Abstract
一种用于固定铣刀、钻头等刀具的夹头,在其本
体上形成一轴向插孔、一径向凹环及若干通向插孔且
部分与凹环交集的通孔,通孔内插设有夹体,在凹环
上夹设二夹颚,夹颚外包设一定位环;本体上形成由
卡齿构成的卡合部,其有一滑移面及一止逆面;在定
位环上枢设一卡制块,其一端可卡抵在卡齿上,在本
体与定位环外再套设一套筒,其对应于卡制块形成一
缺槽,可容装卡制块,本实用新型主要解决了防止夹
体逆转,免用辅助工具操作的问题。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用于固定铣刀、钻头等刀具的夹头,特别是一种具有止逆、定位效果好,且操作时免用工具辅助的夹头。
夹头是一种用以固定铣刀、钻头等工具头的用具,正因其组装的工具头会随不同加工物而更换,因此,在使用过程中夹头的组装稳固及换装容易成为其使用上极为重要的条件;本实用新型即针对以往夹头在构造上不理想之处加以改良,使产品操作使用更为方便。
如图1所示,一种以往夹头的组合剖视图,其主要在本体11的前端形成有一轴向的插孔111,插孔111外周缘的侧壁上具有一径向的定位槽112,而本体11的中央外围则环设有一圈凹缘113,可供二左右对称的夹头12夹设、定位,在夹头12内侧缘形成推拔状的内螺纹121,而其前端则环设卡齿122,此外,在本体11上贯穿三个对应、斜向的通孔114,通孔114并与凹缘113部份交集,其底端则通向插孔111,在每一通孔114内再分别组装一夹体13,夹体13上所形成的螺纹部131可与装设在凹缘113上的夹颚12的内螺纹121相螺接卡合,夹体13上所形成的推拔状定位部132则突伸入本体11的插孔111内,在二夹颚12外再固设一定位环14,以定位二夹颚12。
如图2所示,一种以往夹头的使用示意图,当夹头1在使用时,将工具头2插设在本体11的插孔111内,然后一只手持工具头2的一端,另一手则将一辅助工具3的定位端31插设在本体11的定位槽112内,此时,辅助工具3的齿合部32即会与二夹颚12的卡齿122相卡合;因此,只要旋转辅助工具3,即可带动夹颚12旋转,进而使其内螺纹121与夹体13的螺纹部131间的卡合位置改变,以推动夹体13向插孔111内位移,并逐步夹紧组装的工具头2;而当辅助工具3反向旋转时,即可带动夹颚12旋转,使卡合的夹体13向外位移,以放松工具头2。
以往夹头1在使用上虽可藉着辅助工具3而使夹体13内、外位移,以夹紧或放松工具头2,然而其使用时具有下列欠缺:
(1)定位后缺乏卡制效果、易松动:以往夹头1在使用时,夹体13仅受夹颚12抱紧,而夹颚12又缺乏防止松动的部件,因此,在使用中若夹头1随机体震动时,就难免会产生逐渐松动的现象,导致原本夹紧工具头2的夹体13逐渐向后位移,而影响夹紧力。
(2)夹固时须以工具辅助、造成定位操作上的不便:以往夹头1在夹紧时因缺乏定位效果,因此,在使用中夹颚12及夹体13容易因机械体的震动而松动;为了避免上述缺点,以往夹头1在操作上必须以一辅助工具3加以螺紧,辅助工具3的使用可弥补人为旋转力量的不足,而其最大目的是在操作中旋转停顿时帮助夹颚12产生止逆效果;上述操作方式固然有助于夹头1夹固工具头2,然而藉辅助工具3操作带来不方便;且因辅助工具3常常在工作途中与其他工具或材料相混合放置,因此,往往在迫切需要时,却一时找不到,影响工作,此也是其使用上的不理想之处。
本实用新型的主要目的是在提供一种定位稳固、操作时免用辅助工具的夹头。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的夹头结构的特点主要是:在其本体上组装有对称的夹体,夹体受一夹颚的夹设而定位,且可随夹颚的旋动,改变其突伸入本体插孔的深度,而在夹颚外再固设一定位环;此外,本体的外环形成一卡合部,定位环外侧壁上枢设一可摆动的卡制块,在本体及定位环外所套接的套筒上再形成一可供卡制块容置的缺槽,而卡制块并与本体上所设的卡合部相对应;在正常状态下,枢设在定位环上的卡制块卡抵在本体的卡合部内,当套筒旋转时,其缺槽侧壁会推抵卡制块位移,并带动固定的夹颚旋转,促使卡合的夹体位移,以夹紧组装的工具头;当套筒反向旋转时,其缺槽的另一侧壁会推抵卡制块摆动并与本体的卡合部脱离卡制,便于夹颚反向旋转及工具头的取出。
本实用新型的夹头包括有:一本体、二对应夹颚及一定位环;所述本体形成有一供工具头插设的插孔、一供二对应夹颚定位的凹环,以及与所述插孔相通、与所述凹环部分交接的通孔,所述通孔内分别插设有一夹体,夹体受所述夹颚的控制而位移,在夹颚侧包设所述定位环;
所述定位环外周缘的侧壁上突出有一枢耳,在枢耳上插有一插销,插销上枢设有受一弹性元件顶推的卡制块;位于所述本体上环设有一环对应于卡制块的卡合部,所述本体及所述定位环外套设有一套筒,套筒对应于卡制块部位凹设有一缺槽,所述卡制块容装在缺槽中。
所述本体可突出有挡环。
所述卡制块的一端可形成有一卡制端,其对应于所述卡合部,所述卡制块的另一端形成有一推抵部。 综上所述,本实用新型可产生下列效果:
