Abstract
本实用新型提供一种旋转式喷墨组件,包括墨水匣与动力源。墨水匣包括喷墨头、圆柱墨盒本体与转轴,转轴位于圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。动力源连接转轴以通过转轴而驱动圆柱墨盒本体沿轴心旋转。转轴从圆柱墨盒本体的顶盖沿轴心延伸至圆柱墨盒本体的底盖,位于底盖上的喷墨头的特定喷孔与轴心对准。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种旋转式喷墨组件。
背景技术
已知的热气泡式喷墨头大都以来回移动喷吐的方式进行较大尺寸(相对于喷墨头尺寸)的印刷,也因此,列印设备大都设有相对应的移动机构来满足上述的列印需求,但也因如此而造成列印设备需有足够的空间以应付上述移动机构的需求,进而造成列印设备的整体体积无法有效缩减。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种旋转式喷墨组件,以喷墨头的特定喷孔作为自体旋转中心,以列印出尺寸大于喷墨头尺寸的图案。
本实用新型的一种旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,包括墨水匣与动力源。墨水匣包括喷墨头、圆柱墨盒本体与转轴,转轴位于圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。动力源连接转轴以通过转轴而驱动圆柱墨盒本体沿轴心旋转,转轴从圆柱墨盒本体的顶盖沿轴心延伸至圆柱墨盒本体的底盖,位于底盖上的喷墨头的特定喷孔与轴心对准。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的动力源连接转轴从顶盖延伸出的部分,转轴未连接动力源的端部从底盖暴露出。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的底盖具有中空柱,转轴的局部组装在中空柱内,转轴的另一局部穿过顶盖。
在本实用新型的实施例中,位于上述的底盖上的喷墨头的特定喷孔与轴心对准,对准精度小于600分辨率。
在本实用新型的实施例中,还包括彼此电性连接的线路板与喷墨头,线路板配置在圆柱墨盒本体的柱面,喷墨头配置且暴露于圆柱墨盒本体的底盖。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的圆柱墨盒本体呈具有缺口的圆柱面轮廓,线路板配置于缺口。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的底盖具有圆形轮廓,喷墨头沿圆形轮廓的半径配置,而转轴的端部位于圆形轮廓的圆心。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的喷墨头具有沿圆形轮廓的径向排列的多个喷孔,圆形轮廓的圆心对准这些喷孔的第一个或最末个,也位于圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的喷墨头具有沿圆形轮廓的径向排列的多个喷孔,圆形轮廓的圆心对准这些喷孔的其中一个,也位于圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。
基于上述,由于旋转式喷墨组件是由墨水匣与动力源所构成,其中墨水匣包括圆柱墨盒本体与转轴,而转轴连接于动力源且位于圆柱墨盒本体的轴心,因此墨水匣得以受动力源驱动而沿圆柱本体的轴心进行自体旋转。据此,动力源的转动部在旋转时也会一并驱动墨水匣沿轴心进行自体旋转,而墨水匣产生自体旋转的结果,能让旋转式喷墨组件列印出比喷墨头尺寸大的图案,也相当于在较小运动空间的前提下完成所需的列印动作。
为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是依据本实用新型一实施例的旋转式喷墨组件的示意图。图2以另一视角绘示图1的旋转式喷墨组件。请同时参考图1与图2,在本实施例中,旋转式喷墨组件100,是热气泡式喷墨组件,且适于装配在列印设备,其包括墨水匣110与动力源120。墨水匣110包括圆柱墨盒本体CB与转轴114,转轴114位于圆柱墨盒本体CB的轴心L1。动力源120,例如是马达,连接转轴114以通过转轴114而驱动圆柱墨盒本体CB沿轴心L1旋转。
图3是图1的旋转式喷墨组件的爆炸图。图4以另一视角绘示图3的旋转式喷墨组件的爆炸图。请同时参考图3与图4,在本实施例中,圆柱墨盒本体CB包括柱面111以及彼此相对的顶盖112与底盖113,顶盖112与底盖113分别组装在柱面111的相对两侧,转轴114是从圆柱墨盒本体CB的顶盖112沿轴心L1穿过柱面111的内部空间而延伸至圆柱墨盒本体CB的底盖113。
