实用新型内容
本实用新型是一种多层的屏幕保护件。可以将这种屏幕保护件视为牺牲式保护件以用来防止对电子设备的损害。本实用新型包括材料和粘合剂的层,以提供合适的光学清晰度以及耐冲击性和耐刮擦性。覆盖物通过提供缓冲物来保护显示屏免受冲击,并且在冲击严重到足以使玻璃破裂的情况下,覆盖物也将容纳封存玻璃。层压件的层可以包括钢化玻璃、光学透明的粘合剂、热塑性聚氨酯、UV印刷件和双面粘合剂。这些层可以彼此共同延伸,或者它们可以覆盖在层的上方或下方的一部分。在大多数实施例中,优选的是,钢化玻璃的层在尺寸上与其所保护的显示器的显示器玻璃相似,但是这种构造对于本实用新型不是必需的。
本文公开的本实用新型还降低了在掉落或其他冲击情况期间设备的显示器玻璃破碎的可能性。本实用新型通过增加TPU和粘贴在屏幕保护件的显示屏玻璃背面的防爆胶或粘合剂层而对现有技术进行了改进。这些额外的层通过提供缓冲、减震层来增强屏幕保护件所提供的冲击保护。在玻璃破裂/破碎的情况下,通过改善对破裂的玻璃碎片的容纳封存性,破碎的组件将被更安全地处理,所述破裂的玻璃碎片保持粘合至TPU和防爆层,而非分离/散开。
本实用新型公开了一种用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,所述屏幕保护件具有层压件,所述层压件包括:具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层,所述玻璃层的第一表面朝外,所述玻璃层的第二表面面向屏幕;与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的光学透明粘合剂层;TPU层,所述TPU层具有与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触的第一表面以及与第二粘合剂层接触的第二表面,所述第二粘合剂层具有与所述TPU层接触的第一表面以及面向屏幕的第二表面;UV印刷层,所述UV印刷层的第一表面与所述第二粘合剂层的第二表面接触;第三粘合剂层,所述第三粘合剂层具有与所述UV印刷层的第二表面接触的第一表面以及与屏幕接触的第二表面。
其中所述第二粘合剂层是防爆粘合剂层,以在所述屏幕或所述玻璃层破裂时粘附所述屏幕或所述屏幕保护件的所述玻璃层的玻璃碎片。
其中所述第一粘合剂层和所述第二粘合剂层由相同的粘合剂制成。
其中述玻璃层在所述玻璃层的第一表面上包括涂层。
其中所述层压件的中央部分不存在所述第三粘合剂层。
其中所述第三粘合剂层是双面粘合剂。
其中所述第三粘合剂层的第二表面是临时粘合剂。
本实用新型还公开了一种用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,所述屏幕保护件包括层的层压件,所述层包括:具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层;粘附到所述玻璃层的第二表面的光学透明粘合剂层;与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触的抗牛顿环层;将所述层压件附接到显示器的双面粘合剂层。
其中所述双面粘合剂层在所述层压件的周边处附接到所述层压件。
其中所述抗牛顿环层是所述光学透明粘合剂层的表面上的点的区域。
其中所述双面粘合剂层的至少一部分与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触。
其中所述层压件还包括TPU层。
其中所述双面粘合剂层包括面向显示器的表面,所述面向显示器的表面是临时粘合剂。
其中所述层压件包括TPU层。
本实用新型还公开了一种用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,所述屏幕保护件包括:具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层;防爆粘合剂层,其具有与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的第一表面;TPU层,其具有第一表面和第二表面,所述防爆粘合剂层的第二表面与所述TPU 层的第一表面接触;和双面粘合剂层,其与屏幕接触。
其中所述双面粘合剂层不与屏幕的中央部分接触。
其中所述双面粘合剂层具有与屏幕接触的第一表面,所述双面粘合剂层的第一表面是临时粘合剂。
其中所述屏幕保护件还包括在屏幕和防爆粘合剂层之间的牛顿环层。
其中所述防爆粘合剂层的厚度为至少0.075mm。
其中所述防爆粘合剂层与所述玻璃层共同延伸。
本实用新型还公开了一种用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,所述屏幕保护件具有层压件,所述层压件包括:具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层,所述玻璃层的第一表面朝外,所述玻璃层的第二表面面向屏幕;与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的光学透明粘合剂层;TPU层,所述TPU层具有与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触的第一表面以及与第二粘合剂层接触的第二表面,所述第二粘合剂层具有与所述TPU层接触的第一表面以及面向屏幕的第二表面。

