As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the massage assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a massage main body 110, a carrier 120, a gel sheet 130, and a conductive member 190.
The massage main body 110 is suitable for being connected with the body of the massage apparatus, the carrier 120 comprises a main body part 128 and an insulating part 129, the insulating part 129 is annular and surrounds the periphery of the main body part 128, the insulating part 129 can be a plastic part or ceramic glass, the carrier 120 is detachably connected with the massage main body 110, the gel sheet 130 is received on the carrier 120, the gel sheet 130 is suitable for being contacted with the skin of a human body, and the gel sheet 130 is electrically connected with the pulse generating device of the massage apparatus through a conductive part 190.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the pulse generating device is used to generate a pulse of current, and that the pulse generating device may also be provided in the massage assembly 100.
The thickness of the gel sheet 130 may be greater than or equal to 1mm, and it is understood by those skilled in the art that the thickness of the gel sheet 130 refers to the dimension of the contact surface of the gel sheet 130 with the human skin to the direction away from the contact surface. For example, the thickness of the gel sheet 130 may be 1mm to 1.2mm, so that the gel sheet 130 is not easily damaged and has good fit with the skin of the human body, and the size of the massage assembly 100 is prevented from being increased, which is beneficial to the miniaturization design of the massage assembly 100 and reduces the production cost. In addition, the distance between the surface of the gel sheet 130 facing away from the massage main body 100 and the massage main body 100 is small, so that wrinkles or looseness are not easily generated, the structural stability of the massage assembly 100 is increased, and the comfort of massage is ensured.
Moreover, the gel sheet 130 is conductive, transparent and sticky, so that phototherapy and current massage can be easily realized by the massage assembly 100, convenience is provided for the massage assembly 100 by adding a massage mode, and the gel sheet 130 is sticky, so that the connection strength between the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 can be increased, a pre-fixing effect is provided for the installation of the gel sheet 130, and the massage convenience is improved.
Specifically, through the arrangement of the pulse generator, and the conductive member 190 is electrically connected to the gel sheet 130 and the pulse generator, respectively, that is, the pulse generator can output pulse current to the gel sheet 130, and when the gel sheet 130 contacts with the neck of a human body, pulse current physiotherapy can be realized.
According to the massage assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, it can be understood that the gel sheet 130 is aged and dried after being in contact with air for a long time, therefore, the gel sheet 130 needs to be replaced at regular time, and by detachably connecting the carrier 120 with the massage main body 110 and arranging the gel sheet 130 on the carrier 120, the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 can be replaced as a whole, thereby increasing the replacement efficiency of the gel sheet 130 and preventing the gel sheet 130 from being aged and dried and the massage assembly 100 from being incapable of continuously realizing electric massage.
Moreover, the notch or the through hole 127 which is communicated along the thickness direction of the carrier 120 is arranged on the carrier 120, so that the adhesion tightness between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130 can be ensured, the gel sheet 130 is prevented from protruding towards the direction far away from the carrier 120, the probability of wrinkles appearing on the gel sheet 130 is reduced, the occurrence of stabbing pain is further prevented, and the massage comfort is improved.
Since the circumference of the carrier 120 may contact the neck of the human body when the massage assembly 100 is worn, the carrier 120 includes the main body 128 and the insulating part 129, the insulating part 129 is annular and surrounds the circumference of the main body 128, and the insulating part 129 covers at least a part of the circumference of the gel sheet 130, and the insulating part 129 contacts the neck of the human body, so that the current can be prevented from being collected at the circumference of the carrier 120, and the possibility of the massage assembly 100 getting pricked is reduced.
In addition, the carrier 120 may be an insulating member with a higher hardness, such as ceramic glass, so as to shape the gel sheet 130, and it can be well ensured that the shape of the gel sheet 130 is consistent with that of the carrier 120, and the probability of deformation or wrinkle of the gel sheet 130 is reduced, so that not only can the gel sheet 130 be ensured to be tightly attached to the skin of a human body, but also the frequency of replacing the gel sheet 130 is further reduced. Moreover, the higher hardness of the carrier 120 also provides a good stress point for the assembly and disassembly of the gel sheet 130, which avoids the inconvenience of replacement due to the direct touch of the gel sheet 130 by a user during replacement, and increases the convenience of production, maintenance and repair of the massage assembly 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the gel sheet 130 may be made of a hydrogel material, and the gel sheet 130 may precipitate water, and by setting the carrier 120 as a plastic member, while the supporting force of the carrier 120 on the gel sheet 130 is ensured, the corrosion rate of the carrier 120 by the water precipitated from the gel sheet 130 is also reduced, and the service life of the carrier 120 is prolonged.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the body portion 128 is a conductor or insulator. When the body portion 128 is an insulating material, the body portion 128 and the insulating portion 129 are integrally molded. Thus, the processing is convenient, and the production efficiency is improved; when the main body 128 is a conductor, the main body 128 and the insulating part may be separately provided, and the main body 128 may be a conductor, so that the conductive efficiency between the gel sheet 130 and the pulse generator may be increased, thereby preventing the occurrence of a prick and increasing the comfort of the massage.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, when the main body 170 is an insulating member, the carrier 120 is provided with a notch or a through hole 127, at least a portion of the conductive member 190 is embedded in the through hole 127 or the notch, and the conductive member 190 is prevented from being wound from the surface of the carrier 120 by the through hole 127 or the notch, so as to ensure close contact between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130.
