本实用新型涉及一种吸收和保持人体的排泄物的易处置尿布。
日本实用新型申请公开特许公报1974－120439号揭示了一种衬垫式尿布，在其中心区设有一开口的上片，开口按上片的纵向方向上的伸展长度比横向方向上的伸展长度长得多，其中，该开口沿着其周缘设有可拉伸的纵向弹性件，使之可构成一个封闭式环状的弹性索。日本专利申请公开特许公报1986－41304号还揭示了一种易处置的尿布，该尿布的中心区具有开口的上片，开口按上片的纵向方向上的伸展长度比横向方向上的伸展长度来得长，沿着横向对置的侧缘开口各设有弹性件。由于这些衬垫式尿布和尿布都设有开口，排泄物可流经所述开口进入设置在所述上片和一位于所述第一上片下面所配置自分离上片之间所限定的袋中，并将排泄物贮存在袋中。

图4是一表示按配置裁剪线的方法的连续薄片件的平面视图，使得所述薄片件可从所述薄片件的一个侧缘开始两次向后折叠，以便形成第一和第二折翼以及凹口和反向凹口的协作以限定一开口；
图5是一表示所述薄片件的部分利用所述裁剪线向内折叠的方法的平面视图；
图6是一表示已被向内折叠的薄片件的部分然后部分地向外折叠的方法和平面视图；
图7是一表示所述薄片件的部分面对面地安装的方法，使得每对毗连的凹口可形成开口的平面视图。
参阅图1和2，尿布10包括一可透液的第一上片11，一不透液的后片12，一夹在其中间的吸液的芯部13和一抗液性的第二上片14。在第二上片14的中心处形成一开孔16，该开孔16沿第二上片的纵向方向的长度比横向方向长度大得多，且各自设有可描绘成圆弧状的两纵向相对端。开孔16至少在裤裆区域内形成。
第二上片14实际上由一对薄片件14a、14b构成。在开口16的两横向相对侧上设有第一和第二折翼17、18，这些折翼是通过将各个簿片件14a、14b的内侧部折叠而形成的。更具体地说，各个薄片件14a、14b的内侧部可向下折叠以形成第二折翼18，18，每一折翼18具有一第二内侧缘20，然后，从各个第二折翼向内延伸出来的各个薄片件14a、14b的部分可以向上弯折，此后，各个薄片件14a、14b的最里面部分可以向下折叠以形成第一折翼17，17，第一折翼17具有第一内侧缘19。应该了解到，在每一折翼的形成时，每个折叠部分的两相对内表面是用适宜的结合手段（例如，热熔化类型的粘合剂或焊接）连接在一起。正如从这种工艺措施中所看到的，第二折翼18，18是借助各个第一折翼17，17的底侧缘21，21而延伸的，第二侧缘20，20被设置在第一侧缘19，19和其底侧缘21，21之间的毗连的第一折翼17，17之上，且两相对的第二内侧缘20，20彼此隔开的距离大于两相对的第一内侧缘19，19的彼此隔开的距离。第一内侧缘19，19各自在其中含有纵向可拉伸的弹性件22，22，每一弹性件由单股或多股橡筋线组成，此种橡筋线通过采用热熔化类型的粘结剂在它们拉伸状态下（图中未画出）而设置在第一内侧缘19，19的内部。如果需要的话，第二内侧缘20，20各自在其内部也可含有类似的弹性件。
请参阅图1，在薄片件14a、14b的纵向相对端附近彼此重叠的两相对内侧缘23、23，对于穿戴尿布的帮助者能容易地将它们按彼此分离的方式加以相互粘合。更具体地说，这些对置内侧缘23，23可利用热熔化类型的粘结剂结合在一起或可间断地焊接在一起。
介于从吸液的芯部13的横向对置侧向外延伸出的第一上片11和后片12之间，靠近这些片的外缘设有多个平行延伸的弹性件24，每个弹性件又各自包括在拉伸状态下，利用热熔化类型粘结剂（未图示）所设置的多股橡筋线，以便薄片件可纵向地拉伸，从而将其绕着穿戴者的腿牢固地固定。同样，在第一上片件11的纵向相对端和后片12的毗连端之间设有多个弹性件25，每一弹性件各由多股橡筋线组成，以便这些薄片横向拉伸，从而将其绕着穿戴者的腰牢固地固定。
第一上片11可以由无纺织物（非织造织物），多孔塑料薄膜或类似物制成，后片12可以由塑料薄膜，该塑料薄膜的层压薄片和无纺织物或类似物制成，以及吸液的芯部13可以由一种短纤浆和高吸收性聚合物粉末的混合物或类似物制成。第二上片14最好由拒水性的和高透气的无纺织物制成。应该了解，在本实用新型的说明书中，“抗液性”材料指的是具有足够的拒水程度以使液体排泄物不致轻易地通过材料而透过穿戴者的身体上所佩戴的尿布。
再参阅图1，尿布10具有分别从腰围线侧向对置侧向外延伸的两对翼状折翼26，而固定在翼状折翼后侧的带扣27的自由端可粘合固定在前侧上的后片12，以在穿戴者身体的周围布置尿布10。
现在参考图3至7对所述开孔16，所述第一和第二折翼17、18的形成过程和对所述弹性件22，22的连接的工艺过程加以说明。
参阅图3，连续弹性件22在预定的拉伸百分比下，紧密地沿着薄片件的一侧缘纵向延伸以及采用热熔化类型的粘结剂（未图示）固定到一连续的薄片件100（也就是一由所述薄片件14a、14b组成的连续织物）上（图中未画出）。
正如从图4中明显地看到的那样，包括固定到向后折叠的薄片件上的所述弹性件22的边缘区域101且用热熔化类型的粘结剂或焊接结合到相对的表面上。此外，连续薄片件100设置有直裁线103a，该直裁线沿着所述边缘区域101的内侧缘延伸，依次穿过连续薄片件100的各个横向延伸的线102，随后沿着延伸线102，将连续薄片件100裁剪成分开的尿布。另外，连续薄片件100具有从各个直裁线103a延伸出的圆弧形的裁剪线103b。
参阅图5，由直裁线和圆弧形裁剪线103a、103b所形成的各个区域104，连同沿着直裁线向内折叠的边缘区域在内（形成所述第一和第二折翼17，18）该直裁线连接每对相邻线102之间的圆弧形裁剪线103b的两内端。
参阅图5和图6，参考号104a表示构成区域104的一部分的区段和参考号104b表示宽度相对于所述区域104a约一半的区段（将形成第一折翼），并且将前一区段104b向外折叠。
参阅图7，每一对薄片件100，各具有形成所述开口16的凹口105，其中含有所述弹性件22的第一折翼17和所述第二折叠18叠合在连续尿布织物（图中未画出）的上表面上，该织物包括如图1和2所示的独立的尿布（除了没有第二上片14外），因而每对相互对置的凹口105彼此对准以形成所述开口16和每对相互对置的内侧缘106（相当于所述内侧缘23）彼此重叠，然后利用热熔化类型粘结剂或类似物将它们粘结到尿布织品上的所需位置上，并且将这种层叠织品沿线102裁剪以获得如图1和2所示的各个尿布。
尽管实施例已作了图解说明并被说成所谓利用带扣以紧紧地绕在穿戴者身体的腰围线上的开式尿布，但是本实用新型也适用于所谓具有连续腰带的裤子类型尿布（包括训练裤在内）。
如上文中所述，安放和使用本实用新型的尿布将有效地减少穿载者的忧虑；这些忧虑就是可能把一部分排泄物弄脏穿戴者的皮肤，一部分排泄物未达到第二上片上形成的开口而直接接触穿戴者的皮肤，使穿戴者产生令人不愉快的感觉，因为在本实用新型中，所述的排泄物部分将由第二折翼可靠地阻挡，从而可防止排泄物不致于扩散的流到第二上片的上表面上。
根据本实用新型的一附加特征，第二上片含有一对薄片件，它们的内侧缘在其两纵向对置端附近粘结在一起的，以致这些粘结的内侧缘可以加以分隔开来以露出位于第二上片下面的第一上片，对于那种情况，在第一上片上所滞留的固体排泄物可容易地加以刮除。

