In an alternative embodiment, the cutting assembly 12 includes a third fixing block 125 having a zigzag shape, a second fixing block 127 is coupled to a side of the third fixing block 125, a first cutting cylinder 123 and a second cutting cylinder 124 are respectively fixed to upper and lower sides of one end of the third fixing block 125, and a fixing blade 122 is fixed to the other end of the third fixing block 125.
In an alternative embodiment, the first movable blade 1231 has a first cutting edge, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the first connecting end is disposed at the other end of the first cutting edge and hinged to the fixed blade 122, the second connecting end is perpendicular to the connection of the first cutting edge and the first connecting end, and the first cutting cylinder 123 is connected to the second connecting end.

Claims (10)

1. A conveying mechanism is used in a winding device of a strip material and is characterized by comprising a first mounting seat, a first conveying assembly, a strip tearing assembly and a clamping assembly fixed on the first mounting seat, wherein the strip tearing assembly is installed on the first mounting seat through the first conveying assembly, and the strip tearing assembly and the clamping assembly are located on the same length direction of the first mounting seat and arranged between a strip conveying roll and a strip conveying roll on the first mounting seat, so that the strip tearing assembly can convey a strip on the strip conveying roll and a strip on the strip conveying roll to the clamping assembly for bonding.

The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first conveying assembly includes a first driving motor, a first pulley set and a first belt connected to the pulley set, the first driving motor is connected to the pulley set in a driving manner, and the tearing assembly is fixed to the first belt.
3. The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first conveying assembly further comprises a first slide rail disposed on the first mounting seat, and the tear strip assembly is connected with a first slide block which is slidably mounted on the first slide rail.
4. The conveyor mechanism of claim 3 wherein the tear strip assembly includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder, and a first clamp cylinder, the first clamp cylinder being connected to the first cylinder through the second cylinder, the first cylinder being connected to the first belt.
5. The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 4, wherein the tear strip assembly includes a first connecting block in an L-shaped structure, the first connecting block is mounted on the first cylinder, the second cylinder is disposed on a horizontal end of the first connecting block, and the first slider is connected to a vertical end of the first connecting block.
6. The transport mechanism as recited in claim 4, wherein a first clamping jaw is coupled to the first clamping cylinder for clamping the tape on the tape roll and the tape on the tape roll.
7. The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a second clamping cylinder and a second connecting block in a concave shape, the second clamping cylinder is installed at one end of the second connecting block, and the other end of the second connecting block is laterally connected to the first mounting seat.

The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 7, wherein a second clamping jaw is connected to the second clamping cylinder, and the second clamping jaw is disposed opposite to the first clamping jaw on the tearing assembly, and is configured to clamp the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape conveying roll and the paper tape on the paper tape conveying roll.

The conveying mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first mounting seat is provided with a delivery head assembly and a paper stroking assembly at one end away from the tear tape assembly and the clamping assembly, and the first mounting seat is provided with a first rotating shaft assembly and a second rotating shaft assembly at the other end away from the tear tape assembly and the clamping assembly.
