Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种切除电缆外皮的工具。
这种电缆切皮刀是由刀杆(2)、固定刀头(5、6、10)和
可在刀杆上滑动的电缆定位块(4、7)组成。这种装
置，可完成直径等于和大于Φ5的电缆的切皮工作，
具有结构简单、使用方便、切口美观、生产效率高等特
点。每小时可完成100～200根电缆头的剥皮工
作。
Description
本实用新型属于工具类，是一种切除电缆外皮的切刀。
电缆的外层为塑胶绝缘材料作成的外皮，中心为多股有绝缘层的芯线，外层和中心间夹有一层屏闭金属网。在接线使用中，都要去除电缆接线头的塑胶外皮，将一股股导线的芯线头裸露出，有时还要去掉一部分屏闭金属网，才能接线或作挂锡等其它处理。对于直径为φ3.6mm以下的导线，可以用已有的剥线钳完成去皮任务。对于直径大于φ3.6mm的导线，如φ5、φ8、φ10、φ14、φ18……φ100等多种导线，只能采用小刀或刀片沿周边切口，用手剥皮。长期操作，既不安全，劳动强度也大，有时还可能划伤划断电缆内部的金属芯线。用这种方法切除电缆外皮，加工的外皮不整齐、不美观。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便、可切除直径大于等于φ5的各种规格电缆线的电缆外皮切刀。
结合图1，介绍本实用新型的技术方案。
本实用新型是由刀杆（2）、刀杆（2）前端的固定刀头（5、6、10）和刀杆（2）上装的可在刀杆（2）上滑动的电缆定位块（4、7）组成。
固定刀头的组合为，将刀片（5）用螺钉（6），通过压力板（10）固定在刀杆（2）的前端侧面。
电缆定位块（4、7）的前侧面有缺口槽（A），中部有滑孔（B），在滑孔（B）的内周边，装有铜片（8、9），其顶部，装着定位螺钉（7），在侧边还有助推突起（3）。
在刀杆（2）的尾端，装有限位螺钉（1）。
本实用新型能切割直径为φ5～φ100各种电缆。在邮电、电力和机电制造部门的大量电缆剥皮工作中，有明显的用途。这种工具，具有重量轻、携带方便、使用性能好的特点。采用这种工具加工电缆接头，切口美观、质量保证、生产效率高，每小时可剥百根以上。

下面结合电缆切皮刀的使用过程对本实用新型作进一步描述。
使用前，先检查刀片（5）刀口的锋利情况，再根据电缆外皮的厚度，调整刀片的吃刀深度，通常的吃刀深度为电缆外皮厚度的3／4，再将电缆送进电缆定位块的缺口（A）槽内，用大姆指压在助推突起（3）上，推动电缆定位块（4）在刀杆（2）上滑向固定刀头，将电缆需切位置线对准刀口并压紧，旋紧定位螺钉（7）。再一手握电缆。另一手旋转电缆切皮刀绕电缆转一周，松开螺钉（7），退出电缆定位块（4），用手将切落的电缆外皮拿掉。

1、一种电缆切皮刀，其特征是，它是由刀杆(2)、刀杆前端的固定刀头(5、6、10)和刀杆(2)上装的可在刀杆(2)上滑动的电缆定位块(4、7)组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电缆切皮刀，其特征是，固定刀头是将刀片（5），用螺钉（6）通过压力板（10）固定在刀杆（2）的前端侧面构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电缆切皮刀，其特征是，电缆定位块（4、7）的前侧面有缺口槽（A），中部有滑孔（B），在滑孔（B）的内周边，装有铜片（8、9），其顶部装着定位螺钉（7），在侧边还有助推突起（3）。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电缆切皮刀，其特征是，在刀杆（2）的尾端，装有限位螺钉（1）。
