The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings:
the first embodiment,
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a massage machine, which includes a frame body 1 connected to a seat main body, and a massage movement 74 built in the frame body 1 and capable of performing a massage action on a user's body. The frame body 1 is provided with a base 2 inside, and the massage movement 74 is supported on the base 2 via the telescopic air bag 20. The air bag 20 is configured to be able to translate the entire massage movement 74 from the storage position built in the frame 1 to the outside to an operating position where the user can be massaged. Preferably, the bellows bladder 20 is configured as a multilayer bladder.
Specifically, the massage machine is arranged on a chair, and when massage is not needed, the comfort of the chair can be ensured only by keeping the surface of the chair flat; when massage is needed, the massage head needs to enable the surface of the chair to be protruded so as to be pressed against the human body (particularly against the back of the human body from the chair back), and then certain compression can be formed on the human body for massage.
The massage machine of the present embodiment switches between a massage state and a storage state by driving the massage unit 6 by the bellows 20. When massage is required, the bellows 20 is lengthened so that the massage assembly 6 is pushed against the back of the person for massage. When massage is not needed, the telescopic air bag 20 is shortened, so that the massage assembly 6 is accommodated in the mounting hole of the seat sponge, the seat surface is ensured to be smooth, and the comfort of the seat is kept. Under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to have the massage function, reduced the volume of massager when out of work greatly to pack it into the seat inside under the prerequisite that the volume of seat does not change, make the seat have the massage function under the condition that does not change volume and outward appearance, have fine practical meaning.
In addition, the massage assembly 6 is supported by the telescopic air bag 20, so that the massage assembly 6 can swing within a certain angle range, the angle of the massage assembly 6 during massage is changed, the massage assembly can better adapt to the body surface of a user, and a more comfortable massage effect is achieved.
It should be noted that the massage machine of the present invention can be used in, but not limited to, an automobile comfort system (including an automobile massage seat), and is also suitable for various massage chairs or various massagers.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the massage movement 74 comprises the drive assembly 9 and the massage assembly 6. The driving assembly 9 is used for providing power. The massage assembly 6 is coupled to the drive assembly 9 and is rotatable by the drive assembly 9 to perform a massage action. In particular, the drive assembly 9 comprises a first transmission member 12 and a first driving member 24. The first transmission member 12 is engaged with the massage assembly 6. The first driving member 24 is coupled to the first transmission member 12 for driving the first transmission member 12 to rotate. Wherein the rotation axis of the first transmission member 12 is parallel to the expansion axis of the expansion airbag. The output shaft of the first drive member 24 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the first transmission member 12. Preferably, the drive assembly 9 further comprises a second transmission member 11. The second transmission member 11 is engaged between the first driving member 24 and the first transmission member 12 to transmit the power of the first driving member 24 to the first transmission member 12. The axis of rotation of the second transmission element 11 is parallel to the axis of rotation of the first transmission element 12.
In this embodiment, the first drive member 24 is a motor. The output end of the first driving member 24 is provided with a screw. The second transmission member 11 and the first transmission member 12 are both helical gears. The second transmission member 11 is engaged with the first driving member 24, and the first transmission member 12 is engaged with the second transmission member 11. The massaging assembly 6 is coupled to the first transmission member 12. The axis of the motor and the first transmission piece 12 are arranged on the same plane, so that the thicknesses of the massage assembly 6 and the telescopic air bag 20 are overlapped with the diameter of the motor, the thickness of the whole massage machine is greatly reduced, and the massage machine has good practical significance.
And is transmitted to the first transmission member 12 at a reduced speed by the second transmission member 11. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the plane in which the rotational axis of the first transmission member 12 and the rotational axis of the second transmission member 11 lie is at an angle B of 55 ° to 65 ° to the output shaft of the first drive member 24. Preferably, the included angle B is 61 °. By setting the angle B to an acute angle, the length of the first driving member 24 in the direction of the rotation axis thereof and the diameter of the first transmission member 12 substantially coincide, thereby greatly shortening the width of the entire massage machine. Specifically, the second transmission member 11 is connected to the first transmission member 12 and the first driving member 24 in a speed reduction transmission manner, so that the torque in the rotation process can be ensured, and the situation that the motor is overloaded and burned off due to clamping in the massage process can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, the massage assembly 6 comprises a first massage seat 18 coupled to the first transmission member 12, and at least one massage protrusion formed on the first massage seat 18. Specifically, the massage protrusions include a first massage head 14 rotatably disposed on a first massage seat 18, and a first massage bearing 16 and a first bearing seat 15. The first massage bearing 16 is disposed on the first massage base 18 through the first bearing base 15. The first massage head 14 is disposed in the first massage bearing 16 so as to be rotatable relative to the first massage base 18.
