本实用新型公开了一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,包括泵室,所述泵室上端设有锁瓶盖,所述泵室内设有用于泵出乳液的泵送组件,所述泵室上套设有垫阀,所述垫阀位于锁瓶盖内侧并用于配合锁瓶盖密封锁定在容器瓶瓶口上,所述泵室的侧面上开设有换气孔,所述垫阀上设有具有弹性且柔软的软套,所述软套套在泵室外侧上并将换气孔封盖在内侧使料液无法从泵室外进入换气孔,结构简单,能预防料体从换气孔进入乳液泵堵塞通道,以使换气顺畅防止瘪瓶现象出现。

一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵。
【背景技术】
现有的乳液泵,通常都设有换气孔以便往乳液容器中补气防止乳液容器内部因使用过程中溶液减少导致气压小而干瘪变形,通常的换气孔由于结构的限制,需要防止容器中乳液进入从换气孔进入泵室而导致的乳液溢出的问题,换气孔都是设置在泵体上的一个小孔,现有的乳液泵对于一般的应用是没有问题的,但是对于一些料体粘度高的乳液,在使用一段时间之后就常常会有换气不畅的情况发生。另外,锁盖的中心孔与主柱之间的进气间隙有限,且中心孔具有一定的深度用来供主柱上下活动时定位,在使用一段时间后,料体粘在主柱上造成中心孔闭气而影响换气造成瘪瓶。
本发明就是基于这种情况作出的。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,具有结构简单,预防料体从换气孔进入乳液泵堵塞通道,以使换气顺畅防止瘪瓶现象出现的特点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,包括泵室,所述泵室上端设有锁瓶盖,所述泵室内设有用于泵出乳液的泵送组件,所述泵室上套设有垫阀,所述垫阀位于锁瓶盖内侧并用于配合锁瓶盖密封锁定在容器瓶瓶口上,所述泵室的侧面上开设有换气孔,所述垫阀上设有具有弹性且柔软的软套,所述软套套在泵室外侧上并将换气孔封盖在内侧使料液无法从泵室外进入换气孔。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述软套为设在垫阀底部上的内孔上大下小的锥形套,所述锥形套的下端密封连接在换气孔下方的泵室的外侧上。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述换气孔沿泵室的轴向设有多个,所述泵室的侧面上并位于相邻两个换气孔之间设有向外凸的支撑凸起。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述软套的下端具有往内收的收口。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述软套的壁厚从上往下逐渐变薄,且靠近中下部的位置在外侧设有一圈加强筋。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述垫阀和软套一体成型。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述泵室的外侧上沿周向间距设有往外凸起的扣线,所述扣线挡在软套的下方。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述泵送组件包括按头、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧、单向阀和锁盖,所述主柱设置在泵室内,所述按头插接固定在主柱的上端,所述副柱连接在主柱下端,所述活塞套设在主柱和副柱外侧,所述单向阀设置在泵室内并位于活塞下方供料液进入泵室内,所述锁盖的上端与泵室上端连接固定且锁盖上设有插入在泵室中的弹簧腔,所述弹簧腔的底部设有供主柱穿过的中心孔,所述副柱和活塞位于弹簧腔的下方,所述弹簧位于弹簧腔内并用于将主柱往上顶压,所述主柱与锁盖之间、所述主柱和中心孔之间分别设有进气间隙,所述锁盖将活塞限制在换气孔下方。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述泵室的上部设有能从下挡在锁瓶盖的顶板下方的环形挡板,所述垫阀支撑在环形挡板底面上,所述换气孔设于环形挡板下方。
如上所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,所述锁盖设有向上凸出的环形口,所述主柱外侧上设有在弹起后与环形口密封的凸环。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明在泵室上套设有垫阀,所述垫阀上设有具有弹性且柔软的软套,所述软套套在泵室外侧上并将换气孔封盖在内侧使料液无法从泵室外进入换气孔,软套与泵室结合,在换气孔处形成一个仅供气体从泵室内流出到泵室外部的单向阀结构,能够阻止料体从换气孔进入泵室内部堵住通道,特别是应用于粘度较高的料体时,气体可通过该单向阀结构进入到瓶体内部,防止用户使用过程中因料体变少气体不能及时补充到瓶内而造成瘪瓶问题。
