caused by too large gaps between the button covers 3 and friction between the button covers 3 caused by too small gaps between the button covers 3.
The arrangement of the limiting protrusions 4 contacting with the same button cover 3 is not unique, and as shown in fig. 11, the arrangement may include the following arrangements: the first arrangement mode is as follows: the left end of the limiting bulge 4A is contacted with the inner wall surface of the left side of the button cover 3, and the right end of the limiting bulge 4B is contacted with the inner wall surface of the right side of the button cover 3; the second arrangement mode is as follows: both ends of the limiting bulge 4C are contacted with the inner wall surface of the corresponding button cover 3, and both ends of the limiting bulge 4D are not contacted with the button cover; the third arrangement mode is as follows: both ends of the limiting bulge 4E are contacted with the inner wall surface of the button cover 3, but only one end of the limiting bulge 4F is contacted with the inner wall surface of the button cover 3; the fourth arrangement mode is as follows: both ends of the limit projection 4G and the limit projection 4H in the width direction of the button cover 3 are in contact with the inner wall surface of the corresponding button cover 3.
The four arrangement modes can limit the button cover 3, but compared with the second arrangement mode, the number of the limiting bulges 4 in the fourth arrangement mode is two, so that the button cover 3 can be limited at multiple positions, and the limiting effect of the button cover 3 in the width direction can be improved; compare first, the third mode of arranging, spacing arch 4 all contacts with the internal face of corresponding button cover 3 along the both ends on the button cover 3 width direction in the fourth mode of arranging, makes button cover 3 be difficult to the slope (be promptly button cover 3 width direction on central line m be difficult to take place the slope in the XY plane) on length direction like this to the spacing effect of button cover 3 on width direction has further been improved. Wherein, the number of the limit bulges contacted with the same button cover 3 can also be 3, 4, etc.
The shape of the limiting protrusion 4 is not exclusive, and may be, for example, a cylinder, and as shown in fig. 7, the limiting protrusion 4 may also be a limiting rib. Compare the cylinder, spacing muscle is platelike structure, and is fixed time at the width, and the shared space of spacing muscle is less, can practice thrift the space on the mount 1.
Further, the contact form of both ends of the stopper rib with the inner wall surface corresponding to the button cover 3 is not unique in the width direction of the button cover 3, for example, both ends of the stopper rib may be in line contact with the inner wall surface corresponding to the button cover 3. Specifically, the two ends of the limiting rib in the width direction of the button cover 3 are formed with arc surfaces, and the arc surfaces are in line contact with the button cover 3. In addition, the inner wall surfaces of the stopper rib corresponding to the button cover 3 at both ends in the width direction of the button cover 3 may be in surface contact. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the stopper rib has stopper planes 41 formed at both ends thereof in the width direction of the button cover 3, and the stopper planes 41 are respectively in contact with the corresponding inner wall surfaces of the button cover 3. Compared with the scheme of line contact, the scheme shown in fig. 7 (namely the scheme of surface contact) is easier to manufacture (the scheme of line contact has high requirements on the manufacturing precision of the limiting rib and high manufacturing cost), and is beneficial to reducing the manufacturing cost.
In the process of opening and closing the key switch, the button cover 3 slides relative to the limiting rib, friction is inevitably generated between the button cover 3 and the limiting rib in the sliding process, if the friction force between the button cover 3 and the limiting rib is relatively large, the hand feeling of a user in the use process can be influenced, and therefore, in order to reduce the friction force of the button cover 3 in the sliding process relative to the limiting rib, as shown in fig. 7, 9 and 10, in the limiting rib, the limiting plane 41 is in transitional connection with the adjacent side faces (namely, the side face c and the side face d) through the arc face 42. Through set up arc surface 42 between spacing plane 41 and adjacent side, reduced spacing plane 41's area like this, make the area of contact between spacing muscle and the button lid 3 reduce to be favorable to reducing the frictional force of button lid 3 relative spacing muscle slip in-process, and then make button lid 3 will slide more smoothly relative spacing muscle, improved user's feeling.