Claims (4)

1、一种易处置的尿布包括一透液的第一上片，一不透液的后片，一夹在所述第一上片和所述后片中间的吸液的芯部和一位于所述第一上片上面的抗液性的第二上片，其中，所述第二上片基本上在其中心区设有一开口，开口沿第二上片的纵向方向的延展长度比在横向方向的延展长度大得多，其中，所述第二上片沿其外周粘结到所述第一上片上，并且其中，纵向弹性件沿着所述开口的周缘固定在所述第二上片上；其特征在于：所述开孔设有一对各自具有彼此相对和隔开的第一内侧缘的第一折翼和一对各自具有彼此相对和隔开的第二内侧缘的第二折翼，第二内侧缘的彼此间隔距离大于第一内侧缘彼此间隔距离，所述第二折翼对是借助各个第一折翼的底侧缘连续延伸的；以及
所述第二内侧缘则设置在各个第一折翼的第一内侧缘和毗连的底侧缘之间，以便这些第二内侧缘可升高到各个第一折翼的上表面之上且至少所述第一内侧缘中各自含有所述弹性件。
2、如权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于所述第一和第二折翼是通过折叠所述开口的相对内侧缘所制成的。
3、如权利要求1所述的尿布，其特征在于所述第二上片由一对各自含有所述第一和第二折翼的薄片件构成。
4、如权利要求3所述的尿布，其特征在于所述彼此互相对置的薄片件的内侧缘在其纵向相对端附近处粘结在一起，使得这些结合的内侧缘可彼此分开而不致于在所述薄片件中出现任何破裂。
