The invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings:
the first embodiment,
As shown in fig. 4 to 10, the embodiment of the present invention provides a massage device with a positioning mechanism, which includes a massage component 6 and an air bag component 7.
The massage assembly 6 is used to perform a massage action on the user. The airbag module 7 is configured to be switchable between at least a contracted state and at least an expanded state. Wherein, the massage component 6 is jointed on the air bag component 7 and can be driven by the air bag component 7 to move telescopically. The massage device also comprises a positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism is capable of limiting the range of movement of the massage assembly 6 when the air bag assembly 7 is in a deflated state.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the massage assembly is driven by the airbag assembly to perform the stretching and retracting activities, so that the massage assembly can be switched between different positions, thereby generating different use states to adapt to more use scenes. Make through positioning mechanism, when the gasbag subassembly is in the shrink state, the massage subassembly can not get rid of everywhere, has avoided massage device to take place abnormal sound promptly, can also effectually guarantee that the gasbag can not lead to damaging because of the whipping. Wherein, when the air bag component 7 is expanded, the massage component 6 is in a working state. When the air bag module 7 is contracted, the massage module 6 is in a storage state.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the airbag module 7 is disposed in the driving module 9. The massage unit 6 is disposed in the airbag unit 7. The massage assembly 6 is provided with at least one massage protrusion. The air bag module 7 is used to drive the massage module 6 closer to or away from the drive module 9. The driving assembly 9 is used for driving the air bag assembly 7 and the massage assembly 6 to rotate.
It should be noted that the massage device of the present invention is not limited to be used in a car comfort system (including a car massage seat), but is also applicable to various massage chairs or various massagers, and the application of the massage device of the present invention is not limited specifically.
Specifically, the massage device is arranged on the chair, and when massage is not needed, the comfort of the chair can be ensured only by keeping the surface of the chair flat; when massage is needed, the massage head needs to enable the surface of the chair to be protruded so as to be pressed against a human body (particularly against the back of the human body from the chair back), and then the massage head can press the human body to massage the human body to a certain extent.
The massage device of the present embodiment switches between a massage state and a storage state by driving the massage unit 6 via the extendable member. When massage is required, the telescopic member is lengthened so that the massage assembly 6 is pushed against the back of the person to perform massage. When massage is not needed, the telescopic piece is shortened, so that the massage assembly 6 is accommodated in the mounting hole of the seat sponge, the seat surface is ensured to be flat, and the comfort of the seat is kept.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in addition to the above embodiments, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly 9 includes a first transmission member 12 rotatably disposed, and a first driving member 24 drivingly connected to the first transmission member 12. The airbag module 7 is disposed in the first transmission 12. The first driving member 24 is used for driving the first transmission member to rotate. In particular, the first drive member 24 is an electric motor. The output end of the first driving member 24 is provided with a screw. The axis of the output end of the first drive member 24 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the first transmission member 12.
Preferably, the drive assembly 9 further comprises a second transmission member 11 rotatably arranged in the first housing assembly 8. The second transmission member 11 is a gear. The first driving member 24 is connected to the first transmission member 12 through the second transmission member 11. The second transmission piece 11 and the first transmission piece 12 are in speed reduction transmission. The output ends of the first transmission piece 12, the second transmission piece 11 and the first driving piece 24 are in the same plane.
It will be appreciated that the first transmission member 12 and the second transmission member 11 are spur gears. The axial line of the motor and the first transmission piece 12 are arranged on the same plane, so that the thickness of the massage component 6 and the air bag component 7 is superposed with the diameter of the motor, the thickness of the whole massage device is greatly reduced, and the massage device has good practical significance.
And is transmitted to the first transmission member 12 at a reduced speed by the second transmission member 11. As shown in fig. 10, the included angle B between the first plane in which the rotation axes of the first transmission member 12 and the second transmission member 11 are located and the rotation axis of the motor is 55 ° to 65 °. Preferably, the included angle B is substantially 61 °. By setting the included angle B to an acute angle, the length of the first driving member 24 in the direction of the rotation axis thereof substantially coincides with the diameter of the first driving member 12, thereby greatly shortening the width of the entire massage apparatus.
