背景技术
[0002] 采暖炉以其方便、经济实用等优点受到消费者欢迎。目前,生活中所使用的采暖炉一般包括有炉壳和烟囱,在炉壳内部自上而下依次设有炉口、炉膛、炉排、储渣膛,炉膛与烟囱相连通,炉壳与炉膛之间设有炉膛水套,炉膛水套的上、下部分别对应设有出水管、回水管。这种结构的采暖炉均为正向燃烧采暖炉,其炉膛水套大多是一环绕在炉膛周边、整体连通的水套,燃煤在炉膛内正向燃烧产生热量与炉膛水套内的水进行热交换,生成的热水经出、回水管而回流供给暖气片采暖。由于炉膛与烟囱连通,燃煤在炉膛内生成的可燃物未充分燃烧就与携带部分热量的烟气一起经烟®直接排出,造成燃煤燃烧不充分、热值不能充分利用,并且空气污染严重;另外,采暖炉在长时间使用后,会有大量的灰垢附着炉膛内壁上,不易清理,炉膛热效率逐渐降低,造成采暖效果不理想。
发明内容
[0003] 为了克服现有技术中燃煤燃烧效率低、热值不能充分利用、灰垢附着炉膛内壁不易清理而造成采暖效果不理想的不足,本发明提供一种热效率高、燃料燃烧充分、灰垢易清理、污染排放少的多回程反向燃烧采暖炉。
[0004] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其包括炉壳、烟囱、回水管和出水管,在所述的炉壳的内部自上而下依次设有炉口、炉膛、炉排、储渣腔,所述的炉口由一炉盖封盖,在炉壳与炉膛之间设有炉膛水套,在炉壳的前端下部设有一连通储渣腔的清渣口,该清渣口由一清渣端盖封盖,其特征在于:
[0005] 在炉壳的前端中部设有一连通炉膛的空气口,对应该空气口设有空气调节装置;
[0006] 在炉膛的后侧设有一与炉膛水套相连通的回程加热水套,在该回程加热水套的底部设有一储灰腔,在该储灰腔的腔壁上设有一由清灰侧端盖封盖的清灰侧腔口 ;在所述的回程加热水套的顶部设有第一清灰腔和第二清灰腔,所述的第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔的腔口分别对应由第一清灰顶端盖、第二清灰顶端盖封盖;

[0014] 本发明在炉壳的内部自上而下依次设有炉口、炉膛、炉排、储渣腔,在炉壳与炉膛之间设有炉膛水套,在炉膛的后侧设有一与炉膛水套相连通的回程加热水套,该回程加热水套的底部设有一储灰腔,其顶部设有第一清灰腔和第二清灰腔,在储渣腔、储灰腔与第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔之间设有若干排平行排列的回程烟道管,设有引流风机的烟®与第二清灰腔或回程烟道管相连通;在烟®的周向环绕设有一与回程加热水套相连通的烟囱水套。本发明采用了反向燃烧的原理,燃煤在炉膛内的燃烧产生的燃烧产物,在引流风机或烟囱吸力作用下,反向经过燃烧燃煤层的进一步引燃和强化燃烧,使燃烧产物中的气体和固体可燃物充分燃烧,降低排出烟气中的碳黑与粉尘的浓度,减少环境污染。燃煤在炉膛内的燃烧产生的热辐射加热炉膛水套中的水;携带热量的烟气由回程烟道管引导依次途经储渣腔、第一清灰腔、储灰腔、第二清灰腔后由烟®排出,烟气在多回程往复式导烟通道中流转,携带的热量加热回程加热水套、烟囱水套中的水,其热值被充分利用。由于在第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔的顶部分别对应设有清灰腔口,设置在储渣腔、储灰腔与第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔之间的回程烟道管,可采用清理工具自上向下清理其内管壁上附着的灰垢,进一步提高了热效率。与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,采暖效果好,燃料燃烧充分,污染物的排放量少,可节煤50 %以上,热值利用合理,热效率可达90 %。

具体实施方式

[0023] 在图1、图2中,一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其包括炉壳1、烟囱24、回水管29和出水管30,在炉壳I的内部自上而下依次设有炉口 3、炉膛4、炉排16、储渣腔15,在炉壳I与炉膛4之间设有炉膛水套5。
[0024] 如图1、图2所示,炉口 3设置为方形,其上由一与炉口相匹配的炉盖2封盖。方形的炉口便于燃煤的添加。
[0025] 在图1中,在炉壳I的前端下部设有一连通储渣腔15的清渣口 14,该清渣口 14由一清渣端盖13封盖。打开清渣端盖13,通过清渣口 14方便地清理储渣腔15内存储的燃烧产生的煤渣或煤灰。
[0026] 如图1所示,在炉壳I的前端中部设有一连通炉膛4的空气口 12,对应空气口 12设有空气调节装置。
[0027] 如图1、图2所示,空气调节装置是在炉壳I的前端外侧密封焊接一罩扣空气口 12的调节罩体6,在调节罩体6上开有进气栅栏11。图1中,在调节罩体6内设有封盖进气栅栏11的挡板10,挡板10与一杠杆8的一端相连接,该杠杆8的另一端与一调节按钮7相连接,调节按钮7活动安装在调节罩体6上,杠杆8的中间部位活动支撑在一支撑杆9上,支撑杆9固定连接在调节罩体6上。在调节空气口 12的空气进量时,通过按动调节按钮7经杠杆8带动挡板10,封闭进气栅栏11或打开与进气栅栏11的进气间隙,以控制燃煤的燃烧速度。
[0028] 需要说明的是,空气调节装置也可采有其他结构。例如,在空气口上设一端盖,手动控制端盖与空气口之间的打开间隙,以控制进气量及燃煤的燃烧速度。

