Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a neck massager.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a neck massage apparatus includes: the machine body comprises an inner machine body shell and an outer machine body shell which define a machine body installation space; the four electrode assemblies, each electrode assembly comprises an electrode seat and an electrode sheet arranged on the electrode seat, the electrode seat is constructed as an elastic piece, and one end of the electrode seat far away from the electrode sheet extends into the machine body installation space to be fixed; two heating members respectively provided in two of the four electrode assemblies to heat while being stimulated by an electric pulse; the two handles are respectively connected to two sides of the machine body, a control board for controlling the electric pulse of the electrode plate is arranged in one handle, a battery is arranged in the other handle, each handle comprises a handle inner shell and a handle outer shell, and the two handle inner shells are respectively connected with the machine body inner shell through connecting pieces capable of elastically deforming.
According to the neck massager, the electrode plate is arranged on the electrode seat, one end of the electrode seat extends into the machine body installation space to be fixed, the assembly is convenient, and in addition, the heating element is arranged in the electrode assembly, so that the massaging experience of a user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body inner case has mounting holes corresponding to the four electrode assemblies, and the electrode holder includes: a hollow body; a shoe part connected to one end of the hollow body, wherein an electrode sheet is mounted to the shoe part; the fixing part is in an annular shape and is connected with the other end of the hollow body, the outer contour of the fixing part exceeds the periphery of the outer contour of the mounting hole, and when the electrode holder is mounted, the hollow body passes through the mounting hole and the fixing part is stopped against the inner surface of the inner shell of the machine body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the four electrode assemblies are arranged in a rectangular array, wherein the two heating members are provided on two electrode assemblies arranged side by side along the length of the body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the heating element is a heating film, which is provided in the shoe and is located on a side of the electrode sheet adjacent to the body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the neck massager further comprises a fixing frame, the shape of the fixing frame is substantially consistent with that of the fixing portion, and the fixing frame, the fixing portion and the inner shell of the machine body are connected through screws.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body and the two handles are symmetrical with respect to a central reference line X1, and the four electrode assemblies comprise two groups, which are located on either side of the central reference line X1 and symmetrical with respect to the central reference line X1, respectively; in the two sets of electrode assemblies, the boot portion is different from the central axis X2 of the hollow body in line, and intersects at one side of the boot portion away from the body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a distance between ends of the shoe adjacent to the center reference line X1 between two sets of the electrode assemblies located at both sides of the center reference line X1 of the body is about 3-8mm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body is arc-shaped, the boots are arc-shaped, and each boot is located in an arc surface parallel to the shape of the corresponding position of the inner shell of the body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the boot projections are each shaped as rounded rectangles in a plane perpendicular to the normal of each of the boots.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the surface of the electrode sheet exceeds the plane of the outermost end of the shoe.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "width," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate or are based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the invention and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention. In the description of the present invention, "plurality" means two or more.
A neck massage apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a neck massage machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body 1 formed in an arc shape, two handles 2, four electrode assemblies 3, and two heating members 8.
The body 1 includes a body inner case 11 and a body outer case 12 defining a body installation space 10. The two handles 2 are respectively connected to both sides of the body 1 and elastically deformable with respect to the body 1, as shown in fig. 9, the body 1 and the two handles 2 are symmetrical with respect to the center reference line X1, and two of the four electrode assemblies 3 are symmetrical with respect to the center reference line X1.
Each handle 2 comprises a handle outer shell 22 and a handle inner shell 21 which are buckled with each other, as shown in fig. 1, wherein two sides of the machine body inner shell 11 are respectively connected with the two handle inner shells 21 into a whole through connecting sheets 7, one handle 2 is internally provided with a control board 5, and the other handle 2 is internally provided with a battery 6.
Each electrode assembly 3 includes an electrode holder 32 and an electrode tab 31 provided on the electrode holder, the electrode holder 32 being constructed as an elastic member, and an end of the electrode holder 32 remote from the electrode tab 31 being inserted into the body installation space 10 to be fixed. Two heating members 8 are provided in two of the four electrode assemblies 3, respectively, to heat while being stimulated by the electric pulse.
