The first transfer mechanism 131 is located below the hopper 130 and is disposed corresponding to the discharge hole 1301 of the hopper 130 so as to receive the material discharged from the hopper 130. After the material is weighed on the first conveyor 131, the material is conveyed to a charging port 1311 at the end of the first conveyor 131. The charging port 1311 is located at an end of the first transfer mechanism 131 near the rear of the tank 11, and the charging device 132 is provided at the charging port 1311 for performing a charging operation. In operation, the material containing bag is set at the charging device 132, so that the material transferred to the charging port 1311 on the first transfer mechanism 131 passes through the charging device 132 and enters the material containing bag, and charging is completed. Wherein the charging device 132 can clamp the material containing bag for charging.
The second transfer mechanism 133 is disposed below the charging device 132, and the end of the second transfer mechanism 133 is located near the rear end of the box 11. After the charging is completed, the charging device 132 releases the material containing bag, drops the material containing bag onto the second transfer mechanism 133, and transfers the material containing bag to the rear portion of the housing 11 through the second transfer mechanism 133. The second conveying mechanism 133 is provided with a packaging device 134, and the packaged material accommodating bag on the second conveying mechanism 133 is packaged by the packaging device 134 to form a finished bagged material. The tail part of the box body 11 is provided with a tail door 113, and the finished bagged materials are conveyed to a position close to the tail door 113 and conveyed outwards. Wherein the encapsulation device 134 is remote from the charging device 132 to prevent interference during operation.
Further, two discharge ports 1301 are arranged at the bottom of the hopper 130, a first conveying mechanism 131 is correspondingly arranged at each discharge port 1301, a charging device 132 is arranged at the tail end of each first conveying mechanism 131, a second conveying mechanism 133 is correspondingly arranged below each first conveying mechanism 131, a packaging device 134 is arranged at a position, far away from the charging device 132, of each second conveying mechanism 133, namely, a group of production lines are correspondingly formed below each discharge port 1301, so that operation can be simultaneously performed through multiple groups of production lines, and the filling efficiency of the single material filling equipment 1 is improved. It should be noted that the number of the discharge holes 1301 may be other numbers greater than two.

In the present embodiment, a material filling apparatus 1 is provided, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, 7 and 8, the material filling apparatus 1 includes a tank 11 and a material filling device 13.
The box body 11 serves as a base body of the material filling equipment 1 and is used for installing the material filling device 13 and providing an operation space for material filling operation. The material filling apparatus 13 includes a hopper 130, a first transfer mechanism 131, a charging device 132, a second transfer mechanism 133, and a packaging device 134. An opening is arranged at the top of the box body 11, a hopper 130 corresponding to the opening is arranged in the box body 11, and the hopper 130 is positioned at the position close to the front end of the box body 11; the open end of the hopper 130 is connected with the opening of the box 11, so that the hopper 130 is communicated with the outside, and two discharge ports 1301 are arranged at the bottom of the hopper 130, so that when an external loading machine discharges materials into the hopper 130, the materials can be discharged into the box 11 through the discharge ports 1301.
Specifically, one first conveying mechanism 131 is arranged in the box body 11 corresponding to each discharge port 1301, and the first conveying mechanism 131 is positioned below the hopper 130 so as to receive the materials discharged from the hopper 130. After the material is weighed on the first conveyor 131, the material is conveyed to a charging port 1311 at the end of the first conveyor 131. The charging port 1311 is provided with a charging device for performing a charging operation. In operation, the material-containing bag is set in the loading device 132, so that the material transferred from the first transfer mechanism 131 to the loading port 1311 passes through the loading device 132 and enters the material-containing bag, and loading is completed. The charging device 132 may clamp the material containing bag for charging. The second transfer mechanism 133 is disposed below the charging device 132, and the end of the second transfer mechanism 133 is located near the rear end of the box 11. After the charging is completed, the charging device 132 releases the material containing bag, drops the material containing bag onto the second transfer mechanism 133, and transfers the material containing bag to the rear portion of the housing 11 through the second transfer mechanism 133. The second conveying mechanism 133 is provided with a packaging device 134, and the packaging device 134 packages the filled material containing bag on the second conveying mechanism 133 to form a finished bagged material. The tail part of the box body 11 is provided with a tail door 113, and the finished bagged materials are conveyed to a position close to the tail door 113 and conveyed outwards. Wherein the encapsulation device 134 is remote from the charging device 132 to prevent interference during operation. It should be noted that the number of the discharge ports 1301 may be other numbers than two, and accordingly, a set of production lines including the first conveying mechanism 131, the loading device 132, the second conveying mechanism 133 and the packaging device 134 is correspondingly arranged below each discharge port 1301.
