The foil roller placing vehicle 6 is used for placing the used foil placing rollers 104, and a plurality of fourth limit switches 607 are arranged on the vehicle body 601 of the placing vehicle, are used for one-to-one corresponding to one foil placing roller 104 and are used for detecting whether the foil placing roller 104 is fully placed on the vehicle body 601 of the placing vehicle; the fourth position alignment switch 604 on the placing trolley body 601 corresponds to the second position alignment switch 405 of the foil placing conveying table 4, so that the placing trolley body 601 can be accurately stopped at one side of the foil placing conveying table 4, and the foil placing roller 104 can be smoothly transmitted to the foil roller placing trolley 6 from the foil placing conveying table 4; when the foil releasing roller 104 is conveyed, the third conveying motor is started to drive the third conveying belt 602 to transmit, and meanwhile, the foil roll moving motor 606 is started to drive the foil roll moving guide roller to rotate; the transfer of the foil release roller 104 onto the foil roller placement vehicle 6 is effected by the cooperation of the foil roll movement guide 605 with the third transfer belt 602.
In one embodiment, cushion pads 406 are disposed on both sides of the mounting frame 401; buffer pads 406 are arranged on two sides of the carrier vehicle body 501; the two sides of the placing vehicle body 601 are provided with buffer pads 406. Buffering cushions 406 are arranged on the two sides of the mounting frame 401, the carrier vehicle body 501 and the vehicle placing body 601, so that collision and damage between vehicle bodies during docking are avoided.
In some embodiments, a fifth cylinder 108 is further disposed on the foil releasing machine 101, a piston end of the fifth cylinder 108 is connected with an eighth driving roller 109, and the fifth cylinder 108 is disposed on a side from which the foil 112 of the foil releasing machine 101 comes out; the foil releasing machine table 101 is further provided with a sixth air cylinder 110, a piston end of the sixth air cylinder 110 is connected with a squeezing rotating roller 111, and the sixth air cylinder 110 can drive the squeezing rotating roller 111 to squeeze the foil winding roller 103 on the foil releasing machine table 101. In the normal transmission process of the foil 112, the fifth air cylinder 108 moves to drive the eighth driving roller 109 to move downwards, so that the eighth driving roller 109 is in contact with the foil 112 to press the foil 112 downwards, and the foil 112 is ensured to be conveyed in through the foil receiving mechanism straightly; when the foil 112 is cut off by the cutter during the roll change, a part of the foil 112 which is not completely placed on the foil placing roller 104 is inevitably left, the foil placing motor 102 is reversely rotated to roll the foil 112 on the foil placing roller 104, and during the roll change, the sixth air cylinder 110 is started to drive the extrusion rotating roller 111 to contact with the foil placing roller 104 and only press the foil 112, so that the foil 112 can be tightly rolled on the foil placing roller 104 when the foil 112 is rolled.
The working principle is as follows:
1. the foil placing machine 101 normally operates as shown in fig. 1 to 3;
1.1 under the condition that the production line normally runs, the foil 112 at the foil releasing side is conveyed in the process that the foil 112 is released from the foil releasing machine 101, passes through the foil receiving mechanism 2, then is conveyed into the buffer mechanism 3, and then is conveyed into the next procedure, namely an electrolytic tank;
1.2 foil laying machine 101: the foil releasing motor 102 rotates to drive the foil releasing roller 104 to rotate, the foil 112 is released from the foil releasing roller 104, at this time, the fifth air cylinder 108 moves to drive the eighth driving roller 109 to press the foil 112 downwards, so that the foil 112 can pass through between the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 and the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202; the penetrated foil 112 enters the buffer mechanism 3 after passing through the fourth driving roller 306;
1.3 foil connecting mechanism 2: in the normal operation process, all mechanisms of the automatic foil receiving table do not operate, and the foil 112 only passes through the foil receiving mechanism 2;
1.4 buffer mechanism 3: under normal operation, the mechanisms of the buffer mechanism 3 do not operate, and the buffer moving roller 302 is positioned at the topmost end of the buffer moving guide rail 301 so as to ensure that the maximum amount of the foils 112 can be buffered; the foil 112 is conveyed into the buffer mechanism 3 from the fourth driving roller 306 and sequentially passes through the buffer moving roller 302, the sixth driving roller 308 and the seventh driving roller 309; finally, the mixture is transferred into an electrochemical cell.
