一种真空包装机的自动压紧动力装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及真空包装机技术领域,特别涉及一种真空包装机的具有气囊的自动压紧动力装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,真空包装机具有自动抽真空和自动封口等功能。一般在真空包装机机体的中部设置上压盖与主体的驱动锁紧装置,使在真空包装机的机体中部集中最大的锁紧力,而在上压盖和主体的边缘的锁紧力相对真空包装机的中部较弱。因封口装置和真空腔设置在真空包装机的一侧边缘,封口装置和真空腔所在一侧的上压盖与主体的锁紧力较弱,上压盖与主体之间的紧贴力不够,导致易出现两方面的问题。第一方面,在热封时,因上压盖和主体的边缘压紧力不够,真空包装袋顶贴热熔装置的力度不够,导致封口效果差。尤其是当真空包装袋口有液体时候,由于发热丝与真空包装袋的贴合性差,使发热丝热能无法正常传送到真空包装袋,造成真空包装袋口封口断续不美观,甚至有真空包装袋漏气的现象。第二方面,在抽真空时易发生漏气,造成抽真空效果不好,抽真空时间长等缺陷。
现有真空包装机通常使用合页绞合的上翻盖设计。用户在使用时,需要翻起上翻盖,将真空包装袋口放置于真空包装机主体的下半真空室内,再关闭并压紧上翻盖后,进入工作模式。此结构存在如下缺陷,易造成操作失误导致抽真空失败。1.用户需要精准地将真空包装袋口放置于真空室内,否则将无法完成抽真空作业。2.用户未完全合紧上翻盖,造成真空包装机的下上半真空室未完全贴紧而漏气,无法完成抽真空作业。以上人为操作不当引起的非产品质量问题的售后,给厂家与商家造成巨大的售后压力及损失,给用户造成不便。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足,提供一种真空包装机的具有气囊的自动压紧动力装置。

一种真空包装机的自动压紧动力装置,该自动压紧动力装置包括主体、动力板和动力气囊,所述动力板与所述主体通过所述动力气囊连接并形成可伸缩的密闭空腔;所述主体底部设置与所述密闭空腔联通的气嘴。
进一步的,所述的自动压紧动力装置,所述动力板下设置压板;所述动力气囊为环状,其环状内侧通过所述动力板和所述压板压紧固定。

进一步的,所述的自动压紧动力装置,所述密闭空腔内,所述压板内侧设置第一部件,所述主体内侧设置第二部件,所述第一部件和所述第二部件相互套接且外设第一复位弹簧,所述第一复位弹簧的一端抵止于所述压板内侧,另一端抵止于所述主体内侧,形成第一伸缩机构。
进一步的,所述的自动压紧动力装置,所述第一部件为导向槽,所述第二部件为导向柱,所述导向槽套接于所述导向柱形成所述第一伸缩机构。
进一步的,所述的自动压紧动力装置,所述密闭空腔内设置多个所述第一伸缩机构。
进一步的,所述的自动压紧动力装置,所述动力板设置限位柱,所述限位柱插接于所述主体设置的限位孔内;第二复位弹簧套接于所述限位柱,其一端抵止于所述主体,另一端抵止于固定于所述限位柱底部的限位螺钉,形成第二伸缩机构。

2.本实用新型提供的自动压紧动力装置中第一伸缩机构确保动力板带动上盖上下动作不受外力干扰而偏离应在的位置,并将上下真空槽准确贴紧并夹紧真空袋。

实施例1:
图1示出本实用新型提供的实施例1的自动压紧动力装置的结构示意图。该自动压紧动力装置包括主体1、动力板2和动力气囊4。动力板2与主体1通过动力气囊4连接,因动力气囊4为橡胶或硅胶等软性材料所制作成,动力板2与主体1之间形成受外力影响可伸缩的密闭空腔5。主体1底部设置与密闭空腔5联通的气嘴11,用于给密闭空腔5充气或抽气,使动力板2形成一个收缩下降或伸展顶起的动作。压板3和动力气囊4、主体1和动力气囊4的连接方式不限于使用螺丝、卡扣或胶水等固定密封连接。动力气囊4的边缘可以但不局限于是R型或W型等带有伸缩特征的形状,有利于降低动力气囊及与动力气囊所连接的动力板上下活塞运动的阻力即可。
进一步的,动力板2下设置压板3,动力气囊4为环状(如图3所示),其环状内侧通过动力板2和压板3压紧固定。此时,主体1、压板3和动力气囊4形成密闭空腔5。可以理解为,压板3为动力板2的一部分,或动力板2与压板3组成一夹紧机构,以固定动力气囊4的环状内侧。动力板2底部与压板3顶部设置相互制约的连接部件,或以第三连接件(如螺钉、卡扣或胶水等)制约,以使动力板2与压板3可夹紧固定动力气囊4的环状内侧。具体的是,一实施方式中,动力板2底部设置可嵌入压板3顶部凸起的槽,此凸起的外径和槽的内径相当,相互挤压产生较大摩擦力,以确保动力板2与压板3夹紧动力气囊4的环状内侧。压板3的边沿设置向上折边32,动力气囊4的环状内侧固定于动力板2和向上折边32之间,以增强固定夹紧的稳定性。

