The second sub-conveying mechanism and the first sub-conveying mechanism are identical in structure, and a plurality of operators can simultaneously carry out bag collecting operation on different packing tables by arranging one second packing table 133, so that the bag collecting efficiency can be further improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the number of the second packing tables 133 is one or more, and when the number of the second packing tables 133 is plural, the number of the second sub-conveying mechanisms is also selected to be plural, for example, in this embodiment, the number of the second packing tables 133 and the number of the second sub-conveying mechanisms are both two, so as to effectively improve the packing efficiency. Meanwhile, the fourth belt conveyor 139 and the fifth belt conveyor 141 are also identical to the first belt conveyor 119 in structure, and are not described again in this embodiment. The roller 169 is sleeved on the mandrel 167, so that the roller 169 can rotate around the axis of the mandrel 167. The driving assembly is in transmission connection with the supporting shaft 165 and used for driving the supporting shaft 165 to rotate, and when the conveying direction of an article needs to be changed, the supporting shaft 165 can be driven to rotate through the driving assembly, so that the whole supporting frame 166 is driven to rotate, and then the roller 169 is driven to move, so that the conveying direction of the article is changed.
It should be noted that the roller 169 may be an electric roller capable of rotating around the spindle 167, the rollers 169 of the plurality of balance assemblies together form a conveying surface for supporting and conveying the article, and each roller 169 rotates to drive the article to move.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the driving assembly includes a driving member and a power rod 171, the power rod 171 extends along a horizontal direction, a transmission member 172 is disposed between the supporting shaft 165 and the power rod 171, the transmission member 172 is disposed in an arc-shaped structure, one end of the transmission member is fixedly connected to the supporting shaft 165, and the other end of the transmission member is hinged to the power rod 171. The driving member can be selected as a driving motor structure or other linear driving structures, and the power rod 171 can reciprocate in the horizontal direction under the driving of the driving member, so as to drive the transmission member 172 to move, further drive the supporting shaft 165 to rotate, further drive the axis of the roller 169 to rotate, and further change the conveying direction of the roller 169 for conveying articles. The first straight line segment 145 and the third straight line segment 153 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, the second straight line segment 149 and the fourth straight line segment 157 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, and the first transition segment 147, the second transition segment 151, the third transition segment 155 and the fourth transition segment 159 are all arranged in an arc-shaped structure. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the conveying vehicle 143 specifically includes a frame, a first belt wheel, a second belt wheel, a conveying belt, and a motor, the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel are disposed at an interval on the frame, the motor is in transmission connection with the first belt wheel, the conveying belt is sleeved outside the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel and is supported by the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel, and an extending direction of the conveying belt is the same as a width direction of the track 103, so that when the motor is started, articles on the conveying belt can be conveyed by the conveying belt to the temporary storage box 107 on one side of the track 103 for storage.
In more detail, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, the inner and outer sides of the circular track 103 are equally provided with the bag dropping port 105, the temporary storage box 107 and the bag collecting device 113. For example, in the present embodiment, since the distance between the first straight line segment 145 and the third straight line segment 153 is long, and the distance between the second straight line segment 149 and the fourth straight line segment 157 is short, one bale collecting device 113 is disposed on each of two sides of the first straight line segment 145 and the third straight line segment 153, and each side of the bale collecting device 113 includes one first bale packing table 117 and two second bale packing tables 133. And the second straight line segment 149 and the fourth straight line segment 157 can be only correspondingly provided with a plurality of side-by-side temporary storage boxes 107, and the packet collecting processing is carried out manually or in other ways. Through the arrangement of the plurality of bag collecting devices 113 on the first straight line section 145 and the third straight line section 153, on one hand, the internal space of the annular track 103 can be fully utilized, the space utilization rate is improved, and on the other hand, a plurality of operators can carry out bag collecting operation at the same time, so that the bag collecting efficiency is effectively improved.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the packet collecting device 113 may be correspondingly disposed on each straight line segment to further improve the packet collecting efficiency, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the bag collecting device 113 further includes a second conveying device 177. The second conveying device 177 includes a sixth belt conveyor 179, the sixth belt conveyor 179 is identical to the first belt conveyor 119 in structure, and a starting end of the sixth belt conveyor 179 is disposed adjacent to the first packing table 117 and configured to discharge the packing bag packed at the first packing table 117. the bag collecting equipment comprises a first conveying device and a first packing platform which are connected, wherein the first conveying device is communicated with each temporary storage box and is used for receiving the articles output by the temporary storage boxes and conveying the articles to the first packing platform.