Specifically, the second transmission member 11 is connected to the first transmission member 12 and the first driving member 24 in a speed reduction transmission manner, so that the torque in the rotation process can be ensured, and the situation that the motor is overloaded and burned off due to clamping in the massage process can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 5 to 9, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the massage device further includes a first housing assembly 8. The first housing component 8 includes a first case 23 and a second case 25. The first housing 23 is provided with a first driving groove 30 and a first transmission groove 32. The first driving member 24 is disposed in the first driving groove 30. The first transmission member 12 is rotatably disposed in the first transmission groove 32. The second housing 25 is disposed on the first housing 23 for covering at least a portion of the first transmission slot 32.
Preferably, the driving assembly 9 further includes a second magnetic member 13 disposed on the first transmission member 12, and a first magnetic induction member 10 disposed on the first housing assembly 8. The first drive member 24 and the first magnetic induction member 10 can be electrically connected to the control assembly by wires.
Specifically, a first transmission groove 32 is formed in the first housing 23 along the first direction, and a first driving groove 30 is formed in the second direction; the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The first driving groove 30 is provided with a through hole communicating with the first transmission groove 32. The through hole is used for a screw rod arranged at the output end of the first driving member 24 to pass through. The second transmission member 11 is rotatably disposed on the first housing 23 via a first support column 29 detachably disposed on the first housing 23. Both side surfaces of the first transmission 12 are rotatably disposed in the first casing 23 via an annular bearing or a slider. The motor is directly fixed on a side wall of the first driving groove 30 provided with the through hole by a bolt.
The second housing 25 is disposed on the first housing 23 by a bolt, covers the first transmission groove 32, and encloses the screw, the first transmission member 12, and the second transmission member 11.
It is understood that a bearing is provided at an end of the output shaft of the motor as shown in fig. 10. The motor output shaft is disposed on the first housing 23 via a third bearing 31. The third bearing 31 can effectively prevent the output shaft of the first driving part 24 from bending and deforming, and the service life of the massage device is ensured.
In addition, a magnet groove is provided on the side of the first transmission 12 facing the first housing 23; the second magnetic member 13 is disposed in the first magnet groove of the first transmission member 12. The first magnetic induction element 10 is provided on the outer surface of the second housing 25. The rotation speed of the first transmission member 12 can be detected through the first magnetic induction key, so that the rotation speed of the first driving member 24 can be controlled more accurately.
In addition to the above embodiments, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the airbag module 7 includes a first telescopic base 21 for engaging the driving module 9, and an airbag body 20 connected between the first telescopic base 21 and the massage module 6. Preferably, the airbag body 20 is a multi-layer airbag. The airbag module 7 further includes a conduit swivel 22 disposed in the airbag body 20. The pipeline rotary joint 22 is used for connecting an external air channel pipeline. The first telescopic seat 21 and the first transmission member 12 are provided with through holes for the pipeline rotary joint 22 to pass through.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the first telescopic seat 21, the driving assembly 9 and the first housing assembly 8 are combined together to form a base, and the airbag is disposed on the first telescopic seat 21 in the base. In particular, the air bladder assembly 7 is coupled between the base and the massage assembly 6. Wherein the positioning mechanism is configured to limit the range of movement of the massage assembly 6 relative to the base when the air bag assembly 7 is in the deflated state.
In this embodiment, the pipeline rotary joint 22 is directly mounted on the airbag body 20, so that the pipeline rotary joint has better air tightness performance and can ensure that air leakage does not occur after long-term use. Specifically, the airbag body 20 is fixed on the first telescopic seat 21 in an adhesion manner, so that the airbag body 20 and the massage assembly 6 rotate synchronously in the massage process.
It will be appreciated that the conduit swivel 22 is mounted on the rotational axis of the airbag body 20. So that the one end of the pipe line rotary joint 22 connected to the airbag body 20 and the airbag body 20 are rotated in synchronization. The other end and the air pipe are in a relatively fixed state. Specifically, the pipeline rotary joint 22 is installed on the rotary shaft of the airbag body 20, so that the connection structure of the air tube and the airbag body 20 is simpler and the volume is smaller.
As shown in fig. 5 to 10, in other embodiments, the airbag body 20 is an airbag. The first telescopic bracket 21 is provided with a vent hole 27 communicating with the air chamber of the airbag body 20. The airbag module 7 further includes a conduit swivel 22 disposed in the first telescopic mount 21. The pipeline rotary joint 22 is used for connecting an external air channel pipeline. Preferably, the ventilation aperture 27 is arranged coaxially with the axis of rotation of the first transmission member 12. The vent hole 27 is provided in the first positioning projection 33. The first transmission member 12 is provided with a through hole through which the line swivel 22 passes.