2. The lower roll running process of the foil placing machine 101 is shown in fig. 4 to 6;
2.1 unreeling the operation process after the foil machine 101 unreels: when the foil 112 on the foil releasing roller 104 is completely transferred (whether the aluminum foil roll is completely released is obtained through meter counting and rotation speed calculation), the fourth air cylinder 304 acts to drive the second squeezing roller 305 to move upwards, so that the foil 112 is tightly pressed between the second squeezing roller 305 and the fourth driving roller 306, the foil 112 cannot be transferred into the buffer mechanism 3 from the foil releasing side, and only can be transferred into the next process from the buffer mechanism 3; meanwhile, the second air cylinder 204 moves to drive the first pressing roller 206 to move downwards, so that the foil 112 is tightly pressed between the first pressing roller 206 and the fixed pressing roller 208, and at the moment, the foil releasing motor 102 stops running; then, the third air cylinder 205 is started to drive the cutter 207 to move downwards to cut off the foil 112; the fifth cylinder 108 stops operating, and the eighth driving roller 109 is retracted; after the foil 112 is cut off, the sixth air cylinder 110 is started, the extrusion rotary roller 111 is driven to move towards the foil releasing roller 104 side, the foil 112 on the foil releasing roller 104 is pressed, the foil releasing motor 102 is reversed at the moment, the rest of the foil 112 is wound on the foil releasing roller 104, the foil 112 placed by the extrusion rotary roller 111 is loosened in the winding process, and after the winding is finished, the foil releasing motor 102 stops;
2.2 unwinding process of foil releasing roller 104: after the foil releasing motor 102 stops operating, the sixth air cylinder 110 also stops operating, and the squeezing rotary roller 111 is retracted; meanwhile, the second air cylinder 204 and the third air cylinder 205 stop acting, and the first squeezing roller 206 and the cutting knife 207 are retracted; then, the up-down moving motor 106 operates to drive the up-down moving guide rail 105 to move upwards until being connected with the foil releasing roller 104; at this time, the foil releasing roller 104 is released from the foil releasing motor 102, the foil releasing roller 104 moves downwards to the first conveyor belt 402 on the foil releasing conveyor table 4 through the up-down moving guide rail 105, the up-down moving motor 106 stops moving in the downward moving process of the foil releasing roller 104 until the foil releasing roller contacts the first limit switch 107, and the foil releasing roller 104 is placed on the first conveyor belt 402;
2.3 transfer of foil roll 104 to foil roll placement cart 6: after the foil feed roller 104 is placed on the first conveyor belt 402, the first conveyor motor is operated, the first drive roller 403 is driven to rotate, thereby driving the first conveyor 402 to operate, the foil releasing roller 104 is conveyed toward the foil roller placing carriage 6 by the first conveyor 402, and when it reaches the foil roll moving guide 605 (the moving position of the foil releasing roller 104 is calculated by the time), the first conveyor stops operating, the foil roll moving motor 606 starts operating, the foil releasing roller 104 moves to the third conveyor 602 by the foil roll moving guide 605, meanwhile, the third transmission motor is started to drive the third transmission roller 603 to rotate, so as to drive the third transmission belt 602 to rotate, transmit the foil placing roller 104 to a specified position on the placing vehicle body 601, that is, after contacting one of the third limit switches 407, the foil roll moving motor 606 and the third conveyance motor stop operating, and the conveyance operation of the foil feed roller 104 is completed.
3. The automatic transport vehicle 5 and the foil releasing machine 101 are rolled up, as shown in fig. 7 to 9;
3.1 alignment process: after receiving the winding instruction, the automatic transport vehicle 5 carries the foil winding roller 103, and after reaching the foil unwinding machine 101, the parking position is positioned by the third position alignment switch 504 and the first position alignment switch 404;
3.2, a winding process: after the alignment is completed, the second transmission motor is started to drive the second transmission roller 503 to operate, so as to drive the second transmission belt 502 to rotate, the foil roll base 506 placed on the second transmission belt 502 and the foil roll roller 103 placed on the foil roll base 506 are transmitted to the direction of the foil unwinding transmission table 4 together, meanwhile, the first transmission motor is started to drive the first transmission roller 403 to operate, the foil roll base 506 continues to move under the action of the first transmission belt 402 after being transmitted to the first transmission belt 402, and the first transmission motor stops operating until the second limit switch 505 on the foil roll base 506 contacts the third limit switch 407 on the foil unwinding transmission table 4; then, the up-down moving motor 106 is started to drive the up-down moving guide rail 105 to move upwards, the foil rolling roller 103 is conveyed upwards to the foil releasing machine table 101 after being connected with the foil rolling roller 103, the foil releasing motor 102 and the foil rolling roller 103 are buckled together after being installed;
3.3 sub-mount process: the second conveying motor of the automatic transport vehicle 5 and the first conveying motor of the foil unreeling conveying table 4 are simultaneously reversed (opposite to the operation direction of the reeling process); the base slowly moves from the first conveyor belt 402 to the second conveyor belt 502, and when the base leaves the foil laying conveyor table 4, the first conveyor motor stops operating; when the foil roll base 506 runs on the second conveyor belt 502 until the second limit switch 505 on the foil roll base 506 contacts with the fifth limit switch on the automatic transport vehicle 5, the second conveyor motor stops, the lower base is finished, and the rectification and winding process is completed.
