Abstract
本实用新型是一种民用或工业上用的支承框架

Description
本实用新型涉及一种支承框架通道,它是用玻璃板或耐冲击的亚丙烯酸盐、聚碳酸酯或其他塑料构成的板材覆盖的,用作民用和工业上两个分开建筑物之间的廊道。
根据绝热和隔音的要求,这种通道结构可以是单层壁的、双层壁的、或多层壁的。
这种通道有一个金属框架,它是由空心基底型材和带任意合适曲率的空心拱顶型材构成的,后者有合适曲率(深拱顶、浅拱顶、半圆形拱顶和其他形状)以铝挤压形成合适横截面和高度。这种通道是通过把玻璃制成的盖板或耐冲击的亚丙烯酸盐和/或其他适当塑料制成的盖板紧固在上述金属框架上完成装配。
这个金属框架由适当数量的铰链安装件来支承,每个铰链安装件有一个支承座和一个铰链体,这些铰链安装件沿通道全长按照预定的间隔安装,尤其是在基底型材和拱顶型材的接头处,例如各个安装型材本身则是紧固到一个混凝土固定支座上。
最后总体结构由各种适当形状的密封垫和一些内、外覆盖型条及若干安全张紧装置来完成,密封垫是用橡胶或其他弹性材料构成,用来限制通道内部和外部之间的热交换;而张紧装置则是用来保证整体结构的稳定性。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种固定到安装型材上并使上述金属框架能够以简单的方式快速地组装起来的带铰链的安装组件,这种安装组带与实际拱顶的构形与曲率无关,同时赋予结构上显著的弹性来应付由于环境温度变化引起的变形。
本实用新型采用了主要为了限制通道内外之间的热交换的目的而设的特殊构形的密封垫,也采用特殊设计的安全张紧装置来保证整体结构的稳定性与强度。这种通道的功能和外观还可以采用合适构形的内外装饰条来最后加以改善。

例如,由图1和图2可清楚地看出,本实用新型的支承框架通道1有一个基底安装型材2,它沿通道全长延伸并且例如由螺钉16紧固在一个混凝土的固定安装座17上。
一些单独的支承座3沿通道1全长以预定间隔安装在基底型材2上,特别是与空心基底型材8和空心拱顶型材8A之间的接头相连接,每个支承座3设有一个铰链体4,它通过一个销轴20装在支承座3中。
一个相应的支承框架基底型材8由螺钉52紧固在铰链体4上,一个内铰链安装盖件5插在其间。
空心拱顶型材8A以预定间隔紧固在支承框架的空心基底型材8上,尤其装在铰链安装组件3、4的位置上,基底型材8和拱顶型材8A两者均有支撑密封条10,用来支撑其上的由玻璃和/或塑料构成的盖板11。
由图2可见,用作隔离体的中间密封插件9装设在内盖板11和外盖板11A之间,中间密封插件也是由玻璃和/或塑料构成的。通道的外部修饰是由修饰型条12、12A来形成的,它带有支撑密封条10A,并且由螺钉53固紧在适当位置上。
最后上述结构通过张紧装置13完成装配并稳定住。
由图5、6和7可清楚看出,支承座3大致呈反转过来的希腊字母“π”的形状,它有一个装配底部14,其上设有用作螺母16通道的孔15,螺母16用来把支承座3紧固到安装基底型材2上(参见图2)。
支承座3还有两个直立的壁18,在壁18上有孔19,用作支承相关铰链体4(见图2)的销轴20通道,壁上还有切口21,用来在转动时,把内盖件5的弧形周缘部35存放在其内,如图2、3、4所示;壁18还设有燕尾切口22,它适合把设在外盖件6(见图12)内侧上的一对辅助燕尾肋23存放和夹持在其内。
如图8和9所示,铰链体4有一个底板24,一个孔25和一个部分圆环的弧形槽26,底板用作内盖件5的座(见图11),而且空心基底型材8(见图2)通过螺钉52紧固在其上面,孔25用作把铰链体4连接到支承座3上的销轴20通道,弧形槽26用来把紧固在支承座3上的销27存放在其内,以限制铰链体4(见图2)的转角。
铰链安装组件3、4的数量和其沿通道长度上的间隔可根据支承框架结构的重量适当地选择,而框架结构的重量则取决于它们是被玻璃板还是塑料板所覆盖,是单层壁还是多层壁的结构,有多大跨度的拱顶。
