The circular belt driving roller 3-6 is arranged on a bottom plate 3-1 on one side of the metal plate flow strip 3-2, an output shaft of a belt transmission motor 3-5 is connected with the circular belt driving roller 3-6, a transmission circular belt 3-4 is embedded in a circular belt transmission groove 3-14 of the supporting plate 3-3, one end of the transmission circular belt 3-4 is sleeved on the circular belt driving roller 3-6, the other end of the transmission circular belt is sleeved on a driven wheel 3-8 of a transmission shaft 3-13, the belt transmission motor 3-5 drives the transmission circular belt 3-4 through the circular belt driving roller 3-6 and the driven wheel 3-8, and a tool 10 on the transmission supporting plate 3-3 and a honeycomb ceramic blank borne by the tool 10 are transmitted forwards. And a positioning cylinder 3-9 is arranged on a bottom plate 3-1 on two sides of the metal plate fluency strip 3-2 and is used for positioning the tool 10 and the honeycomb ceramic blank loaded by the tool 10.
The lower part of the bottom plate 3-1 is provided with a plurality of groups of circular belt tensioning mechanisms for tensioning the transmission circular belts 3-4. The circular belt tensioning mechanism is provided with a support shaft 3-12, a plurality of tensioning support rods 3-11 are arranged on the support shaft 3-12, tensioning wheels 3-10 are arranged at the end parts of the tensioning support rods 3-11, and a transmission circular belt 3-4 is tensioned through the tensioning wheels 3-10, so that the transmission circular belt is not loosened in the transmission process, and the transmission force is improved.
The cutting device 4 comprises a linear module 4-1, an auxiliary rail 4-2, a mounting rack 4-3, a connecting plate 4-4, a cutting wire electric cylinder 4-5, an electric cylinder mounting rack 4-6, a cutting wheel support rod connecting plate 4-7, a cutting wheel support rod 4-8, a cutting wire winding motor 4-9, a cutting wire winding wheel 4-10, a cutting wire 4-11, a cutting wire winding wheel 4-12, a tensioning spring 4-13, a linear bearing 4-14 and a broken wire detection mechanism 4-15.
The cutting device 4 is arranged on the upper part of a bottom plate 3-1 of the belt transmission device 3 through a mounting frame 4-3. The cutting device 4 is provided with at least one set.
The cutting wire electric cylinder 4-5 is installed on the upper portion of an electric cylinder installation frame 4-6, the electric cylinder installation frame 4-6 is installed on the upper portion of a connection plate 4-4, a straight line module 4-1 and an auxiliary rail 4-2 are installed on the two sides of an installation support 4-3 respectively, one side of the lower portion of the connection plate 4-4 is installed on the straight line module 4-1 through a sliding block, and the other side of the lower portion of the connection plate 4-4 is installed on the auxiliary rail 4-2 through the sliding block. The linear module is provided with a linear guide rail, a sliding block, a lead screw and a transmission motor.
Two cutting wheel support rods 4-8 are arranged on the connecting plate 4-4 through linear bearings 4-14, cutting wire passing wheels 4-12 are arranged at the lower ends of the cutting wheel support rods 4-8, and cutting wires 4-11 are arranged on the upper portions of the cutting wheel support rods 4-8 through the cutting wire passing wheels 4-12.
The cutting wheel support rod connecting plate 4-7 is connected with a cutting wire electric cylinder 4-5 pushing rod, the cutting wire electric cylinder 4-5 pushes the cutting wheel support rod connecting plate 4-7, the cutting wire support rod 4-8, the cutting wire threading wheel 4-12 and the cutting wire 4-11 to slide up and down, and the honeycomb ceramic blank is cut into a honeycomb ceramic blank according to the designed size.
The lower end part between the cutting wire support rod 4-8 and the cutting wire passing wheel 4-12 is provided with a tensioning spring 4-13 for tensioning the cutting wire 4-11.
Two cutting wire winding motors 4-9 are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the two sides of the electric cylinder mounting rack 4-6, cutting wire winding wheels 4-10 are arranged at the end parts of output shafts of the cutting wire winding motors, and wire breakage detection mechanisms 4-15 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate 4-4. One side of the connecting plate 4-4, which is close to the broken wire detection mechanism 4-15, is provided with a wire passing groove 4-16 for the cutting wire 4-11 to pass through.
