A smoke inlet is formed in one end, opposite to the oil pumping hole 10a, of the oil smoke diversion cover 11b, and an oil outlet is formed in one end, opposite to the oil receiving disc 7, of the oil smoke diversion cover 11 b.
By adopting the structure, the fume exhaust motor 11c drives the wind impeller 11d to rotate after working, the wind impeller 11d generates negative pressure at the lower parts of the fume inlet and the strip-shaped holes 2e of the fume guide cover 11b to suck the fume in the cooking chamber 4, and the sucked fume is condensed on the inner wall of the fume guide cover 11b and then drops into the oil receiving disc 7 at the lower side.

The first and second reflection plates 17 and 18 can reflect heat of the grill heating pipe 6a to prevent heat from being dissipated. The oil produced during frying and roasting falls into the oil receiving tray 7 along the oil outlet of the second reflection plate 18.
Preferably, the grill 5 includes a frame 5a, a plurality of connecting bars 5b and heat collecting bars 5c, the connecting bars 5b are provided and distributed in the frame 5a at intervals, the heat collecting bars 5c are provided with two lower end surfaces which are provided at intervals on the frame 5a, the two heat collecting bars 5c are both perpendicular to the connecting bars 5b, and the upper end surfaces of the two heat collecting bars 5c are both connected with the lower end surfaces of the connecting bars 5 b; a mounting step is formed in the cooking chamber 4 in a circumferential direction, and the frame 5a is mounted on the mounting step, and an inner edge of the mounting step extends to a lower side of the frame 5 a.
The lower end surfaces of the respective heat collecting bars 5c are arc-shaped end surfaces, and the two heat collecting bars 5c are respectively positioned at the upper sides of the two grill heating pipes 6a when the frame 5a is brought into contact with the mounting step.
With the adoption of the structure, the frame 5a is arranged on the installation step, so that the grill 5 can be conveniently disassembled or installed, the arc-shaped structure of the heat collecting strips 5c can conveniently and quickly absorb the heat of the grill heating pipe 6a, and the heating speed is high.
Preferably, the lower end of the front end surface of the base 1 is provided with a guide hole along the horizontal direction, and the guide hole is in conduction connection with the cooking chamber 4.
The guide hole is internally provided with a guide socket 19, the lower end of the guide socket 19 is formed with a limit block 19a, the lower end of the guide hole is provided with a limit notch matched with the limit block 19a, and the guide socket 19 is detachably arranged in the guide hole.
One end of the oil receiving disc 7 is connected with one end of the guide socket 19 positioned in the cooking chamber 4, and the other end of the oil receiving disc 7 extends to the inner bottom of the oil pumping chamber 10 after penetrating through the cooking chamber 4.

the cooking chamber is internally provided with a grill, a grill heating mechanism and an oil receiving disc in sequence from top to bottom, and the grill heating mechanism heats the grill;
a hot air baking mechanism is arranged in the mounting seat, a hot air hole is formed in the side wall of the mounting seat opposite to the cooking chamber, and the hot air hole is in conductive connection with the cooking chamber and the hot air baking mechanism;
the mounting seat is provided with an oil pumping chamber at the lower side of the hot air baking mechanism, the oil pumping chamber is internally provided with an oil fume pumping mechanism, and the oil pumping chamber is in conduction connection with the cooking chamber;
the base is provided with a controller, and the grill heating mechanism, the hot air baking mechanism and the oil smoke pumping mechanism are electrically connected with the controller.

The multifunctional oven of claim 1, wherein the mounting seat comprises a fixing frame, an annular baffle, a hot air guide sleeve and a rear cover, the fixing frame is of an Contraband-shaped structure with an opening facing downwards, and two lower ends of the fixing frame are connected with the inner bottom surface of the accommodating groove;