如图11所示,沿通道全长延伸的内盖件5有一个下凸缘33,适合把空心基底型材8支撑在其上,在凸缘33底侧上形成一个燕尾槽32,用来把沿横向密封垫7(见图17)一侧设置的突边37保持在其内。弧形周缘部35是为覆盖和保护铰链体4而设置,用来改善制成通道在其内侧上的外观。
如图12所示,外盖件6的长度也和通道的长度相等,用来保护和改善制成结构外观,外盖件在其内侧上形成突出肋23,适合存放和夹持在支承座3的燕尾切口22内。
如图10所示,基底安装型材2沿通道全长延伸,并且通过螺钉16被紧固到安装座17上,基底型材设有一个燕尾槽28,用来把横向密封垫7外侧上形成的突边37保持在其内;基底型材还有一个倾斜边部29和一个垂挂边部30以及一些肋31,倾斜边部29用来隐蔽外盖件6的下缘部,垂挂边部30是沿安装座17的外侧壁表面延伸的,用来防止空气或液体渗到通道里,肋31则是用来改进基底安装型材2的强度。
如图17所示,由橡胶或其他导热性能差的弹性材料制成的横向密封垫7有波状或锯齿形折叠横截面形状,以适应通道组装时铰链安装的转动。上述密封垫装在通道全长的外侧上,因此能防止空气和液体渗透到通道内。
横向密封垫7沿其上、下纵向边沿设有突边37,分别适合存放和夹持在内盖件5的燕尾槽32中和基底安装型材2的燕尾槽28中。(见图3)
横向密封垫7上在邻近其上、下纵向边沿附设有燕尾槽38,适合存放和夹持一个附加的类似密封垫7,它可用来改善绝热和隔音,并用来防止任何渗透。
从图13、14、15和16显然可见,用作基底型材8和拱顶型材8A的空心型材可以有不同的高度,后者根据所要求的覆盖种类有不同的弧形,结果构成轻重不等的支承框架结构。在空心型材的表面侧,空心型材8、8A都设有燕尾槽48,用来把盖板支撑密封条10存放在其内;在这一侧上还有空腔41,用来把密封插件9的向下突出的中心壁部40保持在其内,或者在单层壁的支承框架通道的情况下,用来把外修饰型条12、12A的向下突出的中心壁部44保持在其内。
图18所示的密封插件9是用橡胶或其他导热性能差的弹性材料构成的挤压件,它有一些附加特性,例如,机械强度,耐磨损和耐剥蚀。插件9沿通道的全长加在拱顶型材8A和空心基底型材8上,因而在通道的内侧和外侧之间形成温度绝缘,并且能基本防止任何种类的渗透。
此外,密封插件9还有用来与盖板11、11A接触的波纹表面部39,一个具有波纹侧表面42的向下突出中心壁部40,适合以密封形式放到空心型材8和8A的空腔41中,还有一个带波纹唇部45、向上或向外突出的开口空腔43,用来把外修饰型条12、12A的向下突出的中心壁部44保持在其内。插件9还附设有一些封闭的内空腔46,用来进一步改进其绝热性能。
如图20所示,通过把第二个密封插件9的向下突出的中心壁部40插到第一个插件的面向上的空腔43中就能把两个或者多个密封插件9相互连接,从而为玻璃或其他材料构成的多层盖板11、11A、11B提供了支撑,构成三层或多层壁的支承框架通道结构。
图19所示的盖板支撑密封条10也是由橡胶、或其他导热性能差的弹性材料构成的挤压件,它被设有一个燕尾形突边47,适合夹持在空心型材8上形成的燕尾槽48中和夹持在外修饰型条12、12A上形成的燕尾槽48A中。密封条10还附设有一个封闭空腔50和一个波纹接触面49。
图22所示的外修饰型条12在其内侧上设有一对燕尾槽48A,用来把支撑密封条10保持在其内,在型条12内侧上还设有一对向下突出的肋44,在单层壁的通道结构情况下,它适合被存放到相应空心拱顶型材8A的外空腔41中(见图21),或者如图3所示例子那样,在双层壁的通道结构情况下,它适合存放到密封插件9的外空腔43中。在型条12的外侧,它被设有一个燕尾浅槽51,这里适于钻孔,要用密封插件9这样插入物时,它可用来存放把型条12紧固到空心型材8、8A上的螺钉53(见图2)。在通道结构完成后,槽51可用另外的覆盖带加以封闭。
