the rear door area (10) is communicated with the second buffer room (6) through a door, the second buffer room (6) is communicated with the third buffer room (7) through a door, the third buffer room (7) is communicated with the biological detection room (8) through a door,
the sample processing compartment (5) being arranged adjacent to a back door area (10), the back door area (10) being for the entry of a person, and for the introduction of a sample into the sample processing compartment (5),
the sample processing room (5) is connected with the biological detection room (8) through a first transmission channel (11), the first transmission channel (11) is used for transmitting the sample prepared in the sample processing room (5) to the biological detection room (8), and the biological detection room (8) is used for carrying out biological detection.