密闭空腔5内,压板3内侧设置第一部件,主体1内侧设置第二部件,第一部件和第二部件相互套接且外设第一复位弹簧7,形成第一伸缩机构10。第一复位弹簧7的一端抵止于压板3内侧,另一端抵止于主体1内侧。第一伸缩机构10可保证动力板置于密闭空腔中心上下活动,而不受外力干扰而偏离应在的位置。如图2所示,密闭空腔5内设置多个第一伸缩机构10,多个第一伸缩机构10均匀分布于密闭空腔5内,使各部分受力均匀。具体的是,一实施方式中,如图1所示,第一部件为导向槽31,第二部件为导向柱12,导向槽31套接于导向柱12且外设第一复位弹簧7形成第一伸缩机构10。

图4示出本实用新型提供的实施例2的自动压紧动力装置的结构示意图。除包括实施例1中技术特征外,该自动压紧动力装置还包括:动力板2设置限位柱33,限位柱33插接于主体1设置的限位孔13内。第二复位弹簧8套接于限位柱33,其一端抵止于主体1,另一端抵止于固定于限位柱33底部的限位螺钉9,形成第二伸缩机构20。如图5、6所示,密闭空腔5外设置多个第二伸缩机构20,多个第二伸缩机构20均匀分布于密闭空腔5外两侧,使各部分受力均匀。实施例2中的第一伸缩机构10可不设置第一复位弹簧,仅第一部件和第二部件相互套接,确保动力板不受外力干扰而偏离应在的位置。
该自动压紧动力装置可分为两种应用方式:
第一种:通过气嘴对密闭空腔抽气时,密闭空腔内气压低于大气压力,因受气压差的影响,动力气囊向密闭空腔内收缩,从而使动力板产生收缩动作。在该种应用方式中,导向柱与导向槽中可设置第一复位弹簧,动力气囊向密闭空腔内收缩后,将对第一复弹簧进行压缩。当真空包装机完成所需工作后,真空包装机控制电路通过电磁阀等方式控制气嘴,使密闭空腔内气压恢复至大气层气压值,此时,第一复位弹簧将动力板推至第一复位弹簧的初始状态,真空包装机完成一个周期工作。
第二种:通过气嘴对密闭空腔加压充气时,密闭空腔内空气压力高于大气压力,因受气压差的影响,动力气囊顶升凸起,推动动力板产生向上动作。当动力板向上升至一定的高度时,被第二伸缩机构限制在设定高度,此时第二复位弹簧被压缩至最大限度。当真空包装机完成所需工作后,真空包装机控制电路通过电磁阀等方式控制气嘴,使密闭空腔内气压恢复至大气层气压值,此时,第二复位弹簧连动动力板至第二复位弹簧的初始状态,真空包装机完成一个周期工作。
动力板上可以设计成其他形态或者功能。如图2、3所示,动力板上可设有方便用于与上盖30扣合用的锁钩,当锁钩与真空包装机的上盖锁止后,上盖既可跟随动力板的上下运动而联动。如图5、6所示,动力板上亦可直接设置真空封发热丝组件和1/2真空胶袋密封腔,使其随动力气囊的活动而活动。
真空包装机包括上盖组件,安装在主体上的发热单元,及该自动压紧动力装置。具有本实用新型提供的自动压紧动力装置的真空包装机,无需人为合紧上盖。真空包装机初始状态时,上盖底面与主体的顶面之间保持一设定的入袋间隙。真空袋从入袋间隙进入,并插入到真空槽,将被真空槽内侧设置的挡袋板挡住,无法超出真空槽外。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施范围。即使其中动力气囊的形态变化,如上所述的,在密闭空腔顶端用软质材料设置为环形悬边的动力气囊,在给密闭空腔充气或吸气后,利用气压差使动力板下沉或者举起的技术,都应视为本实用新型的保护范围。但凡在本实用新型的保护范围内所做的等效变化及修饰,皆应认为落入了本实用新型的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种真空包装机的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,该自动压紧动力装置包括主体(1)、动力板(2)和动力气囊(4),所述动力板(2)与所述主体(1)通过所述动力气囊(4)连接并形成可伸缩的密闭空腔(5);所述主体(1)底部设置与所述密闭空腔(5)联通的气嘴(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述动力板(2)下设置压板(3);所述动力气囊(4)为环状,其环状内侧通过所述动力板(2)和所述压板(3)压紧固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述动力气囊(4)的环状外侧通过所述主体(1)与压环(6)压紧固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述密闭空腔(5)内,所述压板(3)内侧设置第一部件,所述主体(1)内侧设置第二部件,所述第一部件和所述第二部件相互套接且外设第一复位弹簧(7),所述第一复位弹簧(7)的一端抵止于所述压板(3)内侧,另一端抵止于所述主体(1)内侧,形成第一伸缩机构(10)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述第一部件为导向槽(31),所述第二部件为导向柱(12),所述导向槽(31)套接于所述导向柱(12)形成所述第一伸缩机构(10)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述密闭空腔(5)内设置多个所述第一伸缩机构(10)。
7.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述动力板(2)设置限位柱(33),所述限位柱(33)插接于所述主体(1)设置的限位孔(15)内;第二复位弹簧(8)套接于所述限位柱(33),其一端抵止于所述主体(1),另一端抵止于固定于所述限位柱(33)底部的限位螺钉(9),形成第二伸缩机构(20)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述密闭空腔(5)外设置多个所述第二伸缩机构(20)。
9.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述压板的边沿设置向上折边(32),所述动力气囊(4)的环状内侧固定于所述动力板(2)和所述向上折边(32)之间。
10.根据权利要求3至5任一项所述的自动压紧动力装置,其特征在于,所述主体的边沿设置凹槽(13),所述动力气囊(4)的环状外侧固定于所述压板(3)和所述凹槽(13)的内侧壁(14)之间。
