Further, by arranging the mounting flange 1100, the mounting flange 1100 is used for at least partially shielding the gap 40 between the massage head S3 and the bracket S1, so that not only can the situation that when a user uses the neck massage apparatus S, the hair of the user stretches into the gap 40 between the massage head S3 and the bracket S1 to cause the hair to be clamped be prevented, the use experience of the user can be improved, but also external foreign matters can be prevented from entering the gap 40 without hindrance, the neck massage apparatus S is damaged, and the structural reliability of the neck massage apparatus S can be improved.
As shown in fig. 4, a spacing space 50 exists between the mounting flange 1100 and the massage head S3. In other embodiments, a spacing space 50 for the massage head to move exists between the groove wall of the mounting groove 110 and the massage head S3. According to some embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the base 32 and the support sheet 33 is a rigid backbone and the mounting post 111 is a flexible member. That is, the base 32 may be provided as a rigid frame, or the supporting sheet 33 may be provided as a rigid frame, and the base 32 and the supporting sheet 33 may be provided as a rigid frame, so that the arrangement may ensure that the massage head S3 has a stable structure. The hardness of the hard frame is high relative to the hardness of the mounting post 111, and similarly, the hardness of the mounting post 111 is low relative to the hardness of the hard frame.
As shown in fig. 1, the number of the massage heads S3 in each of the mounting grooves 110 is the same. Therefore, the structure of the neck massage instrument S can be ensured to have symmetry on the whole, and the massage effect of the massage head S3 can achieve better effect.

As shown in fig. 1, the main support frame S4 and the two handles S2 form an annular structure with an opening, so as to be adapted to surround the neck of the user, so that the main support frame S4 and the handles S2 form a surrounding package on the neck of the user, which not only improves the wearing experience of the user, but also prevents the neck massager S from falling off from the neck of the user to a certain extent, thereby increasing the wearing stability of the neck massager S.
