背景技术
真空锅炉是一种主要用于居民供热装置,具体可应用于酒店宾馆、住宅小区、商业场所等场合进行采暖、卫生热水供暖这些方面,目前我国供暖、热水采用的绝大部分锅炉还是传统的直通式燃煤锅炉,并且由于没有防护措施,大气会直接侵入炉内,造成氧蚀,炉膛和烟管容易结垢,导致传热热阻增大,锅炉效率降低,甚至水垢积累到一定的程度,炉膛和烟管就会被烧穿,锅炉报废,而且排放出的烟雾中含有大量的有害气体和灰尘,容易造成大气污染,在现有的真空锅炉设备中,大部分都是使用燃油作为燃料,由于燃油资源的日益短缺和价格不断上升,造成燃油锅炉的使用成本比较高。针对相关技术问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

1.一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,包括锅体、传热管、燃烧室、清渣室、进料门和清渣门,所述锅体的顶部两侧分别安装有温控自动抽气泵和气压表,所述温控自动抽气泵通过焊接的方式与传热管相连接,所述温控自动抽气泵的内腔与传热管的内腔相连通,所述传热管通过焊接的方式固定连接于锅体的内部上端,所述传热管的内部为桶状真空结构,所述传热管的内部固定安装有两根热交换器,所述两根热交换器呈上下分布,且所述两根热交换器的两端分别连接冷水进水管和热水出水管,所述传热管的内部底部装设置有热媒水,所述燃烧室和清渣室设置在锅体的内部中端,所述燃烧室的上方有传热管,所述燃烧室的底部固定连接有圆形炉排,所述炉排的底部设置有清渣室,所述燃烧室的一侧安装有鼓风机,所述燃烧室的另一侧安装有排烟管,所述排烟管的内部设置包括有排风扇、净化除尘装置和排烟口。
优选的,所述进料门和清渣门均通过铰接的方式与燃烧和清渣室相连接。
优选的,所述排烟管通过焊接的方式与锅体相固定连接。
优选的,所述炉排上开设有若干个圆形通孔。
优选的,所述排烟管通过焊接的方式与锅体相固定连接,所述鼓风机通过焊接的方式与进风口相固定连接
优选的,所述鼓风机通过两根热交换器的形状分别为U形和Z形。
优选的,所述鼓风机通过传热管材质为纯铜。
本实用新型的有益效果:
(1)本实用新型通过设置传热管能够有效提高锅炉的热效率,传热管的内部为桶状真空结构,传热管通过焊接的方式固定连接于锅体的内部上端,传热管的内部为桶状真空结构,传热管的内部固定安装有两根热交换器,两根热交换器呈上下分布,两根热交换器的两端分别连接冷水进水管和热水出水管,传热管的内部底部装设置有热媒水,燃烧室和清渣室设置在锅体的内部中端, 燃烧室的上方有传热管,传热管内部真空密闭,热媒水负压燃烧,安全性强,所产生的蒸汽与热交换器进行汽水交换,热效率高,并且采用高纯度热媒水密封在真空室内,不与空气接触,没有氧腐蚀,锅炉寿命大幅度的延长;
(2)本实用新型通过设置燃烧室能够有效的加快煤炭的燃烧速度,传热管、燃烧室和清渣室设置在锅体的内部中端,燃烧室的上方有传热管,燃烧室的底部固定连接有圆形炉排,炉排的底部设置有清渣室,燃烧室的一侧安装有鼓风机,燃烧室的另一侧安装有排烟管,排烟管的内部设置包括有排风扇、净化除尘装置和排烟口,鼓风机的运用,使燃烧室的内部升温快,煤炭的燃烧更加彻底,节省了能源,排烟管内部排风扇和金华除尘装置的运用,降低了对环境的污染;
(3)本实用新型通过设置温控自动抽气泵能够快速准确的抽取出传热管内部的气体,温控自动抽气泵安装在锅体顶端的一侧,当传热管内部的热媒水的温度达到90度以上时,抽气泵就自动打开抽气放气,提高了锅炉的安全性。