The multifunctional oven of claim 2, wherein the hot air baking mechanism comprises a mounting cover, a heat insulation cover for air-frying, an air-frying motor, a first fan blade, a heat generating tube for air-frying and a second fan blade, the heat insulation cover for air-frying is connected with the inner end surface of the annular baffle plate, and the heat insulation cover for air-frying is sleeved on the periphery of the hot air guide cover;
the air-fried heat insulation cover and the hot air flow guide cover are matched to form a flow guide layer, and the lower end of the flow guide layer is in conduction connection with the cooking chamber through the upper part of the strip-shaped hole;
the upper end of the mounting cover is connected with the inner end surface of the upper side of the annular baffle plate, the lower end of the mounting cover is connected with the inner end surface of the lower side of the annular baffle plate,
the mounting cover is sleeved on the periphery of the air-fried heat insulation cover, and the side wall of the mounting cover is parallel to the side wall of the hot air guide sleeve;
the air-frying motor is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the mounting cover, one end of an output shaft of the air-frying motor penetrates through the mounting cover and the air-frying heat insulation cover and then is connected with the first fan blade, the air-frying heating tube is mounted on the mounting cover, and a heating tube of the air-frying heating tube is positioned between the first fan blade and the hot air hole; the air-frying motor is connected with the controller through a circuit;
the first blade of the first fan blade is a first L-shaped blade arranged along the circumferential direction, and one end of the first L-shaped blade faces the hot air hole;
the second fan blade is positioned at one end of an output shaft of the air-frying motor outside the mounting cover, the second blade of the second fan blade is a first L-shaped blade arranged along the circumferential direction, and one end of the first L-shaped blade faces the air-frying motor;
the oil pumping chamber is positioned at the lower side of the mounting cover, and an air pumping hole is formed in the upper end face of the oil pumping chamber.

The multifunctional oven according to claim 3, wherein a through hole is formed in the air-frying heat-insulating cover on the lower side of the first fan blade, an air outlet pipe is conductively connected to one end of the mounting cover on the lower side of the through hole, an air outlet is formed in the base, and the air outlet pipe is conductively connected to the air outlet and the flow guide layer; the one end relative with the air-out pipe of base is equipped with the mounting groove, and detachably installs the filter frame in the mounting groove, is equipped with the filter screen on the filter frame, the air outlet is located on the base of the downside of filter screen.

The multifunctional oven of claim 2, wherein the oil pumping chamber is provided with oil pumping holes along the length direction, and the oil pumping holes are in conduction connection with the cooking chamber through the lower parts of the strip-shaped holes; one end of the oil receiving disc extends to the lower side of the oil pumping chamber;
the oil fume pumping mechanism comprises two oil fume pumping supports, an oil fume flow guide cover, an oil fume pumping motor and an air impeller, wherein the two oil fume pumping supports are arranged in an oil pumping chamber at intervals; the oil fume pumping motor is connected with the controller through a circuit;
and a smoke inlet is formed in one end, opposite to the oil pumping hole, of the oil smoke diversion cover, and an oil outlet is formed in one end, opposite to the oil receiving disc, of the oil smoke diversion cover.

The multifunctional oven of claim 1, wherein a first reflection plate and a second reflection plate are provided in the cooking chamber, the first reflection plate is provided on an inner wall of the receiving groove of the cooking chamber, the second reflection plate is integrally formed at a lower end of the first reflection plate, a middle portion of the second reflection plate is depressed downward, a plurality of oil outlet holes are provided at a middle portion of the second reflection plate, and the grill heating mechanism is provided at an upper side of the second reflection plate;
the grill heating mechanism comprises two grill heating pipes and two protective covers, the two grill heating pipes are respectively installed between the inner walls of the two sides of the cooking chamber through connecting seats, and each grill heating pipe is connected with the controller through a circuit; two shields are installed at the upside of the grill heating pipe that corresponds through the mounting bar respectively, all are equipped with a plurality of heat conduction hole on each shield.

The multifunctional oven of claim 6, wherein the grill comprises a frame, a plurality of connecting bars and heat collecting bars, the connecting bars are spaced apart from each other in the frame, the heat collecting bars are spaced apart from each other in two directions and are disposed on a lower end surface of the frame, the two heat collecting bars are perpendicular to each connecting bar, and upper end surfaces of the two heat collecting bars are connected to the lower end surface of each connecting bar; a mounting step is formed in the cooking chamber along the circumferential direction, the frame is mounted on the mounting step, and the inner edge of the mounting step extends to the lower side of the frame;
the lower end surfaces of the heat collecting strips are arc-shaped end surfaces, and when the frame is in contact with the mounting step, the two heat collecting strips are respectively positioned on the upper sides of the two grill heating pipes.