4. The operation of the damper mechanism 3, as shown in fig. 3 and 12;
4.1 when the foil placing machine 101 normally operates, the fourth cylinder 304 does not operate, and the foil 112 passes through the space between the second extrusion roller 305 and the fourth transmission roller 306, then sequentially passes through the fifth transmission roller 307, the buffer moving roller 302, the sixth transmission roller 308 and the seventh transmission roller 309, and then enters the next process; at this time, the buffer moving roller 302 is located at the top end of the buffer moving guide 301, i.e., the leftmost position in fig. 2, and ensures that the amount of the foil 112 buffered on the buffer mechanism 3 at this time is the largest;
4.2 when the foil releasing machine 101 changes rolls: the fourth air cylinder 304 is operated to drive the second extrusion roller 305 to move upwards to press the foil 112 between the second extrusion roller 305 and the fourth transmission roller 306, so that the foil 112 cannot be transferred into the buffer mechanism 3, meanwhile, the buffer moving motor 303 runs in a reverse direction to drive the buffer moving roller 302 to move rightwards, and the foil 112 is transferred into the next process through the buffer mechanism 3; the buffer moving motor 303 is operated at a speed which ensures that the foil 112 is conveyed at a speed consistent with that of the production line;
4.3 after the foil releasing machine 101 finishes the roll change: the fourth air cylinder 304 stops operating, the second squeeze roller 305 returns to the home position, the buffer moving motor 303 is operated at full speed, and after the buffer moving roller 302 moves to the leftmost end of the buffer moving guide 301, the buffer moving motor 303 stops operating and returns to the normal operation mode.
5. The foil connecting mechanism 2 works as shown in fig. 11 to 13;
5.1 suction cup 209 moving process: after the foil winding roller 103 finishes the winding action, a foil receiving moving motor 211 is started to drive a foil receiving moving guide rail 210 to extend towards the foil releasing machine 101 until a suction cup 209 is contacted with the foil 112 on the foil releasing roller 104 on the foil releasing machine 101, and the suction cup 209 sucks the foil 112;
5.2 suction cup 209 holds the foil 112 moving process: after the suction cup 209 sucks the foil 112, the foil receiving moving motor 211 runs in the reverse direction, the foil receiving moving guide rail 210 retracts, when the foil passes through the eighth driving roller 109, the fifth air cylinder 108 is started, the eighth driving roller 109 is slowly driven to move downwards to press the foil 112, and the foil 112 is ensured to pass between the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 and the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202; after the foil 112 is pulled by the suction cup 209 to pass between the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 and the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202, the foil 112 is moved to one side of the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 and the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202 until the foil receiving table moving guide rail 210 is completely retracted, the foil receiving moving motor 211 stops operating, the suction cup 209 releases the foil 112, and the foil 112 falls onto the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202;
5.3 foil 112 butting Process: at the moment, the two disconnected foils 112 are mutually overlapped and fall on the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202, the first air cylinder 203 is started, the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 is driven to downwards run until the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202 is tightly meshed, the two disconnected foils 112 are tightly pressed together through the tooth-shaped structures on the surfaces of the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 and the foil receiving table fixed pressing mechanism 202, after one end of extrusion time, the first air cylinder 203 stops acting, the foil receiving table pressing mechanism 201 is retracted, and the pressing connection of the foils 112 is completed at the moment; the fourth cylinder 304 is then deactivated, the second pressure roll 305 is retracted and the foil 112 is normally transferred to the damping mechanism 3.

The foil automatic foil feeding mechanism of claim 5, wherein the foil roller placing vehicle (6) comprises a placing vehicle body (601), a third conveyor belt (602), a plurality of third drive rollers (603), a third conveyor motor, a fourth position alignment switch (604), a foil roll moving guide rail (605), a foil roll moving motor (606), and a plurality of fourth limit switches (607); the plurality of third transmission rollers (603) are arranged on the placing trolley body (601) at intervals, the third transmission belts (602) are sequentially sleeved on the third transmission rollers (603), the third transmission belts (602) are transversely arranged, and the third transmission motor is connected with one of the third transmission rollers (603); the fourth position alignment switch (604) is arranged on one side of the vehicle body (601) and is connected with the second position alignment switch (405); the foil roll moving guide rail (605) is arranged on the body (601) of the placing vehicle, is positioned on one side above the third conveyor belt (602), and is arranged along the transmission direction of the third conveyor belt; the foil roll moving motor (606) is connected with the foil roll moving guide rail (605); the number of the fourth limit switches (607) is multiple, and the fourth limit switches (607) are arranged at intervals along the transmission direction of the third conveyor belt (602).