具体实施方式
参考附图,在一个实施例中,本实用新型公开了一种用于具有显示器11的移动电子设备10的层压的屏幕保护件100。该屏幕保护件可以是大体上平坦的,或者如图1B所示可以是弯曲的。
在一些实施例中,屏幕保护件可以包括面向外的玻璃层110。玻璃层110可以与移动电子设备10的显示器11共同延伸或近似共同延伸。在最优选的实施例中,玻璃层110的厚度为0.33mm,但是该厚度可以改变。
玻璃层110可以是钢化玻璃、蓝宝石、刚性透明聚合物或其它光学透明的材料。在其它实施例中,玻璃层110可以包括改善疏油性、疏水性、抗眩光性、隐私膜等的外部涂层,以增强或增加材料的性能。也可以存在诸如偏振光栅或格栅的结构。
如果存在弯曲,则玻璃层110可以弯曲以顺应显示器11的弯曲。优选的是,玻璃110通过热弯曲而被弯曲。
屏幕保护件可以包括设置在玻璃层110的底侧或向内表面112上的光学透明粘合剂115的层。在最优选的实施例中,光学透明粘合剂 115是Kawin KN6050,但是可以使用其它粘合剂,只要它们为光学透明的。在最优选的实施例中,光学透明粘合剂115的厚度为0.05mm,尽管该厚度可以改变。
光学透明的粘合剂115通常与下层的TPU层120共同延伸。然而,在一些实施例中,光学透明的粘合剂115可以仅被施加到玻璃层110 的向内表面112的选择的部分、或者被施加到TPU层120的选择的部分。光学透明粘合剂115将TPU层120粘合到玻璃层的向内表面112。本领域技术人员将认识到,TPU层可以由除TPU之外的一些塑料或聚合物材料制成,所述一些塑料或聚合物材料当与玻璃层110相比时具有低硬度,或者所述一些塑料或聚合物材料包括柔性的弹性体。
在一些实施例中,TPU层120可以形成在玻璃层110上而不需要粘合剂。类似地,UV印刷层140可以直接印刷在TPU层上。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,屏幕保护件100包括将包含或粘附显示器11或玻璃层110的玻璃碎片的层。该层被称为防爆粘合剂 130。防爆粘合剂130的厚度优选为0.075mm,但是该厚度可以改变。防爆粘合剂130优选与玻璃层110或显示器11共同延伸。在一些实施例中,防爆粘合剂可以在需要光学透明粘合剂的任何地方使用。
在一些实施例中,防爆粘合剂130的下表面132不具有粘合特性,因此它不粘附在其下方的层上。这不妨碍UV印刷层140的粘附性。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,UV印刷层140被印刷在防爆粘合剂130上。UV印刷层可以由点的区域或其它结构组成,以用作间隔物以保持防爆粘合剂层130的下表面132与显示器11之间的微小间隙。在最优选的实施例中,间隔物是刚性半球形点的区域。
UV印刷层140优选地与防爆粘合剂层130共同延伸,但这不是必须的。UV印刷层140的厚度为约0.1mm,但是该厚度可以改变。UV 印刷层的目的是防止或减少可能由两层非常靠近的膜产生的牛顿环或其它光学畸变。在最优选的实施例中,UV印刷层140由KunyutongUV110形成。在一些实施例中,UV印刷层140包括0.05mm的点,其中在这些点之间具有1mm的间隔。可以使用其它的点以及区域间隔的变型。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,UV印刷层140根本不是被印刷的,而是被喷涂或浸渍的。
在一些实施例中,UV印刷层140也被称为抗牛顿环层135。
在一些实施例中,使用光学透明的双面粘合剂层150以便将包括任何先前描述的层的屏幕保护件100附接到显示器11。粘合剂层150 优选地为0.1mm厚,但是该厚度可以改变。在最优选的实施例中,临时的粘合剂层优选临时位于粘附到显示器11的一侧上,以使得可以移除屏幕保护件100。在最优选的实施方案中,临时粘合剂层是 Julidatong DT011。可以使用其它的粘合剂,例如Fancy FSA-842BD-3-A。
双面粘合剂层150优选地被施加到屏幕保护件100的层压件的周边。双面粘合层150不必须覆盖层压件的中心部分。在其中省略了UV 印刷层140或其它间隔结构的实施例中,优选地使双面粘合剂层与其上方的层(壁如抗爆粘合剂剂130)共同延伸。
在一些实施例中,将释放衬件160放置在双面粘合剂层上,以防止在将屏幕保护件100安装到具有显示器11的设备上之前,粘合剂粘附到物体上。
本领域的技术人员将认识到,本文描述的层可以以不同的组合来铺放。还应注意的是,附图示出了用于说明目的的材料,并且诸如玻璃层的材料的折回未必意味着该材料将弯曲或挠曲至所示的程度。