In some implementations of the invention, the support 120 may be a nylon support. Wherein, the side of the carrier 120 back to the gel sheet 130 can be provided with the heating element 125, and through the arrangement of the heating element 125, the massage assembly 100 can increase the function of hot compress while massaging, thereby increasing the massage comfort and diversity of the massage assembly 100. Moreover, the gel sheet 130 is suitable for contacting with the skin of a human body, and the carrier 120 is made of a nylon material, so that the heat conduction effect of the nylon material is good, and the temperature of the heating element 125 can be better transferred to the gel sheet 130, so as to ensure that the massage component 100 has a better hot compress effect.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, when carrier 120 is provided with a notch, conductive element 190 is disposed in the notch, and carrier 120 has a protective cover (not shown) for protecting conductive element 190, the protective cover covering the notch. Wherein the notch is located at the edge of the carrier 120.
For example, the opening of the recess is directed away from the carrier 120, and the protective cap covers the recess in the radial direction of the carrier 120. Thus, the protective cover can prevent the conductive member 190 from being damaged, can increase the connection strength between the conductive member 190 and the carrier 120, and can prevent the conductive member 190 from being displaced to interfere with other components of the massage assembly 100, and can also improve the aesthetic appearance of the carrier 120.

The first electric connection part is arranged on one side of the carrier, which faces the gel sheet, and is electrically connected with the gel sheet, the second electric connection part is arranged on one side of the carrier, which faces away from the gel sheet, the second electric connection part is electrically connected with the pulse generating device, and at least one of the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part is embedded in the through hole or the notch.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conductive member 190 includes an elastic connecting member 160 and a conductive button 140, the conductive button 140 is disposed between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130, the conductive button 140 is embedded in the carrier 120, and the conductive button 140 is electrically connected to the gel sheet 130. The elastic connecting member 160 is disposed on a side of the circuit board 150 facing the carrier, and the elastic connecting member 160 is disposed through the gap or through hole 127 to abut against and electrically connect with the conductive buckle 140.
The conductive button 140 may be made of a conductive metal, and a surface of the conductive button 140 facing the gel sheet 130 and a surface of the carrier 120 facing the gel sheet 130 are located on the same arc surface, so that the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 can be attached to each other to a high degree, and the increase of the gap between the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 is avoided. Through the arrangement of the conductive button 140, the pulse current of the pulse generator can be transmitted to the gel sheet 130, so as to realize the pulse current massage of the massage assembly 100.
For example, the circuit board 150 may be disposed on a side of the carrier 120 facing away from the gel sheet 130, the elastic connecting member 160 is mounted on a surface of the circuit board 150 facing the carrier 120, and the elastic connecting member 160 protrudes from a surface of the circuit board 150 facing the carrier 120. The elastic connection member 160 may be a POGO PIN elastic thimble.
Specifically, one end of the elastic connector 160 is electrically connected to the circuit board 150, and the other end of the elastic connector 160 is electrically connected to the conductive button 140. Thus, wireless electric connection can be realized inside the massage component 100, so that the internal structure of the massage component 100 can be more regular, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the elastic connection member 160 may be soldered to the circuit board 150 to secure connection stability thereof, or the circuit board 150 may have a socket into which the elastic connection member 160 is inserted. Therefore, the assembly time can be reduced, and the production and maintenance efficiency is improved.

The carrier 120 and the conductive buckle 140 may be formed by injection molding, the same connecting leg 142 is wrapped by the carrier 120 along the thickness direction of the single connecting leg 142, so that the connection stability between the conductive buckle 140 and the carrier 120 is increased, and the stability of the relative position between the conductive buckle 140 and the carrier 120 is further increased by the arrangement of the plurality of connecting legs 142.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the extending direction of the connecting leg 142 forms a non-right angle with the conductive main body 141, the non-right angle is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than 90 °, for example, the extending direction of the connecting leg 142 forms a 45 ° angle with the conductive main body 141.
