本实用新型公开了一种电动汽车停车位防占系统,包括设置在车位一侧的充电桩和设置在车位上的地锁;车牌识别摄像机,车牌识别摄像机设置在充电桩上或车位旁边;控制单元,控制单元包括PLC、服务器、语音模块和地锁控制器;其中,车牌识别摄像机对准车位的进车方向,用于采集车辆信息,并发送至PLC,PLC接收信息并发送控制指令至地锁控制器,同时PLC与语音模块电连接,PLC与服务器通讯连接。本实用新型优点在于能够有效防止非电动汽车车辆停入电动汽车停车位,有效提高充电桩的利用率。借助专门的车牌识别摄像机获取车辆车牌信息,更加准确的识别出电动汽车,提高了识别成功率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及停车位领域,尤其是涉及一种电动汽车停车位防占系统。
背景技术
发展电动汽车能够加快燃油车替代,减少汽车尾气排放,对保障能源安全、促进节能减排、防治大气污染有重要意义。随着我国电动汽车数量的增加,带来的问题是电动汽车停车充电的问题。目前,公共场所的电动汽车充电桩数量较少,而且时常被非电动汽车所占有,而真正需要充电应急的电动汽车却无法获得充电资源,降低了电动汽车充电桩的充电使用效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种能够防止非电动汽车停放在电动汽车停车位上的电动汽车停车位防占系统。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的电动汽车停车位防占系统,包括设置在车位一侧的充电桩,还包括:
地锁,所述地锁设置在车位上;
车牌识别摄像机,所述车牌识别摄像机设置在所述充电桩上或车位旁边;
控制单元,所述控制单元包括PLC、服务器、语音模块和地锁控制器;
其中,所述车牌识别摄像机对准车位的进车方向,用于采集车辆信息,并发送至所述PLC,PLC接收信息并进行判断,发送控制指令至地锁控制器,控制所述地锁上升或下降,同时PLC的信号输出端与所述语音模块的信号输入端电连接,PLC与所述服务器通讯连接。
本实用新型优点在于能够有效防止非电动汽车车辆停入电动汽车停车位,有效提高充电桩的利用率。借助专门的车牌识别摄像机获取车辆车牌信息,更加准确的识别出电动汽车,提高了识别成功率;借助语音模块实时对现场播报语音,汽车车主可以收到清晰的语音命令,提高了电动汽车充电桩的使用效率;借助车牌识别摄像机的计数功能,直观的显示了充电桩的使用次数,更加有利于充电桩的管理。
本实用新型采用智能图像分析处理、自动控制技术禁止非电动汽车占用充电桩车位,实现了对充电桩车位的有效管理,提高了电动汽车车主的用户体验。

地锁30,地锁30设置在车位10上;
车牌识别摄像机40,车牌识别摄像机40设置在充电桩20上;
控制单元,控制单元包括PLC、服务器、语音模块和地锁控制器;
其中,车牌识别摄像机40对准车位10的进车方向,用于采集车辆信息,并发送至PLC,PLC接收信息并进行判断,发送控制指令至地锁控制器,控制地锁30上升或下降,同时PLC的信号输出端与语音模块的信号输入端电连接,PLC与服务器通讯连接。
其工作原理为:当车辆接近车位10时,车牌识别摄像机40抓拍车头获取车牌图片,PLC中的视频识别模块解析出车牌字符和颜色;如果识别颜色为绿牌车,则为电动汽车,PLC向地锁控制器发送控制指令控制地锁30下降;如果识别颜色为非绿牌车,则为非电动汽车,PLC发送指令至语音模块,系统播报语音“此为电动汽车充电位,请离开”等提示音,提示车主离开;电动汽车进入充电桩车位后PLC完成充电车辆计数,向服务器发送今日充电车辆总数;充电完成车辆离开,车牌识别摄像机40检测到车辆离开,PLC控制地锁30上升。
安装于充电桩20上或者车位10旁边的车牌识别摄像机40精准识别车辆身份,结合语音模块的语音告警和地锁30,从源头上解决了非电动汽车进入充电桩车位停车的问题,有效提高充电桩20的利用率。拥有基于深度学习算法的车牌检测+车身检测双重保障,识别更快,检测更准:当车辆进入识别区域时,即能够识别车身、车牌等车辆特征信息,全程记录并跟踪车辆行驶轨迹,根据车辆进入、离场的不同状态,分别抓拍车牌信息,精准判断车辆驶入/驶出车位,实时显示车位可用/空闲状态,并生成图片及视频证据,将结果通过http/tcp等通讯协议实时上传服务器。

1.一种电动汽车停车位防占系统,包括设置在车位一侧的充电桩,其特征是,还包括:
地锁,所述地锁设置在车位上;
车牌识别摄像机,所述车牌识别摄像机设置在所述充电桩上或车位旁边;
控制单元,所述控制单元包括PLC、服务器、语音模块和地锁控制器;
其中,所述车牌识别摄像机对准车位的进车方向,用于采集车辆信息,并发送至所述PLC,PLC接收信息并进行判断,发送控制指令至地锁控制器,控制所述地锁上升或下降,同时PLC的信号输出端与所述语音模块的信号输入端电连接,PLC与所述服务器通讯连接。