According to the neck massager of the invention, the electrode plate 31 is arranged on the electrode seat 32, and the electrode seat 32 is extended into the machine body installation space 10 through one end for fixing, so that the assembly is convenient, in addition, two heating elements are arranged in the electrode assembly 3, and the neck of a user is heated at a specific part, so that the massage experience of the user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the body inner case 11 has mounting holes 113 corresponding to the four electrode assemblies 3, and the electrode holder 32 includes a hollow body 321, a shoe 322, and a fixing portion 323. Wherein, both ends of the hollow body 321 are opened, and the area of the opening 3211 at one end is smaller than the area of the opening 3212 at the other end. The shoe 322 is attached at an end opening 3211 of the hollow body 321, wherein the electrode sheet 31 is mounted at a side of the shoe 322 remote from the hollow body 321. The fixing portion 323 is formed in a ring shape and is connected to the other end opening of the hollow body 321. The outer contour of the fixing portion 323 exceeds the outer contour periphery of the mounting hole 113, the hollow body 321 extends into the body mounting space 10 through the mounting hole 113 when the electrode holder 32 is mounted, and the fixing portion 323 abuts against the inner surface of the body inner case 11 (not shown).
According to some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the neck massager further includes a fixing frame 14, the shape of the fixing frame 14 is substantially consistent with that of the fixing portion 323, fixing ears 141 extend from two ends of the fixing frame 14 in the extending direction of the machine body 1, the fixing ears 141 are respectively provided with screw holes, extension lines of axes of the two screw holes intersect, and the fixing frame 14 and the fixing portion 323 are connected with the inner shell 11 of the machine body through screws. Alternatively, the mounting holes 113 are rectangular holes, and four mounting holes 113 are provided on the housing 11 and arranged in a rectangular array.
Alternatively, two heating members 8 are provided in two electrode assemblies side by side along the length of the body 1, so that the neck is heated uniformly when the user uses the device. As shown in the example of fig. 8, the heating member 8 is a heating film provided in the shoe 322 and located on the side of the electrode sheet 31 adjacent to the body 1.
Alternatively, the axis of the first screw hole 1411 on the side of each mount 14 adjacent to the center reference line X1 is perpendicular to the inner housing 11, and the axis of the second screw hole 1412 on the side away from the center reference line X1 is inclined with respect to the inner housing 11.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, in the two pairs of electrode assemblies 3 located at both sides of the center reference line X1 of the body 1, the normal direction X3 of the shoe 322 is different from the central axis X2 of the hollow body 321, and the shoe 322 is offset from the central axis X2 of the hollow body 321 by a predetermined distance in a direction away from the center reference line X1.
Further, in the two pairs of electrode assemblies 3 located at both sides of the center reference line X1 of the body 1, the distance between one end of the shoe 322 adjacent to the center reference line X1 is about 3-8mm.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 7-9, the boot 322 is formed as a cambered surface. Each shoe 322 is formed in a curved surface parallel to the shape of the corresponding position of the inner housing 11.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the shape of the projection of the boot 322 is formed as a rounded rectangle on a plane perpendicular to the normal of each boot 322. In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the surface of the electrode sheet 31 slightly exceeds the plane of the outermost end of the shoe 322, thereby facilitating contact with the neck of the human body and thus providing electric pulse stimulation thereto.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the inclination angle of one side surface of the hollow body 321 of each electrode holder 32 adjacent to the center reference line X1 with respect to X1 is larger than the inclination angle of the other side surface of the hollow body 321 away from the center reference line X1 with respect to X1. That is, the general trend of each electrode holder 32 is inclined toward the center reference line X1. Alternatively, the above surface of the hollow body 321 has an inclination angle in the range of 5 to 20 degrees with respect to X1.