(1)定位稳固:本实用新型在夹固工具头时,其带动夹颚旋动的定位环因卡制块有止逆作用而定位在本体中一卡齿上,因此,即使组装机械体受到震动,卡制块也不易与卡齿脱离卡制,而形成稳固的止逆效果,显然本实用新型组装后,夹体可稳固的夹固工具头,以增进工具头使用的安全性。
(2)操作简便、无须工具辅助:本实用新型在操作时,因使用者每转一圈定位环即会带动夹颚旋动,而当使用者暂停施力时,其定位环会因卡制块与本体上的卡齿产生止逆作用而无法反转,所以可确保该夹颚夹紧夹体;因此,操作者只要间歇性的对夹头施力,即可一步步的旋紧夹头,而无须止逆工具的帮助,在操作上极为简单、方便;当然,在操作时本实用新型也不会因一时找不到配合的辅助工具而导致工作停顿。
下面通过最佳实施例及附图对本实用新型的夹头的结构进行详细说明,附图中:

如图3所示,本实用新型夹头的构造,其包括:本体4、二块夹颚5、二根夹体6、定位环7及套筒8;其中,本体4上同样具有一轴向的插孔41、一径向设置的凹环42及三个斜向并对称的通孔43,其中,插孔41是供工具头组装,而凹环42上同样组装有二对称的夹颚5,在通孔43内则穿设夹体6,为了限制夹体6组装后外移的行程,可在本体4上突出一挡环44;此外,位于二夹颚5外再固设定位环7,上述构造大致与以往的相同;本实用新型的改良重点在于:
定位环7的开口端71外周缘的侧壁上突出有一枢耳72,在枢耳72的穿孔721内再组装插销73,插销73底端并藉销体74枢设有一卡制块75,在枢耳72与卡制块75间则组装弹性元件76,以顶推卡制块75的卡制端751向一侧位移,在卡制块75的另一端部再形成一推抵部752;此外,在本体4的凹环42前方环设有一卡合部45,卡合部45是由一个个细小的卡齿451构成,每一卡齿451上均具有一推拔的滑移面452,在两两滑移面452间形成一止逆面453;又在本体4与定位环7外套设套筒8,套筒8是由一前、后罩体81、82相螺接而成,其中,前罩体81上形成一缺槽811,可供卡制块75容置,而卡制块75至缺槽811两侧边分别形成一适当的余隙。
如图4、5所示,本实用新型在组装时,夹体6是穿设在本体4的通孔43内,而二夹颚5则设在本体4的凹环42上,再令定位环7包设在二夹颚5外,以夹固夹颚5;而弹性元件76与卡制块75是藉插销73枢设在定位环7的枢耳72上,且弹性元件76一端部并推抵在卡制块75的一侧边;然后再将前、后套筒81、82套设在本体4与定位环7外,并相互螺接;螺接后突出在定位环7外的卡制块75即对应卡在前罩体81的缺槽811中。
如图4、6所示,本实用新型在使用时,是一手握紧本体4突伸出套筒8的一端,另一手则顺时针旋转套筒8;当套筒8旋转时,其内侧缺槽811的左侧壁(以图6为例)即会靠抵在卡制块75一侧边,并使其卡制端751沿着卡齿451的滑移面452滑移,且定位在顺时针方向所相邻的卡齿451上,此时,与卡制块75相枢设的定位环7也随着位移,并带动相互固定的夹颚5旋转,以推抵夹体6向插孔41的一端位移,而夹紧插设在插孔4内的工具头;当停止旋动套筒8时,卡制块75的卡制端751会靠抵在本体4中一卡齿451的止逆面453上,形成定位的效果。
如图4、7所示,本实用新型在放松夹设的工具头时,其动作方式是使套筒8反时针旋转,此时,套筒8内的槽811右侧壁(以图7为例)即会靠抵在卡制块75的推抵部752上,并使其克服弹性元件76的弹力,而以插销73为圆心偏摆,使卡制端751逐渐脱离与卡齿451间的卡制,以方便夹头5的反向旋转,而有助于工具头放松取出。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型也可如图8所示,在本体91的凹环911后方突出部位形成一卡合部912,在夹颚92外的定位环93上枢设一可摆动的卡制块94,卡制块94末端的卡制端941正可卡抵在卡合部912的卡齿913内,本体91外同样套接一套筒95,当然,套筒95上也形成一对应卡制块94的缺槽951;借上述组合,同样可使夹设在本体91的二夹颚92产生卡紧、定位效果。
Claims (3)
1、一种夹头,其包括有:一本体、二对应夹颚及一定位环;所述本体形成有一供工具头插设的插孔、一供二对应夹颚定位的凹环,以及与所述插孔相通、与所述凹环部分交接的通孔,所述通内分别插设有一夹体,夹体受所述夹颚的控制而位移,在夹颚侧包设所述定位环;其特征是:
所述定位环外周缘的侧壁上突出有一枢耳,在枢耳上插有一插销,插销上枢设有受一弹性元件顶推的卡制块;位于所述本体上环设有一环对应于卡制块的卡合部,所述本体及所述定位环外套设有一套筒,套筒对应于卡制块部位凹设有一缺槽,所述卡制块容装在缺槽中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹头,其特征是:所述本体突出有挡环。
3、根据权利要求1所述的夹头,其特征是:所述卡制块的一端形成有一卡制端,其对应于所述卡合部,所述卡制块的另一端形成有一推抵部。
