Fig. 1 is a plan view of a tray 100, fig. 2 is a partial enlarged view of a point a in fig. 1, fig. 3 is a partial enlarged view of a point B in fig. 2, and referring to fig. 1 to 3, a tray 100 according to an aspect of the present invention for carrying a substrate 101 includes: a substrate 102 and a plurality of supporting members 103, wherein the substrate 102 is provided with a through pocket 104; each support member 103 is detachably mounted on the base plate 102, and one end of each support member 103 is provided with a needle-shaped portion 105, and the needle-shaped portion 105 extends into the pocket portion 104; the substrate 101 is supported by the needle 105 in the pocket 104.
In this embodiment, since the substrate 101 is supported by the needle-like portions 105 in the pocket portions 104, the area of the surface of the substrate 101 that can be plated can be further enlarged. Since the support member 103 for supporting the substrate 101 is detachably mounted to the base plate 102, the support member 103 can be detached when the tray 100 is cleaned, or the support member 103 can be replaced, so that the service life of the tray 100 can be extended.
Specifically, the substrate 101 may be, for example, a silicon wafer, a glass plate, or the like, which needs to be plated. The shape of the substrate 101 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, substantially rectangular.
Specifically, the base plate 102 may be machined from, for example, sheet metal. The pocket 104 may be a through-hole penetrating the substrate 102, and the pocket 104 may have a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the substrate 101, for example, when the substrate 101 is rectangular, the pocket 104 may have a shape that is also rectangular, and the length and width of the pocket 104 may be slightly larger than those of the substrate 101, respectively, to ensure that the substrate 101 is not shielded by the substrate 102. Note that, when rounded corners are provided at the four corners of the substrate 101, the pocket 104 is also rounded at the four corners, and in this case, the pocket 104 is still considered to be rectangular as a whole. Further, it is explained above that the substrate 101 is supported by the needle-like portions 105 in the pocket portions 104, and it should be understood herein that the substrate 101 is accommodated in the space defined by the pocket portions 104 in the plating direction, i.e., in the plating direction without overlapping the substrate 102.
In some embodiments, to load more substrates 101, the base plate 102 is provided with a plurality of pockets 104. The arrangement of the pocket portions 104 is not particularly limited, and may be arranged in a rectangular array, for example.
In some embodiments, to enable the support members 103 to easily extend into the pockets 104, the support members 103 are detachably mounted to the edges of each pocket 104, respectively. Specifically, in the case where the pocket portion 104 has a substantially rectangular shape, the support members 103 are respectively mounted at the edges of the periphery of the pocket portion 104, for example, a plurality of support members 103 may be mounted at intervals on each side of the pocket portion 104. The number of the supports 103 mounted on the edge of each side of the pocket portion 104 and the distance of the interval are not particularly limited, and may be set according to the specific structure of the substrate 101, for example, in the case where a gate is printed on the surface of a silicon wafer as the substrate 101, the supports 103 may be set to support the silicon wafer at the gate position of the silicon wafer. The grid electrode covers the surface of the battery, so that the grid electrode of the silicon wafer is used as a supported position, and the cross section of the coated film cannot be influenced.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along line C-C in fig. 3, fig. 5 is a side view of the support member 103 and the relay member 106, and the manner of attaching and detaching the support member 103 will be described below with reference to fig. 4 and 5 and with additional reference to fig. 3.
In some embodiments, to easily mount and dismount the support member 103, a transfer member 106 is further included, the support member 103 is mounted to the transfer member 106, and the transfer member 106 is detachably mounted to the base plate 102. Specifically, the transfer member 106 may include a plurality of pieces, and one support member 103 is mounted on one transfer member 106, whereby it is possible to accurately replace the support member 103 by attaching and detaching one transfer member 106 and one support member 103. Further, a plurality of supporting members 103 may be mounted on one piece of the relay member 106, for example, one piece of the relay member 106 may be mounted on one side of the pocket portion 104, and the plurality of supporting members 103 on the one side may be mounted on the relay member 106. Thus, the one set of the supporting members 103 can be attached and detached by attaching and detaching one of the relay members 106.
The support member 103 is not particularly limited as long as it can be fastened to the intermediate member 106, and for example, the support member 103 is formed in a linear shape as a whole by, for example, a steel wire having both ends in the axial direction as the needle-like portions 105 of the support member 103. The transfer member 106 may be provided with an installation groove 107, the support member 103 is fixed in the installation groove 107 by various methods such as welding, interference fit clamping, screw locking, etc., and the needle-shaped portions 105 at the two ends of the support member 103 extend out of the transfer member 106. Thereby, the support member 103 can be easily fixed into the mounting groove 107 of the relay member 106. The mode of the relay member 106 is not particularly limited as long as it can be detachably attached to the base plate 102, and for example, the relay member 106 may be provided with a mounting shaft 108, the base plate 102 may be provided with a first mounting hole 109, and the relay member 106 may be detachably attached to the first mounting hole 109 by the mounting shaft 108. For example, after the relay member 106 is mounted in the first mounting hole 109 by the mounting shaft 108, a snap spring member 110 or the like may be fitted over an end of the mounting shaft 108 of the relay member 106 to fix the relay member 106 to the base plate 102. This allows the relay member 106 to be easily detached.
In the present embodiment, since the larger relay member 106 is provided as a carrier of the smaller support member 103, after the support member 103 is mounted on the relay member 106, the support member 103 is mounted on the base plate 102 through the relay member 106, which can greatly improve the convenience of mounting and dismounting the support member 103.
In the above embodiment, the relay member 106 is mounted to the base plate 102 by fitting the mounting shaft 108 and the first mounting hole 109 to each other, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The relay member 106 may be detachably attached to the base plate 102 by, for example, screwing, and specifically, a screw hole (not shown) may be opened in the relay member 106, a through hole (not shown) may be opened in the base plate 102, and the relay member 106 may be locked to the base plate 102 by a screw.
In the above embodiment, the support 103 is mounted to the base plate 102 via the transfer member 106, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Fig. 6 is a plan view of the tray 100a, fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along line D-D in fig. 6, and referring to fig. 6 and 7, the support member 103 may be directly attached to the base plate 102, for example, the support member 103 may have an L-shape, the needle portion 105 may be provided at one end of the L-shape of the support member 103, and the other end of the L-shape of the support member 103 may be detachably inserted to the base plate 102. Specifically, the second mounting hole 111 for inserting and removing the other end of the support 103 may be formed in the base plate 102.
The support member 103 is further described below.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 7, in order to reduce the influence of the position where the substrate 101 is supported on the area of the plating film on the substrate 101 as much as possible, the width S1 of the needle portion 105 is, for example, 0.8mm or less, the length S2 of the needle portion 105 extending into the inlet pocket 104 is not particularly limited, and the length of the needle portion 105 may be appropriately increased as necessary without affecting the plating film, for example, the length of the needle portion 105 extending into the inlet pocket 104 is 1 mm.
As described above, the support member 103 may be formed by, for example, wire processing such as linear or L-shaped in this case, the width of the needle portion 105 may also be understood as the diameter of the needle portion 105.
Further, the support member may be formed by cutting a thin plate-like stainless steel member by various methods such as wire cutting, laser cutting, and the like. For example, elongated pins may be cut into the ends of the support member, and the middle of the support member may be used as a mounting portion for mounting directly to the base plate 102 or to the intermediate member 106.
While embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
