The glue roller 414 is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat 411 through a bearing 415, a brake driving member 412 is arranged on one side of the mounting seat 411, the driving end of the brake driving member 412 is connected with the brake block 413, and the brake block 413 can be driven to move along the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the glue roller 414, so that the brake block 413 clamps or releases the glue roller 414. When the brake block 413 clamps the gluing roller 414, the gluing roller 414 can not rotate but only move, and can be used for pulling the adhesive tape; when the brake block 413 releases the gluing roller 414, the gluing roller 414 can rotate, and at this time, the adhesive tape can be partially wound on the gluing roller 414 or be flattened on the gluing sucker 54 by matching with the glue preparing sucker 57 or the gluing sucker 54.
Further, a plurality of annular grooves 4141 are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the glue roller 414, and the plurality of annular grooves 4141 are spaced along the axial direction of the glue roller 414. By arranging the annular grooves 4141, the contact area between the gluing roller 414 and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape is reduced, and the gluing roller 414 and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape are prevented from being firmly adhered and difficult to separate.
In one embodiment, the adhesive applying device includes a mounting plate 10, and the adhesive supplying mechanism 20, the adhesive pressing mechanism 30, the adhesive preparing suction cup 57, the adhesive applying suction cup 54, the adhesive cutting mechanism, the adhesive pulling mechanism 40 and the driving mechanism are all disposed on the mounting plate 10. By arranging the mounting plate 10, the glue supply mechanism 20, the glue pressing mechanism 30, the glue preparation suction cup 57, the gluing suction cup 54, the glue cutting mechanism, the glue drawing mechanism 40 and the driving mechanism form a tightly matched whole.
In one embodiment, the glue supplying mechanism 20 includes a discharging shaft 21 and a shaft mounting plate 22, the discharging shaft 21 is rotatably disposed on the shaft mounting plate 22, and the shaft mounting plate 22 is connected to the mounting plate 10. The discharging shaft 21 is provided with an adhesive tape roll.
In an embodiment, the glue pressing mechanism 30 includes a glue pressing cylinder 31, a glue pressing cylinder fixing seat 33 and a pressing block 32, the glue pressing cylinder fixing seat 33 is installed on the front surface of the mounting plate 22, the glue pressing cylinder 31 is arranged on the glue pressing cylinder fixing seat 33, the pressing block 32 is arranged at the driving end of the glue pressing cylinder 31, and the pressing block can be driven by the glue pressing cylinder 31 to cooperate with one of the rollers 11 on the mounting plate 10 to press the adhesive tape.
In one embodiment, the rubberizing device further comprises a deviation rectifying mechanism, and the deviation rectifying mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the rubberizing device along the width direction of the pole piece so that the position of the rubberizing device is matched with the position of the pole piece, and therefore the adhesive tape can be accurately attached to the pole piece. The deviation correcting mechanism comprises a deviation correcting base plate 71, a deviation correcting driving assembly 72 and a deviation correcting driving connecting block 73. The deviation rectifying bottom plate 71 is connected with the mounting plate 10 in a sliding mode, the deviation rectifying driving assembly 72 is arranged on the deviation rectifying bottom plate 71, the driving end of the deviation rectifying driving assembly 72 is connected with the mounting plate 10 through a deviation rectifying driving connecting block 73, and the deviation rectifying driving assembly 72 can drive the mounting plate 10 to move along the width direction (the left and right direction in fig. 1) of the pole piece. Specifically, the mounting plate 10 is connected with the deviation rectifying bottom plate 71 through a deviation rectifying sliding assembly, the deviation rectifying sliding assembly comprises a deviation rectifying sliding block and a deviation rectifying sliding rail, the deviation rectifying sliding block is connected with the deviation rectifying bottom plate 71, the deviation rectifying sliding rail is connected with the mounting plate 10, and the deviation rectifying sliding block is arranged on the deviation rectifying sliding rail in a sliding mode.
