Abstract

一种由导轨、导槽、筋板和滑座所构成的羊角式 胶条安装器，是安装客车、汽车、飞机、轮船和间壁墙 胶条的专用工具，滑座的内腔与铝压条相配合，并在 滑座上连有筋板，导轨与筋板连为一体，导轨的前面 呈圆弧面，在二个导轨之间的下端构成导槽。它是将 胶条的燕尾部分通过安装器的导槽使其变形，利用滚 挤压原理使之落入铝压条的燕尾槽中，再用辊棒在胶 条上滚压，解决了胶条安装难的问题。

Description

本实用新型属于工具类，是涉及一种用于客车，汽车，轮船，飞机和间壁墙安装胶条的专用工具。
现有安装胶条，都是用螺丝刀及手工挤压安装，用这种方法安装效率低，劳动强度大，而且容易损坏胶条。
本实用新型的目的是采用专用工具，利用胶条弹性变形性质和滚挤压原理，使安装胶条快速，省时，省力且保证安装质量。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，羊角式胶条安装器是由导轨，导槽，筋板和滑座构成。滑座的内腔与铝压条相配合，起到安装器横向定位和轴向滑动的作用，在滑座上连有筋板，导轨与筋板相连为一体，导轨的前部呈园弧面，在二个导轨之间下端构成导槽，导轨可迅速将胶条的燕尾部分引入到安装器，胶条与导轨的配合形式同胶条与铝压条的配合形式相仿，在安装器向前移动过程中，胶条由导轨滑入下端的导槽，而导槽的宽度与铝压条燕尾槽上端宽度相同，胶条通过导槽时产生弹性变形，尺寸缩小，顺利落入压条的燕尾槽中。
采用羊角式胶条安装器安装胶条，只用一个安装器和一根推动安装器沿压条轴向滑动的辊棒即可，在操作中，首先将胶条端部的燕尾引入安装器的导轨，再将安装器滑座装在铝压条上，并使一小段胶条通过导槽，然后用辊棒压在胶条上，并顶住安装器导轨部的园弧面，向下用力滚压，同时推动安装器沿铝压条向前滑动，胶条顺次通过安装器的导轨，导槽，迅速压入铝压条的燕尾导槽中。

在图1中，导轨1，导槽2，筋板3，滑座4。滑座4的内腔与铝压条相配合，在滑座4上连有筋板3，筋板3与导轨1为一体，导轨1的前面呈园弧面，在二个导轨1之间下端构成导槽2。

  1. 一种由导轨，导槽，筋板和滑座所构成的羊角式胶条安装器，其特征在于：
    滑座4的内腔与铝压条相配合，并在滑座4上连有筋板3，导轨1与筋板3连为一体，导轨1的前面呈园弧面，在二个导轨1之间的下端构成导槽2。