Thus, the contact area between the connection legs 142 and the carrier 120 can be increased, the connection strength between the conductive button 140 and the carrier 120 can be further increased, the probability of the conductive button 140 being separated from the carrier 120 can be reduced, and the reliability of the massage assembly 100 can be improved.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the conductive member 190 includes a first fastening member 170 and a second fastening member 180. The first fastening member 170 is disposed between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130, the first fastening member 170 passes through the through hole 127 or the notch, the first fastening member 170 is electrically connected to the gel sheet 130, the second fastening member 180 is disposed between the carrier 120 and the massage body 110 and electrically connected to the pulse generator, one of the first fastening member 170 and the second fastening member 180 is a plug-in groove, the other one is a plug-in post, and the plug-in post is plugged in the plug-in groove. For example, the first fastener 170 is a mating post and the second fastener 180 is a mating slot. In this manner, the ease of electrical connection between the gel sheet 130 and the pulse generating device is increased.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the pulse generator does not include a circuit board, the second fasteners 180 are electrically connected to the pulse generator through wires, the first fasteners 170 are inserted into the second fasteners 180, and the first fasteners 170 are electrically connected to the gel sheet 130. Thus, no circuit board is required in the massage assembly 100, thereby reducing the number of mounting steps and improving the production efficiency.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the massage assembly 100 may not be provided with the second fasteners 180, and the pulse generator is directly electrically connected to the first fasteners 170 through wires.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, each of the first fasteners 170 and the second fasteners includes a plurality of first fasteners and a plurality of second fasteners, each of the plurality of first fasteners and the plurality of second fasteners corresponding to one another. In this way, the reliability of the electrical connection between the gel sheet 130 and the pulse generating device is further increased.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the conductive layer 121 is disposed between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130, and the conductive member 190 is electrically connected to the gel sheet 130 through the conductive layer 121. Thus, the pulse current is dispersed more uniformly to the whole gel layer 130, thereby increasing the massage comfort and reducing the probability of the stabbing pain.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, conductive layer 121 may be a printed conductive line layer. When the conductive layer 121 may be a printed conductive line layer, the conductive elements 190 may be the elastic connecting element 160 and the conductive button 140.
Moreover, since the thickness of the conductive layer 121 is reduced, the gap between the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 can be reduced, which is beneficial to the miniaturization of the massage assembly 100, and the conduction of the printed wire layer to each part of the gel sheet 130 is more uniform, which can prevent the pricking feeling caused by the non-uniform current distribution of the gel sheet 130, ensure the uniform current distribution between the gel sheet 130 and the skin of the human body, and increase the comfort of the massage.
Further, the printed conductive line layer may be a silver paste line layer. Because the electric conductivity of silver is good, through with printing the conducting wire layer sets up to silver thick liquid line layer, has further increased conducting layer 121 ground conduction efficiency, has guaranteed that the current distribution is even between gel piece 130 and the human skin, has increased the travelling comfort of massage.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 5, the conductive layer 121 is an ITO (Indium Tin oxide) film. Since the ITO film has excellent conductivity and transparency, and can cut off electron radiation and ultraviolet rays harmful to the human body, the conductive layer 121 is provided as the ITO film, so that the reliability of the massage assembly 100 can be increased, and the gel sheet 130 has current, thereby ensuring the massage effect of the massage assembly 100.
The conductive member may be a first fastener 170 and a second fastener 180, the first fastener 170 is respectively connected to the ITO film and the carrier 120, for example, the first fastener 170 penetrates through the ITO film and the carrier 120 along the thickness direction of the massage component 100, that is, the first fastener 170 is riveted to the ITO film and the carrier 120 respectively.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the carrier 120 is recessed toward the massage body 110 to form a sink 122, and the conductive layer 121 is disposed on a bottom of the sink 122. Thus, through the arrangement of the sinking groove 122, on one hand, pre-positioning can be provided for the gel sheet 130, so that the gel sheet 130 can be conveniently installed; on the other hand, the exposed area of the surface of the gel sheet 130 is reduced, the finish of the gel sheet 130 is improved, and the replacement interval of the gel sheet 130 is increased.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the gel sheet 130 has a thickness equal to or greater than the depth of the sink 122. Therefore, the gel sheet 130 can be ensured to be effectively contacted with the skin of the human body, and the tightness of the adhesion between the gel sheet 130 and the skin of the human body can be improved.
