本实用新型涉及一种霓虹灯用灯管。
目前,大型广告用霓虹灯亮度不足,人们想了许多方法来提高其亮度。其中一种方法是在霓虹灯的安装板上设置一块反光镜。这种方法有缺陷,其一是增大了霓虹灯的安装成本,其二是反光镜容易受灰尘污染而导致反光性能变差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高亮度的霓虹灯用灯管以降低霓虹灯的安装成本。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:在灯管的外壁背衬部分涂一层作反光用的反光涂层,反光涂层上涂一层不透光的保护层。
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以详细叙述。本实用新型所述的霓虹灯用灯管,它由充满惰性气体的密封玻璃管(1)和位于玻璃管(1)内腔两端的电极(2)和(5)组成,其特征在于玻璃管(1)外壁背衬部分有反光涂层(3),反光涂层(3)上有不透光的保护层(4)。反光涂层(3)由金属材料做成,不透光的保护层(4)由耐老化耐高压的绝缘材料做成。
这种霓虹灯用灯管,由于有反光涂层,所以其亮度较普通霓虹灯用灯管高。安装霓虹灯时无须设置反光镜,因而霓虹灯的安装费用低。

1、一种霓虹灯用灯管,它由充满惰性气体的密封玻璃管(1)和位于玻璃管(1)内腔两端的电极(2)和(5)组成,其特征在于所述玻璃管(1)外壁背衬部分有反光涂层(3),反光涂层(3)上有不透光的保护层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的霓虹灯用灯管,其特征在于所述的反光层(3)由金属材料做成,所述的保护层(4)由耐老化耐高压的绝缘材料做成。