In the present embodiment, the number of the first massage heads 14 is two. It can be understood that two first massage heads 14 symmetrically arranged can just apply a certain pressure to the human body, the decrease of the contact area with too small quantity easily causes the increase of the pressure intensity to press the human body to generate pain, and the too large quantity of the first massage heads 14 cannot cause the extrusion due to the too large contact area, thereby failing to generate the massage effect. The first massage head 14 is rotatably disposed on the first massage seat 18, and can be rotated to a certain degree during massage, thereby preventing the massage head from pulling the seat leather surface and tearing the seat leather surface. And the rotating first massage head 14 can produce a better massage effect.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in figures 6 and 7, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the first transmission member 12 is provided with a first detent 28. The first telescopic base is provided with a first positioning projection 33 matched with the first positioning groove 28. The first positioning slot 28 is used for limiting the rotation of the first retractable seat relative to the first transmission member 12. Specifically, the first positioning groove 28 is cross-shaped. The first positioning protrusion 33 of the first telescopic seat is fixed in the first positioning groove 28 by a bolt, so that the first telescopic seat and the first transmission member 12 rotate synchronously.
Preferably, the first positioning groove 28 and the first positioning protrusion 33 are formed to be symmetrical about the rotation axis of the first transmission member 12. In other embodiments, the first positioning protrusion 33 and the first positioning groove 28 may be in a straight structure or other structures, and even the positioning groove only performs a positioning function, and is fixed by a bolt to limit the rotation of the first telescopic base relative to the first transmission member 12.
It can be understood that the first retractable seat is fixed to the first transmission member 12 by the first limiting protrusion embedded in the first positioning groove 28, so that the portion of the first retractable seat exposed outside the first transmission member 12 is a thin disk-shaped structure. Thereby greatly reducing the thickness of the massage machine of the massage device.
The massage machine further includes an air pump 3, an air valve 4, and a safety valve 5 as shown in fig. 2. The air pump 3 is connected with the air valve 4 through an air path; the safety valve 5 and the telescopic air bag 20 are connected with the air valve 4 in parallel by an air circuit. The gas pump 3 is used to provide gas under pressure. The air valve 4 is an electric control valve, which is electrically connected to the control assembly for controlling the expansion and contraction of the expansion air bag 20.
The safety valve is a rapid pressure relief device. The quick pressure relief device is suitable for quickly reducing the pressure of the telescopic air bag and comprises a valve body provided with a valve cavity 65 and a valve core assembly arranged in the valve cavity 65.
The valve body includes a first safety cover 51 and a first containment vessel 52, the first safety cover 51 and the first containment vessel 52 combining to form a valve cavity 65. The first containment vessel 52 has a first opening, a second opening, and a guide volume 64. The first opening is used for communicating the air bag to obtain air flow. The second opening is disposed on a downstream side of the first opening, and an opening area of the second opening is larger than an opening area of the first opening. The guide receptacle 64 is disposed between and communicates the first and second openings.
The spool assembly has a first spool and a second spool. The first valve spool has a first cross section for closing the first opening. The second spool has a second cross-section for closing the second opening. Wherein the area of the second cross section is greater than the area of the first cross section to provide a pressure differential such that airflow into guide volume 64 from the first opening can rapidly push the second spool away from the second opening and the first spool follows the movement of the second spool away from the first opening for rapid venting and pressure relief.
It will be appreciated that the pressure of the gas flow opening the first opening acting on the first cross section is less than the pressure of the gas flow opening the second cross section to provide a pressure differential. Specifically, the pressure acting on the second cross-section after the gas flow opening the first opening enters the guide volume 64 is greater than the set opening pressure of the second opening. Preferably, upon completion of the pressure relief, the first opening is closed before the second opening.
Through setting up first opening and second opening to and first cross section and second cross section, can let pressure relief device have higher atmospheric pressure threshold when having faster pressure release speed. Specifically, the forces of the gas acting on the first spool and the second spool are the gas pressure of the gas multiplied by the area of the first cross section and the area of the second cross section, respectively. Since the area of the second cross section is greater than the area of the first cross section, the first valve spool is lifted open when the gas pressure in the bladder is greater than a predetermined value and then the gas enters the guide volume 64, so that the gas pressure in the guide volume 64 is also increased to the same pressure as in the bladder, thereby lifting open the second valve spool. Because the second cross section is larger than the first cross section, the second valve core can be subjected to larger driving force, and the valve core assembly is driven to be far away from the opening at a higher speed, so that the pressure is released more quickly.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention based on the above-described embodiment, the first valve core includes a first valve stem 56 and a first elastic member 53, and the first elastic member 53 is configured to apply a force to the first valve stem 56 in a direction to close the first opening and set an opening pressure of the first opening. The second valve core includes a second valve stem 55 and a second elastic member 54, and the second elastic member 54 is configured to apply a force to the second valve stem 55 toward a direction of closing the second opening and set an opening pressure of the second opening. Specifically, the first elastic member 53 is a cylindrical spring, which is abutted between the first safety cap 51 and the first valve stem 56. The second elastic member 54 is a cylindrical spring, which abuts between the first safety cover 51 and the second valve stem 55.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a jack screw is further disposed on the first safety cover 51, and the first elastic member 53 abuts against the jack screw to adjust the pressure of the first elastic member 53. The second elastic member 54 regulates pressure by the first safety cap 51. Therefore, the opening threshold values of the second valve cores of the first valve core are independently set, and the method has good practical significance.