The structure of the neck massage apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, both sides of the inner housing 11 of the body are respectively connected with the two inner housings 21 of the handle into a whole through the elastically deformable connecting sheet 7, thereby maintaining the position uniqueness of the handle relative to the body only by the rigidity and width of the connecting sheet without providing other connection; in addition, the machine body inner shell and the handle inner shell are fixedly connected, and each component such as a control board, a battery, an electrode assembly and the like is more convenient and simple to install, and the whole neck massage instrument has more compact structure and high connection strength.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a gap 130 is provided between the handle inner housing 21 and the body inner housing 11, and the connection piece 7 is an arc-shaped plate-shaped metal piece, one end of which is connected to the handle inner housing 21 and the other end of which is connected to the body inner housing 11, as shown in fig. 1 and 3. Thus, when the two handles are opened relative to the machine body, the gap 130 is enlarged due to the existence of the connecting sheet, and the space for the inner handle shell 21 to move relative to the inner machine body shell 11 is provided, so that a user cannot feel strong clamping force during use, and the comfort is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, each handle inner housing 21 includes a first plate 2101 and curved plate members 2102 connected to opposite sides of the first plate 2101, the first plate 2101 and the two curved plate members 2102 defining an open handle mounting cavity 20. Wherein the control board 5 and the battery 6 are respectively installed in the handle installation cavity 20 of each handle. As shown in fig. 3, two first fixing posts 2111 are provided at one end of the first plate 2101 adjacent to the body 1, and one end of the connecting piece 7 is connected to the two first fixing posts 2111 by two screws, as shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 3, in some alternative examples, the first fixing columns 2111 are perpendicular to the first plate 2101, the first fixing columns 2111 are formed as cylinders and the outer circumferences of the first fixing columns 2111 are uniformly provided with a plurality of first reinforcing ribs 2112, and the first reinforcing ribs 2112 are perpendicularly connected to the first plate 2101. By providing the first reinforcing rib, the first fixing column 2111 can be reinforced, so that the connection between the connection piece 7 and the handle inner housing 21 is more secure.
As in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, the portion of the first plate 2101 adjacent to the body 1 is gradually inclined so that the height of the handle mounting chamber 20 is gradually reduced, and accordingly, the plurality of first reinforcing ribs 2112 on the two first fixing columns 2111 are mounted on the inclined portion and are configured to be flush with free ends, as shown in fig. 3, so as to facilitate stable connection with the connection pieces. Optionally, bottoms of two first reinforcing ribs 2112 disposed opposite to each other between the two first fixing posts 2111 are integrally connected to form a first via hole 2114 for a wire passing between the two first fixing posts 2111. Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, there are two first positioning pins 2113 disposed opposite to each other on top of the two first reinforcing ribs 2112 so as to achieve the pre-positioning with the connection piece 7, and then the connection piece 7 is connected with the first fixing post.
In other specific embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, two second fixing columns 1111 are provided on the inner housing 11 of the machine body, the second fixing columns 1111 extend obliquely in a direction away from the corresponding handles 2, and the ends of the two second fixing columns 1111 are located in the same inclined plane, the inclined plane is inclined with respect to the lower surface of the inner housing 11 of the machine body, the other end of the connecting piece 7 has a bending portion 71, and the bending portion 71 is configured to be parallel to the inclined surface and connected with the second fixing columns 1111 by screws.
As shown in fig. 3, in some alternative examples, the second fixing column 1111 is formed as a cylinder and the outer circumference is uniformly provided with a plurality of second reinforcing ribs 1112, and the second reinforcing ribs 1112 are obliquely connected to the lower surface of the inner housing 11 of the body. Alternatively, the inclined plane is inclined at an angle of about 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the lower surface of the body inner case 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, bottoms of two second reinforcing bars 1112 disposed opposite to each other between two second fixing posts 1111 are integrally connected to form a second wire passing hole 1113 for passing a wire between the two second fixing posts 1111.
According to the neck massage instrument provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first fixing column arranged on the handle inner shell and the second fixing column arranged on the machine body inner shell are respectively and fixedly connected with the connecting sheet, so that the fixed connection between the handle inner shell and the machine body inner shell is realized, the assembly is convenient, the cost is low, and the strength is high.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the neck massage apparatus further includes two silicone collars 4, and the two silicone collars 4 are respectively sleeved at and cover the gaps between the two handle inner shells 21 and the body inner shell 11.
