The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the heating system (2) comprises a motor (21) for providing power, a heating pipe (22) for heating air, and a first fan (23) for rapidly circulating the heated air, wherein the first fan (23) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor (21), the heating pipe (22) is arranged below the first fan (23), and an axis of the output shaft of the motor (21) is coincident with a center line of the air inlet/outlet opening (111).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a liner (3) is detachably mounted in the first cavity (11), and a second air inlet/outlet (31) is arranged at a position of the liner (3) corresponding to the air inlet/outlet (111).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the second air inlet/outlet (31) has an opening total area greater than or equal to the opening total area of the air inlet/outlet (111).
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein a liner (3) is detachably mounted in the first cavity (11), and the side surface of the liner (3) corresponding to the air inlet/outlet (111) is of an open structure.
6. Cooking appliance according to claim 3 or 5, characterized in that the cooking appliance is provided with a grill (4) for placing food, the grill (4) being placed inside the first cavity (11) or the cavity of the inner container (3).
7. Cooking appliance according to claim 1, characterized in that the cooking appliance is further provided with a drip pan for receiving grease, which drip pan is placed at the bottom of the first cavity (11).
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is further provided with a heating plate (113) for heating, and a controller for controlling the working states of the heating plate (113) and the heating pipe (22), the heating plate (113) is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity (11), and the controller is electrically connected with both the heating pipe (22) and the heating plate (113).
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the heating system (2) is further provided with a temperature control probe (24) for detecting temperature, a temperature sensor (114) for sensing temperature is arranged at the position of the heating plate (113), and the controller is electrically connected with both the temperature control probe (24) and the temperature sensor (114).
10. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance is further provided with a pot cover (5), the pot cover (5) is covered at the position of the top opening of the first cavity (11), and the pot cover (5) is one of a flat plate pot cover or an arc-shaped pot cover or a combination thereof.
