本实用新型涉及一种充电口装置,涉及电动汽车的技术领域。本实用新型的充电口装置包括充电口盒底座,充电口盒底座下部设置充电座,充电口盒底座的上部设置充电口盖支架,充电口盖外板设置在充电口盖支架上;充电口盖支架包括支架侧围面板和位于支架侧围面板下部的管座,支架侧围面板的侧面设置在充电口盒底座上,充电口盖外板设置在支架侧围面板上,管座的底壁上设置有环状管体,环状管体密封充电座的充电口。本实用新型的充电口装置在充电口支架上设置的环状管体,可以取代充电口堵盖,既能节约成本,又能简化充电前后拆装步骤。

背景技术
如图1-2所示,在现有技术中,充电口装置包括设置在轮罩外板6上的充电口盒底座5,充电口盒底座5下部设置充电座4,所述充电口盒底座5的上部设置充电口盖支架2,充电口盖外板1设置在所述充电口盖支架2上。充电座4上需要设置充电口盖3对所述充电座4进行密封,充电时,需要先打开充电口盖外板1,再打开充电口盖支架2,最后打开充电口堵盖3才能进行充电,步骤也较为繁琐。

为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种充电口装置。
本实用新型的充电口装置,包括充电口盒底座,充电口盒底座下部设置充电座,所述充电口盒底座的上部设置充电口盖支架,充电口盖外板设置在所述充电口盖支架上;其特征在于:所述充电口盖支架包括支架侧围面板和位于所述支架侧围面板下部的管座,所述支架侧围面板的侧面设置在所述充电口盒底座上,所述充电口盖外板设置在所述支架侧围面板上,所述管座的底壁上设置有环状管体,所述环状管体密封所述充电座的充电口。
其中,所述环状管体为中空的封闭管体。
其中,所述支架侧围面板和管座为一体成型结构。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的充电口装置具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型的充电口装置在充电口支架上设置的环状管体,可以取代充电口堵盖,既能节约成本,又能简化充电前后拆装步骤。

如图3-4所示,本实施例的充电口装置包括充电口盒底座50,充电口盒底座50下部设置充电座40,所述充电口盒底座50的上部设置充电口盖支架20,充电口盖外板10设置在所述充电口盖支架20上。所述充电口盖支架20包括支架侧围面板21和位于所述支架侧围面板21下部的管座22,所述支架侧围面板21的侧面设置在所述充电口盒底座50上,所述充电口盖外板10设置在所述支架侧围面板21上。所述管座22的底壁上采用二次注塑工艺设置有环状管体30,所述环状管体30密封所述充电座40的充电口。所述环状管体30为中空的封闭管体。所述支架侧围面板21和管座22为一体成型结构。
本实施例的充电口装置采用二次注塑工艺在充电口盖支架上设置环状管体,取代传统的充电口堵盖,起到密封作用;这样既能节约成本,又能简化充电前后拆装步骤。