As in the example of fig. 6, the silicone collar 4 has two first annular grooves 41 and a plurality of second annular grooves 42 located between the first annular grooves 41 in its axial direction. As shown in fig. 1, a first flange 1121 is formed at one end of the body inner case 11 adjacent to the gap, a third flange 2121 is formed at one end of the handle inner case 21 adjacent to the gap, and the first flange 1121 and the third flange 2121 are fitted into the two first annular grooves 41, respectively. The elastic expansion capability similar to that of a corrugated pipe can be realized by the plurality of second annular grooves 42, so that when the two handles 2 elastically deform relative to the machine body 1, the gaps between the machine body 1 and the handles 2 can be shielded by the silica gel lantern ring 4, thereby ensuring the attractive effect of the product and improving the reliability.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the body housing 12 is formed with second flanges 1221 at both ends thereof, respectively, and the handle housing 22 is formed with fourth flanges 2221 at both ends thereof, respectively. For each silicone collar 4, the first flange 1121 and the second flange 1221 are aligned to engage and extend into one side of the silicone collar 4, and the third flange 2121 and the fourth flange 2221 are aligned to engage and extend into the other side of the silicone collar 4.
According to the neck massage device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the connecting ends of the inner shell 11 and the two inner shells 21 are hidden in the inner shell through the silica gel sleeve ring 4, so that the connection is convenient and attractive, and the corresponding end of the outer shell or the outer shell can also realize pivoting in the silica gel sleeve ring through the connection between the flange and the silica gel sleeve ring, so that the connection is stable.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first flange 1121 of the inner housing 11 is formed by the respective ends of the inner housing 11 being narrowed and then widened, and the third flange 2121 of the inner housing 21 is formed by the respective ends of the inner housing 21 being narrowed and then widened.
As shown in fig. 2, one end of the body housing 12 adjacent to the corresponding handle 2 is provided with a first extension piece 1231, the first extension piece 1231 extending from the inner surface of the body housing 12 toward the handle 2, and the second flange 1221 extending from the end of the first extension piece 1231 toward both sides in the width direction thereof. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the outer end of the second flange 1221 extends not more than the widthwise edge of the body case 12.
As shown in fig. 1, a side of the handle housing 22 adjacent to the body 1 is provided with a second extending piece 2231, the second extending piece 2231 extends from an inner surface of the handle housing 22 toward the opposite direction of the body 1, and a fourth flange 2221 extends from an end of the second extending piece 2231 to both sides in the width direction thereof. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the outer end of the fourth flange 2221 does not extend beyond the widthwise edge of the handle housing 22.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the handle housing 22 is formed in a plate shape, and the inner surface of the handle housing 22 adjacent to the edge is vertically extended with a first click protrusion 2241, and a side surface of the first click protrusion 2241 facing the edge is provided with a first click groove 2242.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 2, the inner surface of the curved plate body 2102 of the handle inner case 21 adjacent to the edge is vertically extended with a second catching protrusion 2141. The second latch protrusion 2141 cooperates with the first latch groove 2242 to snap-connect the handle outer case 22 and the handle inner case 21. This way of fastening makes the connection between the inner handle shell 21 and the outer handle shell 22 more secure and convenient.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the handle outer case 22 has positioning protrusions 2251 at four corners thereof, respectively, and correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the handle inner case 21 has positioning posts 2151 at corresponding positions thereof, positioning holes 2152 being formed in the positioning posts 2151, the positioning protrusions 2251 being fitted into the positioning holes 2152. Thus, before the inner handle shell 21 is assembled with the outer handle shell 22, the positioning protrusions 2251 are fitted into the positioning holes 2152, so that the outer handle shell 22 is pre-positioned on the inner handle shell 21, and then the second plurality of detent protrusions 2141 are forcibly engaged with the first detent grooves 2242, so as to achieve the connection between the outer handle shell 22 and the inner handle shell 21.
In the alternative embodiment shown in fig. 1, the handle housing 22 is in the shape of an arc plate, and the positioning protrusions 2251 on the end of the handle housing 22 away from the body 1 are disposed obliquely with respect to the inner surface of the handle housing 22, and correspondingly, the positioning holes 2152 that are engaged therewith are also disposed obliquely, so that the positioning of the handle housing 22 on the handle inner housing 21 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, the first click protrusion 2241 on the handle housing 22 at an end remote from the body 1 is configured in a parallelogram shape inclined toward the end remote from the body 1. Optionally, the inclination angle of the first click protrusions 2241 is consistent with the inclination angle of the positioning protrusions 2251, and is 30-60 degrees. Further alternatively, the first detent projections 2241 include four and the positioning posts 2151 include four.
