In the embodiment of the present application, the first clamping arm 211 includes two first clamping arm segments spaced apart along the extending direction of the first clamping arm rotating shaft 213, and the second clamping arm 212 is located above the first clamping arm 211 and between the two first clamping arm segments.

As shown in fig. 3, the cutting assembly 30 includes: a cutter frame 31, a cutter blade 300 being mounted on the cutter frame 31; a cutting slide rail 32, the cutting knife rest 31 being slidably mounted on the cutting slide rail 32; and a cutting driving part 33, wherein the cutting driving part 33 is in driving connection with the cutting knife rest 31 to drive the cutting knife rest 31 to cut the adhesive tape 101 positioned between the adhesive tape discharging assembly 10 and the adhesive tape taking assembly 20.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cutting driving part 33 is a driving cylinder.
Specifically, the cutting assembly 30 further includes a fixing bracket 330, so that the cutting driving part 33 is mounted on the frame 1 through the fixing bracket 330, the fixing bracket 330 is L-shaped, the fixing bracket 330 includes a first plate body and a second plate body, the first plate body is mounted on a workbench of the frame 1, the cutting driving part 33 is mounted on the second plate body, the second plate body has a penetrating hole through which an output shaft of the cutting driving part 33 penetrates, and the output shaft of the cutting driving part 33 is connected with the cutting knife rack 31 after penetrating the penetrating hole.
Specifically, the cutter frame 31 includes a mounting slit in which the cutter blade 300 is mounted.
Preferably, the number of the cutting blades 300 is plural, and the plural cutting blades 300 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the adhesive tape 101; and/or the tape cutting mechanism includes a take-out suction cup movably disposed to be sucked on the tape section of the tape 101 before the cutting blade 300 cuts the tape 101, so as to prevent the cut tape section from falling off. Thus, after the adhesive tape 101 is cut into a plurality of adhesive tape sections by the cutting blade 300, the adhesive tape sections can be taken at one time by taking the adhesive tape sections by the taking suction cup, so that the taking time is shortened.
In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the cutter blades 300 is three.
Specifically, the cutting assembly 30 further includes a protective cover 34, and the cutting blade holder 31 and the cutting blade 300 are mounted in the protective cover 34 to prevent the cutting blade 300 from flying out after being separated from the mounting position.
In the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application, first, the clamping driving component 215 pushes the movable pin 210, and drives the first clamping arm 211 to rotate around the first clamping arm rotating shaft 213 and the second clamping arm 212 to rotate around the second clamping arm rotating shaft 214, so that the first clamping arm 211 and the second clamping arm 212 are in an open state; the tape pressing head 140 is in a state of pressing the tape 101 at this time; after the clamping structure 21 mounted on the mounting seat 22 is driven by the pulling and clamping driving component 23 to move to the clamping position along the sliding rail 231, in the embodiment of the application, after the clamping structure 21 moves to a position close to the pressing structure 14, the clamping driving component 215 is retracted, the movable pin 210 is pulled to drive the first clamping arm 211 and the second clamping arm 212 to close, the adhesive tape 101 is clamped by the anti-adhesion clamping wheel 200 and the second clamping arm 212, and meanwhile, the adhesive tape pressing head 140 is driven by the pressing driving component 142 to release the adhesive tape 101. After the adhesive tape 101 is clamped, the clamp driving member 23 drives the mount 22 away from the film mount 110, the clamp structure 21 pulls out the adhesive tape 101, and the film 100 rotates with the adhesive tape sleeve 113. During the rotation of the film 100, the first elastic member 123 is always in a stretched state, the first elastic member 123 pulls the movable block 122, so that the pinch roller 120 is pressed against the film 100 to prevent the film 100 from rotating, and when the film 100 is reduced, the movable block 122 prompts a residual material shortage alarm as the elastic tension of the first elastic member 123 drops to the first detecting part 11.
