本实用新型公开一种高频传输线与一电路板配合,高频传输线包括有:至少一导线,导线外依序包覆有一第一绝缘层、一铝箔层及一第二绝缘层,铝箔层的内表面为绝缘面、外表面为导通面,即铝箔层的绝缘面包覆第一绝缘层;第二绝缘层包覆铝箔层的导通面;电路板上设有至少一导通部及一接地部,所述导线与导通部相连接,铝箔层的导通面与接地部相连,使高频传输线具有接地的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型为提供一种高频传输线,尤其是涉及一种节省接地线并保有接地的功能的高频传输线。
背景技术
请参阅图5至图8,揭示一现有的高频传输线100’与一所配合的电路板200’,现有的高频传输线100’具有至少一导线1’、导线1’外依序包覆有一第一绝缘层2’、铝箔层3’及一第二绝缘层4’,铝箔层3’中还设有一接地线7,接地线7与铝箔层3’相接触。电路板200’上设有至少一导通部5’及至少一接地部6’。导线1’焊接于导通部5’,接地线7焊接于接地部6’。
然而,现有的高频传输线100’在制程上须先将接地线弯折至电路板上接地部6’的位置,由于接地线尺寸细小,导致该弯折作业在执行上较为困难及复杂。
因此,有必要提供一种无接地线的高频传输线,能节省接地线所需的体积,并保有接地的功能,以节省线体体积及简化制程。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高频传输线,尤其是涉及一种节省接地线并保有接地的功能的高频传输线。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型公开一种高频传输线与一电路板配合,其特征在于:高频传输线包括有至少一导线,导线外依序包覆有一第一绝缘层、一铝箔层及一第二绝缘层,铝箔层的内表面为绝缘面、外表面为导通面,即铝箔层的绝缘面包覆第一绝缘层;第二绝缘层包覆铝箔层的导通面;电路板上设有至少一导通部及一接地部,所述导线与导通部相连接,铝箔层的导通面与接地部相连,使高频传输线具有接地的效果。
作为进一步的改进,所述第二绝缘层的材料为一种聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
如上所述,本实用新型高频传输线藉由将铝箔层的导通面设于外侧,并与电路板上的接地部相焊接,如此使高频传输线藉由电路板而具有接地的效果,能以减少高频传输线线体的体积,提升高频传输线的插入损耗,具有较佳的讯号对内之延迟差,且达到抗电磁干扰的效果。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的和功效,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型公开一种高频传输线100与一电路板200配合,高频传输线100包括有至少一导线1,导线1外依序包覆有一第一绝缘层2、一铝箔层3及一第二绝缘层4。
铝箔层3的内表面为绝缘面31、外表面为导通面32。即铝箔层3的绝缘面31包覆第一绝缘层2;第二绝缘层4包覆铝箔层3的导通面32。
第二绝缘层4的材料为一种聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)。
电路板200上设有至少一导通部5及一接地部6。所述导线1与导通部5相连接。铝箔层3的导通面32与接地部6相连。如此能使高频传输线100藉由电路板200而具有接地的效果,能以减少高频传输线100线体的体积,提升高频传输线100的插入损耗,具有较佳的讯号对内之延迟差,且达到抗电磁干扰的效果。
在制程上,由于不须设置接地线,且铝箔层3的导通面32设于外侧,故仅需要将本实用新型高频传输线100之自由端的第二绝缘层4移除,以露出铝箔层3的导通面32。先将导线1与电路板200的导通部5焊接,再将铝箔层3的导通面32与电路板200的接地部6进行焊接,如此完成本实用新型高频传输线100的设置。与先前技术相比,具有较简单的制程。
承上所述,本实用新型高频传输线100藉由将铝箔层3的导通面32设于外侧,并与电路板200上的接地部6相焊接,如此使高频传输线100藉由电路板200而具有接地的效果,能以减少高频传输线100线体的体积,提升高频传输线100的插入损耗,具有较佳的讯号对内之延迟差,且达到抗电磁干扰的效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种高频传输线,与一电路板配合,其特征在于:高频传输线包括有至少一导线,导线外依序包覆有一第一绝缘层、一铝箔层及一第二绝缘层,铝箔层的内表面为绝缘面、外表面为导通面,即铝箔层的绝缘面包覆第一绝缘层;第二绝缘层包覆铝箔层的导通面;电路板上设有至少一导通部及一接地部,所述导线与导通部相连接,铝箔层的导通面与接地部相连,使高频传输线具有接地的效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的高频传输线,其特征在于:所述第二绝缘层的材料为一种聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
