fourthly, the dirt collecting part is centralized on a movable trolley, the trolley collects the flushed dirt through a dirt collecting basin and then introduces the flushed dirt into a dirt collecting kettle, and therefore the dirt collecting kettle is convenient to clean and pour. As shown in fig. 1-6, the present invention further provides a device for nursing after defecation of a patient lying in bed, which is suitable for a method for nursing after defecation of a patient lying in bed, comprising: the bed comprises a bed frame, a cleaning and drying mechanism and a dirt collecting mechanism, wherein the dirt collecting mechanism and the cleaning and drying mechanism are respectively arranged below the bed frame, and the cleaning and drying mechanism is fixed on the bed frame and used for cleaning and drying the lower body of a patient on the bed frame.
The bed frame is used for a patient to lie on, a bed board and a mattress for the patient to lie on are arranged on the bed frame, a humidity sensor is arranged on the mattress, a camera is arranged on the bed frame and used for taking pictures, and the humidity sensor is used for sensing the dryness and humidity of the mattress; the cleaning and blow-drying mechanism is used for cleaning and blow-drying the dirt on the lower body of the patient, and the dirt collecting mechanism is used for collecting the cleaned dirty water.
In one embodiment, the bed frame comprises: the bed head is connected to one side of the front bed plate, the rear bed plate is arranged on one side of the front bed plate, which is far away from the bed head, the lower surface of the front bed plate is provided with a bed head box and support legs, and the lower surface of the rear bed plate is provided with rear support legs of a U-shaped structure; a large carriage and a small carriage are further arranged between the front bed plate and the rear bed plate, the large carriage and the small carriage are hinged, the large carriage is close to the rear bed plate, and the small carriage is close to the front bed plate; the two sides of the large dragging plate are symmetrically hinged with dragging plate connecting rods, the lower surface of the large dragging plate is symmetrically hinged with J-shaped swing rods, and the J-shaped swing rods are connected with a motor through a driving shaft.

In one embodiment, a back lifting mechanism is further disposed on the front bed plate, and the back lifting mechanism includes: the back lifting electric push rod, the push rod connecting rod and the back plate push rod are hinged, one end of the back plate push rod is hinged to the lower surface of the front bed plate, the other end of the back plate push rod is hinged to the push rod connecting rod, one end, far away from the push plate push rod, of the push rod connecting rod is connected with the pushing end of the back lifting electric push rod, and the back lifting electric push rod is fixed to the front support leg.
When the back lifting mechanism works, the back lifting electric push rod is connected with the linear driver, the linear driver drives the back lifting electric push rod to stretch, the angle change of the push rod connecting rod and the back plate push rod is realized in the stretching process, and when the angle between the push rod connecting rod and the back plate push rod is increased, the front bed plate is jacked up, so that the back of a patient is lifted, and the hip is close to the bed frame; the lower body of the patient can be cleaned and dried conveniently by the cleaning and drying mechanism.

When the two legs of the patient are lifted in place, the large carriage 400 and the small carriage 401 in the opening and closing device are driven by the carriage connecting rod 402 and the J-shaped swing rod 403 to lift and move backwards, so that the cleaning position is vacated.
The rotation of the J-shaped swing link 403 is driven by a speed reducing motor fixed under the bed plate. The carriage connecting rod 402 and the J-shaped swing rod 403 are hinged with the large carriage 400, and the small carriage 401 is connected with the large carriage 400 through a hinge.
