Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cervical vertebra massager, which has the advantages of large massage area, stable connection, reliable performance, etc.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cervical vertebra massage apparatus including: the body comprises an upper body, a lower body, a left wrapping body and a right wrapping body, wherein the lower body is mounted below the upper body and can rotate relative to the upper body, the left wrapping body is mounted on the left side of the upper body and can rotate relative to the upper body, and the right wrapping body is mounted on the right side of the upper body and can rotate relative to the upper body; the circuit board is arranged in the upper machine body; the left upper massage head and the right upper massage head are mounted on the upper machine body and are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction; the left lower massage head and the right lower massage head are arranged on the lower machine body and are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction; each of the upper left massage head, the upper right massage head, the lower left massage head and the lower right massage head comprises a flexible sleeve, a fixed head, a conducting strip, a spring and a pressing block, one end of the flexible sleeve is installed on the machine body, the fixed head is installed at the other end of the flexible sleeve, the conducting strip is installed on the outer side of the fixed head, the pressing block is installed on the fixed head, and the spring is compressed between the pressing block and the conducting strip and is connected with the circuit board through a wire.
The cervical vertebra massager provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of large massage area, stable connection, reliable performance and the like.

according to some specific embodiments of the present invention, the machine body is provided with a through hole, the one end of the flexible sleeve is configured with an assembly ring groove extending along a circumferential direction of the flexible sleeve, a circumferential edge of the through hole is fitted in the assembly ring groove, and the flexible sleeve is in interference fit with the through hole through elasticity of the flexible sleeve.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the other end of the flexible sleeve is configured with a groove, and the fixation head is configured with a ring seat that fits within the groove.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the guide post has a guide cavity with two through ends, the spring is disposed in the guide cavity, and one end of the spring abuts against the conductive sheet and the other end abuts against the pressing block.
Furthermore, the end face of one end, facing the machine body, of the mounting column is provided with a threaded hole, and the pressing block is mounted on the mounting column through a threaded fastener matched with the threaded hole.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

A cervical vertebrae massage apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1 includes a body 100, a circuit board 200, an upper left massage head 310, an upper right massage head 320, a lower left massage head 330, and a lower right massage head 340.
The body 100 includes an upper body 110, a lower body 120, a left enclosure 130, and a right enclosure 140, the lower body 120 is mounted below the upper body 110 and rotatable with respect to the upper body 110, the left enclosure 130 is mounted on the left side of the upper body 110 and rotatable with respect to the upper body 110, and the right enclosure 140 is mounted on the right side of the upper body 110 and rotatable with respect to the upper body 110. The circuit board 200 is disposed in the upper body 110. The upper left massage head 310 and the upper right massage head 320 are installed in the upper body 110 and spaced apart in the left-right direction, and the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340 are installed in the lower body 120 and spaced apart in the left-right direction.
Each of the upper left massage head 310, the upper right massage head 320, the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340 includes a flexible sleeve 400, a fixed head 500, a conductive sheet 600, a spring 560 and a press block 700, one end of the flexible sleeve 400 is installed on the machine body 100, the fixed head 500 is installed at the other end of the flexible sleeve 400, the conductive sheet 600 is installed at the outer side of the fixed head 500, the press block 700 is installed on the fixed head 500, and the spring 560 is compressed between the press block 700 and the conductive sheet 600 and connected with the circuit board 200 through a wire.
Specifically, the lower body 120 is rotatable back and forth with respect to the upper body 110, the left and right surrounds 130 and 140 are rotatable left and right with respect to the upper body 110, and the left, upper and right surrounds 130, 110 and 140 are C-shaped. The left upper massage head 310 and the right upper massage head 320 are installed in front of the upper body 110, and the left upper massage head 310 and the right upper massage head 320 are located at the same horizontal plane. The left lower massage head 330 and the right lower massage head 340 are installed in front of the lower body 120, and the left lower massage head 330 and the right lower massage head 340 are located on the same horizontal plane. The distance between the upper left massage head 310 and the upper right massage head 320 is smaller than the distance between the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340.
The flexible sleeve 400, the pressing block 700, the spring 560, the fixing head 500 and the conducting strip 600 are arranged along the axial direction of the massage heads (i.e. the upper left massage head 310, the upper right massage head 320, the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340) in a split manner.
According to the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the lower body 120 rotatable with respect to the upper body 110, arranging the upper left massage head 310 and the upper right massage head 320 on the upper body 110, and arranging the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340 on the lower body 120, compared with the cervical vertebra massage apparatus in the related art, the massage area of the cervical vertebra massage apparatus 1 is increased, so that the neck and the back of the human body can be effectively massaged, and the 2 nd to 7 th cervical vertebrae can be accurately covered, thereby covering the whole common pain area, and the upper body 110 can be rotated with respect to the upper body 110, so that the lower left massage head 330 and the lower right massage head 340 can be ensured to be well attached to the skin. In addition, each massage head of the cervical vertebra massage instrument 1 comprises a flexible sleeve 400, a fixed head 500, a conducting strip 600, a spring 560 and a pressing block 700, wherein the massage head can move in a small amplitude through the arrangement of the flexible sleeve 400 and the spring 560, namely the massage head can change the shape and the position along with the different cervical vertebrae of a human body and can rotate relative to the machine body 100, so that a better massage effect is achieved; through the setting of fixed head 500 and briquetting 700, can be compressed spring 560 between briquetting 700 and conducting strip 600, utilize spring 560 to connect electrically, no matter how the massage head moves, conducting strip 600 homoenergetic and spring 560 reliably contact to make conducting strip 600 and circuit board 200 keep reliable electricity to be connected, so, not only the massage head can rotate organism 100 relatively, and conducting strip 600 passes through spring 560 and circuit board 200's electricity and is connected reliably moreover, cervical vertebra massager 1's stable performance.