Specifically, after the clamping structure 21 is returned to its original position by the clamping position, the pressing driving component 142 drives the tape pressing head 140 to press the tape 101 again, and the vacuum generator 15 provides vacuum to the tape pressing head 140 through the pipe joint 144 to suck the tape 101. Meanwhile, the material taking sucker (the material taking sucker is of a self-made structure and can meet the material sucking requirement) sucks the suspended adhesive tape 101 on the smooth upper surface. Then, the cutting driving part 33 pushes the cutting blade frame 31, the cutting blade 300 is used for cutting the adhesive tape 101 into three parts, the material taking sucker sucks the cut adhesive tape 101 away from the anti-adhesive clamp wheel 200 of the adhesive tape taking assembly 20, and the adhesive tape 101 is peeled off by rotating the material taking sucker in the sucking process, so that the problem that the adhesive tape 101 is not sucked away is prevented. Then, the cutter driving part 33 pulls the cutter frame 31 back to the original position, and starts the next process of taking and cutting the adhesive tape.
In conclusion, the adhesive tape cutting mechanism improves production efficiency and realizes automatic production, and is mainly used for the procedure of fixing a remote controller and can also be used for the adhesive tape sticking procedure after leak detection of a water heater.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects:
the adhesive tape cutting mechanism provided by the application comprises an adhesive tape discharging assembly 10, an adhesive tape taking assembly 20 and a cutting assembly 30, wherein the adhesive tape discharging assembly 10 is provided with a film mounting disc 110 for bearing a film 100, the adhesive tape taking assembly 20 is provided with a clamping structure 21 for clamping an adhesive tape 101 of the film 100, the clamping structure 21 is movably arranged along the direction close to or far away from the film mounting disc 110 so as to pull out the adhesive tape 101 through the clamping structure 21, the cutting assembly 30 is provided with a cutting blade 300, the position of the cutting blade 300 is adjustably arranged so as to cut the adhesive tape 101 through the cutting blade 300 after the clamping structure 21 pulls out the adhesive tape 101 with a preset length.

1. A tape cutting mechanism, comprising:
a tape feed assembly (10), the tape feed assembly (10) having a film mounting plate (110) for carrying a film (100);
a tape take-out assembly (20), the tape take-out assembly (20) having a holding structure (21) for holding the tape (101) of the film (100), the holding structure (21) being movably disposed in a direction approaching or separating from the film mounting tray (110) to pull out the tape (101) by the holding structure (21);
-a cutting assembly (30), the cutting assembly (30) having a cutting blade (300), the cutting blade (300) being adjustably positioned to cut the tape (101) by the cutting blade (300) after the clamping structure (21) pulls out a predetermined length of the tape (101); wherein the cutting assembly (30) and the adhesive tape (101) are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the adhesive tape (101);
the clamping structure (21) comprises: a movable pin (210); the first clamping arm (211) and the second clamping arm (212) are sleeved on the movable pin (210) at the first end of the first clamping arm (211) and the first end of the second clamping arm (212); the clamping structure (21) comprises a first clamping arm rotating shaft (213) and a second clamping arm rotating shaft (214), the first clamping arm (211) is rotatably sleeved on the first clamping arm rotating shaft (213), and the second clamping arm (212) is rotatably sleeved on the second clamping arm rotating shaft (214); wherein a second end of the first clamp arm (211) and a second end of the second clamp arm (212) are openably or closably provided therebetween to clamp or release a free end of an adhesive tape (101) extending from the film mounting tray (110); the second end of the first clamping arm (211) and/or the second end of the second clamping arm (212) is/are provided with an anti-sticking wheel (200), the anti-sticking wheel (200) is rotatably arranged around the axis of the anti-sticking wheel, and the outer peripheral surface of the anti-sticking wheel (200) is provided with an anti-sticking layer (201) so as to be contacted with the adhesive tape (101) through the anti-sticking wheel (200); wherein the anti-sticking layer (201) is in a thread shape;
the number of the cutting blades (300) is multiple, and the cutting blades (300) are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the adhesive tape (101);
the adhesive tape cutting mechanism comprises a material taking sucker which is movably arranged to be adsorbed on an adhesive tape section of the adhesive tape (101) before the cutting blade (300) cuts the adhesive tape (101);
the tape discharging assembly (10) further comprises:
a pressing structure (14), wherein the pressing structure (14) comprises a tape pressing head (140) and a supporting wheel (141), and the tape pressing head (140) and the supporting wheel (141) are arranged in a relatively movable manner so as to clamp the adhesive tape (101) extending from the film mounting disc (110) through the tape pressing head (140) and the supporting wheel (141);
the tape ram (140) is a vacuum chuck to enable the tape ram (140) to be adsorbed onto the tape (101) by providing a vacuum to the tape ram (140).