The broken wire detection mechanism 4-15 is provided with a wire passing wheel support 4-15-1, a cutting wire transition wheel 4-15-2 is arranged at the upper part of the wire passing wheel support 4-15-1, two sliding shafts 4-15-5 are arranged in the middle of the wire passing wheel support 4-15-1, a linear bearing seat 4-5-4 is sleeved on the two sliding shafts 4-15-5 through linear bearings, a cutting wire tension wheel 4-15-3 is arranged on the linear bearing seat 4-5-4, and a spring 4-15-6 is sleeved on the sliding shaft 4-15-5. A broken line sensor 4-15-8 is arranged on one side of the line wheel bracket 4-15-1, and a broken line induction sheet 4-15-7 is arranged on a linear bearing seat 4-5-4 on one side close to the broken line sensor 4-15-8. The middle part of the cutting wire 4-11 is sleeved on the cutting wire passing wheel 4-12 at the lower end part of the support rod 4-8 of the two cutting wheels, and the two ends of the cutting wire respectively pass through the wire breakage detection mechanism 4-15 and are wound on the cutting wire winding wheels 4-10 at the two sides of the electric cylinder mounting rack 4-6.
When the cutting device 4 is matched with the automatic honeycomb ceramic cutting machine to work, under the control of a PLC (programmable logic controller), a motor of a linear module 4-1 operates to drive a connecting plate 4-4 and cutting mechanisms such as a cutting wire 4-11, a cutting wheel support rod 4-8 and an electric cylinder mounting rack 4-6 which are arranged on the connecting plate to move along a guide rail and an auxiliary rail 4-2, the length of a honeycomb ceramic blank to be cut is adjusted according to design requirements, signals are detected by position sensors 3-15 of a belt transmission device 3, a PLC starting signal, an accelerating signal and a return signal are given, and the cutting action is finished. The cutting wire winding motors 4-9 are started to drive the cutting wire winding wheels 4-10 to wind wires, because the two cutting wire winding motors 4-9 are in the same operation direction and are wound one by one, the two cutting wire winding motors 4-9 are regularly and alternately operated in a positive and negative direction, the cutting wires 4-11 rapidly move between the cutting wire winding wheels 4-12, meanwhile, the cutting wire electric cylinder 4-5 is started, a cutting wire electric cylinder push rod pushes a cutting wheel support rod connecting plate 4-7, a cutting plate wheel support rod 4-8, a cutting wire winding wheel 4-12, the cutting wires 4-11 and the cutting wires 4-11 moving at a high speed, and a transmission circular belt 3-4 of the belt transmission device 3 is transmitted to a honeycomb ceramic blank loaded on the tool 10 to be cut into a honeycomb ceramic blank with the required specification length.
If the cutting wire 4-11 breaks the wire in the cutting process, the cutting wire wound on the cutting wire tensioning 4-15-3 loses upward tension due to the wire breakage, the linear bearing seat 4-5-4 and the wire breakage induction sheet 4-15-7 installed on one side fall into the induction notch on the wire breakage sensor 4-15-8, the wire breakage induction sensor 4-15-8 transmits a wire breakage signal to the PLC, the cutting wire winding motor 4-9 stops running under the control of the PLC controllable programming, and the normal working state is recovered after the wire breakage fault is repaired.
The turnover device 6 comprises a receiving tray turnover mechanism 6-1, a receiving turnover mechanism 6-2, a receiving tray turnover transmission motor 6-3, a synchronous belt I6-5, a synchronous belt pulley I6-14, a photoelectric sensor I6-9, a turnover sensing piece I6-7, a receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4, a synchronous belt II 6-6, a synchronous belt pulley II 6-15, a photoelectric sensor II 6-10, a turnover sensing piece II 6-8, a turnover support shaft 6-12 and a turnover support frame 6-13.
The material receiving and turning mechanism 6-2 is arranged at the front end of the belt transmission device 3. The material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 comprises a material receiving disc baffle plate II 6-2-1, a material receiving disc base plate II 6-2-2 and a turnover connecting plate II 6-2-4. The second receiving tray baffle 6-2-1 and the second receiving tray backing plate 6-2-2 are combined into a group. The material receiving plate backing plate II 6-2-2 is provided with a material receiving fluency strip II 6-2-3. The second material receiving fluency strip 6-2-3 is provided with a plurality of rollers, which is convenient for the material receiving disc 11 to slide. A receiving tray clamping groove 6-2-5 is arranged between the receiving tray baffle plate II 6-2-1 and the receiving tray backing plate II 6-2-2 and used for clamping the receiving tray 11.
