4. Cooking appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that the cooking appliance further comprises a frying support (60), the frying support (60) being detachably placed on the frying carrier surface (42) with the cooking plate (40) in the loaded state.
5. Cooking appliance according to claim 4, characterized in that an annular rib (421) is provided on the second plate surface, the fry support (60) being removably placed on the annular rib (421).

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein an air duct (12) is provided in the pot (10), a first end of the air duct (12) forms an air outlet at an upper portion of the pot (10), the air heating assembly (11) comprises an air blowing portion (111), the air blowing portion (111) is mounted at a second end of the air duct (12), and the air duct (12) is curved such that the air blowing portion (111) at least partially escapes below the air outlet.

The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the air heating assembly (11) further comprises a heating portion (112), the heating portion (112) is mounted on the pot (10) and located on the air outlet, the air blown out from the air duct (12) passes through the air outlet in sequence, the heating portion (112) forms the high-temperature gas, and enters the air frying chamber (30); the heating part (112) abuts against a second plate surface of the cooking plate (40) when the cooking plate (40) is in the frying state.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, further comprising an anti-fouling net (70), wherein the anti-fouling net (70) is detachably mounted on the air outlet.

The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the upper portion of the pot (10) is provided with an annular groove (13), the annular groove (13) is disposed at the periphery of the air outlet, the cooking appliance further comprises a liquid containing ring (50), the liquid containing groove (51) is disposed on the liquid containing ring (50) and is coaxially disposed with the liquid containing ring (50), and the liquid containing ring (50) is detachably mounted in the annular groove (13).
10. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising an octopus-fired tray (80), the octopus-fired tray (80) being detachably mounted on the pan body (10); the liquid containing tank (51) is pre-filled with cooling water.
