2、该五金机床的加工碎屑清理装置通过液压缸、连接板、复位弹簧、齿轮板、半齿轮、清洁毛刷、导向板和转动马达的相互配合使当定位杆向外松开夹紧工件时,清洁毛刷将定位杆上表面的加工碎屑扫落进积屑抽屉,在定位杆夹紧工件工作时半齿轮和齿轮板和复位弹簧使得清洁毛刷可以循环对定位板上表面进行清扫,达到了及时将产生的加工碎屑清除,避免了加工碎屑落进加工工件表面影响工件加工精度的效果。