The second receiving tray baffle 6-2-1 and the second receiving tray backing plate 6-2-2 are arranged into four groups, and the two groups are distributed at 90 degrees. The two sides of the receiving tray baffle plate II 6-2-1 and the two sides of the receiving tray backing plate II 6-2-2 are fixedly arranged on the turning connecting plate II 6-2-4, the turning connecting plate II 6-2-4 is provided with a shaft hole,
the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 is arranged on a turnover support shaft 6-12 through a shaft hole, and the turnover support shaft 6-12 is arranged on the machine frame 1 through a turnover support frame 6-13.
A synchronous belt wheel II 6-15 is arranged on one side of the turnover connecting plate II 6-2-4, and a photoelectric sensor II 6-10 is arranged on the machine frame 1 close to one side of the synchronous belt wheel II 6-15. The turning induction sheets 6-8 are provided with 4 sheets which are respectively arranged at one side of the second synchronizing wheel 6-15, and the included angle between the two sheets is 90 degrees.
The material receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 1, the material receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4 drives the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 to turn over the material receiving belt transmission device 3 to transmit through the synchronous belt pulley II 6-6 and the synchronous belt pulley II 6-15, and the cut honeycomb ceramic blank and the material receiving disc 11 are obtained.
When the transmission material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 works, the synchronous belt pulley II 6-15 rotates for 90 degrees, the turnover induction sheet II 6-8 is turned into a notch of the photoelectric inductor 6-10, the photoelectric inductor 6-10 transmits signals to the PLC, the controller controls the material receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4 to stop the rotation of the material receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4, an operator takes the honeycomb ceramic blank cut on the material receiving disc 11 and the material receiving disc 11 from the rotary material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2, and the honeycomb ceramic blank is sent to a next process for further processing; after the receiving disc 11 is cleaned, the round belt II 9-8 is transmitted to the receiving disc turnover mechanism 6-1 through the receiving disc transmission round belt II of the receiving disc reflux device in a reflux mode, and then the round belt II flows back to the receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 to receive the honeycomb ceramic blank, and the honeycomb ceramic blank enters a new cycle.
The material receiving plate turnover mechanism 6-1 is arranged on the left side of the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2. The receiving tray overturning transmission mechanism 6-1 comprises a receiving tray baffle plate I6-1-1, a receiving tray base plate I6-1-2 and an overturning connecting plate I6-1-4. The receiving tray baffle plate I6-1-1 and the receiving tray backing plate I6-1-2 are combined into a group. The material receiving tray backing plate I6-1-2 is provided with a material receiving fluency strip I6-1-3, and the material receiving fluency strip I6-1-3 is provided with a plurality of rollers to facilitate the sliding of the material receiving tray 11.
A receiving tray clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 is arranged between the receiving tray baffle plate 6-1-1 and the receiving tray backing plate 6-1-2. The bottom surface of the receiving tray clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 is a sliding inclined surface. When the material receiving disc overturning mechanism 6-1 rotates 1 station to align with the material receiving disc clamping groove 6-2-5 of the material receiving overturning mechanism 6-2, the material receiving disc 11 can smoothly slide into the material receiving disc clamping groove 6-2-5 along the bottom inclined plane of the material receiving disc clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 due to the action of the sliding inclined plane, and is used for receiving the cut honeycomb ceramic blank.
Four groups of the receiving tray baffle I6-1-1 and the receiving tray backing plate I6-1-2 are arranged, the two groups are distributed at 90 degrees, two sides of the receiving tray baffle I6-1-1 and two sides of the receiving tray backing plate I6-1-2 are fixedly arranged on the turning connecting plate I6-1-4, a shaft hole is formed in the turning connecting plate I6-1-4, the receiving tray turning mechanism 6-1 is arranged on the turning support shaft 6-12 through the shaft hole, and the turning support shaft 6-12 is arranged on the rack 1 through the turning support frame 6-13.
A synchronous belt wheel I6-14 is arranged on one side of the turnover connecting plate I6-1-4, a turnover sensing piece I6-7 is arranged on the outer side of the synchronous belt wheel I6-14, and a photoelectric sensor I6-9 is arranged on the rack 1 close to one side of the synchronous belt wheel I6-14. The first turning induction sheet 6-7 is provided with 4 turning induction sheets which are respectively arranged at one side of the first synchronous belt wheel 6-14, the included angle between the first turning induction sheet 6-7 and the second turning induction sheet 6-7 is 90 degrees, and the first turning induction sheet corresponds to four groups consisting of the first receiving tray baffle plate 6-1-1 and the first receiving tray backing plate 6-1-2.
