技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锁紧液压缸，特别是任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸。
背景技术
目前通过缸筒锁紧胀块的锁紧液压缸，缸筒内壁有被胀块拉伤、损坏的隐患，影响正常使用，且解锁油口在活塞杆的外端，解锁油管需随杆头移动，不便于油管的布置；碟簧式锁紧缸，因碟簧弹力减弱或失效，影响锁紧缸的可靠性；且现有的锁紧缸本身没有设置定位装置，不能确定锁紧活塞杆的位置，使用不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述不足，提供一种任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，它具有保证正常使用、油管布置方便的优点，且锁紧可靠，可确定锁紧活塞杆的位置，使用方便。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，包括缸底、缸筒、有杆腔油口、无杆腔油口、导向套、活塞杆及活塞，其特征在于：缸筒前端固联有锁紧缸筒，锁紧缸筒内圆固设有一段锁紧圈，活塞杆的前端穿过锁紧缸筒并与锁紧圈呈过盈配合，锁紧缸筒内设有解锁油口，解锁油口径向穿过锁紧圈，锁紧圈内圆设有与解锁油口相连的螺旋槽；
使用时，初始状态，锁紧圈锁紧活塞杆；解锁时，由解锁油路通入高压油，并经螺旋槽推动整个锁紧圈向外均匀胀开，可移动活塞杆，实现解锁；本实用新型锁紧时，锁紧圈与活塞杆无相对移动，不会拉伤活塞杆，也不伤及缸筒，保证正常使用，加上解锁油口固定，油管布置方便，且一旦解锁油路失压，锁紧圈自动复位，锁紧可靠；
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述锁紧圈为耐磨材料铜合金；可提高锁紧力；
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述锁紧圈两侧的锁紧缸筒内圆均设有密封圈；可提高对解锁油液的密封性；
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述缸底设有位移传感器，位移传感器的磁环固设于活塞内侧的活塞杆上，位移传感器的检测杆穿过缸底设于活塞杆内；可确定锁紧活塞杆的位置，使用方便；
综上所述，本实用新型具有保证正常使用、油管布置方便的优点，且锁紧可靠，可确定锁紧活塞杆的位置，使用方便。

如图1所示，该实施例的任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，包括缸底1、缸筒2、有杆腔油口3、无杆腔油口4、导向套5、活塞杆6及活塞7，缸筒2前端通过螺栓固联有锁紧缸筒8，锁紧缸筒8内圆固设有一段锁紧圈9，锁紧圈9为耐磨材料铜合金，活塞杆6的前端穿过锁紧缸筒8并与锁紧圈9呈过盈配合，锁紧缸筒8内设有解锁油口10，解锁油口10径向穿过锁紧圈9，锁紧圈9内圆设有与解锁油口10相连的螺旋槽11；锁紧圈9两侧的锁紧缸筒8内圆均设有密封圈12；缸底1设有位移传感器13，位移传感器13的磁环14通过紧定螺钉固设于活塞7内侧的活塞杆6上，位移传感器13的检测杆15穿过缸底1设于活塞杆6内；
使用时，初始状态，锁紧圈9由于过盈配合锁紧活塞杆6；解锁时，由解锁油路10通入高压油，并经螺旋槽11推动整个锁紧圈9向外均匀胀开，可移动活塞杆6，实现解锁；本实用新型锁紧时，锁紧圈9与活塞杆6无相对移动，不会拉伤活塞杆6，也不伤及缸筒2，可保证正常使用，加上固设的解锁油口10，油管布置方便，且一旦解锁油路失压，锁紧圈9自动复位，锁紧可靠；密封圈12可提高对解锁油液的密封性；位移传感器13可确定锁紧时活塞杆6的位置，使用方便。

1.一种任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，包括缸底、缸筒、有杆腔油口、无杆腔油口、导向套、活塞杆及活塞，其特征在于：缸筒前端固联有锁紧缸筒，锁紧缸筒内圆固设有一段锁紧圈，活塞杆的前端穿过锁紧缸筒并与锁紧圈呈过盈配合，锁紧缸筒内设有解锁油口，解锁油口径向穿过锁紧圈，锁紧圈内圆设有与解锁油口相连的螺旋槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，其特征在于：所述锁紧圈为耐磨材料铜合金。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，其特征在于：所述锁紧圈两侧的锁紧缸筒内圆均设有密封圈。
4.如权利要求3所述的任意位置可锁紧活塞杆的液压缸，其特征在于：所述缸底设有位移传感器，位移传感器的磁环固设于活塞内侧的活塞杆上，位移传感器的检测杆穿过缸底设于活塞杆内。