In the embodiment, the first safety cover 51 and the first safety housing 52 are fixed by a snap. In other embodiments, the first safety cover 51 may be fixed by a screw structure or a bolt, and the invention is not limited in detail as to how the first safety cover 51 is disposed on the first safety housing 52.
In other embodiments, the first housing assembly further comprises an end cap disposed between the first resilient member 53 and the jackscrew; the end cap is configured to cover one end of the first elastic member 53 disposed in the threaded through hole, so that the end of the first elastic member 53 can abut against the jack screw and smoothly slide up and down along with the jack screw in the threaded through hole, thereby preventing interference between the first elastic member 53 and the threads on the first safety cap 51 for mounting the jack screw.
As shown in fig. 2, on the basis of the above embodiment, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the second elastic member 54 may not be provided, but the second opening may be sealed by gravity, and the same technical effect can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, a middle portion of the second stem 55 is formed with a middle cavity, and the first stem 56 is disposed in the middle cavity and can move up and down in the axial direction thereof. Specifically, the first valve stem 56 is configured such that it can move up and down in the second valve stem 55, and the movement range thereof is limited.
In this embodiment, since the valve core has a small range of motion in the valve chamber 65, the valve core has a small volume and is inconvenient to assemble using a snap or a screw. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first avoiding groove 68 and the third limiting groove 69 which are arranged in a staggered manner are used to sleeve the second valve rod 55 on the first valve rod 56.
Preferably, the first valve rod 56 is symmetrically provided with two first limit protrusions 66. The second valve stem 55 is symmetrically provided with two first avoiding grooves 68 and two third limiting grooves 69. Specifically, the second limit protrusion 67 is a full circle ring shape. Through the first limit protrusion 66, the first avoidance groove 68 and the third limit groove 69 which are symmetrically arranged. So that the force between first stem 56 and second stem 55 can be symmetrical. Preventing skewing or stress concentration of first valve stem 56 as it moves relative to second valve stem 55.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention based on the above embodiment, the first valve stem 56 has a first sealing member 61 for sealing the first opening, and the second valve stem 55 has a second sealing member 58 for sealing the second opening. Preferably, the first seal 61 and the second seal 58 are integrally connected.
In this embodiment, the first seal 61 covers the first cross-section for sealing abutment with the first annular boss 62. The second seal 58 covers the second cross-section for sealing abutment with the second annular land 59. The first seal 61 projects outwardly relative to the second seal 58 to nest in a groove between the first and second bottom walls 74, 57 when sealed.
Preferably, the first sealing element 61 and the second sealing element 58 are connected by a first connecting element 60 to form an integral arrangement. The first connecting member 60 has an arc-shaped structure and a thickness smaller than the first sealing member 61 and the second sealing member 58, so that the first sealing member 61 and the second sealing member 58 can move relative to each other along the axial direction of the first valve stem 56. Thereby having better sealing effect on the basis of relative movement.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the valve body is formed with a first annular land 62 adapted to the first spool and a second annular land 59 adapted to the second spool, the first annular land 62 surrounding to form a first opening and the second annular land 59 surrounding to form a second opening. Specifically, the valve body has therein a first bottom wall 74 and a second bottom wall 57, the first bottom wall 74 being recessed more downward than the second bottom wall 57, a first opening being formed in the first bottom wall 74, and a second opening being formed in the second bottom wall 57.
Preferably, the first cross-section is formed on first stem 56 and the second cross-section is formed on second stem 55. Specifically, the first annular ledge 62 cooperates with the first cross-section to close the first opening and the second annular ledge 59 cooperates with the second cross-section to close the second opening.
In the present embodiment, the first annular boss 62 and the second annular boss 59 are integrally provided on the first bottom wall 74 and the second bottom wall 57, respectively, thereby simplifying the structure of the valve core assembly, making production and assembly simpler.
In other embodiments, the first annular boss 62 may be a sealing ring disposed in a split manner at the first bottom wall 74 or at the first cross-section. Similarly, the second annular boss 59 may be a seal ring that is disposed separately from the second bottom wall 57 or disposed at the second cross-section. The present invention is not limited to the specific configuration of the first and second annular bosses 62, 59, as long as the first and second cross-sections of the spool assembly are capable of sealing the first and second openings of the valve body, respectively.