The take-up pan overturning transmission motor 6-3 is arranged at the lower part of the frame 1, and the take-up pan overturning transmission motor 6-3 transmits the take-up pan overturning mechanism 6-1 and the take-up pan 11 conveyed by the take-up pan refluxing device 9 through a motor synchronous pulley 6-11, a synchronous belt I6-5 and a synchronous pulley I6-14.
The receiving tray clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 is aligned with the receiving tray clamping groove 6-2-5 of the receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 during turnover, and the receiving tray 11 can slide into the receiving tray clamping groove 6-2-5 along the bottom inclined surface of the receiving tray clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 to receive the cut honeycomb ceramic blanks transmitted from the belt transmission device 3 because the bottom surface of the receiving tray clamping sliding groove 6-1-5 is a sliding inclined surface.
The material shifting device 7 is arranged on one side of the material receiving and overturning mechanism 6-2 of the overturning device 6. The material shifting device 7 comprises a material shifting plate lifting cylinder 7-1, a material shifting plate 7-3, a material shifting plate lifting guide rail 7-8, a material shifting plate sliding block 7-9, a material shifting cylinder 7-2, a material shifting cylinder mounting bottom plate 7-4, a sliding block 7-5, a guide rail 7-6, a guide rail mounting plate 7-7, a material shifting cylinder mounting frame 7-12, a transition plate 7-10 and a photoelectric sensing switch 7-11.
A material shifting cylinder mounting bottom plate 7-4 is mounted on the rack 1 at one side of the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 through a material shifting cylinder mounting 7-12, the material shifting cylinder 7-2 is mounted on the material shifting cylinder mounting bottom plate 7-4, the front end of a piston push rod of the material shifting cylinder 7-2 is connected with a guide rail mounting plate 7-7, two sliding blocks 7-5 are fixedly mounted at the front part of the material shifting cylinder mounting bottom plate 7-4, and two guide rails 7-6 are mounted at the bottom of the guide rail mounting plate 7-7; the guide rail 7-6 is matched with the slide block 7-5. The front end part of the guide rail mounting plate 7-7 is provided with a material shifting plate 7-3, the material shifting plate 7-3 is matched with a material shifting plate lifting guide rail 7-8 through a material shifting plate sliding block 7-9, a piston push rod at the front end part of a material shifting plate lifting cylinder 7-1 is connected with the material shifting plate 7-3, and the material shifting plate 7-3 can be lifted up and down along the material shifting plate lifting guide rail 7-8 through the material shifting plate sliding block 7-9 under the pushing of the material shifting plate lifting cylinder 7-1. A transition plate 7-10 is arranged on a material shifting cylinder mounting rack 7-12 at the lower part of the material shifting cylinder mounting bottom plate 7-4, and a tool photoelectric sensing switch 7-11 is arranged on the material shifting cylinder mounting rack 7-12 at one side of the transition plate 7-10.
When the material stirring device is matched with the honeycomb ceramic automatic cutting machine to work, when the belt transmission device 3 is used, the tool 10 and a load-bearing cut honeycomb ceramic blank are conveyed to the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2 of the turnover device 6, the honeycomb ceramic blank is received by the material receiving disc 11 and is conveyed to the material receiving disc reflux device 9 through the transmission of the material receiving turnover transmission motor 6-4 of the material receiving turnover mechanism 6-2, and then the honeycomb ceramic blank is conveyed to the next process. The tool 10 is left on the supporting plate 3-3, the material shifting cylinder 7-2 works under the control of the controller, and the material shifting cylinder 7-2 is pulled backwards to drive the front-end material shifting plate 7-3 to shift the tool 10 to the transition plate 7-10 and to be shifted to a tool backing plate 8-1 of the tool turnover device 8 through the transition plate 7-10.
When the material shifting cylinder 7-2 pushes the material shifting plate 7-3 forwards to return to the initial position, the material shifting plate lifting cylinder 7-1 works to lift the material shifting plate 7-3, when the belt transmission device 3 conveys the tool 10 together with the bearing honeycomb ceramic blank to the turnover device 6, the material shifting plate lifting cylinder 7-12 works to push the material shifting plate 7-3 downwards, the material shifting cylinder 7-2 works to shift the tool 11 conveying the honeycomb ceramic blank to the transition plate 7-10, and the material shifting process is repeated.
