When a washing operation is required, the first swivel arm 710 is driven to rotate about its hinge with the bracket 800 by the first swivel arm driving unit 730 to adjust the height and tilt angle of the shower head 530, and the second swivel arm 720 is driven to rotate about its hinge with the first swivel arm 710 by the second swivel arm driving unit 740 to adjust the pitch angle of the shower head 530, so that the shower head 530 can be aligned with a portion to be washed. When the robot arm assembly 700 is not needed, the second pivot arm driving member 740 drives the second pivot arm 720 to rotate, so that the second pivot arm 720 and the first pivot arm 710 are aligned, and the first pivot arm driving member 730 drives the first pivot arm 710 to rotate, so that the first pivot arm 710 is attached to the support 800, and at the moment, the robot arm assembly 700 is in a folded state, so that the occupied space is reduced, and the movement of the support 800 and the closing member 210 is not hindered.
Referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment, the first arm driving member 730 and the second arm driving member 740 may be steering gears.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the nursing system further includes a distance measuring and positioning unit (not shown) mounted on the robot assembly 700 or the shower head, the distance measuring and positioning unit being capable of emitting a positioning laser for positioning the shower head 530. The worker can align the nozzle member 530 by observing the position of the laser irradiation.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in one embodiment, the dirt collecting device 300 includes a collecting basin 310, a drainer 320 and a slop pail 330, one end of the drainer 320 is communicated with the bottom of the collecting basin 310, the other end is communicated with the top of the collecting pail, and the dirt collected by the collecting basin 310 can flow into the slop pail 330 through the drainer 320. The waste water resulting from the flushing is first collected by the collection basin 310 and then flows into the slop pail 330 through the drainer 320.
Specifically, the slop pail 330 and the drainer 320 can be detachably connected, so that a worker can conveniently detach the slop pail 330 from the drainer 320 and pour out waste water.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the nursing system further includes a camera 1200, and the camera 1200 is used for collecting image information of the excretion portion of the cared person. The nursing system is provided with an image acquisition unit for acquiring image information of excretion positions of nursing staff, the camera 1200 is used as a main component of the image acquisition unit, the camera 1200 can be arranged on the bed edge, one side of the closing part 210 facing the washing positions, the spray head part 530 or the mechanical arm assembly 700, and the number of the cameras 1200 can be set according to actual needs.
Referring to fig. 5 and 11, in an embodiment, the nursing system further includes a hand controller 1100, one side of the hand controller 1100 has a control keypad, and the other side has a hook, and the hand controller 1100 is a wired hand controller 1100 or a wireless hand controller 1100. The staff can adopt hand controller 1100 to control the electric device of the nursing system, and when not in use, hand controller 1100 can be hung on the bed edge through the hook.
In one embodiment, the nursing system further comprises a back lifting device (not shown in the figures), which comprises a back lifting plate for supporting the head of the nursing person to the back, and a back lifting driving member, which is hinged to the bed 100 at a side of the back lifting plate close to the closing member 210, and is used for driving the back lifting plate to rotate around the hinged position of the back lifting plate and the bed 100, so as to lift or level the back of the patient.
When the back of the nursing staff needs to be lifted up, the back plate is driven to rotate anticlockwise through the back driving piece, the back plate and the bed body 100 are made to form a proper inclination angle, and when the back of the nursing staff needs to be leveled, the back plate is driven to rotate clockwise through the back driving piece, so that the back plate is parallel to the bed body 100. In practical use, when the leg lifting device 400 is needed to lift the legs of the nursed person, the back of the nursed person needs to be laid flat first, so as to prevent the nursed person from being injured.
Specifically, the back lifting driving member can adopt an electric push rod, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or other suitable driving members.

Claims (17)

1. A care system with a post-defecation flushing device, comprising:
the bed body is used for a nursed person to lie, and is provided with a through cleaning port;
the opening and closing device comprises a closing piece, and the closing piece is detachably or movably connected with the bed body and is used for closing the cleaning opening;
the leg lifting device comprises a leg lifting driving part and a supporting component, the supporting component is used for supporting the leg of a nursed person, and the leg lifting driving part is used for driving the supporting component to move so as to drive the leg of the nursed person to lift;
belt cleaning device, it includes shower nozzle spare, water pump and water supply pipe, water supply pipe one end is used for receiving the water that flows in, the other end and shower nozzle spare intercommunication, shower nozzle spare has the water jet, the water jet is used for to being stained with, taking excrement and urine position water spray by nursing staff, water pump and water supply pipe intercommunication for take out the water, and carry the water jet blowout with water through water supply pipe.
2. The nursing system as claimed in claim 1 wherein one side of the support assembly is hinged to the bed and the leg raising drive is provided on the bed for driving the support assembly to rotate about its hinge with the bed to raise the legs of the person being nursed.

The nursing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening and closing device further comprises an opening and closing driving member, one side of the closing member is hinged to the bed body, the bed body has an opening position and a closing position, the cleaning opening is opened when the closing member is in the opening position, the cleaning opening is closed when the closing member is in the closing position, and the opening and closing driving member can drive the closing member to rotate around the side of the closing member hinged to the bed body between the opening position and the closing position.