再者,请同时参考图2至图4,动力源120连接转轴114从顶盖112延伸出的部分,而转轴114未连接动力源120的端部是从底盖113暴露出。如图2与图3所示,转轴114位于圆柱墨盒本体CB的轴心L1上,且转轴114具有彼此相对的第一端E1与第二端E2,其中第一端E1连接动力源120的转轴121,而第二端E2会从底盖113暴露出来。进一步地说,底盖113具有中空柱113a,转轴114的局部组装在中空柱113a内,转轴114的另一局部穿过顶盖112。
另外,本实施例的旋转式喷墨组件100还包括彼此电性连接的线路板115与喷墨头116所形成的微机电机构,其中线路板115配置在圆柱墨盒本体CB的柱面,喷墨头116配置且暴露于圆柱墨盒本体CB的底盖113。进一步地说,圆柱墨盒本体CB呈具有缺口111a的圆柱面轮廓,线路板115配置于缺口111a处,底盖113具有圆形轮廓,而喷墨头116沿所述圆形轮廓的半径(径向)配置,其中转轴114的端部(即前述第二端E2)位于所述圆形轮廓的圆心处,而更重要的是,本实施例的喷墨头116具有沿所述圆形轮廓的径向排列的多个喷孔116a,且圆形轮廓的圆心是位于圆柱墨盒本体CB的轴心L1,也对准这些喷孔116a的第一个或最末个。在此,即是让轴心L1对准第一个或最末个的喷孔116a,且对准率小于600分辨率(DPI)。换句话说,圆柱墨盒本体CB受动力源120驱动而沿轴心L1旋转时,也正是以喷墨头116的一端(特定喷孔)作为其旋转中心。如此一来,圆柱墨盒本体CB的自体旋转运动便能驱使喷墨头116也进行旋转运动,而使喷墨头116的旋转运动范围都成为旋转式喷墨组件100的有效列印范围。
综上所述,在本实用新型的上述实施例中,由于旋转式喷墨组件是由墨水匣与动力源所构成,其中在一实施例,墨水匣包括圆柱墨盒本体与转轴,而转轴连接于动力源,因此墨水匣得以受动力源驱动而沿圆柱本体的轴心进行自体旋转。据此,墨水匣便能产生自体旋转,进而完成所需的列印动作。更重要的是,动力源的旋转中心与圆柱本体的轴心是彼此共轴设置,且通过轴心对准这些沿径向配置的特定喷孔,且对准率小于600分辨率,此举也代表着圆柱墨盒本体的旋转能一并驱动喷墨头进行旋转,而使喷墨头的旋转运动范围都成为旋转式喷墨组件的有效列印范围,以让旋转式喷墨组件能在较小运动空间的前提下提供大于喷墨头尺寸的列印图案。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用于说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,包括:
墨水匣,包括喷墨头、圆柱墨盒本体与转轴,所述转轴位于所述圆柱墨盒本体的轴心;以及
动力源,连接所述转轴以通过所述转轴而驱动所述圆柱墨盒本体沿所述轴心旋转,所述转轴从所述圆柱墨盒本体的顶盖沿所述轴心延伸至所述圆柱墨盒本体的底盖,位于所述底盖上的所述喷墨头的其中一个喷孔与轴心对准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述动力源连接所述转轴从所述顶盖延伸出的部分,所述转轴未连接所述动力源的端部从所述底盖暴露出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述底盖具有中空柱,所述转轴的局部组装在所述中空柱内,所述转轴的另一局部穿过所述顶盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,位于所述底盖上的所述喷墨头的其中一个喷孔与所述轴心对准,对准精度小于600分辨率。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,还包括彼此电性连接的线路板与所述喷墨头,所述线路板配置在所述圆柱墨盒本体的柱面,所述喷墨头配置且暴露于所述圆柱墨盒本体的底盖。
6.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述圆柱墨盒本体呈具有缺口的圆柱面轮廓,所述线路板配置于所述缺口。
7.根据权利要求5所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述底盖具有圆形轮廓,所述喷墨头沿所述圆形轮廓的半径配置,而所述转轴的端部位于所述圆形轮廓的圆心。
8.根据权利要求7所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述喷墨头具有沿所述圆形轮廓的径向排列的多个喷孔,所述圆形轮廓的圆心对准所述多个喷孔的第一个或最末个,也位于所述圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。
9.根据权利要求7所述的旋转式喷墨组件,其特征在于,所述喷墨头具有沿所述圆形轮廓的径向排列的多个喷孔,所述圆形轮廓的圆心对准所述多个喷孔的其中一个,也位于所述圆柱墨盒本体的轴心。