The tool overturning device comprises a tool base plate 8-1, a backflow overturning shaft 8-2, a backflow overturning bearing seat 8-3, a stepping motor 8-4, a first synchronous belt pulley 8-5, a synchronous belt 8-6, a second synchronous belt pulley 8-7, a stepping motor mounting plate 8-11, a tool metal plate fluency strip 8-8, a fluency strip mounting frame 8-9 and a tool deflector rod 8-10.
The tool backing plate 8-1 is provided with 4 pieces which are vertically assembled and installed on a backflow overturning shaft 8-2, the backflow overturning shaft 8-2 is installed on a tool discharge port rack 1 of a transition plate 7-10 of a tool material shifting device 7 through a backflow overturning bearing seat 8-3, and a tool 11 is shifted onto the tool backing plate 8-1 through the transition plate 7-10. A tool deflector rod 8-10 is arranged on the tool backing plate 8-1. One end of the reflux overturning shaft 8-2 is provided with a synchronous belt wheel II 8-7.
The stepping motor 8-4 is installed on the lower portion of the rack 1 through a stepping motor installation plate 8-11, a synchronous belt wheel II 8-7 is installed at the output shaft end of the stepping motor 8-4, the stepping motor 8-4 drives the backflow overturning shaft 8-2 through a synchronous belt wheel I8-5, a synchronous belt 8-6 and a synchronous belt wheel II 8-7 to drive the tool backing plate 8-1 to overturn, and the tool 11 on the tool backing plate is overturned on the tool metal plate fluent metal strip 8-8 through matching with a tool deflector rod 8-10. The tooling metal plate fluency strips 8-8 are obliquely arranged at the feed end of the belt reflux device 5 through fluency strip mounting frames 8-9.
The tool sheet metal fluency strip 8-8 is provided with a plurality of rotating rollers, so that the tool 11 can slide onto the conveying belt 5-2 of the belt reflux device 5 along the tool sheet metal fluency strip 8-8 conveniently.
The belt reflux device 5 comprises a reflux mounting base plate 5-1, a reflux driving roller 5-4, a reflux driven roller 5-5, a conveying belt 5-2 and a belt reflux transmission motor 5-3. The backflow mounting base plate 5-1 is mounted on a rack 1 on one side of the belt transmission device 3, the backflow driving roller 5-4 is mounted on the backflow mounting base plate 5-1 close to one end of the tool turning device 8 through a bearing seat, the backflow driven roller 5-5 is mounted on the backflow mounting base plate 5-1 close to one end of the tool distributing device 2 through a bearing seat, two ends of the transmission belt 5-2 are respectively sleeved on the backflow driving roller 5-3 and the backflow driven roller 5-5, and one end of the backflow driving roller 5-4 is provided with a synchronous belt wheel. The belt backflow transmission motor 5-3 transmits a synchronous belt 5-7 through backflow transmission, the synchronous belt wheel transmits a backflow driving roller 5-4, the backflow driving roller 5-4 drives a conveying belt 5-2 and a backflow driven roller 5-5 to run, the conveying tool 10 is conveyed to the tool distributing device 2, and the tool pushing cylinder 2-3 pushes the tool pushing cylinder 2-3 to the tool distributing workbench 2-1 to bear honeycomb ceramic blanks.
The material receiving disc reflux device 9 comprises a material receiving disc support plate I9-1, a material receiving disc transmission circular belt I9-7, a material receiving disc transmission driving roller I9-12, a material receiving disc reflux motor I9-5, a material receiving disc reflux motor mounting seat I9-16, a material receiving disc transmission synchronous pulley I9-18, a material receiving disc transmission step belt I9-14, a material receiving disc transmission synchronous pulley II 9-19, a material receiving disc support plate II 9-2, a material receiving disc transmission circular belt II 9-8, a material receiving disc transmission driving roller II 9-4, a material receiving disc transmission driven roller II 9-13, a material receiving disc transmission circular belt II 9-8, a material receiving disc reflux transmission motor II 9-6, a material receiving disc motor mounting seat II 9-9, a material receiving disc transmission synchronous pulley III 9-20 and a material receiving disc transmission synchronous belt II 9-15, the take-up pan transmission synchronous pulley is four 9-21, take-up pan transmission circular belt straining device.