In the present embodiment, the first telescopic base 21 is provided with a vent hole 27; the pipe swivel 22 is installed on the vent hole 27, and the airbag body 20 is adhered to the surface of the first telescopic bracket 21 such that the cavity of the airbag body 20 communicates with the vent hole 27. The pipeline rotary joint 22 is directly locked on the first telescopic seat 21 through fine airtight threads, and is simple to disassemble and assemble.
It can be understood that the vent hole 27 is provided on the rotational shaft of the airbag body 20, so that the pipe rotary joint 22 can perform a function of rotary sealing without a complicated structure, and the volume of the pipe rotary joint 22 is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the volume of the entire massage apparatus.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, in addition to the above embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the first transmission member 12 is provided with a first positioning groove 28. The first telescopic base 21 is provided with a first positioning projection 33 matched with the first positioning groove 28. The first positioning slot 28 is used for limiting the rotation of the first retractable seat 21 relative to the first transmission member 12.
Specifically, the first positioning groove 28 is cross-shaped. The first positioning protrusion 33 of the first telescopic base 21 is fixed in the first positioning groove 28 by a bolt, so that the first telescopic base 21 and the first transmission member 12 rotate synchronously.
Preferably, the first positioning groove 28 and the first positioning protrusion 33 are formed to be symmetrical about the rotation axis of the first transmission member 12. And, a circular through hole is provided between the first positioning groove 28 and the first positioning projection 33 for the pipe rotary joint 22 to pass through.
In other embodiments, the first positioning protrusion 33 and the first positioning groove 28 may be in a straight structure or other structures, and even the positioning groove only performs a positioning function, and is fixed by a bolt to limit the rotation of the first telescopic base 21 relative to the first transmission member 12.
It can be understood that the first telescopic seat 21 is fixed to the first transmission member 12 by the first positioning protrusion 33 embedded in the first positioning groove 28, so that the portion of the first telescopic seat 21 exposed outside the first transmission member 12 is a thin disk-shaped structure. Thereby greatly reducing the thickness of the massage device.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10, on the basis of the above embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the massage assembly 6 comprises a first massage seat 18 and at least one first massage head 14 formed on the first massage seat 18. Specifically, the first massage head 14 is rotatably disposed on the first massage base 18. Preferably, the massage assembly 6 further comprises a first massage bearing 16 and a first bearing seat 15. The first massage head 14 is rotatably disposed on the first bearing housing 15 via a first massage bearing 16. The first bearing seat 15 is disposed on the first massage seat 18.
Specifically, the number of the first massage heads 14 is two. It can be understood that two first massage heads 14 symmetrically arranged can just apply a certain pressure to the human body, the decrease of the contact area with too small quantity easily causes the increase of the pressure intensity to press the human body to generate pain, and the too large quantity of the first massage heads 14 cannot cause the extrusion due to the too large contact area, thereby failing to generate the massage effect.
The first massage head 14 is rotatably disposed on the first massage seat 18, and can be rotated to a certain degree during massage, thereby preventing the massage head from pulling the seat leather surface and tearing the seat leather surface. And the rotating first massage head 14 can produce a better massage effect.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 9, the air bag module 7 can be inflated and deflated to perform a telescopic movement in a predetermined direction. When the air bag component 7 is inflated, the massage component 6 is withdrawn outwards to switch to the working state. When the air bag component is exhausted for pressure relief, the massage component is close to the driving component for resetting so as to be switched to a storage state.
In the present embodiment, the positioning mechanism is configured to limit the moving range of the massage assembly 6 relative to the base by means of magnetic attraction when the air bag assembly 7 is in the retracted state. Specifically, the positioning mechanism includes a first magnetic member 17 disposed on one of the first massage base 18 and the first telescopic base 21. The other of the first massage seat 18 and the first telescopic seat 21 is made of a magnetic substance at least partially to limit the movable range of the massage assembly 6 by means of magnetic attraction when the massage assembly 6 is in the storage state.
Preferably, the first telescopic base 21 is entirely made of a magnetic substance.