The extending direction of the limiting rib is not unique, for example, the extending direction of the limiting rib can be obliquely arranged relative to the width direction of the button cover 3. As shown in fig. 7, the extending direction of the stopper rib may be parallel to the width direction of the button cover 3. Compared with the scheme that the extending direction of the limiting rib is obliquely arranged relative to the width direction of the button cover 3, the extending direction of the limiting rib is parallel to the width direction of the button cover 3, so that the contact parts of the limiting rib and the inner wall surfaces of the two ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction are symmetric about the central line m, the button cover 3 is not easy to incline in the length direction, and the limiting effect of the button cover 3 in the width direction is further improved; meanwhile, the occupied space of the limiting rib in the length direction of the button cover 3 can be reduced.
In order to facilitate the fitting of the button cover 3 and the limiting rib, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the guiding surfaces 5 are respectively disposed on the outer end surfaces (i.e., the end surfaces e) of the limiting rib along the two end edges of the button cover 3 in the width direction, so that when the button cover 3 is fitted with the limiting rib, the inner wall surface of the button cover 3 can contact with the limiting plane 41 under the guidance of the guiding surfaces 5, that is, the button cover 3 contacts with the guiding surfaces 5 first, and then contacts with the limiting plane 41 gradually under the guidance of the guiding surfaces 5. Through setting up spigot surface 5, made things convenient for the cooperation installation of button cover 3 with spacing muscle like this to assembly time between them can be practiced thrift. The guide surface 5 may be a slope or an arc, and is not limited in particular.
In order to improve the strength of the fixing frame 1 and the connection strength between the limiting rib and the fixing frame 1, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a boss 6 is provided on the fixing frame 1, and the boss 6 is connected with the limiting rib along two side surfaces (i.e., a side surface c and a side surface d) of the button cover 3 in the length direction. Because the fixing frame 1 is used for fixing on a wall or other fixed objects, the fixing frame 1 needs to have certain strength, and the boss 6 is arranged on the fixing frame 1, so that the strength of the fixing frame 1 can be increased, and the deformation of the fixing frame 1 can be reduced; through being connected spacing muscle with boss 6 along 3 ascending both sides of length direction of button cover, can improve spacing muscle and mount 1 joint strength between the two like this to be favorable to reducing the deformation of spacing muscle.
The boss 6, the limiting rib and the fixing frame 1 can be designed in a split mode and then fixed together, and in addition, as shown in fig. 7, the boss 6, the limiting rib and the fixing frame 1 can also be integrally formed. Compared with a split design, the boss 6, the limiting rib and the fixing frame 1 are integrally formed, so that the manufacturing process can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, after the button cover 3 is manufactured and molded, a certain inclination angle, i.e., a draft angle, is formed between the inner side surface f of the button cover 3 and the inner end surface g of the button cover 3, and if the inner wall surface of the button cover 3 contacting with the limiting protrusion 4 has a certain draft angle, then in the opening or closing process of the button cover 3, due to the existence of the draft angle, the matching surface of the button cover 3 and the limiting rib is not always in contact, but a small gap is formed, so that the button cover 3 is easy to slightly shake relative to the limiting rib. In order to solve the problem, as shown in fig. 6, 12 and 13, the inner wall surface (i.e. the surface n in the figure) of the button cover 3 contacting the limiting protrusion 4 is a straight surface (i.e. the inner wall surface of the button cover 3 contacting the limiting protrusion 4 is vertical to the end surface of the button cover 3; straight surface die industry terminology). Because the internal face that button cover 3 and spacing arch 4 contacted is straight body face, like this at button cover 3 in the motion process of opening or closing, button cover 3 can contact with spacing muscle all the time to make button cover 3 not take place to rock easily. Wherein, the straight body surface n can be formed by the following method: a convex rib K is arranged on the inner wall surface of the button cover 3 contacted with the limiting bulge 4, and the straight body surface n is the outer surface of the convex rib K.
In order to further improve the limiting effect of the limiting protrusions 4 on the button cover 3, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the limiting protrusions 4 contacting the same button cover 3 is even, and half of the limiting protrusions 4 and the other half of the limiting protrusions 4 are respectively arranged on two sides of a transition piece (not shown in the figure) along the length direction of the button cover 3. Set up spacing arch 4 of the same number through both sides along the ascending of button cover 3 length direction at the transition piece, so drive the motion in-process that the transition piece is opening or is closing at button cover 3, the in-process of wane motion takes place promptly, spacing arch 4 can carry on spacingly to button cover 3 along its length direction both ends (the end of perk promptly and the end of pushing down) simultaneously, make button cover 3 keep balance along the ascending both ends of length direction easily, make button cover 3 be difficult to take place the slope more and rock, thereby can improve spacing protruding 4 spacing effect to button cover 3.