The nursing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the opening and closing device further comprises an opening and closing driving member and a first rotating rod, the bed has an open position and a closed position, the cleaning opening is opened when the sealing member is located at the open position, the cleaning opening is closed when the sealing member is located at the closed position, one end of the first rotating rod is hinged to the bed, the other end of the first rotating rod is hinged to the sealing member, one end of the first rotating rod, which is close to the bed, has an arc-shaped structure, and the opening and closing driving member can drive the end of the first rotating rod, which is hinged to the bed, to rotate and drive the sealing member to move between the open position and the sealing member.

The care system of claim 1, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a water tank for storing water for cleaning, the water tank having a water inlet and a water outlet, a first heating element disposed in the water tank for heating the water in the water tank, and a first temperature sensor disposed in the water tank for sensing a temperature of the water in the water tank and generating a first temperature signal.

A nursing system as claimed in claim 6 further comprising a drying device including a drying box having an air supply opening, a fan disposed in the drying box for heating the air in the drying box, a blower tube having one end communicating with the air supply opening and the other end communicating with the nozzle member, a second heating member disposed in the drying box for blowing air to the excretory part of the person to be nursed, and a second temperature sensor disposed in the drying box for sensing the temperature of the air in the drying box and emitting a second temperature signal.

The care system according to claim 6, further comprising a drying device including a drying box having an air blowing opening, a blower, an air blowing duct, an air blowing head, a lifting mechanism, a second heating member disposed in the drying box, and a second temperature sensor, used for heating the air in the drying box, one end of the blast pipe is communicated with the blast opening, the other end is communicated with the blast head, the air supply head is provided with an air outlet which is used for blowing air to the excretion part of the nursed person, the fan is communicated with the air supply pipe, used for extracting air in the drying box and conveying the air to the air supply head through the air supply pipe for spraying, the lifting mechanism can drive the air supply head to ascend and descend, the second temperature sensor is arranged in the drying box and used for sensing the air temperature in the drying box and sending a second temperature signal.

The nursing system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a rack and a slide rail, wherein the slide rail is disposed at the bottom of the bed body and extends along the length direction of the bed body, the rack is slidably connected with the slide rail for carrying the dirt collecting device, the slide rail has a receiving position and a remote position, when the rack moves to the receiving position, the dirt collecting device on the rack is located below the cleaning opening, and when the rack moves to the remote position, the dirt collecting device on the rack leaves below the cleaning opening;
the support is close to one side of closure and is equipped with the spout, the side of closure and support contact is equipped with the slider, slider and spout sliding connection, the closure can drive the slider and slide on the spout to drive the support and slide on the slide rail, when the closure rotates to the position of opening, drive the support and move and accept the position, when the closure rotates to the closed position, drive the support and move and keep away from the position.

The care system of claim 9, further comprising a robotic arm assembly comprising a first rotatable arm pivotally connected at one end to an upper portion of the side of the support frame adjacent the closure member and at an opposite end to a second rotatable arm pivotally connected to the spray head member, a second rotatable arm drive member for driving the first rotatable arm to rotate about its hinge with the support frame, and a second rotatable arm drive member for driving the second rotatable arm to rotate about its hinge with the first rotatable arm.

The care system of claim 10, further comprising a range-finding and positioning unit mounted to the robotic arm assembly or the spray head piece, the range-finding and positioning unit capable of emitting light, an acoustic range-finding signal, for effecting positioning of the spray head piece.

The nursing system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a rack, a slide rail and a rack driving member, wherein the slide rail is disposed at the bottom of the bed body and extends along the length direction of the bed body, the rack is slidably connected with the slide rail for carrying the dirt collecting device, the slide rail has a receiving position and a remote position, when the rack moves to the receiving position, the dirt collecting device on the rack is located below the cleaning opening, when the rack moves to the remote position, the dirt collecting device on the rack leaves below the cleaning opening and does not coincide with the movement path of the closing member, and the rack driving member is used for driving the rack to move between the receiving position and the remote position.
13. The care system of any one of claims 1-12, further comprising a waste collection device for placement below the cleaning opening to collect waste water discharged from the cleaning opening.
14. A care system as recited in claim 13 wherein said waste collection device includes a collection basin, a drain having one end in communication with a bottom portion of said collection basin and another end in communication with a top portion of said collection tank, and a waste tank, wherein waste water collected by said collection basin is capable of flowing into said waste tank through said drain.
15. A nursing system according to any of claims 1-12, further comprising a camera-computing device for collecting image information of the excretory part of the cared person, calculating the position of the excreta, judging whether the washing is clean, and sending the relevant position and control information to each relevant unit.
16. The nursing system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, further comprising a hand controller having a control key pad on one side and a hook on the other side, wherein the hand controller is a wired hand controller or a wireless hand controller.
17. A care system as recited in any one of claims 1-12 further comprising a back lift device including a back lift plate for supporting the head of the caregiver to the back, the back lift plate being pivotally connected to the bed on a side thereof adjacent the enclosure, and a back lift drive member for driving the back lift plate to pivot about its pivotal connection to the bed to raise or lower the back of the patient.