Therefore, the cervical vertebra massager 1 according to the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of large massage area, stable connection, reliable performance and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the body 100 is provided with a through hole 150, the one end of the flexible sleeve 400 is configured with an assembly ring groove 410 extending along a circumferential direction thereof, a circumferential edge of the through hole 150 is fitted in the assembly ring groove 410, and the flexible sleeve 400 is in interference fit with the through hole 150 by its own elasticity.
For example, the via hole 150 is disposed on one side of the upper body 110 and the lower body 120 facing the flexible sleeve 400, and the via hole 150 includes two of the upper body 110 and two of the lower body 120. The assembly ring groove 410 is provided at one end of the flexible sleeve 400 near the machine body 100. Thus, the flexible sleeve 400 is tightly fitted to the machine body 100, and the flexible sleeve 400 is stably fixed to the machine body 100 in the axial direction of the flexible sleeve 400.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the other end of the flexible sleeve 400 is configured with a groove 420, the fixation head 500 is configured with a ring seat 510, and the ring seat 510 is fitted in the groove 420.
Further, the ring seat 510 is provided with a plurality of buckles 511 arranged along the circumferential direction thereof at intervals, the bottom wall of the groove 420 is provided with a corresponding number of buckle holes 421, and the plurality of buckles 511 are buckled in the plurality of buckle holes 421 through the elasticity of the flexible sleeve 400 in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
For example, the front surface of the flexible sleeve 400 is provided with a groove 420, and the side wall of the groove 420 is circular or elliptical. The ring seat 510 is circular or elliptical, and the fasteners 511 may be distributed along the circumference of the ring seat 510 at equal or unequal intervals. In this way, the relative displacement of the flexible cover 400 and the fixed head 500 in the circumferential direction of the massage head is prevented, and the flexible cover 400 and the fixed head 500 are not separated in the axial direction of the massage head.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the fixing head 500 is provided with a mounting post 520 and a guide post 530, the ring seat 510 is disposed around the mounting post 520 and the guide post 530, the bottom wall of the groove 420 is provided with a central hole 422, the mounting post 520 and the guide post 530 pass through the central hole 422, the pressing block 700 is mounted on the mounting post 520, and the spring 560 is disposed in the guide post 530. Wherein the axial direction of the mounting post 520 is parallel to the axial direction of the guide post 530 and the mounting post 520 is connected to the guide post 530.
The guide column 530 has a guide cavity 531 with two through ends, the spring 560 is disposed in the guide cavity 531, one end of the spring 560 is abutted against the conductive sheet 600, and the other end is abutted against the pressing block 700.
In this way, the spring 560 has a fixed moving range in the radial direction of the fixed head 500. In the axial direction of the massage head, the conductive sheet 600 and the fixing head 500 can be relatively displaced by the spring 560, so that a better massage effect can be achieved. And the conducting strip 600 is reliably connected with the conducting wire through the spring 560, and the performance of the cervical vertebra massager 1 is stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, an end surface of the mounting post 520 facing the end of the machine body 100 is provided with a threaded hole 521, and the pressing block 700 is mounted to the mounting post 520 by a threaded fastener (e.g., a bolt) fitted into the threaded hole 521.
Further, the pressing block 700 includes a mounting piece 710 and a pressing piece 720 connected, the mounting piece 710 is mounted to the mounting post 520 by a screw fastener fitted to the screw hole 521, and the pressing piece 720 shields one end of the guide chamber 531 facing the body 100 and presses the other end of the spring 560.
The pressing plate 720 has a notch 730 exposing a portion of the guide cavity 531, and the other end of the spring 560 has a lead 570, and the lead 570 protrudes from the notch 730 out of the guide cavity 531 and is connected to the lead.
Further, a protrusion 740 is disposed on a side of the pressing plate 720 facing the guide cavity 531, the protrusion 740 is cylindrical, the other end of the spring 560 can be sleeved on the protrusion 740, and the protrusion 740 extends into the guide cavity 531. The press-tab 720 is provided with a circular hole through which a threaded fastener can be installed to the mounting post 520.
In this manner, the connection of the spring 560 to the wire is facilitated, and the movement of the spring 560 in the guide cavity 531 does not affect the stability of the connection of the lead 570 to the wire. The pressing block 700 is stably connected with the mounting column 520, the spring 560 is prevented from being separated from the guide cavity 531, and the stable connection between the spring 560 and the conducting strip 600 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the conductive sheet 600 is provided with a plurality of folding claws 610 arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction thereof, the fixing head 500 is provided with a corresponding number of mounting holes 540, and the plurality of folding claws 610 are hooked to the plurality of mounting holes 540 in a one-to-one correspondence.
Further, the outer side of the fixing head 500 is configured with a receiving groove 550, the conductive sheet 600 is disposed in the receiving groove 550, the plurality of folding claws 610 are located at the outer circumferential edge of the conductive sheet 600, and the plurality of fitting holes 540 are located at the intersection of the side wall and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 550.
For example, the number of the folding claws 610 may be two, and the folding claws are arranged opposite to each other in the radial direction of the conductive plate 600. A side of the conductive sheet 600 facing the fixed head 500 is provided with a flange having a circular ring shape, and the folding claw 610 may be formed on the flange. The conductive sheet 600 is disposed in the accommodating groove 550, and the conductive sheet 600 protrudes from the fixing head 500. In this manner, the conductive plate 600 is fixed in relative position to the fixing head 500 in the axial and circumferential directions.