The deviation-rectifying driving assembly 72 comprises a deviation-rectifying motor 721, a deviation-rectifying motor fixing seat 722, a deviation-rectifying coupler 723, a deviation-rectifying lead screw 724, a deviation-rectifying nut 725 and a deviation-rectifying lead screw support 726. The deviation correcting motor fixing seat 722 is arranged on the deviation correcting base plate 71, the deviation correcting motor 721 is arranged on the deviation correcting motor fixing seat 722, the driving end of the deviation correcting motor 721 is connected with one end of a deviation correcting screw rod 724 through a deviation correcting coupler 723, the deviation correcting screw rod 724 is rotatably arranged on a deviation correcting screw rod support 726, and the deviation correcting screw rod support 726 is arranged on the deviation correcting base plate 71. The deviation-rectifying screw rod 724 is provided with a deviation-rectifying screw rod nut 725, and the deviation-rectifying screw rod nut 725 is connected with the deviation-rectifying driving connecting block 73. In this embodiment, the rotation of the deviation-correcting motor 721 drives the deviation-correcting screw nut 725 to move along the deviation-correcting screw 724, so as to drive the deviation-correcting driving connecting block 73 and the mounting plate 10 to move along the width direction of the pole piece.
In one embodiment, the tape dispenser further includes a tape buffer mechanism 80, and the tape buffer mechanism 80 is disposed between the tape supply mechanism 20 and the tape pressing mechanism 30 for buffering the tape. The adhesive tape caching mechanism 80 comprises a caching cylinder 85, a caching rotating shaft 83, a caching swing rod 82, a caching roller 81 and a balancing weight 84, the caching rotating shaft 83 is arranged on the front face of the mounting plate 10, the caching swing rod 82 is rotatably arranged on the caching rotating shaft 83, the caching roller 81 is arranged at one end of the caching swing rod 82, the balancing weight 84 is arranged at the other end of the caching swing rod 82, the caching cylinder 85 is arranged on the front face of the mounting plate 10, and the driving end of the caching cylinder 85 is abutted to one end of the caching swing rod 82.
In one embodiment, in order to match the rubberizing suction cup 54 to rubberize the pole piece, the rubberizing mechanism 60 is further included, and the rubberizing mechanism 60 includes a rubberizing roller and a rubberizing driving member, and the rubberizing driving member can drive the rubberizing roller to move along the conveying direction (the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 1) of the pole piece so as to rubberize the tape on the pole piece.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 7-9, two groups of tape attaching devices are respectively and correspondingly disposed on the upper and lower sides of the pole piece for attaching tapes to the upper and lower sides of the pole piece. Correspondingly, the glue rolling mechanism 60 comprises a first glue rolling roller 68 and a second glue rolling roller 69, the first glue rolling roller 68 and the second glue rolling roller 69 are rotatably arranged on the glue rolling sliding plate 67, the glue rolling sliding plate 67 is arranged on the glue rolling sliding block 66, the glue rolling sliding block 66 is slidably arranged on the glue rolling sliding rail 65, the glue rolling sliding rail 65 extends along the pole piece conveying direction, and the glue rolling sliding rail 65 is arranged on one side of the glue rolling bottom plate 64. The other side of the rubber coating bottom plate 64 is provided with a rubber coating driving piece 61 through a fixing seat 62, and the driving end of the rubber coating driving piece 61 is connected with a rubber coating sliding plate 67 through a rubber coating driving connecting block 63.
As shown in fig. 9, the rubberizing suction cups 54 and 54 'of the two sets of rubberizing devices are arranged along the direction of pole piece conveying in a staggered manner, wherein one rubberizing suction cup 54 and the second roller 69 are correspondingly arranged, the other rubberizing suction cup 54' and the first roller 68 are correspondingly arranged, the pole piece passes around the first roller 68 and the second roller 69, when the rubberizing suction cups 54 and 54 'respectively adsorb the tape to be rubberized, the rubberizing suction cups 54 and 54' respectively move towards the second roller 69 and the first roller 68 to make the tape to be rubberized and the second roller 69 and the first roller 68 contact, preferably, the second roller 69 and the first roller 68 contact one side edge of the tape to be rubberized, and then the rubberizing driving member 61 drives the second roller 69 and the first roller 68 to move towards the direction of the other side edge of the tape to be rubberized so that the tape to be rubberized is rolled on the pole piece.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive. Those skilled in the art, having the benefit of the teachings of this invention, may effect numerous modifications thereto and changes may be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Therefore, all equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A rubberizing device, characterized by comprising:
the adhesive supply mechanism is used for mounting an adhesive tape roll;
the adhesive pressing mechanism is used for pressing the adhesive tape;
the adhesive preparing sucker is used for adsorbing the end part of the adhesive tape;
the adhesive tape sticking sucker is used for adsorbing an adhesive tape to be stuck;
the adhesive tape cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the adhesive tape;
the glue drawing mechanism comprises a glue drawing roller and a glue drawing driving assembly, the glue drawing roller is arranged at the driving end of the glue drawing driving assembly and used for winding a glue tape, and the glue drawing driving assembly is used for driving the glue drawing roller to move back and forth between the glue preparing sucker and the glue pasting sucker;
and the driving mechanism is used for driving the glue preparing sucker, the glue cutting mechanism and the rubberizing sucker to move towards the direction close to or far away from the adhesive tape.
