本实用新型属于餐饮设备技术领域，具体涉及食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，包括在模具中部设置有食品盒放置槽，在所述的食品盒放置槽的外缘设置有内封条槽，在所述内封条槽外缘设置有真空槽，在所述的真空槽外缘设置有外封条槽，所述的真空槽的槽壁上设置有真空导孔。本实用新型的有益效果在于：实现了食品盒的真空封装，提高食品封装的卫生和安全性。

本实用新型属于餐饮设备技术领域，具体涉及食品盒封装机的真空放置模具。
背景技术
目前在餐饮企业或商店中，对食品的打包已经成为最为常见事情。
现有的食品盒封装机中都是采用放置模具配合封装模具对食品盒进行封装，封装模具下压时将胶膜热熔封装在食品盒上，如果对打包的食品有较高的卫生要求，该种封装方式有可能存在空气污染的问题。
亟待提供一种更加卫生的封装模具。
实用新型内容
本专利是在现有技术的基础上进行了进一步的改进。
技术方案方法如下：食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，在模具中部设置有食品盒放置槽，在所述的食品盒放置槽的外缘设置有内封条槽，在所述内封条槽外缘设置有真空槽，在所述的真空槽外缘设置有外封条槽，所述的真空槽的槽壁上设置有真空导孔。
本实用新型实现过程如下：内封条槽和外封条槽上用于加装密封条，工作时，先将食品盒放在食品盒放置槽内，食品盒的外缘贴在内封条槽上，食品盒封装机的滚筒转动胶膜卷，滚动到合适位置时，下压模具先将胶膜压在外封条槽的密封条上，此时，胶膜与真空槽、食品盒放置槽形成一个密闭空间，真空导孔接通真空泵，将真空槽、食品盒内的气体抽空，抽完真空后，下压模具再将胶膜压在食品盒的外缘上进行热熔封装，封装完成后再将胶膜沿食品盒的外缘切断，完成封装。
优选的，在所述的食品盒放置槽的内壁设置真空检测装置。只有食品盒放置槽内的真空达标时才会进行进一步封装。
优选的，真空导孔连通设置有泄气孔。便于再封装完成后，对真空槽进行放气，便于胶膜沿食品盒的外缘切断。
在本实用新型的某些实施例总，外封条槽的槽口高于内封条槽的槽口。这样设置的好处是方便真空槽与食品盒放置槽连通，方便抽真空。当然也存在其他的连通方式，只要真空槽与食品盒放置槽连通即可。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：实现了食品盒的真空封装，提高食品封装的卫生和安全性。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行阐述。
如图1和图2所示，食品盒封装机的真空放置模具由上模板11、中模板12、下模板13拼接而成，并在真空放置模具的中部形成有带有倒角的矩形口的食品盒放置槽1，在所述的食品盒放置槽1的外缘设置有内封条槽3，在所述内封条槽3外缘设置有真空槽4，在所述的真空槽4外缘设置有外封条槽5，所述的真空槽4的槽壁上设置有真空导孔6。真空导孔6的孔壁连通有泄气孔9，在食品盒放置槽1的槽底设置真空检测装置2，定位孔7用于定位食品盒放置槽1用于封装，安装孔8用于安装真空放置模具。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：实现了食品盒的真空封装，提高食品封装的卫生和安全性。

1.食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，在模具中部设置有食品盒放置槽，其特征在于：在所述的食品盒放置槽的外缘设置有内封条槽，在所述内封条槽外缘设置有真空槽，在所述的真空槽外缘设置有外封条槽，所述的真空槽的槽壁上设置有真空导孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，其特征在于：在所述的食品盒放置槽的内壁设置真空检测装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，其特征在于：在所述的外封条槽的槽口高于内封条槽的槽口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的食品盒封装机的真空放置模具，其特征在于：所述的真空导孔连通设置有泄气孔。