2. The tape cutting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the tape discharging assembly (10) comprises:
a pressing structure (12), the pressing structure (12) including a pressing wheel (120) for pressing on an outer circumferential surface of the film (100) to prevent the film mounting plate (110) from rotating;
wherein the pinch roller (120) is rotatably disposed about an axis thereof, the pinch roller (120) being adjustably disposed in position along a radial direction of the film (100) to remain in abutment with an outer surface of the film (100).
3. The tape cutting mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the press structure (12) further comprises:
a guide rod (121) and a movable block (122), the movable block (122) being slidably mounted on the guide rod (121);
a first elastic member (123), the first elastic member (123) being connected to the movable block (122) to apply an elastic force to the movable block (122) to move toward the film (100);
and the pinch roller connecting rod (124), the pinch roller connecting rod (124) is fixed on the movable block (122), and the pinch roller (120) is rotatably arranged on the pinch roller connecting rod (124).
4. A tape cutting mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the tape discharging assembly (10) further comprises:
the first detection component (11) is arranged on one side of the guide rod (121) so as to give out a residual material shortage alarm when the movable block (122) is detected.
5. The tape cutting mechanism of claim 1, wherein the tape discharge assembly (10) further comprises:
a mounting plate (111), the film mounting plate (110) being mounted on the mounting plate (111);
and a roller assembly (13), the roller assembly (13) being mounted on the mounting plate (111), the roller assembly (13) being located on one side of the film-mounting plate (110) such that a free end of the adhesive tape (101) extending from the film-mounting plate (110) passes through the roller assembly (13) to tension the adhesive tape (101).

The tape cutting mechanism according to claim 5, wherein the idler assembly (13) comprises a plurality of idler wheels (130) arranged at intervals, the idler wheels (130) comprise movable wheels (131), strip-shaped holes (1110) are formed in the mounting plate (111), and wheel shafts of the movable wheels (131) are mounted in the strip-shaped holes (1110) so as to adjust the tensioning degree of the tape (101) by adjusting the positions of the movable wheels (131) along the strip-shaped holes (1110).
7. The tape cutting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein,
the material pressing structure (14) further comprises a material pressing driving component (142), and the material pressing driving component (142) is in driving connection with the adhesive tape pressing head (140) so as to drive the adhesive tape pressing head (140) to be close to or far away from the supporting wheel (141).
8. Tape cutting mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping structure (21) further comprises:
and the clamping driving component (215) is connected with the movable pin (210) to control the opening or closing between the second end of the first clamping arm (211) and the second end of the second clamping arm (212) by driving the movable pin (210) to move.
9. The tape cutting mechanism of claim 8, wherein the tape take out assembly (20) further comprises:
a mounting seat (22), the clamping structure (21) being mounted on the mounting seat (22);
and the pulling clamp driving component (23) is connected with the mounting seat (22) to drive the mounting seat (22) to be close to or far away from the film mounting disc (110).
10. The tape cutting mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the cutting assembly (30) comprises:
a cutting blade holder (31), the cutting blade (300) being mounted on the cutting blade holder (31);
a cutting slide rail (32), the cutting knife rest (31) being slidably mounted on the cutting slide rail (32);
and the cutting driving component (33), the cutting driving component (33) is in driving connection with the cutting knife rack (31) so as to drive the cutting knife rack (31) to cut the adhesive tape (101) between the adhesive tape discharging assembly (10) and the adhesive tape taking assembly (20).
