An air fryer according to claim 2, wherein the bottom wall of the fryer body is provided with vent holes, and the cooking cavity is provided at both sides thereof with air transmission passages bridging between the air outlet and the bottom wall of the fryer body, so that hot air flows through the food material in the fryer body from bottom to top through the vent holes.

An air fryer according to claim 3, wherein said air delivery passage includes a side portion and a bottom portion, said side portion being defined by the enclosure between said side wall of said pot and the side wall of said cooking chamber, said bottom portion being defined by the enclosure between said bottom wall of said pot and the bottom wall of said cooking chamber.

An air fryer according to claim 4, wherein the bottom of the bottom part is provided with a guide rib which is upwardly protruded and arranged in the front-rear direction at the center of the bottom surface, the bottom of the bottom part is provided with a circular rib which is upwardly protruded at the peripheral edge thereof at both side sections of the guide rib, and the hot air flows radially inwardly along the bottom part and turns to flow toward the pot body after sequentially contacting and diffusing with the circular rib and the guide rib.

An air fryer according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of said head is provided with a protective glass, the front part of said protective glass forms said viewing window, the rear part forms the bottom wall of the hot air passage, and the heat radiation generated by the heat generating member passes through the protective glass from top to bottom and irradiates on the top of the food material.

An air fryer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the hot air channel is T-shaped and comprises a transverse portion and a longitudinal portion vertically arranged in the middle section of the transverse portion, the fan is arranged in the longitudinal portion, and the heat generating member is arranged in the middle section of the transverse portion, so that air flow in the longitudinal portion is evenly divided towards the air outlets after flowing through the heat generating member.

An air fryer according to claim 7, wherein the horizontal cross-section of the middle section of said cross-section is circular, said heat generating member is a C-shaped heating tube, and said middle section of said cross-section is provided with a guide block for guiding the air flow through said heat generating member; or the transverse part is arranged in the middle of the machine head and is arranged in a staggered mode with the vertical projection of the visual window.

An air fryer according to claim 7, wherein the middle section of the horizontal portion extends rearward to form the longitudinal portion, the base has a joining cavity at a rear portion of a top surface thereof, and a top space of the cooking cavity is communicated with a rear end of the longitudinal portion through the joining cavity, so that the hot air is uniformly diffused at the bottom of the cooking cavity and then flows back into the hot air passage through the joining cavity.
10. An air fryer according to claim 9, wherein the ratio of the height of said engagement chamber to the height of said cooking chamber is A, 1/4 ≦ A ≦ 1/3.