Wherein the difference between the thickness of the gel sheet 130 and the depth of the sink 122 may be less than or equal to 0.6mm, for example, 0.2-0.3 mm. Therefore, the gel sheet 130 can effectively contact the skin of the human body, the thickness of the gel sheet 130 is not too large, the cost is prevented from increasing, the shape of the gel sheet 130 can be kept, and the installation of the gel sheet 130 is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 5, the user facing surface of the carrier 120 is an arcuate surface.
For example, the carrier 120 is an arc-shaped surface that is curved in one of the length direction and the width direction, that is, the carrier 120 is curved in an arc-shaped surface when the length direction and the width direction are different, so that a gap between the center of the gel sheet 130 and the center of the carrier 120 due to simultaneous force applied to the peripheral edges of the gel sheet 130 can be prevented. By providing the carrier 120 as an arc-shaped face curved in one of the length direction or the width direction thereof, the tightness between the gel sheet 130 and the carrier 120 can be increased due to the tension of the gel sheet 130.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral wall of the carrier 120 has a plurality of slots 123. Wherein, the groove 123 extends along the thickness direction of the carrier 120, and through the arrangement of the groove 123, when the user holds the massage assembly 100, the friction between the massage assembly 100 and the user can be increased, and the reliability of holding is improved. Moreover, the slot 123 increases the aesthetic appearance of the massage assembly 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the carrier 120 has a plurality of spaced through holes 124, the through holes 124 penetrating the carrier 120 in a thickness direction of the carrier 120.
Wherein, the carrier 120 of the physiotherapy lamp of the circuit board 150 is provided with the light scattering member 126, the light scattering member 120 is disposed on the line of the light of the physiotherapy lamp, for example, the light scattering member 126 may be disposed on one surface of the carrier 120 facing the electrode plate 130 or one surface facing away from the electrode plate 130, and the light scattering member 126 may disperse the light emitted by the physiotherapy lamp, so that the light uniformly irradiates the gel sheet 130, thereby improving uniformity of phototherapy. The light dispersed by the light-dispersing member 126 passes through the through-hole 124 and is irradiated on the gel sheet 130.
For example, the through hole 124 may be a circular hole, i.e., the outer contour of the cross section of the through hole 124 along the thickness direction of the carrier 120 is circular. Since the gel sheet 130 can extract liquid (e.g., water), the aperture of the through hole 124 can be 0.1mm-0.3mm, and thus, the liquid can form a water seal at the through hole 124 due to the surface tension principle of the liquid, the liquid can be prevented from passing through the through hole 124, and the reliability of the circuit in the massage assembly 100 can be ensured.
And, the pitch of the two adjacent through holes 124 is 0.5mm to 2.0mm, wherein the pitch is the shortest pitch between the two adjacent through holes 124 (the two adjacent through holes 124 may be two adjacent through holes 124 along the length direction of the carrier 120, or two adjacent through holes 124 along the width direction of the carrier 120). Thus, both the structural strength of the carrier 124 and the phototherapy effect can be ensured.
The through hole 124 may be a laser drilling hole, and the laser drilling direction is from a side close to the massage body 11 to a side close to the gel sheet 130. Thus, burrs are formed when the carrier 120 is laser-drilled, and the burrs protrude from the surface of the carrier 120 facing the gel sheet 130, so that the burrs extend into the gel sheet 130, the connection strength between the carrier 120 and the gel sheet 130 can be improved, the steps of removing the burrs from the carrier 120 are reduced, and the production efficiency and the structural strength of the massage assembly 100 are improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the gel sheet 130 is positioned on the carrier 120 in an orthographic projection of the carrier 120. Wherein, the gel sheet 130 is projected on the carrier 120 in a direction opposite to the gel sheet 130, and the outer contour of the carrier 120 surrounds the outer side of the outer contour of the gel sheet 130. Thus, during assembly and disassembly, the periphery of the carrier 120 contacts the placement plane first, thereby preventing the gel sheet 130 from being contaminated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the massage body 110 includes a first housing 111 and a second housing 112. The first housing 111 is adapted to be connected to the body of the massage apparatus, the second housing 112 is connected to the first housing 111, and a side of the second housing 112 facing away from the first housing 111 is connected to the carrier 120.
Wherein the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 define an accommodating space, and the circuit board 150 is mounted to the second housing 112 to facilitate mounting of electrical components in the massage assembly 100. Moreover, the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are separately provided, which further increases the convenience of maintenance of the massage assembly 100.