上述各种密封垫7、10的突边37、47和各种型材2、5、8、12、12A和密封垫7的相应槽28、32、48、48A、38大致上都是燕尾形横截面构造形式,为了方便制造操作而且有最佳的绝热隔音特性以及制成的结构有好的外观,也可以在本发明的范围内使上述构件有任何其他合适的形状,例如有圆形的、角状的或棱柱形的横截面。
如图23所示,安全张紧装置13有一个本体54,它有一个带横向突出凸缘、截面大致呈半圆形的中央部。这个中央部确定一个通道55,适合把挡块56放在其中,这挡块具有与通道互补的横截面,由螺钉57固定在一定位置上。有两条槽61沿通道55边缘延伸。一个横截面形状与通道55的相适应的滑动件58,它有一对突出的突缘59,适合和外修饰条12下端部上形成的相应孔65啮合(见图25)。张紧装置13的下端部由一个底片60封闭,该底片设有突出部60A,由自攻螺钉61A拧到槽61中将底片60紧固在本体54上。最后,张紧装置13还有一个张紧螺栓62,一对补偿弹簧66、67,和一个螺圈64。
为了安全张紧装置13正确地装成图24所示的式样,把挡块56插到本体54的通道55中,并用螺钉57把它固定到位。螺栓62通过弹簧67并将其拧到滑动件58的螺孔63中。然后把后者插到通道55中,这样,螺栓62的突出端部通过挡块56上形成的一个孔68。然后把弹簧66装到螺栓62的下端部上,并且用螺圈64紧固到位。完成装配时,通过自攻螺钉61A啮合到槽61中,使底片60固定到本体54上。
然后,把滑动件58的突缘59啮合到一个垂直的外修饰型条12A的孔65中,而底片60的突出部60A与一个水平的外修饰型条12的下边缘啮合,这样,后者就被紧配在底片60和张紧装置本体54的横向凸缘34之间。此后,拧动张紧螺栓62就能使滑动件58朝下移动,因而就能可靠地使整个组件稳定。补偿弹簧66、67使张紧装置具有一定弹性,使它能调节本发明装置结构因受周围环境温度条件变化引起的膨胀和收缩。
Claims (14)
1、一种支承框架通道,它有一个支撑用玻璃或合适塑料构成盖板的金属支承框架结构,其特征在于,所述金属支承框架结构由装在铰链安装结构上的一些空心基底型材(8)和空心拱顶型材(8a)构成,这些铰链安装结构是由支承座(3)和铰链体(4)构成,并且紧固在长度等于通道长的基底安装型材(2)上的适当位置上,框架结构通过修饰型条(5、6、12、12A),成形密封条(7、9、10)和张紧装置(13)最后装配完成。

9、如权利要求1所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述密封插件(9)适合把向下突出的中心壁部(40)插到另一个密封插件(9)的相应开口空腔(43)内装配的。
10、如权利要求1所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述支撑密封条(10)均设有成形突边(47),适合夹持在相应的槽(48、48A)内;还设有一个连续的封闭空腔(50)。
11、如权利要求1所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述外修饰型条(12)设有槽(48A)、向下突出的肋(44)、和一个浅槽(51)。
12、如权利要求1所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述安全张紧装置(13)有一个成形本体(54),一个连接到本体上并有突出部(60A)的底片(60),一个配置在所述本体中并带有补偿弹簧(66、67)的张紧螺栓(62),和一个螺圈(64),所述张紧螺栓(62)与一个滑动件(58)螺纹啮合,并贯穿一个固定的挡块(56)。
13、如权利要求12所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述滑动件(58)设有突缘(59),用于啮合在所述外修饰型条(12)上形成的孔(65)。
14、如权利要求12所述的支承框架通道,其特征在于,所述安全张紧装置(13)的底片(60)上的突出部(60A),适合啮合相应的外修饰型条(12)的下边缘。