根据本实用新型的实施例,提供了一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉。
如图1-3所示,根据本实用新型实施例的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,包括锅体4、传热管17、燃烧室18、清渣室1、进料门15和清渣门16,所述锅体4的顶部两侧分别安装有温控自动抽气泵8和气压表10,所述温控自动抽气泵8通过焊接的方式与传热管17相连接,所述温控自动抽气泵8的内腔与传热管17的内腔相连通,所述传热管17通过焊接的方式固定连接于锅体4的内部上端,所述传热管17的内部为桶状真空结构,所述传热管17的内部固定安装有两根热交换器19,所述两根热交换器19呈上下分布,且所述两根热交换器19的两端分别连接冷水进水管5和热水出水管7,所述传热管17的内部底部装设置有热媒水11,所述燃烧室18和清渣室1设置在锅体4的内部中端, 所述燃烧室18的上方有传热管17,所述燃烧室18的底部固定连接有圆形炉排9,所述炉排9的底部设置有清渣室1,所述燃烧室18的一侧安装有鼓风机 2,所述燃烧室18的另一侧安装有排烟管14,所述排烟管14的内部设置包括有排风扇6、净化除尘装置13和排烟口12。
所述进料门15和清渣门16均通过铰接的方式与燃烧室18和清渣室1相连接,所述排烟管14的内部设置包括有排风扇6、净化除尘装置13和排烟口 12,排烟管14通过焊接的方式与锅体4相固定连接,所述炉排9上开设有若干个圆形通孔,所述排烟管14通过焊接的方式与锅体4相固定连接,所述鼓风机2通过焊接的方式与进风口3相固定连接所述两根热交换器19的形状分别为U形和Z形,所述传热管17材质为纯铜。
工作原理:本实用新型在使用时,冷水通过冷水进水管5进入热交换器 19内,打开进料门15,在炉排9上放置煤炭,点燃煤炭,打开鼓风机2,外部的空气通过进风口3进入炉内,加快煤炭的燃烧,煤炭的燃烧更加彻底,节约资源,煤炭燃烧所产生的热量通过传热管17传递到传热管17的内部,由于传热管17的内部是处于密封的真空状态,煤炭燃烧所产生的热量使热媒水11 在沸腾汽化中产生负压水蒸汽,水蒸汽将热交换器19内冷水加热升温并通过热水出水管7放出热水,水蒸汽在热交换器19外凝结,水蒸汽凝结后形成水滴流回热媒水11重新被加热汽化,完成整个循环,热效率高,由于采取高纯度热媒水11密封在传热管17的内部,不予空气接触,不会氧腐蚀,锅炉寿命大幅度延长,当传热管17内部的热媒水11水温达到90度以上时,温控自动抽气泵8就自动打开抽气放气,安全性高,煤炭燃烧所产生的煤渣通过炉排9 的圆形通孔掉到清渣室1中,打开清渣门16,清扫煤渣,使用方便,在锅炉运行一会后,打开排烟管14中的排风扇6,烟雾通过净化除尘装置13,净化沉淀,再通过排烟口12排出,降低了对环境的污染,经济环保。

1.一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,包括锅体(4)、传热管(17)、燃烧室(18)、清渣室(1)、进料门(15)和清渣门(16),其特征在于,所述锅体(4)的顶部两侧分别安装有温控自动抽气泵(8)和气压表(10),所述温控自动抽气泵(8)通过焊接的方式与传热管(17)相连接,所述温控自动抽气泵(8)的内腔与传热管(17)的内腔相连通,所述传热管(17)通过焊接的方式固定连接于锅体(4)的内部上端,所述传热管(17)的内部为桶状真空结构,所述传热管(17)的内部固定安装有两根热交换器(19),所述两根热交换器(19)呈上下分布,且所述两根热交换器(19)的两端分别连接冷水进水管(5)和热水出水管(7),所述传热管(17)的内部底部装设置有热媒水(11),所述燃烧室(18)和清渣室(1)设置在锅体(4)的内部中端,所述燃烧室(18)的上方有传热管(17),所述燃烧室(18)的底部固定连接有圆形炉排(9),所述炉排(9)的底部设置有清渣室(1),所述燃烧室(18)的一侧安装有鼓风机(2),所述燃烧室(18)的另一侧安装有排烟管(14),所述排烟管(14)的内部设置包括有排风扇(6)、净化除尘装置(13)和排烟口(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述进料门(15)和清渣门(16)均通过铰接的方式与燃烧室(18)和清渣室(1)相连接。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述排烟管(14)的内部设置包括有排风扇(6)、净化除尘装置(13)和排烟口(12),排烟管(14)通过焊接的方式与锅体(4)相固定连接。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述炉排(9)上开设有若干个圆形通孔。
5.据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述排烟管(14)通过焊接的方式与锅体(4)相固定连接,所述鼓风机(2)通过焊接的方式与进风口(3)相固定连接。
6.据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述两根热交换器(19)的形状分别为U形和Z形。
7.据权利要求1所述的一种真空立式环保燃煤锅炉,其特征在于,所述传热管(17)材质为纯铜。