Two sides of the case 11 in the width direction are respectively provided with a widening device 14 for adjusting the width of the case 11. The widening means 14 comprises a widening 141 and a drive mechanism 142. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the widened portion 141 is a box-shaped structure, in the width direction of the box body 11, one side of the widened portion 141 close to the box body 11 communicates with the box body 11, and the widened portion 141 extends into the box body 11 from one side of the box body 11; the bottom of the widened portion 141 is provided with a roller 1411, and the roller 1411 is disposed on the bottom plate 112 of the box body 11, so that the widened portion 141 can move relative to the bottom plate 112 of the box body 11 along the width direction, and the space of the widened portion 141 is overlapped with the original space in the box body 11, thereby increasing the overall operation space. The driving mechanism 142 includes at least one hydraulic cylinder 1421 disposed on the bottom plate 112 of the box 11, and a driving end of the hydraulic cylinder 1421 is connected to the widened portion 141, so as to drive the widened portion 141 to extend outward or retract inward in the width direction of the box 11 through the telescopic movement of the hydraulic cylinder 1421, so as to expand the width of the box 11. The number of hydraulic cylinders 1421 is set according to the size of the widening section 141, and when the number of hydraulic cylinders 1421 is large, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders 1421 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the housing 11. The widened portion 141 covers at least a portion of the side surface of the box 11, that is, the widened portion 141 may only widen a portion of the side surface of the box 11, or may widen the entire side surface of the box 11, and may be specifically configured according to the operation requirement.
When the tank body 11 is assembled on the special vehicle 2, the adjustment can be performed according to the working state of the special vehicle 2, for example, when the special vehicle 2 travels to a working site to perform filling operation, the driving mechanism 142 is operated to drive the widening portion 141 to be outwardly expanded relative to the tank body 11, so as to increase the width of the tank body 11 (as shown in fig. 3), so that the working space of the tank body 11 is increased, on one hand, the filling working space is increased, and on the other hand, a space is provided for arranging a plurality of groups of material filling devices 13 in the tank body 11; during transportation of the special vehicle 2, the widened portion 141 is retracted by operating the driving mechanism 142 to restore the housing 11 to a normal width (as shown in fig. 2) to meet the relevant width limit specification, so as to facilitate transportation and prevent interference with vehicles in and out during traveling.
As shown in fig. 4, an entrance 1412 is provided at a rear side of the widened portion 141 in a longitudinal direction of the cabinet 11, and a door body 1413 for opening or closing the entrance 1412 is provided at the entrance 1412 to facilitate an operator to get in or out. The door 1413 may be a convertible door, and the convertible door is rotatably connected to the top, bottom, or side wall of the widened portion 141, so as to open or close the gateway 1412 through the rotation of the convertible door relative to the widened portion 141, which is simple in structure and easy to implement. It should be noted that the door 1413 may also be a roller shutter door or another type of door. Further, the doorway 1412 and the door body 1413 may be provided on the front side of the widened portion 141 in the longitudinal direction, or the doorway 1412 and the door body 1413 may be provided on both the front side and the rear side of the widened portion 141.
In another implementation of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, each widening 141 comprises two flaps 1414, and the two flaps 1414 are pivotally connected to the top and bottom panels 111, 112, respectively, of the box 11, such that the widening means 14 is integrally formed as a split structure. The side of the box 11 is communicated with the outside by the rotation of the flap 1414 relative to the box 11, so that in the unfolded state, the flap 1414 is located near the bottom plate 112 of the box 11, providing an operating space for the filling operation, and at this time, an operator can stand on the flap 1414 to operate, thereby freeing up the space inside the box 11 originally used for arranging the operator, and providing a space for arranging more production lines. Meanwhile, the size of a single flap 1414 can be reduced, the space occupied by the flap 1414 in the open state is reduced, and the possibility of interference between the flap 1414 and external objects is reduced. The driving mechanism 142 includes at least one pneumatic cylinder 1422, one end of the pneumatic cylinder 1422 is disposed on the side of the box 11, and the other end is rotatably connected to the flap 1414 to drive the flap 1414 to turn relative to the box 11, so as to widen the box 11.

In the present embodiment, a special vehicle 2 is provided, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the special vehicle 2 includes a vehicle body 21 and the material filling apparatus 1 in any one of the above embodiments.
The vehicle body 21 is provided with a chassis 211 capable of bearing a cargo box so as to assemble the material filling device 1, and the material filling device 1 is arranged on the chassis 211 along the length direction of the vehicle body 21 so as to realize vehicle-mounted transportation of the material filling device 1. Wherein, the box 11 of the material filling equipment 1 is provided with the widening device 14, and when the vehicle body 21 runs to the filling operation site, the operation space of the box 11 is enlarged by operating the widening device 14, so that the filling operation is conveniently carried out by an operator, and meanwhile, a space is provided for arranging more production lines. During the running of the vehicle body 21, the width of the box body 11 is restored to the original state by operating the widening device 14 so as to meet the relevant width limiting regulation, and the vehicle can run normally on the road and prevent interference with the vehicles coming and going. Wherein, material filling equipment 1 can be dismantled with the chassis 211 of automobile body 21 and be connected to assemble with different automobile bodies 21 in material filling equipment 1, in order to improve the commonality ability.
It should be noted that the chassis 211 of the vehicle body 21 may be a pull arm hook type chassis 211, and the material filling apparatus 1 is dragged to move by a self-carried pull arm hook, so as to facilitate the assembly between the material filling apparatus 1 and the chassis 211. Of course, the chassis 211 of the body 21 may also be the chassis 211 of a common cargo vehicle, and the assembly between the material filling apparatus 1 and the chassis 211 is realized by an external hoisting machine.