2、所述软套为设在垫阀底部上的内孔上大下小的锥形套,所述锥形套的下端密封连接在换气孔下方的泵室的外侧上,而锥形套的中上部与泵室具有一定的间隙,以供气体从换气孔中先流入锥形套外侧,以便更加容易地通过气压冲开锥形套的下端,而所述换气孔沿泵室的轴向设有多个,所述泵室的侧面上并位于相邻两个换气孔之间设有向外凸的支撑凸起,防止软套变形时贴紧在泵室上,保证进气性能的稳定。
3、垫阀采用相对较软材料,能够与瓶口形成良好密封状态。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1至图4一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,包括泵室5,所述泵室5上端设有锁瓶盖8,所述泵室5内设有用于泵出乳液的泵送组件,所述泵室5上套设有垫阀10,所述垫阀10位于锁瓶盖8内侧并用于配合锁瓶盖8密封锁定在容器瓶瓶口上,所述泵室5的侧面上开设有换气孔50,所述垫阀10上设有具有弹性且柔软的软套101,优选地,所述垫阀10和软套101一体成型,所述软套101套在泵室5外侧上并将换气孔50封盖在内侧使料液无法从泵室5外进入换气孔50,软套101与泵室5结合,在换气孔50处形成一个仅供流体从泵室5内流出到泵室5外部的单向阀结构,在往容器瓶中补气时,在内外气压差的情况下,气体从外部进入泵室5,并经换气孔50后冲开软套101进入容器瓶中。
优选地,所述软套101为设在垫阀10底部上的内孔上大下小的锥形套,所述锥形套的下端密封连接在换气孔50下方的泵室5的外侧上,而锥形套的中上部与泵室5具有一定的间隙,以供气体从换气孔50中先流入锥形套外侧,以便更加容易地通过气压冲开锥形套的下端。
如图4所示实施例,所述换气孔50沿泵室5的轴向设有多个,所述泵室5的侧面上并位于相邻两个换气孔50之间设有向外凸的支撑凸起52,防止软套101变形时贴紧在泵室5上,避免影响进气性能。
所述软套101的下端具有往内收的收口,一个可以提高密封性,一个能够减少软套101与泵室5密封段的上下高度,以利于冲开密封补气。
所述软套101的壁厚从上往下逐渐变薄,而靠近中下部的位置在外侧设有一圈加强筋102,以利于气体更好地冲开软套101下端进行补气。
如图4所示实施例,所述泵室5的外侧上沿周向间距设有往外凸起的扣线53,所述扣线53挡在软套101的下方,防止未装瓶使用状态受到震动时垫阀10和软套101松脱。
如图1所示实施例,所述泵送组件包括按头1、主柱2、副柱3、活塞4、弹簧6、单向阀7和锁盖9,所述主柱2设置在泵室5内,所述单向阀7为球珠,所述按头1插接固定在主柱2的上端,所述副柱3连接在主柱2下端,所述活塞4套设在主柱2和副柱3外侧,所述单向阀设置在泵室5内并位于活塞4下方供料液进入泵室5内,所述锁盖9的上端与泵室5上端连接固定且锁盖9上设有插入在泵室5 中的弹簧腔91,所述弹簧腔91的底部设有供主柱2穿过的中心孔92,所述副柱3和活塞4位于弹簧腔91的下方,所述弹簧6位于弹簧腔 91内并用于将主柱2往上顶压,所述主柱2与锁盖9之间、所述主柱2和中心孔92之间分别设有进气间隙,所述锁盖9将活塞4限制在换气孔50下方,弹簧外置,结构简单。
所述泵室5的上部设有能从下挡在锁瓶盖8的顶板下方的环形挡板51,所述垫阀10支撑在环形挡板51底面上,所述换气孔50设于环形挡板51下方,结构简单。
所述主柱2的外侧上设有位于弹簧腔91中的外套筒21,所述弹簧6设置在外套筒21内侧。
所述锁盖9设有向上凸出的环形口93,所述主柱2外侧上设有在弹起后与环形口93密封的凸环22,防水效果好。
所述弹簧腔91的下部设有内螺牙94,所述外套筒21的下部设有能与内螺牙94螺纹连接的外螺牙23,通过压下时内螺牙94和外螺牙23连接而锁定主柱。

1.一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于:包括泵室(5),所述泵室(5)上端设有锁瓶盖(8),所述泵室(5)内设有用于泵出乳液的泵送组件,所述泵室(5)上套设有垫阀(10),所述垫阀(10)位于锁瓶盖(8)内侧并用于配合锁瓶盖(8)密封锁定在容器瓶瓶口上,所述泵室(5)的侧面上开设有换气孔(50),所述垫阀(10)上设有具有弹性且柔软的软套(101),所述软套(101)套在泵室(5)外侧上并将换气孔(50)封盖在内侧使料液无法从泵室(5)外进入换气孔(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于:所述软套(101)为设在垫阀(10)底部上的内孔上大下小的锥形套,所述锥形套的下端密封连接在换气孔(50)下方的泵室(5)的外侧上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防堵换气结构外置弹簧乳液泵,其特征在于:所述换气孔(50)沿泵室(5)的轴向设有多个,所述泵室(5)的侧面上并位于相邻两个换气孔(50)之间设有向外凸的支撑凸起(52)。