Wherein, the figure of spacing arch 4 should not be too much, and too much spacing arch 4 not only can take up more space on the mount 1, but also can increase manufacturing cost, is satisfying to the button lid 3 along the spacing prerequisite in its length direction both ends under, the figure of the spacing arch 4 of minimize. Therefore, as shown in fig. 7, the number of the limiting protrusions 4 contacting the same button cover 3 is two, and the two limiting protrusions 4 are respectively disposed on both sides of the transition piece 21 along the length direction of the button cover 3. Therefore, not only can the occupied space of the limiting bulge 4 be reduced, but also the manufacturing cost can be favorably reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, for convenience of a user, under a dim environment, the position of the button cover 3 can be clearly seen, so that the user can conveniently open or close the key switch, the button cover 3 is generally provided with a fluorescent strip 7, and the fluorescent strip 7 can emit light in the dim environment, so that the user can easily identify the position of the button. The position where the fluorescent bar 7 is disposed is generally at the pressed position of the button cover 3, i.e., a position near both ends of the button cover 3 in the length direction thereof. Because the fluorescent strip 7 penetrates through the end face of the button cover 3, the fluorescent strip 7 can occupy a part of the inner space of the button cover 3, and the fluorescent strip 7 is easy to generate motion interference with the limiting protrusion 4 in the opening or closing motion process of the button cover 3. In order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an avoiding groove 43 is formed at a position where the limiting protrusion 4 is opposite to the phosphor stripe 7. By arranging the avoiding groove 43, the limiting protrusion 4 can avoid the motion track of the fluorescent strip 7, so that the limiting protrusion 4 is not easy to interfere with the fluorescent strip 7.
It should be noted that: if the key switch is a multi-position switch, the fluorescent strip 7 can be arranged on one button cover 3, and the avoiding groove 43 does not need to be formed on the limiting bulge 4 contacted by the other button covers 3 without the fluorescent strip 7.
Referring to fig. 15, the functional assembly 2 further includes a rear seat 22 and a pressing cover 23, the rear seat 22 is connected to the fixing frame 1, the rear seat 22 is used for storing the terminals, the pressing cover 23 is clamped on the rear seat 22, and the transition piece 21 is disposed on the pressing cover 23. The gland 23 arranged on the functional component 2 is used for pressing the terminal, the terminal is isolated and protected, the terminal is prevented from being exposed outside, and the transition piece 21 can be conveniently installed due to the arrangement of the gland 23. Wherein, functional component 2 can fixed connection on mount 1, for example both integrated into one piece (as shown in fig. 7), also can dismantle and connect on mount 1, for example as shown in fig. 15, functional component 2 passes through the centre mouth 11 department of buckle joint on mount 1.
Example two
The key switch of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the limit projection 4 is not provided on the fixing frame 1 but on the functional component 2, and specifically, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the limit projection 4 is provided on the region of the functional component 2 opposite to the button cover 3, the inner wall surfaces of both ends of the button cover 3 in the width direction of the button cover 3 are both in contact with the limit projection 4, and during the opening and closing movement of the button cover 3, the button cover 3 can slide relative to the limit projection 4. The beneficial effects obtained by arranging the limiting protrusion 4 on the functional component 2 are the same as those obtained by arranging the limiting protrusion on the fixing frame 1 in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The position of the limiting protrusion 4 is not unique, for example, the limiting protrusion 4 may be arranged as follows: the functional component 2 further comprises a rear seat 22, the rear seat 22 is connected with the fixed frame 1, and the limiting protrusion 4 and the transition piece 21 are arranged on the rear seat 22. In addition, the limiting projection 4 can also be arranged in the following way: as shown in fig. 15, the functional assembly 2 further includes a rear seat 22 and a pressing cover 23, the rear seat 22 is connected to the fixing frame 1, the pressing cover 23 is clamped on the rear seat 22, and the limiting protrusion 4 and the transition piece 21 are both disposed on the pressing cover 23.