2. The taping device of claim 1, wherein the drive mechanism comprises:
a drive member;
the moving and supporting plate is connected to the driving end of the driving piece;
the glue preparing sucker, the glue cutting mechanism and the glue pasting sucker are sequentially arranged on the moving support plate along the conveying direction of the adhesive tape.

The rubberizing device according to claim 2, wherein said glue preparation suction cups are fixedly arranged on said transfer plate; the adhesive tape cutting mechanism comprises a cutter and an adhesive tape cutting driving piece, wherein the cutter is connected to the driving end of the adhesive tape cutting driving piece and can move towards the direction close to the adhesive tape under the driving of the adhesive tape cutting driving piece so as to cut off the adhesive tape; the rubberizing sucking disc is connected in the drive end of rubberizing driving piece, can move towards the direction that is close to the pole piece under the drive of rubberizing driving piece in order to treat the rubberizing tape attached on the pole piece.
4. The rubberizing device according to claim 3, wherein said cutter is disposed on a side of the adhesive tape remote from said glue preparation suction cup and said rubberizing suction cup; when cutting, the adhesive cutting driving piece drives the cutter to move to a slit formed between the adhesive preparing sucker and the adhesive pasting sucker towards the direction of the adhesive preparing sucker and the adhesive pasting sucker, and accordingly the adhesive tape is cut off.
5. The taping device of claim 1, wherein the glue roller comprises:
a mounting seat;
the gluing roller is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat;
the brake driving piece is arranged on one side of the mounting seat, the driving end of the brake driving piece is connected with the brake block, and the brake block can be driven to move along the direction perpendicular to the axis of the gluing roller, so that the gluing roller is clamped or loosened by the brake block.
6. The rubberizing device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of annular grooves are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the glue roller, and the plurality of annular grooves are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the glue roller.
7. The rubberizing device according to claim 5, wherein the glue pulling mechanism further comprises a glue pulling sliding assembly and a glue pulling driving plate, the glue pulling sliding assembly is arranged on the mounting plate, the glue pulling roller is arranged on the glue pulling sliding assembly, and the glue pulling sliding assembly is connected with a driving end of the glue pulling driving assembly through the glue pulling driving plate.
8. The taping device of claim 1, further comprising a mounting plate and a deviation correcting mechanism, the deviation correcting mechanism comprising:
the deviation rectifying bottom plate is connected with the mounting plate in a sliding manner;
the deviation rectifying driving assembly is arranged on the deviation rectifying bottom plate, the driving end of the deviation rectifying driving assembly is connected with the mounting plate, and the deviation rectifying driving assembly can drive the mounting plate to move along the width direction of the pole piece.
9. The taping device of claim 1, further comprising a glue rolling mechanism, the glue rolling mechanism comprising:
a glue rolling driving piece;
the rubber rolling roller is connected with the rubber rolling driving piece, and the rubber rolling driving piece can drive the rubber rolling roller to move along the conveying direction of the pole piece so as to roll and paste the rubber belt on the pole piece.
10. The tape sticking device according to claim 9, wherein the tape sticking device comprises two groups, which are respectively and correspondingly arranged on the upper and lower sides of the pole piece and are used for sticking the tape on the upper and lower sides of the pole piece; correspondingly, the glue rolling roller comprises a first glue rolling roller and a second glue rolling roller, the first glue rolling roller and the second glue rolling roller are rotatably arranged on a glue rolling sliding plate, and the glue rolling sliding plate is slidably arranged on one side of the glue rolling bottom plate; and a glue rolling driving piece is arranged on the other side of the glue rolling bottom plate, and a driving end of the glue rolling driving piece is connected with the glue rolling sliding plate.
