The tooling plate backflow conveying motor 6-4 conveys the tooling plate to flow back to the tooling plate lifting conveying device 7 through the main transmission shaft III 6-2, the driving synchronous pulley III 6-5 and the driven synchronous pulley 6-8 to drive the synchronous belt III 6-1.

The tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5 is arranged on the tooling plate lifting guide rail 7-3 through a tooling plate lifting slide block 7-12, and the tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5 is connected with a tooling plate lifting screw rod 7-2 through a nut 7-10.
The tooling support plate 7-6 is arranged on the tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5, a tooling plate conveying motor 7-9 and a transmission shaft 7-13 are arranged on the tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5 at one side of the tooling support plate 7-6, two tooling plate conveying driving synchronous pulleys 7-11 are arranged on the transmission shaft 7-13, and two tooling plate conveying driven synchronous pulleys 7-8 are arranged on the tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5 at the other side of the tooling support plate 7-6.
The tooling plate conveying synchronous belt 7-7 is sleeved on the tooling plate conveying driving synchronous belt pulley 7-11 and the tooling plate conveying driven synchronous belt pulley 7-8 and is sleeved outside the tooling support plate 7-6.
When the tooling plate lifting and conveying device 7 works, a tooling support plate 7-6 and a tooling plate conveying synchronous belt 7-7 on the upper portion of a tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5 receive a tooling plate 8 which is conveyed by a synchronous belt III 6-1 of the tooling plate backflow conveying device 6 in a backflow mode, a tooling plate lifting motor 7-4 is started, the tooling plate lifting motor 7-4 drives the tooling plate conveying bracket 7-5, the upper tooling support plate 7-6 and the tooling plate conveying synchronous belt 7-7 through a tooling plate lifting screw 7-2 and a nut 7-10, and the tooling plate 8 conveyed in the backflow mode is lifted together to the position which is flush with the honeycomb ceramic material cutting and conveying device 4.