特定实施例的前述公开旨在说明本实用新型所理解的广泛概念。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述屏幕保护件具有层压件,所述层压件包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层,所述玻璃层的第一表面朝外,所述玻璃层的第二表面面向屏幕;与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的光学透明的第一粘合剂层;TPU层,所述TPU层具有与光学透明的所述第一粘合剂层接触的第一表面以及与第二粘合剂层接触的第二表面,所述第二粘合剂层具有与所述TPU层接触的第一表面以及面向屏幕的第二表面;UV印刷层,所述UV印刷层具有第一表面和第二表面,所述UV印刷层的第一表面与所述第二粘合剂层的第二表面接触;第三粘合剂层,所述第三粘合剂层具有与所述UV印刷层的第二表面接触的第一表面以及与屏幕接触的第二表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述第二粘合剂层是防爆粘合剂层,以在所述屏幕或所述玻璃层破裂时粘附所述屏幕或所述屏幕保护件的所述玻璃层的玻璃碎片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述第一粘合剂层和所述第二粘合剂层由相同的粘合剂制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述玻璃层在所述玻璃层的第一表面上包括涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述层压件的中央部分不存在所述第三粘合剂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述第三粘合剂层是双面粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述第三粘合剂层的第二表面是临时粘合剂。
8.一种用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述屏幕保护件包括层的层压件,所述层包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层;粘附到所述玻璃层的第二表面的光学透明粘合剂层;与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触的抗牛顿环层;将所述层压件附接到显示器的双面粘合剂层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述双面粘合剂层在所述层压件的周边处附接到所述层压件。
10.根据权利要求8所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述抗牛顿环层是所述光学透明粘合剂层的表面上的点的区域。
11.根据权利要求8所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述双面粘合剂层的至少一部分与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触。
12.根据权利要求8所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述层压件还包括TPU层。
13.根据权利要求8所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述双面粘合剂层包括面向显示器的表面,所述面向显示器的表面是临时粘合剂。
14.一种用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述屏幕保护件包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层;防爆粘合剂层,其具有与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的第一表面;TPU层,其具有第一表面和第二表面,所述防爆粘合剂层的第二表面与所述TPU层的第一表面接触;和双面粘合剂层,其与屏幕接触。
15.根据权利要求14所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述双面粘合剂层不与屏幕的中央部分接触。
16.根据权利要求14所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述双面粘合剂层具有与屏幕接触的第一表面,所述双面粘合剂层的第一表面是临时粘合剂。
17.根据权利要求14所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述屏幕保护件还包括在屏幕和防爆粘合剂层之间的牛顿环层。
18.根据权利要求14所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述防爆粘合剂层的厚度为至少0.075mm。
19.根据权利要求14所述的用于电子设备的显示器的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述防爆粘合剂层与所述玻璃层共同延伸。
20.一种用于电子设备的屏幕的屏幕保护件,其特征在于,所述屏幕保护件具有层压件,所述层压件包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的玻璃层,所述玻璃层的第一表面朝外,所述玻璃层的第二表面面向屏幕;与所述玻璃层的第二表面接触的光学透明粘合剂层;TPU层,所述TPU层具有与所述光学透明粘合剂层接触的第一表面以及与第二粘合剂层接触的第二表面,所述第二粘合剂层具有与所述TPU层接触的第一表面以及面向屏幕的第二表面。
