the bottom heating unit (130) comprises a substantially U-shaped heating tube (131), and the wind disturbing structure (140) is located inside the heating tube (131).

the wind disturbing structure (140) comprises a central portion (141) and a plurality of wind disturbing blades (142) connected to the periphery of the central portion (141), first ends of the wind disturbing blades (142) are connected to the periphery of the central portion (141), and second ends of the wind disturbing blades (142) are connected to the bottom heating unit (130).
5. The cooking appliance (10) according to claim 4,
the plurality of wind-disturbing blades (142) radially extend outwards around the central part (141), and the plurality of wind-disturbing blades (142) extend along the anticlockwise direction or the clockwise direction of the peripheral tangential direction of the central part (141).
6. The cooking appliance (10) according to claim 4,
the central part (141) is in a hollow cylindrical shape, the axis of the central part (141) extends along the vertical direction, and the first end of the wind disturbing blade (142) is connected with the central part (141) in a welding mode along the tangential direction of the periphery of the central part (141);
the second end of the wind disturbing blade (142) is connected with the bottom heating unit (130) in a welding mode.

the end part of the bottom heating unit (130) is provided with an inserting part (132), the inner side of the side wall of the machine body (110) is provided with a connecting seat (112), the inserting part (132) is inserted in the connecting seat (112), the side wall of the pot body (120) below the food supporting net is provided with a through hole, and at least part of the structure of the bottom heating unit (130) extends into the inner cavity (121) of the pot body through the through hole.