[0033]回程烟道管18排数的多少取决于炉膛内燃煤存量及采暖面积的大小。本实施例采用的回程烟道管18排数为三排的技术方案。如图3所示,每排回程烟道管为5根平行排列。

[0035] 如图1所示,烟囱24的输入端与第二清灰腔22相连通,烟囱24的输出端上设有一引流风机26。引流风机26可通过一公知使用的温度电磁传感器控制其引流风量,也可以人工控制引流风机26的启动或停止,以控制燃煤的燃烧速度。
[0036] 在图1中,炉排16是由若干水平排列的水管制成,炉排16的两端分别与回程加热水套17、炉膛水套5相连通。炉排的水管根数取决于炉膛的大小。如图2所示,本实施例炉排采用七根水管制成。

[0039] 本发明燃煤在炉膛4内的燃烧产生的燃烧产物,在引流风机26或烟囱24吸力作用下,反向经过燃烧的燃煤层,经燃煤层进一步引燃和强化燃烧,使燃烧产物中的气体和固体可燃物充分燃烧,降低排出烟气中的碳黑与粉尘的浓度,减少环境污染。
[0040] 燃煤在炉膛4内的燃烧产生的热辐射加热炉膛水套5中的水。携带热量的烟气由回程烟道管18引导依次途经储渣腔15、第一清灰腔20、储灰腔19、第二清灰腔22后由烟囱24排出,烟气在多回程往复式导烟通道中流转,携带的热量加热回程加热水套17、烟囱水套25中的水,其热值被充分利用。
[0041] 采暖炉在使用一定时间后,其回程烟道管18的内管上会附着灰垢,影响热效率。通过第一清灰腔20、第二清灰腔22顶部的腔口,采用清理毛刷自上向下清理管壁上的灰垢,灰垢分别落在储渣腔15、储灰腔19内,再进行清除。本发明最大程度保持炉壁清洁,保持最佳热效率。
[0042] 本发明设计合理,采暖效果好,燃料反向燃烧充分,污染物的排放量少,可节煤50%以上。燃煤燃烧产生的热量通过多回程往复式导烟通道循环,实现了低温排放,降低热量流失,热值利用合理,热效率可达90%。

[0046] 本实施例回程烟道管18排数采用了四排结构,烟气在回程烟道管中增加了一个回程,使烟气中携带的余热进一步被回程加热水套17吸收利用,热值利用更趋于合理。
Claims (4)
1.一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其包括炉壳、烟囱、回水管和出水管,在所述的炉壳的内部自上而下依次设有炉口、炉膛、炉排、储渣腔,所述的炉口由一炉盖封盖,在炉壳与炉膛之间设有炉膛水套,在炉壳的前端下部设有一连通储渣腔的清渣口,该清渣口由一清渣端盖封盖,其特征在于: 在炉壳的前端中部设有一连通炉膛的空气口,对应该空气口设有空气调节装置; 在炉膛的后侧设有一与炉膛水套相连通的回程加热水套,在该回程加热水套的底部设有一储灰腔,在该储灰腔的腔壁上设有一由清灰侧端盖封盖的清灰侧腔口 ;在所述的回程加热水套的顶部设有第一清灰腔和第二清灰腔,所述的第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔的腔口分别对应由第一清灰顶端盖、第二清灰顶端盖封盖; 在所述的储渣腔、储灰腔与所述的第一清灰腔、第二清灰腔之间设有若干排平行排列的回程烟道管,所述的烟®与所述的第二清灰腔或回程烟道管相连通,所述的回程烟道管引导烟气依次途经储渣腔、第一清灰腔、储灰腔、第二清灰腔后由所述的烟囱排出; 所述的炉排是由若干水平排列的水管制成,该炉排的两端分别与回程加热水套、炉膛水套相连通; 在所述的烟囱的输出端上设有一引流风机,在烟囱的周向环绕设有一与回程加热水套相连通的烟囱水套; 所述的出水管与所述的烟囱水套的内上部相连通,所述的回水管与回程加热水套的内下部相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其特征在于:所述的回程烟道管为三排,其中,第一排回程烟道管将储渣腔与第一清灰腔相连通,第二排回程烟道管将第一清灰腔与储灰腔相连通,第三排回程烟道管将储灰腔与第二清灰腔相连通,所述的第二清灰腔与所述的烟囱相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其特征在于:所述的回程烟道管为四排,其中,第一排回程烟道管将储渣腔与第一清灰腔相连通,第二排回程烟道管将第一清灰腔与储灰腔相连通,第三排回程烟道管将储灰腔与第二清灰腔相连通,第四排回程烟道管将第二清灰腔与所述的烟®相连通。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种多回程反向燃烧采暖炉,其特征在于:所述的空气调节装置,其是在所述的炉壳的前端外侧密封连接一罩扣空气口的调节罩体,在该调节罩体上开有进气栅栏,在调节罩体内设有封盖进气栅栏的挡板,该挡板与一杠杆的一端相连接,该杠杆的另一端与一调节按钮相连接,杠杆的中间部位活动支撑在一与调节罩体固定连接的支撑杆上。
